Our staple stop when we are on the road with the kids. Service is always good and we leave happy.
Best subway in town. There is another subway in town closer to where I live but I will drive out of my way to come here because the service is always great and they make the best subway sandwiches in town. Shout out to Poonam, everytime I walk through the door and see she’s working I’m stoked because she always makes the subs the best. 10/10
I was at this location this evening with my daughters. There was only one employee working named Kartik. When we arrived he was slammed with online orders and the line up of in-person customers was growing (and more online orders kept coming in too!). Having past experience in the service industry I have to say that I was so impressed with his ability to be calm and professional while doing the work of 2 or 3 people on his own. His excellent customer service skills deserved recognition. Thanks for the delicious sandwhiches, Kartik!
Friendly staff, but grossly under staffed during dinner rush. 1 staff member during dinner hours when I go here often. It's clear the owner is purposely under staffing this restaurant. :(
New to town and was excited to have a subway essentially next door. Ordered steak and cheese sandwich not toasted with bacon. Meat was not warmed up and bacon is raw. Employee did not care. Had to do it myself when I got home, which kind of defeats the purpose of going there to get the food. Very disappointed and will now have to travel to the other side of town when I want subway.
On the plane ride to Cuba there someone was eating a sub, and offered me a bite. I said no, and little did I know that would be my down fall. For the rest of my trip I envisioned the sub, it was so close I could practically taste it. There was nothing remotely close to it in Cuba. When I got back home this morning there it was. My long awaited sub, staring back at me.
Went in and the woman behind the counter did not even acknowledge us. She just kept doing what she was doing. A couple minutes later a doordash type driver came in. She greeted him by name and said hi how you doing your sandwich will be ready in a minute. Still has not acknowledged us. She finished up with his order he left and then when she looked to us I explained to her that I was upset that she had ignored us and we were going elsewhere. Her response was extremely rude she said well if that's how you feel then fine.
I was waiting half an hour for my sub cause the sellers were talking to each other all the time and at the end my credit card wasn't working. It was working every time I was there before. The sellers should show more interest and respect to the customers and try to be a lot nicer.
There was only one person for a dinner rush.
An above average subway if subway can be good they will do it

Ordered a sub online and it looks like everything was thrown in the sandwich very sloppy they put too much sauce next time we will try a different one

Only 1 worker on for lunch. Food was food but service alow. The Whistling Waffle next door looks interesting doe a meal.
Very rude! I wouldnt go back there again. They didnt even have cookies available. Real shame to the lady you couldnt offer to be kind. She had blonde hair. Wish I catcher her name. If you dont like ur job then Dont but it on the customers. Il go to some other subway in town that treats you decent.

2 times in a row now beyond rude.....digustingly dirty. They staff could not care if you came in. I would drive and will drive to another location not worth spending money in here with the upsetting service you get here on Dogwood.

I tried to hop on here, as I thought it may be heading downtown soon, but staff quickly informed me that I cant play my music in there and my subway ticket not only expired 8 years ago, but that in fact they only serve sandwiches on that particular subway car. Maybe it might get more passengers if they made a TransLink. The sandwich I had was very good though. Im still needing to get downtown.
The guy devin working here stood there for 40 min making two sandwichs then decided to tell me they dont have anything
Very slow, clearly no one is happy to work there. Ive never been waiting in a subway for a half an hour, when there is 1 person in front of me. Not impressed

One of 3 subways in town. This one is usually the dirtiest. Also, the oldest location. Its a subway. The ingredients are universal. Its a good place to get fast grub.

More training and/or more staff. Place was messy.. staff member didnt remove old sandwich papers before prepping new sandwich. Staff didnt know all sandwich types offered by subway and was generally over stressed. Management needs to check in on weekends.

You know what youre getting food wise. Subway is pretty standard wherever you go. The staff need significantly more training, however. They seem to be in a constant state of confusion -- from building the sandwiches, to running the till, loyalty program or even getting into the washrooms. Nothing was easy, but it all worked out.

Out of bread and cookies at 10am
This particular Subway was not a good experience. The young woman who waited on us had not been trained well. Then after directing her how to make my sub and I was cashing out she had an explosive sneeze I to her arm. No Kleenex handy. I felt she should have excused herself and washed before waiting on the next customer but she didnt. She waited on another person immediately. I wont buy a sub there again.

Consistent great service at this Subway franchise.
Was only 3 people in line was not busy at all but some reason i stood in line for at least 15 minutes and there was also 3 employees but only one was actually working.
At least once or twice a month my family loves to have subs. Food is healthy and the subs are just the way you wanted them to be.
Only 2 servers behind the counter at lunch time people walking out because the lineup was so long.
