We offer warm and comfortable surroundings so you can enjoy a local craft beer, delicious cocktails, B.C. Wine and a fine meal. Our ocean side marine pub offers magnificent ocean and mountain views. The dining ambiance is pleasantly casual and intimate, with seating available in a charming interior setting or enjoy the fresh ocean air in our outdoor patio.
Showed up close to the kitchen closing but it wasn't an issue. Had to keep getting the bartender to keep grabbing me things, he did them without making me feel like I was being a nuisance. Good convo when he had the chance
We were promptly seated upon arrival and our drinks were quick to arrive. I had the seafood linguine with garlic bread which was very tasty. My wife ordered the salmon with seasonal vegetables. The presentation of this dish was very poor. A generous portion of salmon on top of slices of carrot, with more carrots around the salmon. The plate was a mass of orange and looked awful. At one point a server asked if the carrots were hard, but no offer to change them. Also, since when is carrot a seasonal vegetable, this dish required something with colour to contrast the salmon.
Was recommended by the hotel clerk and did not disappoint. Makartnee was our server and did a great job with the jokes as we watched the BC Lions football game and had dinner and drinks.
It's a nice and comfortable place just next to the Discovery Harbour Marina. Lots of visitors in summer time so reservations could help. Their outside patio is quiet and relaxing with a beautiful view on the boats in the marina. They have a good choice of drinks and meals. But the icing on the cake is their staff. Our waitress Phoenix was unbelievable. She was very nice, accomodating and quietly looking after her guests needs. Both my wife and me never seen this genuine kindness with a great smile. Thank You so much Phoenix. Campbell River must be proud of people like You
Nice area by the water. 3 of us had a wonderful meal, unfortunately the 4th was served undercooked schnitzel and had to change their order. No effort made by restaurant to compensate for this error, server was apologetic but did say they wouldn't charge us for the meal we sent back. Huh??
Stopped in with my dad kind of late. We just made it. The staff was very friendly. Our food was really great. I love stopping here when I am visiting Campbell River.
If you are in Campbell River before or after fishing and you are looking for good food and drinks...this is the place. Chicken wings are good addition with wine or beer
Whenever we go to Campbell River the Riotide is a must do. The food, service & atmosphere is fantastic. They have a great selection of craft beers to go along with "The Best" Clubhouse I have ever had - real chicken, perfect bacon and a mound of delicious fries. My wife had the beef dip this time it was to die for.
Everything was 5 stars. Its always a pleasure to dine here.
Good veggie burger, tasty beer, service was quick and friendly Vegetarian options: Veggie burger was good Food : 5/5 |
Great place, great food and service, with a relaxed vibe and waterfront view
Prices have almost doubled from what you are showing
Ive gone to the riptide as a standby for good food and good service. I went today and had the mushroom burger, ordered yam fries and a bowl of seafood chowder, and my partner ordered the poboy oyster berger and salad. Service was really slow considering there were so many servers in there. The soup was really fishy tasting. The salad had brown letuce in it, fries were crispy overdone the burger was so so. The other times Ive gone there food was amazing and service was great. I dont think Ill be back anytime soon. Not sure if its changed hands or under new management but for a 100 dollar bill I would have been much more satisfied spending 30 bucks at the anw next door.hope they pick up their heels cause that was an unpleasant experience.
Great beer selection, good pub food and excellent service
Lovely pub with a great selection of local craft ales. The menu has a range of cosy pub food and fresh seafood options. Great attentive service.
Good times for a team party or a lovely night out with your best other
Food was great service was fast will be back for sure
Great food n people
Salmon tartar was quite disappointing- didn t taste fresh at all and was way too mayo-y & dill-y. I know it wasn t- but it tasted like canned salmon. Fish and chips were tasty but the fries were so salty that by the end of the meal my mouth hurt & I love salty food. Waiter was friendly, kind and service was good.
Had lunch there. Very attentive service. Large salad with salmon was very good and worth the money.
Cozy pub, good food at a reasonable price. Friendly staff
On 31st Aug 2024 five of us had very disappointing dishes. The 2 mushroom burgers - could not find the mushrooms. The fish and chips - fish looked like a large french fry, so small was it, embarassed waitress brought another piece. My seafood chowder looked like porridge (oatmeal), I saw a few fish pieces, but no signs of shellfish, and flavour was closer to porridge than chowder.
Staff friendly, attentive, great atmosphere lovely pub , food looked amazing but didnt eat
We came in for apps for my birthday. The server said OH, black hair ponytails. We ordered dirty martinis and calamari. The martini is so awful I couldn t finish it. The calamari came out not hot. Frozen and chewy. The red onions .. I could count on my hands. When we said something. They took it back and the server came back and said she took it off the bill. I would hope so since we didn t eat it. Waited 15 min for the bill. Would not come back here again
Outstanding food and incredible service.
Nice restaurant with a view of the harbor, Nice and cozy and the food was good
Nice place looks like they have a great patio gor summer
Food ok, some already cold. In general it was far too air-conditioned
Go here often but noticed changes in the menu and the portions are getting smaller and prices going up just like everywhere else Overall its a great place Food
A great gastro pub, with a wide selection of beers from numerous microbreweries and a wonderful atmosphere.
Good food, great service.
Great food, drink selection and service, as well as jovial staff!
For a waterside pub, it was exactly what we hoped for - nice setting, fun modern pub/bistro, reasonable prices. We dined (lunch) outside overlooking the marina on a beautiful day. Nice wide selection of lunch fare & drinks (incl craft beer, regional wines and fun cocktails). I had a salmon topped fresh greens salad w a creamy ginger dressing along w a hoppy pale ale but was tempted by several other options.
Atmosphere was good. Service was acceptable but not top notch. Food was just alright. Can say Ive been here, not a top priority to go back.
Lovely pub, prompt service and food lovely. Music nights on Thursday too so all good. Food
Good atmosphere and nice decor. Good vibes but food wasnt all great. Got the salmon with seasonal veggies, the salmon was over cooked and it was served with boiled beet and rice which had no flavor, disappointing for $30!
I think our waitress was having a bad day. It s been a long time since we have encountered such rudeness. From the moment we entered we felt unwelcome. Had it not been for her I expect we would have enjoyed the location and stayed longer.
Awesome french onion soup.
Myself, husband and our 7 years old son are looking forward to go there, unfortunately they said no child is allowed to come in as it is a pub....
Fab place, loads of desks and happy hour, great GF pizza - staff attentive and friendly Dietary restrictions: GF no problem here
Fantastic customer service. Food was excellent and drinks were great
The food was disappointing. Dry Eggplant Parm served on over fried mashed potatoes and a few slices of boiled carrot
We booked a table for 2 adults and 4 kids (ages 12, 13, 14 and 15). When we arrived the hostess seemed she didn t believed our youngest was 12 years old, but without asking for our ID she looked frustrated and showed us our table. The food and drinks tasted fine. However when each of us took our last bite the plates where already taken away. During dessert the bill was already presented at our table, but we weren t finished with our meals and drinks. We got the feeling they wanted us to go away quickly. Food was fine, but not a nice place to have a nice relaxing meal.
I ordered a steak sandwich and it came with only one slice of bread which I wasnt expecting considering its a sandwich and is on the handhelds menu (you cant hold steak and gravy on one slice of bread). I asked the server for an extra slice of bread to complete the sandwich and she brought me one. When she brought the bill, the extra bread was listed as an add-on for $3 (pretty expensive). I challenged this on the grounds I had ordered a sandwich and the server was quick to confidently and rudely tell me it says its open top on the menu so I trusted her and decided to pay the full price and tip. Then I opened the menu and guess what? It DOES NOT say open top anywhere. I challenged the server on this and she told me it used to say it, we changed the menu today. She did not apologise and ran off to get the manager who never showed up. I did not appreciate this at all! What does sandwich mean to you? $3 for a slice of bread?
Great atmosphere, inside and out. Large outdoor seating area by the water. Exceptional waitress (Taylor) was attentive, friendly, and considerate, with a contagious joie de vivre
A pleasant and spacious pub right by Discovery Harbour.
Beautiful location right on the harbor. The service was fast even when the restaurant was full and the food was good.
The service and atmosphere is good but the food fell short. We got the cheddar bacon burger and fish tacos. The burger patty was flavorless, the burger only tasted like bacon. The fried fish in the tacos were also flavorless and heavily battered.
The food was great and the service was excellent.
Delicious food and beautiful view. Only wish that the fish and chips was available all day.
Love this Pub
Excellent cuisine, whether seafood or steak. A hearty pale ale and friendly staff. Wheelchair accessibility: Without any problems
Placed at a table upon arrival. The service became grumpy when it became clear that we only wanted to drink coffee. There is a coffee shop around the corner we were told. Paid and walked away without tip. Not recommended.
Omg!!! The fish tacos were to die for. Usually stay away from fish tacos but they were made with the most delicious halibut and garnished to perfection. Wish I could go weekly for any meal!
Always a refreshing break. As a Restauranter its nice to be on the yummy side of service. You guys rock!
Great atmosphere. Bit of a European bar feel with the dark wood and classic details, though well lit with massive windows looking out to the seawall walk and marina.
Have been here before and what I ordered I liked better. The pasta was great, the salmon seemed underseasoned.
Pub is great. Service by one of waitresses was not so good. Very rude when it came to the tip.. she definitely made it very clear she wasn t happy. I thought we were very generous since we didn t eat there and only had a couple drinks. I think tipping expectations are way out of control. I won t go there again.
Great for lunch! It was even quiet on this visit. Sometimes found it a bit loud. Food was fresh and delish. The service was excellent! Lovely visit was had. Wheelchair accessibility: Level entry and chair seating. No problem for wheel chairs.
Great patio. Great food. Great vibes. Enjoy.
Beef dip is fanatic as are the wings. Service was awesome.
We went to riptide last week and our server didn t know what celiac was and said the fries were gluten free but they were in the same fryer as gluten food. When I didn t tip her because I got gluten in my meal as a celiac, she acted like a child and chucked the card machine at my friends and didn t talk to us.
Quick lunch at Riptide. Service was quick, staff was curious and friendly. Ceaser salad was stogey caused by way too much dressing. Dry ribs were fine. All in all I will be back but not for Ceaser salad.
Great
I was disappointed during my recent visit to this restaurant. Although there were only four tables occupied and seven others available on the patio, we were inexplicably denied seating in that area. Instead, we were seated in the dining room where a hockey game was loudly playing, detracting from the ambiance. Additionally, the menu prices seemed excessive, with a salmon Caesar salad priced at $34. Due to these issues, we decided to leave and dine elsewhere. I recommend considering other dining options where the service and pricing better reflect customer expectations.
Vegetarian options: Veggie burger is really tasty!
Food wasnt worth the price. Calamari was 5$ more than what I would pay for a dish like that.. crab cakes were over fried! Sorry guys but the beer is outrageously pricey too. 2 appetizers and 2 beers 65$? Holy moly
Got sick on the prawns added to salad. Service was good.
I would definitely return
Picked up takeout seafood pasta. Was a bit surprised at the $30+ price of a dish that is mostly noodles Got home, opened up the container and laughed. Here s what $31 gets you at the Riptide: 1 1/2 cups noodles, three small prawns and two scallops . Not sure if they were really scallops because the texture was off. Pretty sure they weren t. By the way, I have NEVER done a meal dissection like this before. I was just so shocked at how poor this dish was. Hope they do better for the next customer.
St Patricks Day dinner with great food, service and awesome band. Thank you!
Good wings.
Decent beers on tap, good happy hour prices and appys.
Service is good. I had fish & and chips, which was good. My wife had salmon that was very overcooked and disappointing. There is live entertainment most nights that makes it difficult to hear any conversation due to the noise level.
EPIC FOOD. Thanks!
Ive been here several times now and would recommend lunch if you are looking for a quiet meal. At dinner time when its busier it gets quite loud but thats is to be expected when the restaurant full of people. The service was friendly but a little bit slow once we had our food but it was busy so understandable. The food was awesome every time I have been there. I will be going back.
I had water and calamari and the worst NO SEAFOOD Seafood chowder I have ever had!! Sent it back twice did not eat it... disgusting!
Great pub, food, and service.
Great view and superb service
Oneof the better places to din out in Campbell River. Been there a few times.
Great food, good service!
Service was good but found the food way overpriced and awful. We didnt finish anything.
Good food and friendly staff
Staff and food were great.
Went in for dinner and food, we were sat at a table, the server walked over and asked for our drinks so we ordered, she walked around more and came back a little while later with our drinks, and then a while later to drop off utensils and walked away before we could say anything, she then came back about 10-15 minutes later to take our food order at which time she says oh did you get ID which we hadnt, my partner didnt have his so we were asked to leave. If thats new rules thats fine, but making us wait basically half an hour just to be told to leave is ridiculous especially since we got our drinks first. Id recommend better training for the staff. Ended up over at Moxies which was absolutely amazing food and service
Had high expectations for a recommended restaurant. Waterfront, great food and service. Taylor was our server and she exceeded my expectations. Friendly and efficient. Great dining experience!
Great service!!
The food was excellent. The service was absolutely amazing!! I am not a fan of subsidizing servers wages with huge tips. Last night was an exception to my rule. Our server was amazing. She went well up and beyond what the average server does! Thank you for a great meal and even better service!!
Relaxing meal with a nice view of the water and a warm fireplace.
Great service. Atmosphere was 4 stars as there was no live band playing on the night we went.
Was great as usual!
There were four of us and we all ordered different burgers. No one was disappointed. Some of the best weve eaten. Good location by the water and nice atmosphere. Im saving five stars for exceptional but this was excellent for burgers.
Good location and pleasant staff
This is the only restaurant I eat at when im not working at the fine dining restaurant in the same mall. The food runners are very polite, friendly and helpful. I like this place !
$24 for a salad, missing the cashews, Ive never seen so much spinach in one serving. But seriously $24? At least make it as described on the menu. No meat, no cheese $24. That is brutal. The dressing was great though.
very nice pub. the older crowd goes there. the bartender closes early if there is not enough customers.
Food was horrible and overpriced. My daughters $26 pizza was burnt. Fries were dry and flavorless. Beef dip had no sauce. Wasnt even an au jus instead it came with a thick gravy. Will not recommend to others. Out of 8 of us 5 did not like their food. Very disappointed
Beautiful place to have a lovely Seaside dinner.. Comfortable atmosphere and great staff . Chowder was not what I would expect tho
Very excellent and fast table service and great food !!!
One of the most memorable dinning experiences me and my wife have ever had in our 20 yrs together, the staff made us feel welcome, the food was excellent, you can tell the kitchen enjoys what they do, we couldnt decide so we ordered 12 dishes, each one cooked perfect the detail shows they care about what they serve, if you go there the Mongolian chicken wings are a must, as are the muscles and clams in white wine sauce, the levels of flavor in each of those sauces is beyond words, incredible food at affordable prices, the best way to describe this place is a five star dive bar! .
Had wonderful meal, the service was good, the view was amazing. It came highly recommended and the food and experience lived up to the praise.
Great meal and atmosphere.
Personal favorite restaurant in campbell river, never had a bad meal or experience here
Great atmosphere, staff and food. Will come back for sure!
Stomachache all since lunch to evening and expensive plate no thank
Oyster burger was amazing. Great service.
Great onion soup
Very nice customer service. We ordered seafood linguine and fish&chips. Both meals were delicious and service was really fast (despite fact restaurant was full! ) Will come back!
Very friendly staff Wide variety of food
Fantastic food! Fantastic view! Perfect for a summer evening out!
I have been here once before, and that was two years ago. This time I was very disappointed. The food was subpar, but the worst thing we had was the calamari. I was truly disappointed on how it came out and how rubbery it was. I have noted other servers on the ball, but my buddy had to go up to the bar to get his drink and repeatedly asked her for the bill. Even after she brought it there were mistakes. On a scale of one to ten, I can honestly say I won t be back. Thank you, (Christina) for the bad experience.
Great food.
Been here twice in 2 years. Both times absolutely amazing food and service. 1st time i had the seafood linguini which is to absolutely die for. 2nd time i had the canadian pizza 1/2 order and it was amazing to. Local craft beers and lagers on tap. Staff is very friendly and positive. Kim was my server both times and she was great. As for the scenery; Ill let the pictures speak for themselves. A place to chill, enjoy ocean views, relax and forget about things for awhile. A gem and a must visit spot to eat in Campbell River when you go. Thank you Riptide! Ill always be back!
Prime rib dino bones, supposed to be fall off the bone. Were overcooked, no redness, had to saw through them with steak knife. Comes with small portion of fries (or other side) for 28$, throw a few leftover rib bones on your fire for 20 hours with no cover for same results. BBQ sauce was amazing and bark on ribs was good. Could have been a huge hit.
Not family friendly. Restaurant turned us away on an early Thursday afternoon because we had children. Told us to go to Moxies. The place was dead.
Management was fast and friendly when asked questions.
Had a delicious Thai Bowl. Nice service and tasty beer.
Great Service and great food!
Great place. Carries a good reputation. Food was basic, maybe over priced but its the island so it costs more to get it there I guess. It was tasty, but not exceptional. For some reason shells left on the prawns (more like shrimp), so after putting it in your mouth with the pasta and sauce I found myself pulling it out to peel it . Or digging through the pasta to clean what should have been cleaned... . The service was excellent though. The team worked well together.
What a amazing place to eat if your down Vancouver Island that far! Definitely in the top 5 for best restaurants in Campbell River!
I had the cod tacos, and they were delicious, but the coleslaw was flavorless. It was fathers day lunch with my sister and dad.
A little bit overpriced and pretentious for what you get in my opinion. Didnt appeal to me as a lively pub or as an elegant dining experience. I suppose the view of the water would be nice to have while eating but we couldnt get one. Tables were way too small and furniture in general was quite cheap.
Great food and great beer
Awesome place, loved it ! Great service and food
Stopped by for dinner on recommendation. Nice patio facing the marina. Food was simple overall but good. Shrimp Avocado Boats were fresh and amazing. Cowboy Caesar is worth a spin. BBQ sauce and bacon? Yes, please.
Great food with even better view. A little laut though. Cristina was extremely professional and suggested the best specials. She even added chicken to a salad. Highly recommended.
enjoyed our meal here. pretty view and personable service. nice area for a stroll on a warm evening. both of us tonight chose the cod fish and chips. the fish arrived piping hot and tasted very fresh, fresher than most. a bit put off by what we considered heavy beer batter. but it was edible. the fries were nice and sturdy to hold the ketchup and the tasty house made lemon-caper tartar sauce if you like. the flavor profile of included pickle slaw was definitely unique. not a big pickle fan really, but it was a nice palate cleanser. the portion was very, very small. almost like a condiment cup. for the meal cost, think it should be a bit larger. the meal and the location were worth it o our visit. would try again.
Great food, great service, great music! Really enjoy it here every time I visit.
The wings are top notch.
Setting amazing looking out onto Campbell River. Service as expected really good. Food excellent
I appreciate the staff, Jim and Jasmine are amazing. They know the regulars well and always make us feel welcome. Its almost always busy and makes for an active place to go. Great view. Good food. A definite place to go in Campbell River. Not to mention happy hour 2:30pm-4:30pm everyday.
Clam chowder was very good!
Craving clam chowder and because most restaurants are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays we went to Rip tides pub. Service was not with a smile and food was really overpriced for what we received. Chowder had little to no fish at all in it and thin slice of garlic bread way overpriced for what you receive. Very bland soup and seemed like a broken broth. Very disappointed. Will not revisit unfortunately.
Beautiful pub, great view on the patio, beer was cold and the wings were delish. Prompt service and washrooms were in great shape. Whats not to love
Great place, food and view.
My husband and I went there for my birthday lunch, beautiful sunny day. Our server was very polite and courteous. The food was good. The atmosphere was excellent. Recommend this restaurant highly. Parking: Lots of parking, as it is in a plaza. The parking is behind the restaurant, so a short walk to side & front of entrance.
Great food and service in a beautiful place. Id recommend to anyone
DO NOT RECOMMEND - We were on vacation and tried to order Take-out 2 hours before closing and were told they wont accept takeout orders - Yet there website says you can dine in, or order takeout. HORRIBLE SERVICE TO TURN AWAY BUISINESS.
Good date place
Called to discuss arranging a family dinner for 30. Someone by the name of Christine? answered the phone. Absolutely no reason for her to be rude and hostile. After reading the reviews it appears others have had similar experiences. Totally turned us off.
Tasty pub food in a fun environment. Maddy, our server was delightful. Fun, efficient, friendly, and professional. She checked in regularly. Deep-fried pickles are delicious
We used to love going to the Riptide, love the atmosphere, was my favourite place, food was always consistently so good. We had not been in quite a while, and I have to say that this visit my food was very disappointing. I had the fish tacos, there was no pear slaw that I could see or taste, and a very small piece of cod that was cut in half and served over the two tacos. The portion was so skimpy in my opinion and not worth the $21.00 that they charge. There was no substance to these tacos. After complaining, they did end up charging me only 50% which I appreciated, but really was all it was worth for the small one piece of fish cut in half that made up the two tacos. Whether we will ever go again after this....I am not sure. So disappointing....... :(
Refused to see our family because we had two kids. Told us because of their liquor license anyone under 12 could not be in there.
Wonderful Clams !! Great, relaxed place to grab a bite ! Will be back
Seafood Linguine was very tasty , but portion was very small with 2 scallops, 3 prawns and bits of salmon and cod . Left hungry.Very pricey.
Great location. Sit on the patio and watch the boats in and out of the marina. Good food and drinks - highly recommend the Cowboy Ceasars
Ordered Seafood Linguine. 1 white prawn ( dont even have those in canada) no salmon or scallops as the menu stated. The alfredo sauce was like a warmed whipped cream. Tasteless and not hot. Very disappointing , will not reccomend or be returning. The waitress said we will take the meal off your bill, but that never happened either. $29.00 for a bowl of cold white fish, 1 prawn and oh ya, a piece of burnt garlic tst, which wasnt all that bad. So so disappointing!!
dinner on a patio overlooking the dock and ocean. food was great as well. Thanks for a great visit.
Absolutly unfriendly service. Better to Gott to the MOXIES next door. Mich better service.
First time visit, a charming delicious experience. The food was fresh and yummy. And lots! Had the Sesame crusted salmon on salad w lots of healthy toppings. Cooked to perfection. Patio dining was great, and the waitress was a joy! Patient, kind, respectfully funny with a life dream... you know who you are. The bill was fair and Riptide is high on my list for that special dining out.
Great pub to stop in for a quick beer and food.
Come here when I am in town always a long wait for food however last night was insane. They had one big table but place was no full took hour and a half before my food then arrived lukewarm no one offers me a second drink or anything that hour and a half nor checked if food was ok the server ignored me. The big table was finished and left before my meal came and by big table I mean ten people do not enough to warrant this poor service and my server had nothing to do with it stk sandwich one drink 40
Kicked out at 230 in the afternoon since we have a baby with us? What kind of archaic rule is this? We are from Ontario and have never been restricted from having our baby with us for lunch. So much for trying to support the local business in the area. the host staff just said because its a pub minors cant be admitted?! Terrible experience.
Note that this restaurant discriminates against families of young children. If you have a child under 11 look elsewhere according to them. While I understand that minors under 19 must be accompanied within B.C. this appears to be the owners choice and not noted on their website. We were on our way down from Port Hardy and this was a very disappointing discovery.
Had a fantastic time at the pub. Food was very good and the service was above the norm. Our server Maddie not enough can be said about her. She made our time most enjoyable.
The food was awful - very disappointing. The calamari is not fresh, very rubbery. As for the pizza . horrible, with a disgusting aftertaste
Nice bit of pub grub. I had the crab cakes and was very happy
I enjoyed our visit here. The ambiance was great. Though they did have some TVs playing sports, they werent in your face like many other pubs. The place was packed when we got there, due to Xmas parties but it wasnt too loud. The host was very accommodating. Because of the parties there werent any tables when we got there. After sitting at the bar, he brought us to a table that had opened up. By the time the rest of our group arrived he had a larger table ready for us. The food was pretty good for pub food. They did have to bring my wifes nachos out 3 times due to kitchen mistakes. When she got it the way she ordered it, it was pretty good. They didnt charge us for it, so kudos. Where they really stood out was the live entertainment. A jazz duo named Easy Street was playing. They were excellent and had a great repertoire from the 60s to today. We have already decided to go back next time they play.
Food was very good, went with choices from the specials board. Service was not so good, waited ages for our drinks. And again to get another drink. Food
I called to see if I could bring my son. But the lady abruptly said no and rudely hung up on me! This restaurant discriminates against children and young families. We had a funeral for my grandma today and had planned to gather here with everyone, but now I feel punished and excluded. Avoid
Great space, cozy upstairs. However, garlic bread was not good - very oily and not very garlicky. I ate a full meal and left feeling well fed, except for my garlic bread. For desert, I had a delicious chocolate cake and my company shared the brownies, because they wanted the garlic bread taste out of their mouths. I believe this was a plot by the restaurant to get people to buy more desert to wash away the taste of bad garlic bread. I gave this place a 4/5 because it s really good and not too overpriced, it s cozy and at a scenic location where you can watch the harbour. It s also delicious food, has vegan and gluten free options. But I omitted one star because the garlic bread was really sub par, even for my uncle. Also, the statue outside is strange. This doesn t take away from the experience at all, more of an additional intrigue. Thanks riptide, you re doing great (except for the garlic bread)
Great service. Nice space. Flourless brownie was delish.
Was not impressed with the food.
Burger was meh, nothing bad just ho hum
Always a good time Went to play Poker and Keno and the machine failed 2 times and wasnt repaired the last time Thats the reason we went there Wheelchair accessibility: On ground floor
The nachos were $25.00 and there was hardly any cheese. They were overdone to almost burnt. I would not recommend. They did comp half price, which was appreciated. Still not really worth it. We have had very good food here before Food : 1/5
Food is ok as far as bar food goes, but is overpriced. Atmosphere would be nice if not for the excessively loud live music.
Amazing food and great, friendly service
The Riptide is always a great choice!
