If you love Rick music and its really tasty food. Give this place a try! Just to let everyone know if your wanting to book a table in advance you might struggle due to the website has had issues. But you can still walk in and see if they have a table for however many people you have with you. Dietary restrictions: They do have vegan options, not many but you still wont be disappointed. Repeat customer that won t be returning. Although the food was good, I found the overall cost of £180 for 5 (two children) to be unjustifiably high. Upon reviewing the receipt, I was surprised to see that a significant portion of the bill went towards soft drinks (coke/lemonade, only two beers purchased) and a service charge - these totalled approx £60. While I understand the importance of compensating staff for their service, I believe that customers should have the autonomy to decide on the amount of tip they leave based on the service and their family financial situation. The chip basket, in particular, contained only a few chips that had been hollowed out for decoration, with the rest of the plate filled with salad. For the amount we paid, I expected better. I believe that if establishments continue to prioritize profit over customer cost satisfaction, they may face consequences similar to other chains that have closed down. The prices are prohibitively expensive for families, especially when compared to more affordable options like Nandos and Nines. While the service and food quality were good/satisfactory, I cannot justify returning given the exorbitant prices for soft drinks and service charge. I hope the service charge added to a bill is reevaluated and pricing and tipping policies to better accommodate your average working customers in the future. I am on minimum wage, and I do not receive a service charge for the service I provide. Tipping yes 100% agree, service charge added to a bill - no. Music also far to loud - we couldn t hear each other speak

My Boyfriend an I ate here on Saturday. Our table was booked for 7:00, it wasn t ready for 7:00 so we was advised to wait at the bar and order a drink (which we didn t mind) but we had to stand and it was rather cramped. We sat down at our table at 7:10 and ordered our food. We got our starter at about 7:30 but our main didn t come until 8:15 in which we wasn t to impressed about. The food wasn t great either, the burger was slightly dry and the mushroom side was very salty. We felt we couldn t enjoy my meal as we had to rush out for 8:30 because that s when our bowling was booked for. We would also love for the music in there to be a bit more varied we know it s a rock cafe but they have all these pictures of AC/DC, Bowie, John Lennon, Jimi Hendrix, Queen but I didn t hear one song by any of these artists.

Had the gluten free California burger, really amazing! Everyone enjoyed the food and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free burger buns are available. However the fries are done in the same oil as other gluten-including ingredients so the fries are not suitable for coeliacs.

Honestly, one of the best (my favourite) restaurants in Cambridge. Not only are the staff welcoming as soon as you enter, they are always alert and keep their eye on you making sure you re comfortable. A brilliant range of really delicious dishes and drinks. This place accommodates all occasions, dates, get togethers, parties, you name it.

very welcoming restaurant, with one of the best chicken hamburger and sweet potato fries Ive ever had. chicken was just a bit spicy, but that didnt bother me as the whole thing was spectacular. staff is amazing, made sure to check for food allergies and come back often to see if everything was alright. perfect for a rock or metal fan, many signed guitars and vinyl. the whole aesthetic just fits perfectly for the theme. will definitely come back

With what started with a party of 25 and got reduced to 15 then have an additional 2 people show up on the day, my party wasn t very organised but rockers was so accommodating to our needs we all had an incredible time. Before the booking rockers customer service exceeded my expectations for being reliable and flexible with each change even upon the day. On the day I had made some mistakes with the food pre order and some of the party members wanted to change their orders, Vania our server was very patient, polite and made the booking run smoothly. Drinks and food came out faster then expected and each meal was delicious the chefs done a great job and we had an incredible time. Would definitely recommend and re visit!

Waited more than 1 hour for an order (4 people) and eventually left without eating as they failed to bring our order. We were very excited to come in, seemed like a nice location but the service was terrible. Might be a different experience for others as a table of 6 came in about 20-30 mins after us and they got their orders in 20-30 mins. It was then when we started inquiring about our order .

We go here very often. The food is always good, and the service is usually friendly and relaxed.

A pretty fine steakhouse which gives American/rockstar vibes. Steak was great, perfectly cooked medium rare as I wanted with nice grilled charcoal flavour. The meat was tender and juicy enough and the size was good. Very satisfied quality considering the price and compare to other steakhouse that I ve been before. I ve ordered chimichurri sauce which was absolutely fantastic and remarkably delicious. Would definitely order this sauce again. Bbq Pork ribs was just decent, the portion was good however needed bit more sauce and meat as it was quite dry rather than juicy and also the bones were too big compare to the size of meat. Fries and coleslaw were good though. Cocktails were amazing. Not too classic or basic taste, had raspberry with lychee martini and blue curacao. Both taste great with reasonable price. Friendly staffs with good customer service so might consider to visit again.

Terrible ever since the new management for this franchise has taken over waiters struggle to speak English not that much of an issue other than language Barrier ..restaurant was empty as a group including myself of 7 walked in instead of putting a few table at the front together they cramped us in a booth which at best fits 4 then put a chair on the end to essentially fit 5, not only were we cramped we were then told to make space for our food that was on the way as you can imagine a table for 4 with 7 plates of mains and starters was an issue but instead of the employees using a few brain cells they could have put us comfortably by putting tables in, we were also rushed to order as the kitchen was closing at 9pm to then not only leaving our food cramped on a table but also tasting bland and cold also burnt. This is definitely not how this branch used to be but if this is how it is going to be moving forward avoid at best food is overpriced, I wouldn t have paid £1 for my starter let alone £7. Avoid!!

I went here yesterday for my 18th. The atmosphere in the restaurant is really good and it is well decorated and clean. The staff were friendly and we had our food in about 10-15 mins which tasted really good. I would recommend, and I would likely return.

T-bone its delicious. Get one!!! Sirloine steak tender and delicious. Hurricane cocktail its amazing. The mushrooms side for the steak is very nice. Time waiting to get someone to serve us was a bit to long. Way to many people and looks like theyre short of stuff. Who was serving us was very kind and polite but to distracted on getting our requests. Mojito not the best, avoid... Get the hurricane or any other instead. Was missing a knife on the table and we had to request it 3 times. Oreo chesscake was good but its definetly not chesscake, Its more like a cake and mosse. Once again took them 15 minutes to serve my desert. Understadable on a full house and short in staff. In general they deserve a 4.5*

A very nice ersatz of the Hard Rock Cafe in Cambridge: rockn roll atmosphere, more like the 70s and 80s, but not only that... Unpretentious but very decent cuisine (burgers, steaks, salads, etc.) Varied cocktails but a little too sweet. Smiling and efficient service.

Rockers does the best steak in Cambridge, without question. Their £30 fillet kicks the backside of the £90 wagyu steaks I ve tried elsewhere in the city. And the chips are sooo good. They way they cut them is amazing.

We came for a birthday meal on a Saturday night. We arrived five minutes before our reservation and had to wait at the bar, not a big deal because the restaurant was clearly full. We waited nearly fifteen minutes (technically ten) to be taken to our table. Again, not the a big deal, but it was obvious the staff were rushed off their feet. They were way too understaffed for a Saturday night, there were waiters running around, trying to get everyones orders and drinks, two waiters collided and five drinks were spilled over a customer at the next table...they were our drinks. We felt awful. When the food came, it was cooked perfectly and tasted great. The prices were really fair, but 10% service charge considering we had patchy service and it took two attempts to get our drinks a bit much. They need more staff, its not fair on the ones who were there, they were trying their best. Would go again, but definitely not a Saturday. Far too busy and loud.

After reading the reviews on just how good the steak was, we thought, great, just what the doctor ordered. Completely underwhelmed would be the polite comment, the T Bone was the driest steak I ve ever had the misfortune of eating. The staff were a complete contrast, attentive but not overwhelming, great decor and music just sadly let down by the food, which is a shame as it s a steak house.

Lovely food, lovely atmosphere. Great tunes. Service was top notch as well. We were walk ins on a Saturday late afternoon (half 5) but got seated straight away. Would recommend this place to eat at. Especially if you like your Rock music.

Well cooked steak and very tasty chips, the atmosphere was also good and the staff were very polite and attentive. The peppercorn sauce however was on the thin side and wasnt particularly strong. Overall a nice place to eat out

This place is my go to spot for steak in Cambridge. Rockers has always been a great spot for steak in Cambridge as 9/10 they always deliver, barring the one off inconsistent meal, however everyone you dine in you know your getting a great meal with 10/10 service and a rock & roll atmosphere

I ve been dining with rockers since mill road(a long time), they upgraded to a bigger restaurant and still give the same flawless service and delicious food. They make me feel like a vip every time I visit! It s rockers every time for me! Parking: Easy parking, next to restaurant.

Wonderful little restaurant. Catered for a partt of 9 and service was wonderful. Never an empty glass and checked everyone was ok thoughout our time there. Very apologetic for 1 minor issue cheese burger vs blue cheese burger. Food was amazing lovely meal will visit again

Maybe stick just to burgers! One starter came out cold, the replacement was not much hotter and less generous than the first portion. While our burger we ordered was actually quite tasty, our chicken dish was dry and reminiscent of a Birds Eye frozen meal done badly. Any salad seemed to consist of an entire bag of mixed lettuce and then some more leaves for good measure. However the waiting staff were pleasant throughout.

Food was probably a bit overpriced for what it is. I ordered the T-bone and it was a bit tough in places, this is the second time Ive been to Rockers and both times the steak was a little off. Sides/appetisers were done beautifully but I dont come to a steakhouse for the sides and appetisers. Good atmosphere, however, its a small restaurant so if youre unlucky enough to not get a booth you will be rubbing elbows with the guests next to you. Music was way too loud, I had to shout to talk with my wife, I get that its a music based restaurant but no need to be that loud. Overall a good experience, decently quick service and friendly staff.

Tried the eating challenge and failed, my advice is it s much harder than it looks. Staff were all really friendly, food was great and atmosphere was good. Only lost a star because it was really cold and all they had was a few fan heaters. Parking: Parking is available in the Cambridge Leisure Park multi storey and you can get a discount QR code in the cinema which takes off a small amount of the ticket price

Easy to find, plenty of parking close by. Staff welcoming, polite and efficient. Food was amazing, steak was served as requested, deserts were wonderful. The decor is awesome, guitars mounted in display cases in the walls, rock bands detail all over the walls, rock music playing in the background not to loud. Great atmosphere and drinks!

Me and my partner came last night (12th March 2022) for the first time, it was lovely the environment, the service was spot on, the drinks were nice but the food, wow that was the best food me and my partner ever had from any restaurant! He had a steak and I had a burger so two very different meals off the menu and it was amazing. We both can t wait to return, even though it was pricey it s worth every penny, Thank you all!!

Good tasty food and friendly service

We booked for a table of 5 last night at 7pm but when we arrived, our table still had people on it who had been there for their 2 hour slot. The guy who served us when we walked in (unfortunately didnt get his name but he had very short black hair) apologized for this and offered us a seat at the bar and some drinks on them while we waited for the table to become free. The wait was only about 15 minutes and from then on he kept apologizing for the wait when we came in (even though we really didnt mind) and being really attentive making sure that everything was okay. Just felt like he really cared for the customers and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a good experience. Everyone also really enjoyed the food which was a bonus!

A fantatsic rock themed restaurant. I have visited a number of times and each time the food has been brilliant. I will say at certain times it can take a little longer to get your food but the food is well worth the wait!

First time here and had a really decent experience. Both staff members who served us did a great job. In particular, the person who took our 4 person order, with lots of changes to the standard items, committed it to memory perfectly, which rarely happens. He was attentive without being over baring. As for the food, the ribs and burgers were far better than most of these more expensive burgers and steak houses. Really well cooked , all 4 orders , very well done. Excellent BBQ ribs with some meat on them for a change.. Price was about 20 quid each for the main meal and drink so reasonable in todays market. Overall excellent value and service and well worth a visit..

Theres not much to keep young children entertained, but they have highchairs and a good kids menu, but not many vegetable options for children Wheelchair accessibility: All wheelchair accessible but a little tight as they have maximised floor space for tables and seating.

I booked Rockers for our Christmas meal this year (14 of us). It was outstanding. Food all arrived on time, selection was delicious, and we all had an amazing time. The general atmosphere of Rockers is in itself lovely, and being a steak addict it is somewhere I frequent regularly. The Christmas set up was great - so very glad we chose it, and we have all already voted to return in 2017!

Burgers are ok (but not amazing), but the service was slow when we went and the prices were too high. The atmosphere is fun and quirky, but Im not sure thats enough to make up for the slow so-so food. Food

Amazing burgers, great staff.

Good quality steaks that are well cooked and well seasoned. The salad dressing is also very nice. Service is usually fast. It is a unique dining atmosphere with the rock memorabilia all over.

Really enjoyed my burger and skinny fires here. The booth was comfy and the staff were friendly. The atmosphere was good for me with the football World Cup showing but not too loud that we couldnt talk amongst ourselves. I thought the price was a bit steep however. £32 for burger chips and 2 poretti beers...
