This was the worst curry I have ever had. It was full of bones. I seldom had a bite of my curry without encountering some horrible bone fragment. The quality of the chicken was also terrible. It was dry and tasteless. The rice was burnt and full of seeds. I was embarrassed to have recommended this place and will not be returning. Over priced and I would not recommend.

First time eating here at the recommendation of a friend and will definitely be returning! Friendly, swift service, delicious food and very good value for money.

Ive always been a fan of Tiffin Truck for our family meals and often get it delivered to our house. Recently, I used their services to cater a big event, and I couldnt be more impressed. Jegan, the catering manager, was incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The food was absolutely delicious warm, hearty, and full of flavor and our guests were blown away by it. Having worked with many companies over the years, Tiffin Truck was a refreshing change in terms of quality in both service and product. Its a fabulous company that serves authentic Indian food, which can be hard to find in the UK. Highly recommend! I had worst food experience ever in tiffin truck few days back I had ordered a lamb biriyani . Its tastes so bad and I can taste the raw lamb take in it .

So sooooooo good. One of those places where you could happily completely randomly select a bunch of dishes and end up with an excellent dinner - its all that good - particularly recommend the Ennai Kathrikai though! Vegetarian options: So many excellent veggie and vegan options.

Food was delicious and the servers were really friendly! Our favourite dish was the Mamas pepper chicken curry and we also liked the chilli paneer. The mango & chilli martinis were fantastic too! The only downsides were that it took quite a long time for our order to be taken and then we ended up waiting 45 mins for our food. A couple of our orders were wrong as well, but the staff were really happy to rectify this straightaway! It was a very busy night which may have been why but tables next to us who sat down/ordered much later than us got their food at the same time as we did. After we got our food, the staff were attentive and did check whether we needed anything else.

Ordered a takeaway from here using a gift voucher. The voucher came up as invalid. I had to order over the phone in a very lengthy conversation. Despite repeating the address multiple times, they tried to deliver to the wrong address. Food arrived an hour late and cold. After heating up, the food tasted great. Good food, terrible service.

Ordered food by Deliveroo, sent WRONG item. Ordered a lunch box, they sent a small packet of kaathi roll, which was not good in taste. Didnt bother to pay any attention that the packet had a receipt for panner butter masala lunch box but inside packet there is incorrect item.

Great meal at the Tiffin Truck. Offered a choice of tables and ordered drinks while looking at the menu. Nice mix of starters or sharing dishes then a good choice of vegetarian dishes as well as meat dishes so something for everyone. Quick service but never felt rushed. A good atmosphere but it is quite noisy which we didn t mind but could be a problem if you don t hear well.

Disappointing Experience at Tiffin truck Rating: 2/5 I recently visited tiffin truck with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. Heres what went wrong: Poor Food Quality: The biryani, in particular, was a letdown. It didnt resemble the authentic Indian dish Ive come to love. Both the Chicken Biryani and Lamb Biryani tasted eerily similar, lacking distinct flavors. Overpriced: The portions were small, and the prices didnt justify the quantity or quality. Temperature Issues: The food wasnt served hot, which further detracted from the experience. To improve: Serve Food Hot: Ensure that dishes are served steaming hot to enhance the overall experience. Increase Portion Size: Generous portions would justify the prices and leave customers satisfied. Enhance Flavor: Work on infusing authentic Indian flavors into your biryani dishes, distinguishing between variants.

Really good fresh food, and very reasonably priced

We had a buyagift voucher to use and came here for it. Very easy to book a table online and the place was busy for a Sunday night. Food was great and the waiter we had was really attentive and did check backs. The only thing that let us down was that the initial waiter that sat us down didnt tell us what we could order from the menu, based on our voucher so I quickly looked it up and then the next waiter came over and explained what we could order based on the voucher but by then it was too late. Otherwise, good experience, would recommend and come again.

They have by far the best staff ever.. so comfortable even if ur alone. Food is just awesome. Ravi & team all of them are brilliant.. plz one has to visit when ur in Cambridge.. MUST MUST HAVE FOOD HERE

Thought I d go into this authentic restaurant to experience something traditional and different, however as much as the service was good and fast and the atmosphere was really nice the food lacked majourly, we had the full English breakfast, the sausage was uncooked and the Indian breakfast everything tasted the same and wasn t very good.. both were from the breakfast thali selection. I wanted to order from the lunch menu but wasn t allowed as they only serve from 12pm however it was only 15 minutes before. The only thing I did like was the traditional tea and that it was served in traditional cups. Price was very reasonable. Dietary restrictions: Halal food

The experience in the restaurant was average... Food was good. The place was a bit cramped and when we asked to sit in the wider part of the restaurant, they told us that this was only possible after 6pm due to a lack of staff, even though the time was 3pm. The other thing that surprised us was that the employee told us in a loud voice in front of the customers that sharing food with each other is forbidden, which is something unusual for usual restaurant experiences in general. The experience was less than expected due to these details.

Had an amazing experience at the Tiffin Truck! I tried the thali and got to try a bit of everything. The pani puri was spot on too! Butter chicken had great flavor and was very moist. Definitely coming back! Service was excellent as well!!
