Went through drive through had now donuts had to ask for my change and she wasnt very pleasant I wont be going back

Says theyre open at 5 am, but door was still locked at 5:45 am when I tried to go in for a coffee.

Unfortunately, the customer service in this place is terrible. The manner and attitude of the cashier showed a lack of service and respect for the client. She needs to enjoy her job.

Said it was open to 11pm showed up at 9:45pm and doors were locked

They burnt the bread and didnt put an egg on my breakfast sandwich

I visited today and was disappointed to find that the espresso cream was unavailable. Additionally, I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel for my son, and although I saw one available, it was given to another customer.

The food was good but not the hot chocolate was like dirty dish water not first time that the machine jam and not enough hot chocolate powder get in the cup

Window guy got it right but what we got was wrong. As you are driving down the highway you sure as heck dont want to turn around and go back. But order was all wrong. Double check your orders before leaving window.

Their manners suck, they dont listen and they also keep your change with out asking and then tell me the prices have gone up and they havent gone up in price. Just a rude atmosphere.

Terrible service today! $55 order! The guy missed items when doing the order. When leaving noticed they forgot cookies went back in, got on the road and noticed they forgot 2 donuts that were paid for!! While waiting for the large order I had to remind the workers what items they were missing. Found that one sandwich was wrong (sausage instead of bacon). The employee taking the order didnt know how to properly process the gift card. Some reason the order was put in 2 orders. This was probably the worse service I had gotten at a Tim Hortons. The one young kid apologized when I was leaving for the poor service.

Go there when your not hungry By the time the food you ordered is ready, you will be hungry

Poor service everyday i go there I repeat myself, poorly organized they always charge me for wrong orders and there is yet too be a day i did not waste 10m parked in front because they messed my food up overall not recommended

It is everything you would expect from a tim Hortons. They were quite busy, so it was a little bit of a wait but the fact that its that busy is a good sign.

If I could give a zero star I would. The old lady that served me this morning in the drive thru was extremely rude. She has the absolute worst customer service I ve ever had. Won t be returning to this location again. STAY AWAY.

Very unprofessional young male ordered soup he over filled it then decided to pour back into the warmer all over his hands tried to cover it up then soup was cold at 7:15 pm so warmed up in microwave but half warm and I can also make microwave food not to happy about that then no butter for bun or knife so I asked him he worked here 8 months not happy worst tims I have ever been at in my life as a trucker

Not impressed, pulled up to the dining room, as I was walking to the door a lady ran to it to lock it, I was on a bike. They wont serve you in the drive thru if your on a bike. Totally upsetting management needs to re-think thinks to accommodate all, whether walking or riding a bike.

I find that in store customers are second rate to drive through customers. Many times I go in to grab a coffee and/or snack and I end up waiting a long time for someone to even take my order. Wait times arent a big deal if its super busy, but when the drive through is moving fast and I cant even get someone to take my order, thats an issue. Food and coffee are generally good though.

Ordered a BLT and got what looks like a sloppy taco more mayo then anything else and it wasn t even inside the sandwich it was smeared all over the outside and enough to make 3 other sandwiches

Seems everytime I order something I have to repeat my self 3 or 4 times before they figure out qhat I actually order .if they even have it .tonight as a long slow moving line up .then they didnt have what I wanted so had to wait even longer to get outta there so sloooowwwww .

Pulled up at 10:56 pm to get coffee through the drive thru, advertised closes at 11pm, I understand its a few minutes before close and frowned upon by some employees, however when we drove through the drive thru the employee ran out of site, not nice...maybe turn your lights off, so we dont waste our time.

Came here many times over the years and service was always decent to good. Came in today for the first time in about 2 years though, and mid-way through my small order, the worker just left to go casually talk to someone at the delivery counter. After FOUR minutes of waiting for her to return, one of her already-busy coworkers finally came to take my order. (Was a 12 pack of donuts and an Ice Cap, thats it). Absolutely unbelievable. Hope this is a one-off occurrence.

Dont go into any of your locations very often. Always very busy. Anyhow, I decided today to go and have a treat.First of all, I had to wait more than 5 minutes before someone came to the till. When they did the comment was I should be using the drive thru, they are too busy to serve me at the counter. That person left as he was on his way to the back. I was just getting ready to leave when I heard a small voice for me to go to a different counter. I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches, two with sausage, and one with bacon, ordered a small coffee with one and one, then also wanted a box of a dozen donuts. The young lady rang up the order and then disappeared, I waited and waited, the line up behind was getting longer. Then another young lady came over and at the top of her lungs said, Your card has been declined. Sorry but I have yet to finish my order plus I am paying cash. Ok so order comes but I only have one sausage and egg, one bacon and one donut and no drinks. Sorry but I paid cash for 2 sausage and eggers one bacon and egger, a dozen donuts and a coffee and a small drink. Now the fiasco with the variety of donuts. Wanted 6 honey crullers, 2 apple fritters, 2 Boston cream and 2 maple glazed. I arrive home (45 minutes away) to the family, open up the very taped box and there are only 9. Your staff are incompetent. I have been ripped off. The chances of me using a Tim Hortons again will be in the very, very far future. It was one of my most horrible experiences I have had Not editing my post. Had a request to call your -1-888 have tried a couple of times but have been on hold for a long time. No is rushing to answer. Tried this morning at 8:30 and just now. at 7:45. I figure after 15 minutes on hold is enough.

I will not spend my money at this location again and will not be back. I have been to this Tim Hortons before and every experience gets worse . They need to train there staff better and work more efficiently as a team.

Don t bother going inside to order, you get ignored by the entire staff focused on drive through. It s annoying but 3x quicker that way.

Worst service everytime I go there. I just went there today and got charged $15.10 for 2 Iced Capps and when I tried asking about the price, the employee closed the window and walked away the first time and the second time when I was trying to ask her and she said yes and walked away again. Everytime I go here the employees are always different and unpleasant. It doesnt matter who is in the drive thru, they are always unfriendly. I would highly recommend not going to this Tim Hortons.

According to their time, dine in supposed to be open by 5am i went there around 5:20am they were still closed

Ordered 4 drinks in drive-thru, he put two in wrong, I corrected him, got to the window, he was handing them to me saying the wrong things, I asked how they could be right if he was saying they were wrong, he just shrugged his shoulders, said I dungy know and kept trying to give them to me. Great quick place to grab a donut, wrap and beverage headed East from Camrose

On Thurday, September 14, 2023, I found a small house fly in my mouth while drinking my steeped tea. I spat it out immediately. I showed the staff. It was very disgusting. Based with my experience I have to give it 0 stars. I gave them my details. They told me that they would phone me but never did

The young man who served me put everything in the bag upside down . All of the icing was in the bag and nothing on the donuts . I mentioned it to him he did seemed concerned.

The slowest Tim Hortons out of the two in Camrose. Then when I get to the window and receive my stuff. I get the wrong coffee and wrong bagel.

The slowest Tim Hortons in all of Canada! Impressively slow! If you like waiting 30 minutes for a coffee and bagel your going to love it.

I love Tim Hortons for its coffee and treats. But the East Camrose branch is a real disappointment. We went in to get our food to go. Only 1 other person in front of me. From the time I placed my order till the time I received it it was 25 minutes. We had 1 breakfast sandwich, which ended up being cold, and 1 snackable plus 2 coffees. Normally wed be out of there in 5 minutes. I kept asking the manager where our food was. He was young, maybe 20, and way over his head. He was frantic, just like the rest of the staff. Someone needs to step in and get this place in shape.

I asked for extra butter & look what this stupid transgender did.

I was there to buy hockey cards, Im a Celiac so there is very little for me to eat here.

Front staff don t acknowledge you, or let you know you will be served. Waited for 5 mins while 3+ staff saw me but didn t let me know what was going on.

Fast and curious staff, me and my Dad go there every morning and sometimes we order 2, 4, or even 6 coffee at a time. They always get it right and are very efficient!

Ordered two potato/bacon soups and recieved colored water. There were three small pieces of potato, three small greenish vegetable pieces and no flavour.

Update. June 14th 20222. Slowest service ever. They have nothing prepared. Lowered review to 1 star Don t give you what you ask and pay for. Made me wait at the end lot for food (no big deal) but made me go across the lot to get it cause they were so lazy they couldn t do their jobs. Ice caps are watery. Bread had that moldy ish taste. Window server seemed nice but not into her job.

Went there at 20:50 and doors were locked. What s the use of having the drive through open but closing the doors before 21:00. As a trucker it s not realistic to expect us to use the drive through. At the very least let us order at the window.

Website says they close at 10 but doors locked at 930 and workers pretend like they can t see you trying to get in. When they are open the service is horrible at this location

I couldnt imagine being the manager of this Tim Hortons and having the other restaurant closed down for a couple months and still not put in the extra work to get my restaurant running on Skip. Denying an entire revenue stream because of your refusal to get with the modern times unlike the American McDonalds. Its just odd.

Staff is friendly but they have screwed up my simple double double plenty of times.

Cant wait for the one on the west end to reopen the east side is terrible I dont think anyone can read the screen there my order in never right unless they have the west end staff working

As a Truck driver, I had to wait far too long for my food. The server was great. Parking: Theres a cardlock near by to park your Truck.

Its a hit and miss...sometimes they get it right n sometimes they way off

This place is never open inside 6:00 pm and the only thing open is the drive thru definitely wouldn t recommend stopping here if your a truck driver

I usually go through the drive thru, it is very hard to understand them as there is a large language barrier. Sometimes your coffee is hot, sometimes it is cold. The food is the worst from all the locations Ive been at. Cold half frozen buns, Luke warm soups, salads taste as though theyve sat out for days. Half the time they will get your order right, half the time they dont. When they dont, they get a huge unnecessary attitude. I asked for my receipt, I had to ask twice, then I had it thrown at me. I miss the west end tims, so much better service and food.

Well, its a Timmys. The food is okay, the doughnuts arent amazing. But its kinda quick and one of few drive thrus on the east side of Camrose. Best to take the drive thru as its the priority, if you go inside you will be waiting a while for your order. The candy cane white hot chocolate is about the only reason Ill go in, so Im there about twice in the winter and thats it.

Boyfriend went to order a drink, hes very specific about what he likes and he gets it everywhere else no issues, the lady at the till today said oh you dont want that, its already got enough milk in it you dont need to add more. Would not let him get what he wanted, he didnt want to start anything so he just accepted it. But she was a shorter, older lady with glasses and very rude asking people to come to her till. Not impressed with the service today, and the boyfriend paid for something he didnt get to enjoy.

This site is located in a great spot with easy access to the highway on the absolute east side of Camrose. The fare is consistent and fast and your back on the road in minutes. The take out area is busy and sometimes congested so if your driving a larger vehicle you may want to consider parking on the street and using the walk in if and when Covid allows.

Never fill the coffee all the way up and always have to repeat the order. I would advice them to not take the order if theyre busy just wait until you you have time so I dont have to repeat x10 and having to wait for you after you ask me what I want.
