I had ordered 2 wraps with no eggs in it and they charged me for the eggs they removed. I waited 20-30 minutes just to get my order. People that were behind me had already gotten their orders while i was in front of them and i had been waiting for a long time. when i got home, i took a bite out of my wrap and there were eggs in it even if i told them to remove them. Awful place, never going back there.
Went in for a snack at 13h, 29 September 2024. The women who was preparing the food, made a mistake she didn’t put the sausage in the sandwich. Ask politely to put it in, she made a face, she took it and basically smashed the sandwich with it. I saw my donut afterwards which is the Nutella donut was smashed as well and the Nutella wasn’t on the donut anymore. Will not comeback.
The worst customer service ever, the cashier refused to speak in English and she kept us waiting while they were no customer… terrible experience!
Awesome service, the employees pay attention to the requests I make to change in my order (such as asking for modifications) and they mostly get it right. Sometimes the sauce on my sandwich isn’t correct, but I just tell them and they fix it right away! The music is great, and the employees seem to have a great time discussing amongst eachother when the rush slows down. Definitely would recommend
The menu is only on the TV and it change so fast it's hard to follow. No cheese for pizza, the soup that is available is not the ones on the menu. Egg sandwiches only in the morning. No cup for cold beverage. Terrible experience, better wait for next stop!
They are awful, terrible custom service. We bought iced cappuccinos at the cash inside, paid and was ready to leave, asked for straws, they said they don’t have any straws and offered to put it in a coffee cup. We couldn’t believe it. Asked for their manager, there was no manager present and all the employees had terrible attitude. They should close this branch.
Not sure what is going on here but I ordered something simple - a crispy chicken sandwich. When she gave it to me at the window I noticed it was a bit longer than a sandwich so I asked, isn’t the sandwich supposed to be round? She just laughed and said it was what I ordered. I was in a rush and did not give it a second though. Got home and it was a wrap. I paid more and did not get what I wanted. Seems like a lot of people are having order issues in the comments. Why not put a digital menu board in the drive through so people can see what the cashier understands? I am sure they have trouble understanding orders with the street noise right behind the drive through.
I went to the local Tim's near my place and had ordered three large ice caps along with two chipotle wraps and an english muffin with bacon. All three of the ice caps were 3/4 full and when I asked about the reasoning of having a medium ice cap but being charged for a large, their explanation was that this was the new obligations that were put into place. I had disagreed with the lady at the window and said that other Tim Hortons establishments filled it to the top of the cup just before the lid is attached as that is the proper amount. She had said that I was wrong and that these "new" regulations are set only allowing the employees to fill the cups to the fourth white line after being whipped. If this is the case then Tim Hortons has seriously hit an all time low. This specific location used to be amazing before the new staff was hired. I've had another experience with this same place where I had asked for a chipotle wrap and was served a Tim club. I had said that I paid for the wrap I'd like to receive the wrap. The lady looked lost and confused until I showed her my receipt and only then did she comply with me. Looks like this location is lowering its standards for their products and their staff.

Thursday December 12 around 10 a.m. Terrible customer service! Employees respond to you with attitude and dont know good manners. They arent even able to say a simple hello when they give you the order and are there talking to each other and laughing as if the customer wasnt there. I advise you to eat somewhere else to avoid being disrespected.
THE WORST TIM EVER / THE WORST TIM EVER!!! The young people behind the cash register were just being silly and we served others behind us before us, its just young teenagers even the one who served us at the cash register didnt seem to have the age to legally work (like 12-4 years) worst horrible coffee not drinkable in addition to being forced to pay cash because the system didnt work... I have nothing good to say!!!

I visited a few weeks ago, my last visit since I wont be returning. An employee named Hilan, not sure how to spell it, clearly has attitude problems. The gentleman did not want to answer a question about a product because there were too many customers. He got angry and it took another employee to step in and ask me to come back later to offer me food as an apology. I prefer to go somewhere where I wont be attacked by an employee at 6:30 in the morning :) I miss the ladies who were there in the morning with their beautiful smiles :)

The drive-through service is terrible! The young man at the counter not only does not understand what we are ordering but he is also arrogant when we try to explain to him that an item was missing from the order!
I went to the drive-thru on Sunday October 13 around 10:30, I ordered a Tim matin simply bacon and surprise when I unwrapped my sandwich.. A SIMPLY SAUSAGE. To err is human, I can deal with it. However, when I went inside to correct this mistake the 2 young girls who served me were laughing in my face. A bit ordinary. I do not recommend this branch.

We show up at 8:15 p.m. to eat. The opening hours say it closes at 10 p.m. The staff tells us that the kitchen is closed! The majority of pastries are covered in bags... We wasted our time!
Why is it SO LONG!!!!???? Why do the croissants in the morning, my timatin sausage croissant is NEVER fresh, ALWAYS dry. and its not yet 6:30 am!!!!!! And stop answering to fill out a form....... the number of forms that must have been filled out, clearly, its useless! I will make a detour in the future for my lunch!

From better to worse service. Since the lady left in the morning, the service, food and waiting time has been deplorable. example: the bread from TimMatin dry and cold (not heated) then the egg in this same sandwich which is clearly overcooked or it has been left there too long. To finish, the good lukewarm coffee which tastes nothing like my usual coffee. In short, to be avoided.

Service so slow on the weekend! It is not uncommon to wait 10-20 minutes at the drive-thru or inside to place or receive your order! this even if you are only 2-3 people in line. In addition, he does not check stocks before accepting your order, so when you arrive at the window a product is often missing (donut or pastry)

So the lady at the checkout is so nice has 2 weeks of experience so I cant say anything. BUT, for the rest, two incorrect orders, the manager did what was necessary to correct, but it was still wrong. No foam, no topping, my potato basket was full of inedible potato-shaped wooden pieces. I heard the words I apologize at least 11 times, and in the end the order was wrong. In short, I encourage the work of young people to empower them, but you should train them first. One star for the kindness of the lady and the other for the intelligence of the manager.
This Tim Hortons is hit and miss... sometime times the service and wait times are above par and other times I feel like it would be quicker if I made the food or coffee myself.

Sunday March 24, around 3:00 p.m. I order 1 iced cappucino and a donut. The employees on site had NO CONCEPT OF WORK! it is clear that there was no one in charge on site. It is unacceptable that, as a business owner, we can accept having such employees. Young girls, drinking their beverage, chatting, laughing, addressing customers in a more than ordinary manner and all this while not serving customers in an acceptable time. In case they dont know, do you know that the window is transparent??? We see you DO NOTHING . A little smile on your face, a job well done, everyone would be happier! Even when a job at Tim is too much to ask of you, stay at home!

Ive gone to this Tim s 3 weekends straight and all three weekends without missing a beat, my entire order was wrong and not at all edible. The staff is curt, not a smile to be seen. With the price of their food having gone up, you d assume they would be more careful with the orders they assemble for their clientele.
Before I really liked this tim, but for a few months the quality has left something to be desired. Blt with undercooked bacon and over sauce. Staff at the drive-thru service are quite stupid... Ive given it a chance several times but the products dont seem fresh. Newbies leave it up to themselves when they dont even know how the cash register works (wait 5 minutes for a cream cheese bagel and be told we dont have any cheese and chives here even though I never asked for that lol)

Terrible service. Asked for donuts, said they didn t have any left except sour cream. It s dinner time on a friday night and there aren t even timbits left so I just left. The few times I ordered, either there is something missing, wrong order or the employees are talking between themselves and completely ignoring the customers. Sad to see this Tim Hortons go down like that, it used to be the best in the area and now it s closed half the time with terrible service, I avoid it as much as I can and will favor any other place other than this one.

I ask for a hazelnut cold brew coffee and am given an iced Tim. I ask if they are cheating and the girl tells me they are out of brewed coffee so she made me an iced tim.. but at the price of brewed coffee... the supervisor doesnt understand why she made that since they had to brew coffee. She made it again for me but without the espresso foam and did not mix the syrup with the coffee. In short, I got a refund and chow chow Tim. Never again!

I have no problem with the girls going late while they are working unless it impacts the quality of service. You cant just make the customers wait while you finish your gossip, shout like youre at a party and especially handle the food without gloves, too. This isnt something that happens every day in this franchise but here it is, it happened today and it needs to be reported.

A formal complaint will be made to the head office. We ask for a medium extra cream iced cappuccino, they give it to us without the extra. We ask for toast with butter and creton, we are given toast with butter only. We ask them to add the creton. You can see for yourself the incapacity of the employees. Seriously, stop hiring teenagers who can still hear pee and dont even know how to make toast. To top it all off! We never received our large chocolate milk cold. At 5 years old I knew how to cook better than them. There were 6 employees in front of our toast to make them, it s ridiculous!!!!!!!!!! 4 things to order, 3 mistakes. It makes your case difficult.

My 1 star is for the taste of the sandwich only. I ordered a ham sandwich and was informed only after I paid that they were out of long bread so they put it in 2 small square breads which were smaller than my POM brand bread. I later realized that I had just paid for half the portion I should have had for that price and was in no way offered any credit or apology from them. The best was when I arrived home and saw that they hadnt put any salad and tomatoes! This place may be 2 minutes from my house but next time I will go to the neighboring town just to stop cheering them on. On the rare occasions that I go there, its rare that we are greeted with a smile; the drive-thru attendant couldnt wait for her day to end in my opinion. Reading the negative comments in large numbers from several people too, its the last time I went there, it really ruined my evening....... future boycott, check!

Tim Hortons near Costco around 1 p.m., we had 7 cars in front of us when we got into the girl and it took 30 minutes of waiting! I kept telling myself to be understanding, that the lack of staff is a scourge, that there may be broken machines etc but when I dont arrive at the counter there are 5-6 young people under 18 all behind the cash register laughing and fool. They were all grabbing their donuts and looking at us with a little mocking smile, arrogant and unapologetic for the delay. I didnt even say anything but honestly I would be really outraged to be the owner or manager of this business.
In my opinion, this is the best Tim Hortons!!! I go there every morning (Monday to Friday) and the service is fast, there is never an error on my order and all the employees are super nice :) they have a great team!!

The manager was very rude to the customers who came inside the restaurant. There was no sign on the doors that we couldnt go inside. The role of a manager is not to send customers away.
