The staff and tea were perfect, although, as with many places around town, there were homeless people sheltering within.

Coffee, cappuccino and muffins taste very tasty.

Tim Hortons should change the time online as to what time they close!!! Totally UNACCEPTABLE to say youre open until 11pm and YOURE NOT!!!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

The service was great & fast & friendly. When asked some questions, they were answered in a pleasant informative manner. The building was clean.

Norman (Supervisor) was super rude while delivering the order. He was arguing without any reasons . When I asked to call manager he said I am the main person, and said there is no manager here right now and said very aggressively that you can come tomorrow to meet manager. I said I will complain about this rude behaviour and he said I don`t care. We are not happy with this kind of behavior of your crew. This kind of behavior is not acceptable to the customers

Love my coffee, most days

Im giving up on this timmies. 1/7 vanilla oat lattes purchased recently actually had vanilla in them. Glad I was inside for 2 of them to get them corrected before leaving, others were drive thru and by the time you have a sip your in a different part of town.

Good for a quick snack

Called ahead two large takeout orders. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was great and everything was ready for the set time. They even bagged everything for easy take out. Staff in store were very helpful and kind. 10/10 experience!!

2x ordered thru doordash delivery & for some reason, always gets my order wrong.... so disappointing...

Its been a steady march to mediocrity since the chain sold to outside influences. Portions continue to shrink flavor profiles changed and its not the same quality. Still enjoy the breakfast wrap and certain donuts.

Tim s business model must be to have the most inefficient staff so it takes for ever to help a line of 3 customers while they have 5+ employees behind the counter. No one acknowledges you while you wait and when it s finally your turn, the unfriendliness is palpable. I have to conclude the employees are not well treated by the company, low pay and bad benefits since all The stores seem to consistently ofer the same lousy experience. The doughnuts were pretty bad too, why are their apple fritters so doughy? And the curlers have the texture of a wet rag. Shocking this franchise is so popular

So disappointed with my experience, went for doughnuts and coffee, they were out of doughnuts, they said cause of quality control, asked for a farmers wrap...they didnt have it, asked for a chicken sandwhich with jalapeños and I got a dried out unedible sandwhich with no jalapeños... my coffees didnt have espresso like I asked. I drove to merecroft and got doughnuts... and espresso to dump in my coffee. What a terrible experience from this location.

Its January 18, 2024, in Campbell River and it has snowed on/off for 2 days. Around 7:45 pm I ordered in drive thru; drove up to the window and the young lady was very pleasant, and we chatted while the large ham and cheddar was getting made. A few minutes later the sandwich was ready, so with a large dark roast coffee black, 10 Tim Bits and sandwich I drove home with the snow trying to dampen my spirits but the odor of the dark roast coffee kept a smile on my face. At home having finished my wee sandwich; tim bits and coffee watching the driving snow through the window! One word comes to mind.....CONTENTMENT! Its getting expensive now and service is hit or miss even the food quality is a miss a-lot of times. Still thankful for getting my coffee there tho.

Friendly staff with a decent view of the ocean,however the food is so processed,synthetic and precooked I cant eat there it hurts my stomach within the hour. If you want a donut and coffee thats alright. Parking: Quite a few Wheelchair accessibility: Its flat!

Hands down the best Timmys staff I ve come across. Those ladies were absolutely smashing it! They clearly liked working together and it showed with wonderful service with a smile. The were super fast and so cheerful they made our morning! They deserve a raise for sure!

When will Tim Hortons come to the Netherlands? Good coffee for little money! That competitor from Seattle can take a cue from that.

So I got an ice cap and I was drinking. It tasted pretty good, but then I found slimy mucus chunk like somebody spit in it, now I am extremely sick!

The coffee is always bitter here and we avoid this Tim Hortons because of it. We have had to have our coffees remade many times, but always end up wasting them as they are never better.

I ordered a chicken bacon wrap, got a habanero wrap, I also wanted a medium coffee with oat milk because of a dairy allergy but got regular milk. My wife ordered a habanero loaded bowl with Grilled chicken because of a gluten allergy but she got crispy breaded chicken that she couldn t eat. At least her drink came correct staff seemed rushed. writing what things are on the wraps/bowls/ coffees could be very helpful.

Need to up their game in regards to apple fritters....see Alberta 7-11 fritters

Tim Hortons coffee has been only marginally better than bilge water for the last 10 years. Not even adding pumpkin spice helps. Its basically undrinkable. Go to McDonalds, they use Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee, where Tim Hortons used to get their coffee.

Wow I guess the bean counters have been a work. I used to get a half decent large bowl of chilli and a good size bun. Now when you pay for a large you get a bun 1/4 the size and a small cup of chilli. Im not going back anymore

I stopped by and bought some soup. I was still glad they had chicken noodle.

Im blessed to almost always have awesome service from timmys. I know how busy they get and just try to be cheerful back to them

I like there coffee and eats

A Tim Hortons that has almost no donuts, just a tiny shelf with virtually no selection. Dont bother.

Its Timmys, always reliable. Food, so, so but get the same coffee quality no matter which one you go to.

Merecroft Tim Hortons staff are very friendly and competent. Food and drinks are always good quality and reasonable.

Lerwick Rd location was so slow for walk in/take out, even slower than it historically has been. Either staff need to relearn what a double double is, or the machine that measures needs to be fixed. Steeped tea was so sweet (x 2). Last couple of times going through the drive thru, order has been missing items or wrong items. Drive thru staff have been very friendly, but hard to understand when ordering.

This place is honestly trash I try to avoid this place at all cost when I m hungry There drinks are always half way full The food is either stale or freezing cold There breakfast are the worst eggs are like rock solid and the meat is always rubbery and cold Only thing I can eat from here is there donuts But overall food is always poorly made there drinks aren t good and the service isn t usually great, when I order sandwiches from here they add like one tiny piece of meat and no sauce Def worst food place in town

The staff were friendly, coffee and breakfast was great. The restaurant was quite dirty, tables not wiped, floors were slippery because of the grease, etc.

The friendly drive thru ladies are such a delight to deal with. Keep up the great work!

Ive noticed since the addition of Pete to the team, in the back there is a new level of organization and cleanliness. This guy appears to take the job seriously and Im certain the product quality has reaped the benefits. The owner Is hands on and dedicated. Always an Awesome guy to deal with. Of late especially in the morning the place looks tidy, until you need to fibd a place to sit. If their isnt a homeless person catching 50 winks in a booth, the tables are filthy. To be honest it isnt every single time, but especially the ones in Campbell River; its like none of the 6-7 people working cant take 5 minutes to make the place look presentable to customers that walk on and want to sit. And labor shortage issue is a coup out.

Made order in drive thru got the window and tried to scan our code. This staff member isn t even paying attention talking to someone in side . She just pulls the scanner away thinking it was don t quotes the same amount which her back was turned so we asked 4 times when she finally lower her face to speak to us was so annoyed she had to repeat her self. My friend , ) driver)said it didn t work and picks u her wallet . The worker now is so annoyed that she has to scan her phone. Finally she hands out drinks nearly dropping them because she is again talking to someone . She then gives us the wrong orders . First it was just the drinks then she handed us other people people food and more drinks! When we drove away we realized the mistake and went back and I tried to get the worker to see what was up . But she worker literally blew me off with a wave back turned ! The worst service ! They must get the same training next store at Wendy s . I will be reporting these to local head offices! They both are a joke! Do not recommend . Don t bother eating this

Bad service!

I rarely get what I actually order when going through the drive thru. I even double check with the person at the window and I still dont get what I ordered. This should not be a constant occurrence. Once or twice I can understand but every time is ridiculous.

Very upset with the Rice Bowl I got, the crispy chicken was over cooked and burnt! Couldnt even bite through the coating to get to the chicken. There was hardly any salad in it and the rice was a little over heated to boot:( On a positive note the first Rice Bowl I got a couple weeks ago was most excellent :) (maybe they were having a bad night.) The donut was good:)

Had a Timmies lrg coffee today and a raisin bran muffin. Both were good and the restaurant is very clean. Customer service was awesome. I have 1 question though..is your coffee weaker? I had double cream and the coffee didnt taste as strong today. Food

The black iced coffee is fairly good (better than many independent coffee shops nearby). The regular/hot black drip coffee is just OK. Note : You have to clearly specify black, otherwise they automatically put cream and sugar in the coffee. I prefer my coffee black so I can enjoy the flavor of the coffee itself.

Always consistency service here. Line up can be long but they move quickly

They need to fix their drive through window microphones as the person taking orders can never hear the first time and always needs repeating of what I want to order

The kid taking orders was super rude, ordered a Chipotle chicken wrap... didnt have chicken on it. Went back to get it replaced and nothing but dirty looks from kid on dt. Never going back again.

Stopped in to order lunch but used the restroom first. It was so filthy, old piled on dirt in and on the toilet, sink and floors, garbage overflowing and on the floor. Reminded me of the old gas stations. I left without lunch. If thats the state of the washrooms whats in the food!

Hard to say about this location, its in a good local area on the island highway! You got lots of different stores in the area! Even new apartments/Condos! The beach is even across the street! Theres a drive-thru, for those trying to get through quick! But depending on the time of day, its usually busy or quite! They have types of soups to sandwiches, muffins to donuts; from those fancy cream filled to the plain old glazed ones! Even donut holes, for either yourself or the little ones! Theyre allowing people to sit down & eat! But with the 4th wave of the Pandemic going through! Who knows when it all change yet again!

Got 2 wrong orders at the drive through. Went inside and got the right one. Young man was excellent and apologetic. I blame it on short staffed on a long weekend

I always thought they had the second best coffee after the big guy. I had no idea it was so strong. I couldnt get to bed until 4 a.m. I could not figure out why! Then it hit me, the coffee o had at 9:30 p.m. but I liked it thought. I went back again today. For a blueberry donut and coffee. Now, Im looking for flowers to buzz some pollen off of. Just kidding! Im in a Japanese Sushi restaurant waiting for my Sashimi order. $25. or $8.oo, so I spring for the 25 pieces. Only live once. Domo arigato gozai masté.

Took something like ten minutes, maybe more in the drive through for them to make my sandwich, that isnt an exaggeration. Then when I get home I find out my sandwich was even made wrong. Props to the apologetic kid and guy helping him who were on the ball with the rest of my order and trying to hurry the deli person along.

Watched the 2 pick up trucks in front of me both have to back up to manoeuver the drive up because of a too sharp corner near the window. I laughed. Got a crueller that was overcooked, old and dry. I cried.

This is not to bad but a little to pricey but good for a place to go for a coffee and chat with friends

It does not matter which location I go to, Tim Hortons always neglects to add the bacon I asked for which costs a dollar extra. Way to keep up your losing streak.

Its a Tims nothing exciting. But this RATE is do to the ... Campbell River BC location.. that drive thru and drive area .. parking lot is the *WORST* !! Who ever had thier hands in designing that situation needs to stand there and direct traffic!! It SUCKS ... who the *H%/=* and *WHAT THE F&$ @* were any of ya thinking?..... (my opinion)

Went and got 3 drinks with my mom the worker first said my mom only gave her 6.45 when she gave her 7 something I don t know the exacts but she knew she gave 7 dollars as she had 3 dollars in one and four in another before handing and after the employee kept on she then gave the worker another dollar and the worker only gives 5 cents back and says that s it when it in fact is 25 cents or potentially 1.25, the worker was stubborn too wouldn t re count it only looked it through once and took the dollar more saying she in fact didn t say she gave 6.45 before the dollar it was 6.20
