I had a delicious noodle dish here. The atmosphere was nice and the staff were friendly.

So disgusting! Was served ice cold kimchi rice balls... not once but twice! I went back to the restaurant after leaving with my take out and tried one only to find it ice cold in the middle! This is after they stuck them in the deep fryer apparently! They made me a new dish and I left again! You think they would cook it longer but NOPE! Thank gawd I tried before leaving the parking lot because again it was ice cold! At this point I was grossed out! I asked for a refund for my full order! Took 5 minutes! They werent even going to refund my tip! What a joke of customer service and forget about food. Puke! How do you not check the food temp before serving to customers!

Food is fine, its like every other wok box. Mobile ordering DOES NOT WORK!! I will place an order at lunch before I drive to the shop and when I get there 15 min later they are just recieveing my mobile order and I end up waiting and then no longer have enough time to even eat lunch. I was a regular, 2-3 time a week for lunch but I can not stand the hold up with mobile ordering EVERY time I try to save time.

Staff was friendly and had our dinner done very quickly.

I was hesitant to order, only because we once had terrible food at another location. However, the food was great and tasted fantastic! I believe it was the owners who prepared and gave us our order for take out - and it was fantastic! Very friendly service and we will order again. Thank you!

Service and speed was awesome! Although with this covid pandemic I think it would be beneficial for the employees to have more safety in place like face masks and a shield at the till. The food was Amazing!

I have a severe gluten allergy and normally wok box does a great job in filling my order. This time when I asked for my prder gluten free some how udon noodles was punched in even when I pointed it out that ribbon noodles are the gluten free ones, she added gluten allergy to my order. I get my order home and theres udon noodle which are NOT gluten free. I called and they told me to come back and they would fix it. Great! Get there and they dont say anything just hand me my food and glare at me. Not happy with that. I dont know how I feel about getting food from them again...

The service is great and I love the food. I don t recommend Skip The Dishes, but you can call them directly for delivery or pick up. Updated: New owner and operator. Food is still great, service is good.

Good food but.... walked in behind another guest. He had to wait a few minutes to order. Then I thought it was my turn however one employee (the one that eventually took my order) was wondering around while the other chose to take a phone call instead of looking after the customer in front of him. 10 minutes before I ordered. Had a coupon took them a few minutes just to figure that out even tho it is their coupon how do they not know what it is. Finally got my food was 23 minutes total. Wow not worth the coupon wasted too much of my time. They need more than 2 people working

My husband and I visit once or twice a month. He gets the Dan Dan (extra spicy) with beef and chow mein noodles. I get the Pad Thai with chicken and chow mein noodles. Its always hot, fresh and perfectly cooked. The spring rolls are amazing too. Highly recommend.

Went in for a bite at 1830 local time. Apparently they ran out of rice and couldnt be bothered to make anymore despite still being open for another 2.5 hours. Terrible customer service as this essentially eliminated half of their menu.

Its Wok Box need I say more. Pretty good for fast food.

Food was good, hot and fresh. Only issue was that it took an incredibly long time to receive our order. However I will return as the food is great and the staff was very friendly.

I AM APPAULED! I went in like I do every Friday with the same order every week. The women at the counter was extremely rude. When she was unable to complite the order she walked off hollering for another girl in the back named autumn who then walked up. With out any information being shared from the other employee about my order. She continues the order gets it wrong. I explained everything again. In the middle of speaking she picks up the phone and completely ignores me. Her phone conversation consisted of apologizing for the wrong order being sent and is laughing at the customer on the phone about it before hanging up. She then Whipes her nose with her hand and switches places with the other girl and goes to prepare someone elses food with out washing her hands! Disgusting! The other got the food wrong. Before walking off yet again after shoving the receipt at me with out a word. I go and wait by the counter which was extremely sticky it looked like it Hadnt been wiped down all day. I go to the fountain which was covered in pop. the tables were dirty and piled with dishes. The floor was incredibly dirty. They piled my order all in one bag when I asked for a second one she threw it at me with a snarky attitude. When I checked over my order they forgot my ginger beef. When I asked for it she got snippy and practically threw it at me. I will not be coming back again.

Ordered take out and the food was fairly good but wish they would have included or at least mentioned that there were no cutlery and napkins included in the take out bag. I basically ordered food and when it was ready got it and left. Dont really think about if they included the essentials with the order

Love this wok box, theyre so nice and super personable. They remember my order every time I come in and even tell the other staff what I like to get as well if they dont know.
