They don't actually cook your pizza you need to cook it at home
Good evening, tonight our family tried pizza from Panago and we had the gluten free pizza sadly to say the dough was spoiled and smelt unhealthy. Please check the dates on the stuff …… sadly this pizza could not be eaten by any of us out of the five people at the house for dinner tonight
Went in ordered pizza and a salad, pizza was fine, but the salad had no Ceasar dressing whatsoever, come too find out they are the only business in camrose to not add a basic amount of dressing just so they can charge you "extra" for it, I get if someone wants extra dressing, they pay for it....but every business I've attended always adds dressing for the salad serve, so panago I will never order a salad from you again, sorry for the rant, but there's a level of expectation when ordering certain types of food and you did not reach that level!
Three times I've ordered deluxe Hawaiian (extra ham extra pineapple), and each time it has come with LESS toppings than regular Hawaiian from any other panago I've visited in Alberta. Other pizzas have been low on toppings as well. The staff is friendly, but apparently the owners are just cheap.
Do not order !! The first pizza delivery was really good, fresh, hot, lots of tomato sauce, crispy base. The second delivery was the opposite, cold, soggy, almost no tomato sauce - nothing like the 1st. It takes no time for their standards to drop. Do not expect consistent standards.
Most expensive 'cheap' pizza in town, very little diversification in their menu. However! Their crust, whichever you pick, is sublime (it's even good right out of the fridge the next day). They have gluten-sensitive options, vegetarian and vegan options, and great taste throughout.
First visit - Panago pizza is awesome! But the service at this location is the worst I've come across. 45 minutes for one medium 2 topping is unacceptable. Second visit - came here on my lunch break. My order was taken, pizza was made. Then it sat on the counter for 30 minutes before going in the the oven. Terrible service!

The food itself is good. However, they routinely forget to include side items like beverages and dips/sauces. Id recommend the food, but id also recommend physically going to store to pick up your order so you can verify that everything you ordered is included.
Worst pizza ever. When I took box from delivery guy I thought box was empty. When I opened box I saw why regular crust pizza with hardly any topping. Dont waste your money here unless you like flavored cardboard!!!

Super friendly and was able to help me out since I forgot to order my sons hot lunch through school! Very thankful to the staff at this location! Panago pizza is sooooo yummy too!

Great pizza with tasty side options
I was just here 3 days ago and got the 7 dollar deal and got the primo capicolo and a bottled pop. They apparently dont have cans anymore but i still got the deal for 7 plus tax Now the lady working here claims she cant give it and the til wont let her. Ive been getting personal pizzas for a year in this deal and its suddenly only pepperoni or cheese. Very unhappy and if thats the case now i may as well go to humptys..

We walked in and ordered a pepperoni pizza .About 15 minutes later we recieved a pepperoni pizza. Decent pizza, sauce was good.
Gluten free and dairy free options are pretty good. Friendly staff.
The cook would go between making up the pizza...answering the phone...working the till....without washing hands or wearing gloves....yuck! Still great taste...but noticed the crust is thinner and soggier...than usual. First time disappointed....ever!!
Panago is a personal favorite of mine and the Camrose location is no exception.
