Not happy . Waited 10 minutes in lobby for bagel came out burnt . She went to make another one had to wait again

Can you please just get off of skip, since you cant even handle it. This is the only place my orders get cancelled. How hard is it to our 3 coffees and pack two donuts

Im just passing through Camrose, ordered, and paid for potato wedges. Waiting at the drive-through and was told they didnt have any, and they couldnt refund me because i paid with scan and pay. What a scam.

Service was very poor. Went in because the drive thru was around the lot and couldnt drive thru if i tried. Went inside. There were only 3 people in front of me, and the wait was longer than the entire drive thru line. Well, over 15 minutes. Not good service......

Couldnt find a place to sit there but still a good place to eat to be honest.

Once again Tim s messed up an order , it s almost humorous at this point . My fiance picked up a box of donuts through the drive through , pretty hard to mess up !! They informed him they were out of Boston creme , that s fine just replace it with another one. Well he gets home and not a SINGLE one was right ! Not one . Called Tim s several times and left messages to try to get this fixed . WORST TIMS, SAVE YOUR MONEY , I have yet to see them get an order right !

My fresh fruit strawberry and watermelon quencher had a slight moldy taste. But perhaps my taste buds didnt like the watermelon strawberry mix taste? No one else could taste that Food : 3/5

Slow as molasses. Dont blame the pandemic for staffing either. You are busier than heck... Pay what you need to improve service. Since Kenny sold the place has gone for you know what.

While I have become entirely disenchanted by TimHortons over the past few years, I still occasionally stop by in hopes something has improved. I tried ordering the savoury pastries, but they were out of stock. Tried a bagel, out of stock. Chili with a brown bun? Nope, only white bread. My husband says this location is consistently out of stock on many things because of the central location. I have to change my 5 star rating for this location because I expect a bit more from them.

I ordered a bowl and I could eat all the vegetables they gave me in one bite. It wasnt a steak it was roast beef. The service was good but really slow.

Staff were prompt and service was fairly fast and I wasnt even getting coffee. I enjoyed a bowl of cream of broccoli soup with half a bun. It was good soup a little watery for me but, it tasted great.

The drinks were alright; food was dry as if it sat out too long; waited in line for 40 minutes, employees didnt really know what they were doing and took entirely too long to prepare orders for indoor customers, customers were walkimg out, wasnt too busy inside while the drive thru was moving relatively quickly.

Slowest tim Horton I have ever been too They take my order 3 times and returned money and again its the worst tim Horton and its was not even rush hours when they mess up orders.

We ordered two farmers sandwiches with sausage and on a bagel from skip the dishes, when we got our food we got two bacon breakfast sandwiches which are lower in price and the one sandwich had a bun that was half gone and cheese stuck to the wrapper. Very disappointed as who can send sandwiches out like that and be happy about that customer service. If I could post a picture I would because it was very unacceptable.

They almost never get the order right when it comes to food. You repeat yourself until its right on the screen, and yet you still get the wrong thing. If you wait at the window to check your bags thoroughly because you are beyond done taking the wrong thing home, they just keep saying thank you or make you feel like you need to hurry up without saying as much. Today, the first time in a while, i didnt check the order. I regretted this choice, as once again, the order was wrong.(how do you get wrap from the word sandwich?) So as before, I will be taking any time necessary to check the bag before leaving the window.

Most of the time the order is correct thats about all thats good about this tims.

This is the WORST Tim Hortons location. I ordered an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and when I went to bite down I got an eggshell that cut INTO my gum. It was so disgusting I threw the rest of my sandwich out I lost my appetite. What next? Nuts in my donuts? Never ordering from here again

I go every day for my coffee. Always good service.

This Tim Hortons really needs the big bosses to look and review this establishment. Service inside was a wait of 25 minutes to get 2 coffee. Employees were rude and proceeded to make excuses. It was busy because we all waited so long for our orders. This Tims needs to get back to serving Inside customers with respect and deligence.

This place needs new management! 1 person doing all the work in the front and 4 people standing around waiting for people to come in the drive thru. Maybe those 4 people could have been helping with the front when absolutely no one was in the drive thru...but no, they just stand there chatting, leaving one guy to cover the front with a line up to the door. Worst Tim Hortons Ive ever been to!

Great atmosphere. There were a few too many bugs flying in the dining area, but a gentleman took care of them with his hat, hahaha! Made me realize how much I missed Alberta!!

Disgusted at the amount of time it took. I walked in to the place because there was 25-30 cars wrapped around the building for drive thru. Figured I gotta get back on the road, but inside must be quicker than this line! Only 2 people in front of me, not bad. I was inside waiting on my coffee...the entire line plus more were served before I got it nfj!!!! All these people walking around behind the counter, and one person serving interior. At least 6 for the vehicles, thats a given. But seriously! A worker from the back took his lunch at this time. He was behind me... I felt really sorry for him. I hope his time started when he finally got served not counting all the time wasted in line!!!! But this is not the worst Tims... hmmm, I wonder which one is?! Parking: 4 spots. 2 handicapped. Could barely maneuver care in to spot without almost hitting car in the drive thru, which was separated by a curb. I had to back up and try different angle to --- OMFG Dont go here if you are not driving thru!!! Disgusted with the whole experience!

Was fairly quiet for 10am Sunday. Was peaceful. Staff were friendly, and was nice to see they were running around. Was the perfect experience.

Literally the worst tim Hortons. They can never make your food the way you asked. Three days in a row on my way to work the screwed up my order, which is a very big inconvenience when you are in a hurry to get to work at 5am. I will not be going back to this place and nobody else should either.

Usually, its great. It was a hit, and Miss todays drinks were not topped up.Had put too much cream in my coffee, which made it on the cool side. 1cream is all I get.

Tim Hortons standards have dropped big time.

Its not good at all. There lines are ridiculous and slow. It doesnt matter how many people are working they just take there time. The drive thru is incredibly slow and if you dare wait in line youre waiting just as long if not longer because they prioritize the drive thru that they cant keep up with. Nothing is fresh and the donuts are usually dry. Would not recommend going here.

Unfortunately, they Never get my order right, tried this Tim s again and asked for the harvest beyond sausage and got regular meat sausage twice. Came through drive and lady was super rude as well. I give up!

The quality of the food was poor. The hot chocolate was flavorless. They could atleast check their machine before serving people.

Shoddy breakfast sandwich.

Ordered a bacon farmers wrap they repeated the order numerous times instead they gave me a sausage, bacon egg wrap. 2 and a half patties of sausage 1 slice of bacon. After repeating a bacon farmers wrap numerous times. It was very disappointing because this keeps happening everytime I order a bacon farmers wrap I dont get the sausage one because i hate sausage really bad. Never ordering a wrap from their again just to be disappointed again. Especially when you never ask for sausage

What a Disaster here! So much disappointed and frustrated when I heard that There was No Tray according to the staff at the store when I ordered 4 Large Coffee. How can I handle those 4 large coffees without tray all by myself? Never said Sorry Neither Apology from No one No respect No appreciation. The lid was not properly shut on the cup and all leaked around my car seat, whole bunch of stain left with yucky smell on the next day. No cup holder even provided never ever happen. Dont know why though. Is there any way to get improved?

Slower drive thru than Im used to, but friendly staff.

Every morning for the past 3 weeks I have ordered from this tim hortons. And every morning for the past 3 weeks, only once have they given me the right order. Just yesterday they managed to screw up so bad that instead of iced coffee they gave me iced capps. I wouldnt be making this review if it was every once in a while but its literally every day this happens. I could understand if maybe it was extra busy but its 6 in the morning when the place has at most 3 cars in the drive thru at a time...
