I really enjoyed my pizza, and the waiter, Nico, helped to make it a great dinner. Vegetarian options: I can recommend the vegetarian pizza.

Nicely decorated space with a clean toilet. Service quite bad, we got the bill before dessert. The dirty plates remained on the table until dessert arrived. The taste of the food did not really resemble Italian food. Prices quite high. The gluten-free options are a plus, but we still wouldnt go back. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free versions available

Went here with my european friends because we were hongry. Food was pretty good. Nice atmosphere and the wait time wasnt that long. Only criticism is the table was a bit sticky but that is only minor.

Amazing customer service and had a beautiful seat outside in the sun.

The worst experience I ve ever had at any restaurant in my life. The service was awful even when the restaurant was virtually empty. Waited ages to be served and receive food/drinks. Got served the wrong thing. Waitress asked if we wanted dessert then never came back to us for over 20 minutes and still didn t bring menus. Portion size of mains was tiny. Staff were unprofessional always chatting and inspecting each others mouths in the middle of the restaurant. Also we received an email telling us our reservation was cancelled when it hadn t been. Waste of time and effort.

AVOID Bella Italias, they have employed a tactic where the optional service charge is automatically added to your bill and you have to ask for it to be taken off.

We had a lovely waitress Sheena with great service. I had a starter and a main the starter was nicer than the main but that s down to me!

Shocking service, specifically asked about a £10 offer for pizza and pasta and we were shown what was included within the offer - bought what was in the offer and were handed a bill for £21.

Lovey slice of Italy in a downtown Cambridge. Service is very friendly and the food is consistently great.

It was amazing, drinks were good, liked the food, service and atmosphere.

I have dined in this place many times and service and food were great! My friends particularly enjoyed Gamberoni whilst I - Bolognaise and ribs. If you enjoy quiet environments, you should come here before 15-16 o clock, after that it gets a bit more lively but still remains very comfortable.

Went to have a quick meal before going to the Cambridge junction. Food was so nice. Had the lentil ragu and the mushroom starter. All meals excellent. Service was great and really prompt and super friendly staff. Would definitely recommend. Hope to get a restaurant back in Colchester soon. Vegetarian options: Great lentil ragu which was vegan. Absolutely fantastic atmosphere at bella Italia cambridge leisure! The food was incredibly delicious, didnt have to wait long although they were busy so clearly very well organised, and the staff were so friendly and also helpful! A special mention to Lewis!!! We ordered a gorgeous bottle of white Chilean sauvignon blanc, and asked Lewis if we could buy it locally? He went out of his way to find and tell us where we could buy it and also where it was best priced! Excellent service, gorgeous location, delicious food and a very enjoyable time would highly recommend especially for the price too!
