Rôtisserie St-Hubert in Candiac

I ordered two meals from the call center The young girl tells me 1/2 hour after 1h05 minutes I call back to find out what is happening the order has not left yet and I am told that in Candiac it takes at least 1h30 for delivery they offer me apologies flat without solution or compensation I canceled the order and they lost me as a customer.

We were a group of 7 people and everyone loved the food and service.

We went to this branch for dinner about two weeks ago. The young mans service was truly exceptional 11/10. We visit restaurants often and without a doubt the best waiter I have seen in a very long time. For the food it was also very good value for money.

I really liked the St Hubert restaurant in Candiac, I was there at the end of day around 8 p.m. I found the atmosphere very very good, soft music Very good jazz background, not confusing, we can really talk and eat, its very pleasant, the decor, this priest is good at that... The food is improving, its not just 5-star chicken....

2 times I order everything is hot and delicious very good service I recommend well done!!!

The waitress did not serve me water, did not offer coffee/dessert to our table and was abrupt with a stupid look. She even confronted me because I didnt leave a tip. Really disappointed

This is the first time I made an order that cost 225.00 and the last time I had to wait half an hour more because a club was missing from the order, plus the fries were so cold and soft that it was I had to recook them in the air fryer so that they looked like fries. Very disappointed.

The young manager was great at our event on Saturday evening. We were a big group and we were sure to have a great evening. On the other hand, it would have been preferable to have one waitress and not 4 so that everyone had water and maximized service. (because 1 waitress really doesnt know how to occupy designated tables.)

For a random family dinner, St-Hubert has really improved. More refined decor and beautiful atmosphere. It gives a little kick to our family dinner! We took the sharing plate (steak, chicken, ribs with vegetable skewers and 2 side dishes), it was honestly very good. Its worth the cost and the portion is generous. We were served by Adriana who provides exceptional service. A real pearl. I will return there, without hesitation!

Relaxed and jovial atmosphere I recommend to everyone! I had a great evening with the Montreal Canadiens game! Our bar server was nice! And what about the unlimited chicken wings!! Well done St Hubert I will go to every match with my friends!

I understand with missing staff things might not be as we expect, This place was very good in the past 8 am sure things will bounce back.

I am very satisfied with the service, I just find it a shame that the take-out menu differs from the dining room menu. I would have liked the chicken skewers to also come with vegetables for the delivery service or at the take-out counter as is the case when we go to the dining room. I have to order at the counter because the extra vegetable option is not available on the app. Which adds delays when I wait for my order.

Lets just say I would no longer order online from this branch. It s pitiful how many fries they put compared to the others. In one of the boxes, there were barely 10 fries .

Chicken made really small and the quantity of fries is really reduced. Its really sad for the price.

You taste like a good club sandwich, you tell yourself that youre going to order from St-Hubert. You may pay a little more than elsewhere, but your clubs will be good, with lots of good chicken and other quality ingredients. Isnt it? Well no! For $50 + $5 for the delivery guy, in our 2 clubs, we got less than half a breast in total, 2-3 small pieces of bacon cooked in advance and very thin slices of tomatoes. All on soft slices of bread. Ah and we finally found the mayo when we started to collect everything to serve the table. So we ate our clubs without mayo. Very disappointing!

The service was good, considering that the waitresses were in the mood for Good Thursday. The rest was excellent for a St-Hubert.

St-Hubert is the jewel of Quebec cuisine. The menu is varied and the quality is impeccable in all aspects. One point that particularly stands out is the nutritional information on all its dishes. We eat well without guilt if we take the trouble to refer to it. The varied choice of accompaniments allows you to enjoy a personalized experience. The Candiac branch has a beautiful large dining room and always friendly staff.

Same food as in all the other St-Huberts, but with a few differences: 1-The impeccable service, respectful and always with positive energy, offered by Marjolaine; 2-The cleanliness of the place and the dishes are clean (this should go without saying, but this is not the case for all St-Huberts); 3-The food is perfect. Perfectly cooked, perfectly presented; exactly what it should be and what is expected. I love going to this place and highly recommend it! Parking: Very large parking lot, in fact it is probably larger than the restaurants capacity, so you will have no problem parking; even if you go there by limousine! Wheelchair accessibility: No inclined ramps or stairs, everything is on the same level. Automated doors and bathroom adapted for wheelchairs.

Lack of staff, endless time to get it served. We had to ask several times for our drinks, salad etc. The manager was present, she was condescending and seemed blasé about customer complaints. What a bad experience!

The VERY DRY chicken we ordered a breast with soup and dessert as a meal we were very disappointed and the sale for bottled wine only... we had asked for 1/2 bottle impossible to get a 1/2 bottle.

Terrible service from our waitress Kassandra. She seemed quite busy and working in the service industry we ourselves were very understanding of that. Unfortunately we were treated to more than impolite service and really a lack of basic civility. Extremely disappointing.

I ordered by phone a garden salad with extra grilled chicken and with extra vinaigrette and two coleslaws. I received half a salad with chicken not even half grilled and not any vinaigrette. I regret to see serious dissatisfaction with the drive-thru service. Despite repeated visits, errors remain frequent. On my last visit, I ordered a St-Hub Piri Piri bowl. When I arrived, I noticed that my order had not been given to me properly, which represented a loss of $16. This situation is unfortunately not isolated, because I am often disappointed when I return home, regularly discovering omissions in my orders. In conclusion, it is imperative to carefully check each order, as it seems that the staff is not able to ensure adequate control of the preparations.

We booked for a work meeting, the menu they offered us was terrible, we asked for the menu to see more options and they limited us on meats and ribs due to the big group. I got a very bad impression.

Here is the situation, we were a family of 3 and we ordered a table dhôte meal, two thighs and a skewer and a childs meal. Once the meal is finished, the waitress (whom I do not blame) informs me that she must charge me separately for my soup and my dessert because the double leg meal does not exist at the table dhôte and that she has made a mistake. I dont know how her tablet was able to accept the order but she confirms to me that she made a mistake and that my bill will be at least $10 higher. I kindly told him that it was not my mistake and that I would have selected something else that was available on the table dhôte menu. She tells me that she is going to see her manager and when she returns, she confirms that the manager (Andréanna) says that it is not their problem and that I have to pay and the manager does not take the time to come see us neither. So I paid my bill with a tip, without making a scene but informing him that I would share this inconvenience in their reviews. Not only did it not seem to bother anyone that I shared this but they lost a repeat customer.

Lili-Rose Desharnais has been a cook at St-Hubert since September 1, 2023. She has devoted her heart and soul to her part-time work despite being a secondary 3 student. She has chosen to take all her Fridays off evenings and weekends to cook meals during 5-hour shifts. Me and my boyfriend went to eat at St-Hub on the evening of December 30 and we ordered a leg with fries and a crispy chicken wrap with Caesar side dish to take away. Of course, I know Lili is the one doing the takeouts, so I wanted to make sure I left a rating to encourage her. (just to clarify, the meal was delicious and the fries were very crispy)

There is not even table service because of covid. It seems to me that focusing on drive-thru and delivery shouldnt be so demanding? I was wondering if they cooked the chicken one by one... Service and atmosphere are ok ... But the food is not worth the price, I mean its kinda 5$ too expensive per meal. 80$ ( including tip) for a chicken leg , a club sandwich and some chicken fingers. No dessert no appetizers. Its overpriced Im my opinion... But in general its good I mean I have no other complaints except the price.

Very nice space and the food was great, but the service was terrible. 20+ min wait to order and a 45 minute wait for food. No apology or update from the server at all. Clearly she had too many tables. Person working at the bar doesn t do anything. Just a mess and really frustrating.

Gone forever. Home order. The skewer small cubes of dry chicken and so dry impossible to remove it on the skewer. The hot chicken meat was cold, the quarter chicken breast dry. You are tough in St-Hubert.

Terrible service waited 90 min for drinks to arrive at the table appetizers almost 2hours spent 3 full hours to eat many items out of stock just unacceptable. Wont be going back.

It s 1800hrs, and they have decided they are done serving quarter chicken legs you can have a breast though, for a 2$ extra charge. They are all out of legs, and no plan on making them during prime time. Whoever owns this one takes no pride in serving their customers (or they don t supervise their staff enough to make sure it s done). Go elsewhere.

Its been a long time since Ive been there, and then I remember why I didnt go back to eat there! I took a few basic things, an animal poutine! Completely ridiculous as poutine, 3-4 cheap animal croquettes and two mozzarella sticks cut into pieces with cheap St Hubert sauce. Honestly, Im not stingy in life, but paying $20 for a miserable poutine like that is a real joke! Basically the food at St-Hubert isnt bad but its overpriced for what it is! I would pay $20 to the beautiful pro or to Bennys before returning to St-Hubert!!! In reality you pay for the atmosphere and theres no denying that the atmosphere is good! Overall, the food isnt that bad, but too expensive for certain dishes on the menu. Decent service, Ive seen better but not bad. Excellent atmosphere though!

This weekend we ordered a 16-course take out just 1 hour in advance for the visit home. Everything was delivered on time and as ordered without errors. Bravo for your efficiency!
