Very very good food, a taste of Poland in Cambridge, I recommend it with all my heart, dishes prepared by chef ukasz... a wonder.

Today we decided to have dinner at Club Polonia in Cambridge and I can honestly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates Polish food! Even though there was a fun senior party going on, the hosts welcomed us very warmly and made us feel welcome right away. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was unique. I definitely recommend it!

I visited this restaurant and I was very impressed! From the moment I entered, I felt special - the cozy atmosphere and professional service created perfect conditions to spend the evening. The menu is refined in every detail, and the dishes are real works of culinary art. Each bite is an explosion of flavors, and the attention to the highest quality of ingredients is visible in every dish. I will definitely come back!

Overpriced, I paid £18 for a small piece of pork and cabbage which I waited for over hour, disappointed, avoid!

Mrs. Donata is great, the rest of the staff also try their best. Exquisite food - an excellent cook. Tripe, cabbage rolls, salad, cheesecake - lick your fingers. Honey pearl - the queen of Polish beers! Oh Pierogi! And our boy tried tripe for the first time and ate my entire portion!

The ladies were super nice, but thats probably where the positives end. The rye soup arrived after 30 minutes, the taste was ok, nothing special. The content of the soup is very poor - one thin slice of ordinary, cheap sausage per serving, a lot of dried mushrooms that did not soak and were inedible. Later, potato pancakes with beef goulash - the cheapest beef, dry as wood shavings, sauce with no taste, a tragedy. The raw materials are also very poor - either bought or badly seasoned. We waited an hour for the second course. The restaurant has a good reputation, there were a lot of guests, I really dont know why. I was just passing through, theres definitely no reason to come back. And the card is very poor, there is practically nothing there. Im a mechanic and I make better dishes in my spare time. Im sorry to give such an opinion, but if I had known what I would get for £60 (soup 2x main course and 2x bottled beer are not included), I would have bought a meal at the station. And the potato pancakes were very good, a bit too thick, but its a matter of who prefers what. Parking: Great parking space

Had a great experience. During the 3 hours we were there I think we were the only English people there. Service was very attentive and so polite. Fantastic food. We shared pretty much every dish and I couldnt pick my favourite. Vegetarian options: Spinach and feta dumplings. Potato and cheese dumplings.

Loved the eatery in Cambridge, serving traditional Polish fare. The building is called Polish Club. We did a walk in on Sunday afternoon around 1 pm, and it quickly filled up after that. The food was good overall, the standout being the grilled sausage.

Lovely food,maybe a little pricey. Atmosphere could improve a little to make it more inclusive. Vegetarian options are limited. My partner commented carrot salad should not have the word salad in description as its literally carrot shavings, which is not an actual salad (suggestion: side of carrot description). Thanks for having us. We will return to try more dishes.

My partner and I came here for our anniversary. We were served by really warm and welcoming people, the food is great in portion size and price, amazing choice in teas which is my absolute go to! I had the cherry and rum tea (highly recommend!), the restaurant is very cute and super cosy! Definitely will be coming back! Dzi kujemy!

Ive traveled extensively throughout Eastern Europe, including Poland, Moldova, and Ukraine, among other places. Ive consistently been delighted with this restaurant, whether ordering through Deliveroo during the COVID-19 pandemic (although it appears the restaurant no longer utilizes this platform) or by dining in person. Whether you hail from Eastern Europe or simply have an appreciation for Eastern European cuisine, this establishment is a must-visit. I highly recommend it and would like to extend my gratitude to the waiters and waitresses for their warm hospitality.

We visited on a Friday night around 6 pm, and it was very quiet, but most tables were reserved. £10 each deposit to book a table, which was fine. We had the dumplings for our main, and they were yummy. Wine reasonably priced, unlike other places in the area. I ordered a starter for my pudding as I was still hungry. The pate was good (Im used to salad with pate and this dish was served with pickles. It was a nice change) very full after. Would love to return and try a new dish.

The Polish restaurant has a pleasant traditional atmosphere. The service was great. Our server was knowledgeable and communicative. The food was the star of the show. Pork schnitzel with rich mushroom sauce, spinach and feta dumplings (swimming in butter ) and Potatoe pancakes with Gouda cheese (my favorite).

A very cosy atmosphere, it felt very much like I was in a family dining area. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and the food was the best Ive had outside of Poland. The pricing was also very reasonable. All in all, a fantastic place to eat, and Im already planning my next meal there! Thank you so much to the staff there (including the chefs)! So good to experience genuine delicious Polish food! I had the placki with beef goulash after a starter of herring; my husband had spinach pierogi , all washed down with Zywiec lager ( me) and a hop ale ( him). All in a vrry friendly and family- friendly atmosphere. Despite being very busy ( it was a Saturday night!) they managed to fit us in so we had to wait until a table was free. Best to book on a Saturday. Bardzo dobzie!

Pros It was a good experience to visit the Polonia club to have traditional Polish food with our friends. We had lots of main courses. First of all, it was cabbage rolls it was very delicious thin we had mashed potato with fried chicken and cheese with cranberry sauce it was tasty. The ingredients were fresh and the atmosphere was wonderful. Cons We didn t like the fish (herring) and the space was a little cramped. Overall opinion We like this experience and we plan to go again.

The food was cold. We waited a long time for drinks. Seasoned well, only cold, especially the potatoes, pork chop, beaten to the bone, like a slice of the thinnest ham, we were very hungry for a Polish dinner, disappointed.

Competing with the best restaurants in Kraków. The mains we ordered were like in Poland, if not better. Make sure you book in prior. There is a private parking if you are going by car. Highly recommended!

Nice place and good food albeit a bit pricey. They are also a bit understaffed so be prepared that waiting time is a bit longer than usual.

Although we did not use the restaurant (we were attending a private function), going by the Buffet supplied, the restaurant should be great. Service at the Buffet was very good and the surroundings pleasant.

Polonia is a cosy little restaurant with delicious polish food, cakes, beer, vodka, just name it. All staff is very attentive and kind. There is also an outdoor seating area for the summer months. Highly recommended.

Starter: Sledzie W Smietanie(herriings in creamy sauce) and Kielbasa Z Rusztu(grilled Polish sausage) Main: Pierogi Z Lososiem I Szpinakiem(salmon and spinach pierogi) and Pierogi Z Miesem ( meat stuffed pierogi) Dessert: warm apple pie and Polish chocolate cake And their popular lagger Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will go there again soon

What a meal! Had Potatoe Cakes topped with Beef Goulash. Delicious tender beef in a delightfully flavorful sauce. Service was great. Also had Popular Polish Lager that wasnt to bad.

My husband had been years before and wanted to see how it was now. We came by for a drink on the way to a friends place when visiting Cambridge on a Saturday evening. Really loved the charming service and drink selection, we tried oak aged vodka and oak aged vodka with walnut. We were so impressed we booked a table for lunch the next day. Again we were not disappointed - lovely, friendly kind staff, especially the lady who looked after us. Really nice relaxed Sunday lunch atmosphere. Lovely Polish food, and honestly one of the best (polish or otherwise) cheesecakes I have tasted. I would love to come back and try the other items on the menu. Thank you very much for such a lovely experience! I cant wait until next time I am in Cambridge.

A meal at the Polonia is always a pleasure, and a must every time I visit Cambridge with a friend. The warm welcome, cosy setting, fantastic range of vodkas and delicious Polish dishes keep drawing us back. We know the place well and were so touched that they remembered us from our last visit, a long time ago in pre-covid days. There really is no other place like it!
