Normally good but I was completely ignored today.

We ordered for pick up for the first time from this restaurant, and the experience was seamless Dietary restrictions: This restaurant offers a great selection of gluten free items.

Was very surprised and disappointed to not get a refund on my credit card after it was charged the wrong amount. I didn t want gift cards and the manager quite rudely said they had no cash. Food was okay, small portions and very pricey.

Three of us for lunch on Tuesday May 28th. We went early to get a good table where we could have a discussion and access to WiFi. Jeff the manager arranged this for us, so we spent a couple of hours meeting and enjoying their menu. So we had Kung Poe lettuce wraps which were basically deconstructed on the plate into a salad by my wife, the Szechuan Beef Noodle Bowl, and Fish and Chips for the adventurous eater. A couple beers, wine, and an attentive server made everything go well. Drinks and food arrived in good order even when we got wrapped up in our discussion. But they did not rush us. Pricing is comparable to other eating establishments with similar menus. So thanks for the great service, pleasant atmosphere, and top notch meals.

Had the butcherhouse burger and it was excellent

Service was great until it got busy then we didnt see our server for a half hour and we were done eating. Fries were undercooked. Understaffed for a busy night even though an event was happening that night.

We ordered take out, it was ready when we got there and the food was hot and sooo good! Thanks Browns we will definitely be back

We were in town for a parts run , decided to stop and have lunch, our first dining experience at browns social house , the restaurant is clean ,the wait staff is friendly , professional . Our dining experience was great the food was delicious and out in a timely manner. Nice establishment and the menu had lots of variety . Definitely worth the visit.

Best place been to in years. Food, Service, atmosphere all first class. Do not pass this place up.

Your food is the best in town and your staff is exceptional. My only criticism is that when you order a fish dish, you do not get anywhere near enough Tartar sauce give a bigger portion.

Havent eaten from Browns in a long time, and I definitely wasnt disappointed! It held up perfectly while being delivered on a cold winter night, everything was still hot and my fries were still nice and crispy! Thank you for the incredible food!

Visited the Camrose location- passing through. Excellent dinner. Food was fantastic (fettuccini and the spicy crispy chicken burger was too die for and gluten free!!!!) Scott our server was fantastic, checked on us just enough without hovering, checking food and beverages! Great job Scott! Thanks for a very nice meal and koodos to the chef- everything was cooked perfect and hot! 5 Star!!!!

Our girls hockey team went for lunch in between games without a reservation (oops our bad). The staff were amazing and accommodated our group of 20+. Food was amazing, service was amazing and we were in and out in time for our next game!

The food was decent, the server was excellent, and the atmosphere as always was good there. I thought for the quality of the food and the amount of food we received, it was pretty grossly overpriced. I got the ginger noodle bowl and I believe its almost doubled in price in the last year or so. I thought $28 for a plate of nachos was a little extreme.

We stopped in for a bite to eat and a drink before our movie. We were SO impressed with the staff at this location. We were promptly seated and Our waitress was amazing. She was friendly, personable and seemed happy to be at work. Not only did our waitress check on us throughout our time there but another waiter stopped to filled up our waters AND the manager stopped to chat with us, we also noticed her helping out bussing tables which was nice to see. When leaving, the bar tender and the hostess both said goodbye to us. It wholesome to see the entire team working together like that. Thank you! We will be back!

Quick service and great food.

I thought the food was really good, service was very fast even though they were training a girl, my brother was having drinks served the second his glass was empty it was pretty damn impressive. They sang Happy Birthday to us too! It was very nice. Thank you to the staff for making our birthday special!

Went for lunch. Had a good server. It was typical food for this style of restaurant. Good size portions and short wait time on orders during the noon rush.

Evertime I come here the staff is great and so is the food. I come for the atmosphere and am never disappointed!

Stopped in for a late lunch and sat at the bar where I was warmly greeted and served. The manager also came by and we had a nice chat. Food was good..had chicken and pickles appy and a cowboy salad with chicken. Browns is a good thing for Camrose.

Good food, social atmosphere and great service, what more could you want . Something for just about everyone on the menu, nicely laid out seating and service that made you feel appreciated.

We had a great time at this restaurant, the food was great and the drinks very tasty; but our server pushed our food ticket too fast, so our appys and main course had a 2 minute window behind each other. No worries, she is learning and we will definitely return to this lovely restaurant.

Fish & Chips plus brownie. We are dairy, egg and gluten free and the ladies were very accomodating as was thw kitchen making us a coleslaw that we could eat. BEST experience that weve had with our allergies. Thank you!

Browns Socialhouse was a fantastic experience. I ordered Maki Rolls and an IPA on tap. The service was impressive and the drinks at our table never ran empty. Next time Im in Camrose, Im coming back to try the other menu items at Browns Socialhouse Camrose.

Food was truly outstanding when we stopped by on Saturday. Was tasty, hot and the drinks where good too. Previously we came when they where doing staff training, and the food was only good. Clearly they worked out all the issues, our last experience here we could not be happier with the quality from start to finish. Deserves better raiting then what it currently has, it s in the top tier of food to eat in camrose.

This is a Wonderful Restaurant and the service was great. Vegetarian options: Im not Vegetarian but know they had options. Dietary restrictions: Im not sure about the options but I know they had some . Parking: There was plenty of parking . Was pretty disappointed I normally love the food. I took a couple bites into my burger and the inside was quite pink.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere here. Cozy feel. Wait staff was really good. Friendly and efficient. Food was also good. But not amazing. Drinks were delicious. We will be back.

This beautiful , elegant restaurant is the best restaurant in the city.The food is unique and delicious.The staff are friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.I definitely will be going back.

Pathetic

I love the Baja fish tacos here, absolutely delicious and a great deal especially during the Social Hour from 3-6 pm when they are $6 each. We also love the Thai chicken and rice soup, its excellent with just the right amount of spice. Had the Gyoza today and they were great, delicious sauce, just the right amount of spice!

The place was F- ing Freezing we where waiting 20 minutes for our waiter to walk through the door just to ask us what our drink order was. They had 2 seats that made each person who sat in them have a groin cramp as I said it was sòooooooooo cold and they sat us ( seat of seven people ) right next to the door in an empty patio and this was 2 DAYS before Halloween when the inside had a seat of 8 available took them a while to get the food then mistook Fish and chips for Fish tacos they had to re-give us the receipts 3 times food was good but fries where F-ing cold but the lady was nice and gave me free ice cream when we where sitting outside lol

Great ambiance with nice food and friendly staff

Went out with the guys for a night of drinks and food. Food is always delicious there and the drinks even better. Atmosphere is fun and they are very accommodating with what s playing on the TVs. No complaints about Browns whatsoever.

Over priced. 18$ for wings with no carrots or celery. And the garlic parm fries were less then a cup for 12$. 24$ pitcher for terrible beer. Won t be back anytime soon. Also with the patio shut down it feels like your walking in the wrong door.

Delicious food fast, friendly service

Wow! First time eating here and I will be back! At first, I worried bevause the menu was limited. However, after seeing our food and eating my Chicken Florida, the amazing taste made it clear that they focus on food quality and are masters at combining tastes and textures. It seriously was the best sandwich I have ever had. Additionally, the waitress was friendly, prompt and covid safe.

Came here 6 months ago ordered then beef noodle bowl, asked for no cilantro.. came with cilantro.. ate it non the less was good anyways came today with my girlfriend, she ordered ordered salad dressing on side and dynamite roll and I got the beef noodle bowl again. Dynamite rolls seemed like the rice was old.and her salad did not come with dressing on side. my beef noodle bowl came and I had a piece of broccoli that was still cold and bowl was Luke warm we sat for 10 mins before anyone came back over to us and it wasn t ever the server that served us..was the manager ask for it to be sent back came back and it was so salty couldn t even eat I ve only ever sent back food 3 times prior to this meal and 2 times it s been here. Server never came back to us only manager dealt with us. Very sadly disappointed. Wouldn t recommend.

Food is great and the service is excellent.

My husband and I enjoyed our date night. The food was delicious, service was great. We were seated quickly after being told that we had a 30 minute wait time. Was only sitting by the fire pit for 10 minutes.

Unfortunately was not able to eat here because they were given the go ahead to close there kitchen at 10pm because it was slow. attached is the time I called, yes its cutting it close but its unfortunate things arent as advertised. The employee let me know her clock said 10pm.

Absolutely fantastic! My girlfriend and I went there for dinner the other night and we had a great time, Amazing food,wonderfull service and the ambiance is really nice aswell, they even have great gluten free options aswell! I highly recommend if you want to have a nice date night!

Was there for a late lunch. No one was there to greet us when we arrived. The host/waiter was continually talking to other staff instead of tending to customers. Ordered one on the bowls, which is also on the Social Hour special menu. We asked if it was the same as the one on the regular menu and the waiter said that it was. When we asked about vegan options, he had to ask the cook [who was sitting at the bar socializing] and came back and told us that the special hour bowl doesn t come with chicken in the first place. No wonder it was only $12 instead of $21. False advertising. Won t be back. There must be a reason this beautiful restaurant was almost totally empty.

Use to really like Browns, but after the ripoff that we just had for take out and the hair in my fish tacos very disappointing. They took my favourite salad Ancient Grains off the menu as well. Wont be returning anytime soon

I liked browns but it seems every time I go I am getting less food for more money. Last nights visit was 73 dollars for 2 adults one kids meal and I had to eat more when I got home my portion was so small. Quality is still there the food is delicious

My daughter took me for a wonderful brunch! Waitress was so welcoming.! So nice to see she was highly customer service focused! I had never had sushi with shrimp before. My daughter ordered as an appetizer and wow it was to die for. I would highly recommend this api. We also each had a casadilia and that was extremely tasty and delicious! Thanks to the waitress who was highly friendly and professional. She ensured throughout the brunch we were taken care of on Mothers day! We would definitely recommend to others and will return soon.

Shareables of Korean chicken and loaded nachos were tasty. The social palmer was the perfect patio drink as suggested by our server. Key lime pie topped it off perfectly. Great service too.

When your spending $9.00 for a 25 cent potato, I was really expecting to recieve the pepper I requested before I finish my meal because you are paying for the service. Instead we watched 4 waitresses doing the macarena in the entrance to the kitchen.
