Stopped by for drinks, the bartender she was so pleasant and accommodating❤️
The bartender name marsal she was being very rude and the bar is supposed to give drinks till 2 . But she was giving out the drinks to other customers after the supposed time. Moreover she was being so racist and tell us to get out.
The worst bar tender ever named Marshel, She is racist she told us 2 am was last call but she is still serving on the other table till 2:45 am other then that we ask her for open the pool table over the deck she said no to us and other people come and straight open the pool start playing.
Terribly disappointing. Went to fill my growler, as have done several times before, was told they only fill their own that they sell. Have purchased a number or Norseman growlers in the past, and brought both theirs and other brands to be filled, each time without issue. Wont be back.

Super dead,, our table and three other people, When that dead, music should turn down slightly to allow for visiting, to encourage folks to stay Since you could not talk..we left. . No one was dancing or making noise... so needing to shout over music was silly. I get it being loud.. but allow for some conversation This is NOT the DJ's fault... but rather what this bar requires of its music. Noise did not fool anyone.... bar was dead... 11 pm on a Saturday..,
This waitress was horrible!! Being mean and saying rude things to my family and also embarrassing my wife!! Taking anger out on customers let alone the pool league players!!! Honestly hope I don’t see her!! Owner needs to get rid of her
Nice space for events and the atmosphere it's usually fairly good. The DJ is sometimes questionable and when it gets busy sometimes it takes forever to get a drink. Best time to come I find is if your holding a private event as they are very accommodating in that case

I was at the Norseman Hotel in Salon C for the Chamber of Commerce meet. It was a hot buffet lunch. Food was good but the service was excellent.

The DJ at the tap house is fantastic! Good beats amazing transitions into the next song! Always finds a way to get the room moving!

Great place to have a tasty in-house crafted beer.
It is fun to go but when its busy they dont add more bartenders, so it takes 30 minutes plus to get a drink when your waiting in line.
I have been stopping here for several months and it is by far the best place on my route between Calgary and cold lake. Great beer brewed on premises and the food is good. Ive been known to plan my trip so got here for dinner.
