Edit : they have changed the hours online but they atill dont reflect the actual hours of operation, this is actualy disgusting that a manager lets this happen. I cant go back if i dont know when you are open, Pretty bad that after years they can not update the hours properly. Starting to feel like they focus on the drive-thru over customers inside. Quite sad you cannot be open at 9pm on a saturday, or update your hours properly so customers wont waste their time.

The guy was kind of rude. But food and atmosphere great as usual. This kind is usualy rude everytime we get him banging on the computer and rude and snippy with questions and service.

Went through drive thru this morning an ordered a lunch b.l.t. on a begal. They gave me a begal b.e.l.t. Tim horton eggs make me sick. Ruined my breakfast, thanks. Id give 0 stars if I could.

Great staff. They are always super friendly with my dog and give him the occasional Timbit; he always get excited when we re in the drive thru.

Great service compared to other Tim Hortons. This Timmies is the centerpiece of Merecroft Village. There are lots of other great shops there too.

No Stars... Dont count on this drive thru being open early. Sign on the door says open 24hours, well remove that sign that Head office gave you as it isnt even close to accurate. Hours arent posted anywhere outside on the building. Google says open at 0500 but Ive been there several times at 0500 and waited until 0510 and although staff are moving about inside they arent opening up the drivethru, cant wait! Gotta get going to work! Cant rate the coffee as Ive had to leave empty handed each time, no more stopping here for me, youre wasting my time. McDonalds for the early workbound coffee is best, they seem to have the staffing sorted out better and is more reliable.

Visiting from out of town I popped into this Tim Hortons to get a coffee and treated myself to two sour cream Tim Bits. OMG, melt in your mouth good wished I got ten. Ordered the same two Tim Bits in my home town; sickly sweet and not fresh. Next visit to Campbell River, I went back to Tim Hortons Merecroft Village mall, had two sour cream Tim Bits, and again, perfection. I told Katie, who served me, how I specifically stopped at this Tim Hortons hoping it wasn t just a fluke. She said, no fluke, that s Lance, he insists on excellence in his baking. Well, it shows!!! Thank you so much for insisting on excellence. The food is excellent, the store is clean and the staff are friendly. It says 5 out of 5 but I say 10 out of 10!!

They often close early so dont count on it being open till it says. Ive stopped getting double doubles here as its very inconsistent and often doesnt taste very good. There are a few awesome staff here and a handful that could use some customer service training. The food is usually good though.

Like any fast food restaurant! At least theyre following the Pandemic procedures, wear your mask; but you have to be 2 meters apart from each other! And a certain number of people allowed in at a time! This store was one of the cleanest ones Ive seen in BC, since coming from Alberta! Id recommend this location anytime over the Willow Point Location, the staff are more friendly

Long wait times. Much faster and efficient Tim Hortons in town. Spent 35 mins in the drive through with only 11 vehicles in front. Not sure what there problem is.

I have never had a bad experience at Tim Hortons drive-thru or in store. However its the usual franchise , nothing amazing but sometimes predictable is what you want.

My experience here has been quite positive. Coffee has always been hot and fresh, the only time an ordered was messed up, they corrected immediately, quickly and were quite nice about it. Drive thru can be slow at busy times, but overall a decent tim hortons

Thought it would be a good idea to start my morning off by going through this drive-thru, and pick myself up my wife am I dog a nice breakfast and a treat, but the incompetence of this establishment is unbelievable not only did they get my drink wrong, my food wrong, timbits wrong, they also had just the worst attitude for delivering, anyone a good morning coffee. Just unbelievable the great trifecta of getting everything wrong, plus a terrible morning experience. Wow really showing that great Canadian Tims experience.

I am so done with Tim Hortons. It wasnt that long ago when you could get a decent sandwich and the donuts were made onsite not brought in frozen. I dont even bother going anymore, its just gross now.

Excellent chilli combo

I might be a little biased seeing how this is my local Tim Hortons location and I come here on a daily basis. Unreal how fast things go through this location, both drive through and inside store line ups. Staff is friendly and helpful plus the store is well stocked and well-maintained. Cant say enough good things about it. Thank you!

Lineup was slow, very low selection of donuts. On the plus side staff is efficient, respectful, friendly and my orders are almost always correct.

I ve been to this Tim s 100 s of times because it s the only coffee on the way to work. If you want your order screwed up 80% of the time this is the place to visit. You should put it in park and check your meal because chances are it s not what you ordered. If only there was a MaCdonalds on the south side...

If this wasnt the closest one on my commute to work I would never come here. I suggest never using the tap in the drive thru with your card because they double charged me twice and the management refused to refund me when it happened a second time, they even told me its happened to other customers too and they refuse to deal with it. Worst Tims in town, small dining area and they turn off the sandwich press at 10pm, just go to Willow Points if you got the time and spare yourself the disappointment. At least they know how to work the sugar and milk machine here sometimes, so they got that.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I visit nearly every day for warm or iced coffee (depending on the day) but the quality of the drinks have dropped significantly in the last year. The iced coffee especially. I bragged last summer about the iced coffees always being perfect. But by fall of last year it was hit or miss. Now I get a good cup about 15-20% of the time. I hope they get back on track soon.

Horrible. Wasnt told there eould be a wait until I had already been waiting 5 min. Was told 4 mins which ended up being closer to 10 more
