Great Xmas party with colleagues. Nice food and nice venue!

Can t fault the food, it was delicious. Service was awful, we went there early Saturday 23rd Nov night for our anniversary meal. It was very quiet, only 3-4 tables in. Service was very slow, we had finished our starter and it took the staff a minimum of 20-30 minutes to actually realise and come and clear our table. They stood around chatting behind us (3 members of staff including what looked like the manager), not checking on tables, twice going outside on their phones and to vape in clear view of us. By the time we had our mains it had been 1hr 30 mins since we sat down at our table. In this time, we had a jug of water and a soup! It was very disappointing, especially coming from someone who works in a restaurant and wanted a nice Saturday night off with good food! I feel sorry for the chefs, their food was delicious, the lasagne and fondue was mouth watering, however we will not be returning simply due to the FOH staff. Changed to 1 star after two emails being ignored when trying to contact them after our meal.

Reliable, enjoyable, good value. One of the few places in central Cambridge where you can still get a decent bottle of wine with the meal for under £30

We had an amazing Xmas lunch with the colleagues, The food, price, service, decor...everything was spot on. I also needed to add a person to the booking after the registration closed and a simple phone call resolved it. The only feedback Id give is that when staff passes burning tea pots to the guests, they should avoid doing it above someones head. My colleague got scared and I burned my fingers. We also appreciated to see future events organised in the restaurant and quite a few people got interested. Well done for inspiring us. Finally, thank you for lovely Xmas hats!

The cutest pub! Great wine and cheese selection and the staff were lovely!

I ate here with my company for a Christmas Lunch. The service was quite good, considering how outnumbered the waiters were in comparison to us. They were polite and nice. The service regarding time it took for them to bring (cook) the food was absurdly slow, considering that we had booked with anticipation, and that they already knew which were our orders. I cannot understand how it took so long from them, even for small things such as coffee. We were the only group in the restaurant. But the food was indeed the most disappointing aspect of them all. Sadly poor quality of products, average amounts in not well executed dishes, and with probably the worst cheescake I have ever tried in my life. A cheeseless cheescake, more similar to a frozen yogurt. It was dreadful. A supermarket cheescake would have been utterly better. And everything for a 45£ price tag. I could not recommend it less. They should try to do better.

Came here last week to celebrate an anniversary - at dArrys, it was the perfect night. We opted for the 3-course cheese tasting menu. The goats cheese brulee was delicate, the caramel was a unique touch and not too sweet, and the Sauvignon Blanc was a delicious pairing. All the components of the fondue were great, including one of the best steaks Ive ever tried, but the broccoli was a tad bland and overdone. The cheesecake was a nice tie to the cheese theme, although it did not blow me away - lots and lots of desiccated coconut, and was more of a sweet blob than a cheesecake. That being said, the cheeseboard had a fantastic selection of high quality cheeses. The service was also perfect, being laid back and attentive but by no means overbearing. I would highly recommend and will be coming back! Vegetarian options: As a pescetarian I had lots of choice here.

Lovely place - we were all wondering how come we dont come here more often! We had racklette and really enjoyed it - it comes with a big piece of cheese and lots of food to go with it.

Great place to go for dinner, the cheese is amazing and the staff were very friendly and chatty. The atmosphere is great!

It was lovely to go back to D arrys and the food and atmosphere was lovely and the staff friendly and efficient. My work colleagues who were with me loved it too, it was their first visit and they want to come back!

Very nice surprise as we hadnt been here for a while (since its called dArrys) - menu has changed but a really great selection of things, had a couple of small plates that were all so tasty! Great atmosphere and really nice staff. We loved it, well definitely be back to try the cheese fondue etc.

Enjoyed a lovely family lunch at D Arrys. We didn t feel rushed, the food was very good, as was the service, friendly. Cosy atmosphere without feeling cramped. I will visit and recommend again.

Such a find! Beef brisket lasagne was delicious, and melt-in-the-mouth. The Waldorf salad was delicious and fresh with delicious Cropwell Bishop Stilton and pickled salad vegetables. Lovely atmosphere and friendly service. Highly recommend. Food

The cheese is amazing, we had the 3 course cheese menu which was divine. However the service was extremely slow, took 40 minutes for us to get our first drink, we had to chase our dessert and even took 20 minutes to settle the bill and thats because we went up to the bar. The staff said they were short staffed, but they were friendly and apologetic. Really lets the place down, before this visit I was thinking about booking for 12 work colleagues but if they cant handle just a few tables of 2 they wont be able to manage a table of 12 - shame!

Incredibly frustrating. They put all the guests round the corner miles from the bar but near the window to make the restaurant look busy - and then forget about them and stand chatting to each other by the bar. We had to walk over to request service several times. Nice atmosphere but food was disappointing- felt like a double starch dinner, mainly potato plus the sourdough but the sourdough was more like a cracker than bread and very dry - no butter or oil. Carafe of wine tasted like it came from a bottle that had been open weeks. Was all a shame because they clearly tried hard and put a lot into the cheese and it was a cute setting

Great find will go back again

I had difficulty choosing from such a good menu and decided to share a platter of cold meats and cheeses and in addition have a mini tartiflette, which was absolutely delicious. The person who served us was very knowledgeable of all that was on offer. It was a shame that there were very few lunchtime customers as it deserves to be much busier. I would certainly go there again and recommend it to others, especially if you are a cheese lover.

darrys put on some cheese tasting with wine, and a superb 3 course meal for a company get together. Food, drinks and service was all excellent. Ill be coming back for sure.

At first the service was brilliant. After our food arrived the service basically became non existent. Food was excellent. Just a shame we got forgotten.

I didnt like at all, we had the all-you-can-eat raclette for 3 people. First disappointment, the raclette is served with bread instead of potatoes, which is a heresy. The cheese wasnt proper swiss/french raclette cheese. It was melted the swiss way but we had to get it ourselves, which is much less convenient than poëlons would have been. The cheese was super oily and looked very bad, which once again could have been avoided if poëlons were used instead of a swiss device. You can have unlimited cheese and bread for 1 hour with a small plate of charcuterie, with only 2 types of meat - very poor choice for a raclette. I find its not worth your money with unlimited bread and cheese so if I had just one serving I would have gone crazy. The service charge was of 6.6 gbp, which is way too high. Speaking of service, there was only one waiter this night, who spent 20 min chatting with other clients before giving us our bill. You can have unlimited services just for 1h, yet we could not have one more service of bread for 20 min because they make it fresh. No, really, I absolutely hated this restaurant, its the worst experience Ive ever had in Cambridge, I dont understand how it can have >4 stars on average, Im open to discuss with the owneras if they want more suggestions.

The atmosphere was nice but the food was not. We ordered a fondue, but they forgot to heat it, so it was cold and bad. The wine was very bad, although the price was high. We would not recommand this place. Food : 1/5

Went for the cheese tasting. The staff were absolutely lovely, let us try as many cheeses as we liked. Bought a little glass of wine from upstairs to have with the cheese too

Simply outstanding. Highly recommend this restaurant, the food was excellent quality and the service and the ambience. This is a secret treasure in Cambridge and we really enjoyed celebrating here. Food was fantastic! We went for a Raclette night and the experience was well worth it. One less star for Service because we waited quite a bit until someone served us, but they were really nice and professional once they did. Absolutely recommend the new cheese menu at DArrys and we will be back.

Decided to eat at this restaurant on a visit to Cambridge, as it is linked to the Cheesemonger store we like and the reviews were good. We were not disappointed with the food, it was great, with a good selection and a great advert for the cheeses. It is larger than you think from the outside, with a terrace on the ground floor and another on top (although we didnt check this out). Great value too. Only downside was that service was slow when we visited, perhaps short staffed.. I would still recommend it and would go again, as Im sure the service is usually impeccable.

The cheese tasting menu with paired wines was fabulous. Highly recommend ordering both choices of starter and main and sharing it all. Friendly and knowledgable staff, great atmosphere. Take a double dose of statins before you go though

Friendly team of staff, plenty of food but you really shouldn t be serving Yorkshire puddings like that. You d be better off to forget them. Cardboard would be the best way to describe them.

I really liked the food, wine menu and vibe. The service was veeery slow (we were allocated a 2 hours slot but we were there for over 3 hours), despite there were not many customers around. Im not sure if this is because they were short staff, they didnt say. However all the waiters were very nice and polite. I will definitely go again as the cheese selection they have is fantastic and they also organise themes nights, however I couldnt find the description in the website, I only discovered this when I went there and looked at the menus. Really nice place.

Had wine and a delicious Camembert cheese board

It was an early (pre theatre) time of 17:15 booked for 4. Initially we were left to peruse menus. We requested tap water for the table. When we came to ordering drinks we looked at the wine list. Surprised later, on checking the receipt, to find the price list was out of date and quoting lower prices than charged. We were told that two menu items were not available and chose from the remainder. We were then informed that the pizza Xxx oven was not working and we would not be served the sourdough listed. However brioche was offered as an alternative. We were not impressed. Brioche is no substitute. We did request more bread as the two morsels of brioche did not soak up the oil served. This was provide. We were charged for the extra portions. Not impressed again. Overall the service was just adequate. The wine was good and we were served in good time.

Delightful weekend lunch with friends, after the cheese tasting next door. Wonderful venue, attentive and prompt service and overall lovely experience. We enjoyed sampling the cheeses! Utterly delicious meal.

A return visit - says it all

Severely underappreciated restaurant with good food and nice wines at affordable prices, and always pleasant service. Id particularly recommend going on a Sunday as they do a roast that is better than that at most pubs, with the additional advantage of the convenience that, unlike in any Cambridge pub that does a decent roast, you can just walk in instead of having to book weeks ahead!

We went to the adjoining cheese mongers for a pre-booked cheese tasting session. First impressions were good and we enjoyed listening to the description of a particular cheese and identifying different features of the cheese. The person who guided us through the tasting session was very knowledgeable and passionate about his cheeses. However we felt that there were hygiene issues in that no gloves were worn and the cheese was passed hand to hand. We enjoyed the experience and returned later in the day to buy some of the cheeses. I asked to have a fresh piece of cheese cut but was told it had been cut in the morning. I was given the piece already on display. Having said this I m happy to see another independent cheese company in Cambridge.

Good but not excellent.

Loved the atmosphere and warm welcome. We were a group of 3 and had the small plates to share. Enjoyed each of the choices we made. Would have been even better if the extra bread was complimentary. The carafe of white wine , the sauvignon blanc was okay but not exceptional. Would definitely come again and recommend to others. Popped into the cheese shops after, tasted different English cheeses, learned a lot and bought some to take home.

First time back at dArrys after 10 years having recently moved back to the area, and its still as good as it was back in the day! Lovely friendly service, nice little spot of al fresco lunch in the courtyard - delicious and enjoyed by all. And a big fan of the location - tucked away from the busy streets, a little hidden gem. Vegetarian options: The blue cheese waldorf salad was delicious!

I had the cheese experience. We were offered slices of cheese which was fine. The issue though was that we were offered the slices either from the knife or by assistant s hand. Both unacceptable. No napkins offered to clean our fingers, no water or anything else to clean our palette and the place had at least 4 flies lying on the cheeses. The cheese was really very good but ..

I arranged for a group of 20 ladies to have dinner @ d arrys to celebrate our friends Hen Do. Jack the Manager, was exceptionally helpful from the minute I made an enquiry 5 months before the event. He continued to be super helpful answering email queries in a prompt and friendly manner, nothing was too much trouble. Jack and his team were exceptional on the evening and the food was delicious. I m looking forward to returning to the restaurant with a smaller group of friends. Everything we had, mainly starters and main courses were amazing, I couldn t highlight just one. Dietary restrictions: Dairy free, gluten free, garlic free, everything was catered for

We had the 3 course cheese menu which was AMAZING and super good value for money. I Knocked a star off because the service was slow, which is unfortunate considering how good everything else was. We were in the resturant for 1 hour and 40 minutes, waiting 20 minutes for our starters to be cleared after we had finished, despite it being really quiet. However, because the food was so good and the staff were so polite, we will be back!

We had a really lovely dinner at DArrys on Saturday with my daughter and her other half. We all went mostly for cheese based things (otherwise whats the point eh?) We had to get our cheese board dessert to take home because I couldnt manage it, I was all cheesed out. Loved: the cheese, the lovely sourdough breadsticks One thing I would say if youre thinking of sharing a single cheese board at the end is get one each, theyre really not big enough to share. Thank you DArrys for wonderful dinner.

Try the new cheesemongers! An amazing selection and very reasonably priced. I cant wait to come back and try the restaurant and rooftop bar.

Service was a bit slow - had to grab someone to take our order after being sat for a long time. Portions were odd - 4 small bits of bread and a teaspoon of chutney for a camembert sharer for two people? Needs a bit more polish for the prices being charged.

Great refresh of restaurant and excellent service

Dinner at dArrys was great. Appetizers were creative and very tasty, as were the mains. We had frickles, duck bonbons, the half chicken, and the burger. All were well-seasoned and generous portions. The atmosphere is laid back and nice for a special dinner out.

Very poor service. Drinks were wrong , would understand if restaurant full but there was only a few other people in there !

We were there on a relatively quiet Monday evening. We had a great time, the food was excellent and I was positively surprised by the gin selection.

Lovely service and food, the cheese is absolutely incredible too! I m not normally a fan of Stilton, but theirs is phenomenal. Definitely worth the trip to grab some quality cheeses and enjoy a good meal. Charlie and fon also came up to us, introduced themselves, made us feel very welcome.

At 1pm the whole restaurant was empty. This should have been a warning sign! We were aware this was to be a more expensive Sunday Roast but we were looking forward to a change. I ordered the beef sirloin and my husband the half chicken. Apart from the carrots the vegetables of cauliflower cheese, cabbage and leeks arrived as a pile of brown mush. My beef very chewy. I raised my dissatisfaction with the manager and he said he would get me a fresh meal. This arrived but was just as bad as the first. The chicken was good but again veg awful. We gave up at this point and paid the bill but did raise the issue of the veg again. Sadly, all the manager could say, was that it was all fresh!

Ive been several times and every time the food and service has been superb. There are original and inventive options on the menu and plenty that all will enjoy. The wine as you would expect is very good. I always think of DArrys as a first choice when I visit Cambridge.

Despite the unexpected tranquillity at 7.30 pm, our experience at the restaurant had its ups and downs. The quiet atmosphere, though surprising, persisted throughout the night, questioning the necessity of a reservation. Regrettably, even with few patrons, our table was often overlooked, requiring us to clear our plates and order drinks at the bar. A commendable male staff member checked on us, but he returned to his post upstairs. The toilets, located in the adjacent building, were confusingly placed and could benefit from a more appealing decor to match the interior charm. On a positive note, the captivating decor created a delightful setting for our book club and would suit other gatherings. The wine and food menu offered reasonable options for various budgets, but an expansion of vegan choices would be appreciated. The subdued ambience, conducive to easy conversation, somewhat dampened the overall restaurant atmosphere. Dog friendly

Lovely restaurant and great food! Best liver & bacon ever!

Much more expensive than last year.

1: Whilst seated and choosing food from the menus, the menus were angrily snatched from us and we were ordered to only look at the menu whilst standing at the bar. 2. When ordering at the bar and paying downstairs, on asking for the receipt as the amount was higher than I had expected, the staff member folded the receipt three times and gave it to me. I unfolded the receipt and saw that there was an optional 10% service charge which had been added. I questioned this as I had not been given the option verbally or neither had the card payment machine been shown to me. The reply was that s annoying, isn t it- the machine does that. Do I want it returned? Be warned of what to expect as reading through other reviews it seems that this was not a unique occurrence.

We came across d arry s by accident. A gentleman called Charlie was handing out leaflets advertising their new Cheese Shop opening. We explained we wasn t too hungry but would just like drinks. He said that at d aary s this was not a problem So we went and the place was absolutely excellent! We had great local beer and tasty wines and asked the waitress do you do anything special like cheese plates or something that we could just nibble on? A gentleman called Tim served us a fabulous plate containing a Fondue filled with absolutely delicious melted local cheese and hot mushrooms, florets of broccoli, small cooked potato wedges and small gherkins to use as dips. The meal was just what was needed and sufficient to stop our growing hunger pangs without feeling over filled. The delicious drinks and warm food were absolutely excellent! Combine this with modest prices and all served with warm, polite and friendly service in a fabulous venue. We not only enjoyed it but cannot wait to return. Well done to everyone, you made our visit to Cambridge EXTRA Special and a sincere thanks to Tim for top class hospitality. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND you try d arry s as soon as possible ! It s simply FIRST CLASS and shouldn t be missed!

Possibly the best burger i have ever eaten. Everyone in the group enjoyed their food - staff were just a tad eager to clear plates away before the slower eaters had finished. But would definitely recommend the place

Attentive staff with a fabulous variety of delicious food, we chose small plates. The decor, candles, dimmed lighting and comfy seats all leant themselves to a chilled out atmosphere all that with a carafe of merlot, what more could we ask for!

Menu was quite small and didnt match the one shown on their website which was disappointing as we wanted to order the bao buns. Took what felt like a long time to be asked for our order after receiving drinks. Food was nice. I had the duck and waffle dish, however, duck was a little overdone. Vegetarian options: Jackfruit burger is original but could use more sauce

To begin with, idk what happened to the food quality but as of lately it has been rather poor. The food sounds delicious on paper but whoever made the food today has missed the mark. My friends pizza tasted rather cheap like something you buy cold from Tescos, so if youre here for food then just avoid it for much better options nearby.

The food was amazing so well done to the chefs. However, the service was shocking. We were a large table but other than us there were only two or three other small tables. One of my friends got completely missed for her drinks order, after the whole table had arrived we waited for around 30mins to order our food, when the food came out the wait staff didnt know what they had came out with so had to take some of the food back to the kitchen to ask what it was, they then cleared our plates but at no point were we asked if wed like any more drinks or dessert, we all just sat there for another 30 minutes before flagging down a waitress to pay. She took one payment and then disappeared again. I used to be a waitress so if someone from the table wanted to pay I would sort of assume others would too? Flagged someone down again and she took another 3 payments, I asked her for a menu so I could work out how much I owe, she gave me a menu and then disappeared again! It was also absolutely freezing in there, we were next to the spiral stairs, is there no door at the top of there? Most of us sat with our coats on all evening, and we could also smell cigarette smoke coming through there at one point. I would go back as the food was great but certainly not before going out to do anything else!

The food here is amazing.

From the time we walked into the way we were served, delays in getting drinks, patronising and condescending behaviour from staff when taking order, we were not feeling welcome. A plan for a relaxing evening with drinks and dinner was ruined completely. Drinks ordered (cocktails not cheap) were below average and not properly made. Bartender seemed rushed even to take order. Food sounded great on the menu but was just mediocre. I would expect lot more finesse and quality for the price charged . Restaurant has great ambience and decor, options for booking for large groups or private dining. On street parking only due to location or take the bus into town. But I may never visit this place again with 3 or more disappointing visits in the last decade or so.

I went there was the first time. I waited a long time for my food, when I went to ask for it , I have been told that the oven is small and could only prepare a certain amount of food at time. I was part of a group of people, I would have like to know this in advance so I could chose something else from the menu, I end up eating by myself, not great I believe they messed up the order. Despite this the food was very good and the place is nice. I will go again and hope this time I could eat with my friends. Prices are not cheap, but considering it is the centre of Cambridge I guess they are average.

Truly, you must go to Stolen. I first went to stolen in September 2021 and have since become a regular. I am there at least once a week, if not twice! Everything on the menu is GREAT! The pizzas are something else the cocktails are amazing (Lawrence makes THE best espresso martini - my boyfriend and I travel a lot and we are trying to find anywhere that can beat his... No where can so far). The vibe is great and the staff are lovely. Monday 8pm is open mic night & is really good fun Edit: Stolen has been rebranded to Darys wine bar. Everything went downhill when management changed and I stopped going. Yet to try DArys wine bar. It was DArys before it changed to Stolen.

I m waiting for an hour now (not the only one, other guests are complaining as well ) the place is not particularly busy and serves brittish food so nothing justifies the wait the food on the other hand is very nice, so I elevate the rating from 1 star to 3!

Beautifully decorated restaurant with lovely ambient lighting, looked bustling for lunch service but when we arrived for dinner service we were practically the only diners. This was at 8pm on an otherwise busy Easter bank holiday weekend (Saturday). Although the atmosphere could have been improved with other diners. The food options were varied, with a decent drink selection to match, and once selected the food was very pleasant. Happy with the main course, the desert, a sticking toffee pud and chocolate cake could have been more refined. Would have preferred the pudding and sauce to have some warmth to it. The waiting staff were attentive, but a little lacking in knowledge as to what food options were available. Not disappointed with the meal, but probably wouldnt rush to make a return visit for a similar dinner experience.

Had lunch in the sunny courtyard today. Just 5 minutes from the market square but so peaceful. The fixed price menu was just £14. 95 for 2 courses and the portions were really generous. The food was delicious and a good selection as well. Great service by Josh, and we hope to go back to try the rooftop terrace one evening. A great find!

To be honest, this place really surprised my wife and I. Wed passed by numerous times before and always though it looked cute, but its reviews were only decent, so we werent sure what to expect. We came on a date night. Were both veggie, so we had the truffle pizza and goat cheese salad. WOW! Both were seriously delicious -- fantastic flavor which I havent found at other good pizzas spots around town. Overall vibe was very pleasant as well. With drinks, came about to about 50 quid, about what Id expect. Bravo!

Took some relatives out for a taste of Cambridge. Excellent range of dishes which were very tasty. Great service and not busy allowing us to chat and take our time!

Loft music was far too loud and the air conditioning was on when it didn t need to be. I never like to pick on workers because everyone has bad days as did I today but this particular waitress/worker was quite rude and just had a bad attitude in general when talking to us. On to the food, this was extremely disappointing as the menu said loaded potato skins but it was just sliced potato with stuff on top, (the plastic American cheese slices were particularly bad) when that s not what loaded potato skins are. Not terrible, although it was basically £13 for nachos but probably better to just change the name. Gave it 3 stars because the pizzas are usually nice. It s a shame as it used to be under different management I think and their menu was much better.

Just had a private 40th birthday in the upstairs, the barmaid was brilliant and they left us to enjoy until the very last minute and even made sure all left okay. Nothing was too much very impressed and would do it again. Dietary restrictions: We had a celiac and they accommodated brilliantly.

One of the best places to eat in the City centre. Scored top marks in quality and quantity of food, value for money and service. Fix priced menu is excellent.

We were looking for somewhere welcoming to spend a couple of hours before we went to a concert at the Corn exchange. We had drinks and nibbles which were all delicious. We were served by Vicky who was extremely friendly and welcoming. We are planning on having a meal there next time we are in Cambridge.

We had a brilliant lunch here over the weekend. The staff were friendly and it had a nice cozy atmosphere. The food was excellent. My wife is gluten intolerant and vegetarian and they had options for her. The wine selection was very good too

We had drinks upstairs in the Liquor Loft beforehand with friendly bar person who recommended alcohol free cocktails. The private room was perfect with the Santa hats and the Alexa for our own music choices. Vegetarian options: One of our party was vegan and the staff were very good to ensure that her dessert was fully vegan by not including some accompanying ingredients

Hi! Compliments to the chef, but the service by our waitress was appalling and darn well rude throughout our evening . Also, we were shocked to see her dressed in a hoodie . Very unprofessional and brings the restaurant down in our opinion!

We booked in for a large group for dinner and then a cocktail making class. The food and cocktails were incredible and the staff were so nice, welcoming and helpful. Special shout out to Lawrence (sorry if this is spelt wrong!) who led the cocktail making class having to deal with so many quite drunk women! All of the staff working there were amazing :) We also had some drinks upstairs at liquor loft which were fantastic. We all had a fantastic time and I would 100% recommend this fab venue! Thank you for making the hen do so special and for being so accommodating

Love the interior very rustic. The food was delicious had a real mixture from quesadillas to bao buns. Also two great guys that served us. Would definitely go again.

Food order was wrong since the waitress didn t write it down, starters arrived at the same time as the mains, the steak was overcooked. Two out of three women s toilets on the ground floor were not in service. The place outside looks nice but the seats were filthy. Would not go back and would not recommend. In hindsight there s a reason why they had tables available on a Friday night.

Update: Stolen is still great and theyve brought back the ribs, which are amazing! Highly recommend them - my dining companions liked their meals but where both jealous of my ribs! The Toffee Espresso Martini is also great! Darrys is now Stolen, which has a focus on stretched sourdough pizzas. A few of the Darrys mains remain, but sadly not the ribs. The pizzas are very good though, with a nice range of toppings available and several vegetarian and vegan options. Also, the Orange Infused Espresso Martini was a nice twist on the classic espresso martini.

Excellent drinks and great food. In particular, the BBQ ribs are excellent: the BBQ sauce is not overpowering, but nice, and the meat is perfectly tender and just falls off the bone. Vegetarian options: The menu has a good selection of vegetarian and vegan options.

Quirky bar and restaurant. The food is decent, the music is great. The service is hit and miss.

The Stolen area downstairs was pretty disappointing. Jazz music playing in the background with ghetto style art does not work. Food came quickly and was tasty but extremely overpriced. Service was pretty meh, and considering it was 10% service charge, I would say that it tends to awful. My cocktail arrived after my dinner, the staff look disinterested and had to wait ages for the bill. However, the liquor loft was great, a little hideaway from the hustle and bustle from Cambridge. However, feels like a wasted opportunity. There is lots of cool things here but seems badly managed. The cocktails are great, but the menu is restricted and is basic in areas. The barman are clearly better than the menu.

Food OK, service terrible... chaotic, slow and despite being a large party and ordering months in advance some meals were not available on the day. Ran out of a lot of things too... wouldnt go back again any time soon.

Possibly the worst food Ive ever been served. Was so disappointing as the staff and venue were great.

I choose the beef sandwich, which came wish an onion soup. The beef didnt smell or taste nice but I ate it anyway. Later I was very sick, which Im sure was down to the food, probably it had been reheated or left out too long. Also the wine at £25 a bottle was a disappointment - more like the cheapest Rioja you could buy in the supermarket. The decor is attractive, but I wont be returning.

Menu taking (Stolen) famous dishes from restaurants, film and TV as well as some cheeky names for the very well done food that is more than just the novelty that it first appears. Excellent cocktails, cozy relaxed environment with brilliant staff.

Went here last night with a group of friends young lad with glasses behind the bar served us flat lemonade and no alcohol in our drinks then when we asked for a drink wouldn t serve us terrible service won t ever be going back
