I have been coming here for years. I always get good service from them. Even if 95% of the time I order through the drive through.
Every time I order from this location there is something wrong with my order: bagels with incorrect toppings and it is NEVER even cut in two like every other location, no whipped cream on iced capps. The staff really needs together their shit together or location needs more qualified management.
I don't understand the incompetence that is pivitol in every Tim Hortons, I ordered a B.E.L.T and what I got was sausage, mayonnaise, lettuce, a sad looking tomato ,no egg no cheese and why put mayo on it? Maybe hire people with more than two braincells to make your food for people who pay money at your establishment. And they forgot my potatoes in my order as well, I always give a place a second chance, this was my second chance back to back incorrect orders. Useless.....

First, let me be clear that the service I’ve received has been pretty good all around. The problem with this Tim’s are the extremely limited hours that are constantly fluctuating. I’d say that it’s due to staffing, but I can’t be sure of that when the Tim’s a few minutes away in Delson is open much later and 7 days a week compared to this one. Kinda baffled. Also, Tim’s corporate really needs to come up with a better translation and differentiation for Chocolate Dip and Chocolate Glazed. In French, they’re basically the same which leads to incorrect orders often.
The manager left 2 young boys to work on a weekend where there was a hockey tournament right next door! Young people serve the drive-thru a lot more. No more stock (biscuit, pepperoni, etc.) Very long waiting time and its far from being because of the two young people trying to do their best. Frankly, the bosses should see to putting more people to work instead of cutting hours. Tim Hortons is starting to get tough...and not just that, its the same everywhere!
Tim Hortons is no longer what it was a few years ago. More and more, the service is getting bad. The food is bad, the service is bad, and the opening hours have changed a lot. Frankly, I am very disappointed because Tim Hortons was the symbol of Canada, but that is no longer the case. What a shame!

Worst Tim Hortons ever...EVERY time Ive been there, theres always something broken, especially the latte machine...each time, theyre mixed up and we never get the right order.. 2x in a row, they made me pay for the wrong order...today we order something very simple...2 hazelnut cold brews, a raisin bagel with butter and a full flavor bagel with bacon. and cream cheese... our cold brews had no ice so were lukewarm. I open my bagel...its not a raisin bagel but a Sesame bagel so my partner gives it back to the young girl at the counter, repeating to her what I wanted...she gives me a new bagel. ..raisin bagel with cream cheese lord...I get into it because clearly at the drive-thru it doesnt work...I ask the young girl who makes the sandwiches to give me back the good thing , what she does...Ill come back to the car and my partner cant believe it, he had his bagel full of cream cheese flavor BUT they didnt put his bacon... last time we went there..next time well go to the one de Delson next to Pasquier...when we went, there didnt seem to be any adult supervisor on site...I sincerely believe that the owner should consider leaving his restaurant in the hands of someone who cares that it works GOOD....

Good morning, No one offered me my bill. It is a law to have to hand this one over. This way I cannot monitor my order. I asked for 1 medium Nutella ice cap and a small regular ice cap, a bacon cream cheese bagel and other items. I am handed a NOT cut bagel. I was charged 2 mediums and given 2 mediums. Was I charged for the nuttela option or not? No idea, I didnt get an invoice and it was at work that I realized this aspect. Its been a while since I went there since the last time I had food poisoning. I didnt feel like I was listened to. Its quick, quick, quick, well give you your order and go away. It was a disservice that was given to me. Very disappointed

Worst service Ive ever had in my life.... The owner should really look after his employees because its not fair to the image of Tim Hortons to have such an employee. I place a mobile order to make it faster like at Mcdonalds.. I decide to go inside instead of ordering automatically.. There are 2 employees.. One boy at the auto window, the other lady at the counter . No looks, no Hello, no One moment we ll be yours It s the least we can do, right? I wait patiently for at least 5 minutes... I move... I wrinkle my coat to make sure Ive been seen, Im small... who knows? No... she definitely saw me. The girl who works has time to look at the schedule of the next employee who is going to come in and chat with her colleague but has no time to look at me. So I decide to ask, across the counter, Do we have to go to the drive-thru line to get served? Perhaps since covid, Tim Hortons has not provided service in the dining room... But I see you chatting with your colleague, you dont have the body language of someone in a hurry at all because you would move much faster and be much more efficient with your commands.. I had an iced cap. Once on the Mercier Bridge I want to take a sip, my iced capp seems not to be brewed at all. Im not happy, an iced capp should be brewed for 25-30sec. I tell myself I wont drink it, Ill come back to this tim later today. I go back 3 hours later, I explain the situation to the cashier, he changes it for me without any problem. 5 minutes later, the iced capp is in the same state as the first... so either your employees are not good at brewing iced capp, or they put milk instead of cream, or your machine is broken. .. one thing is certain, I will not return it since I only consume iced caps.

Pitiful. Wait 45 minutes at the drive-thru to order an iced coffee and a dream mini egg donut. The employee who takes the order has no idea what a mini egg donut is and he doesnt understand what anyone is saying. Makes me repeat 3 times. They were preparing one order at a time and the wait time is excruciating. Not to mention the opening hours which are terrible too. The employees lack class with their manners.
Im changing the review because after a week I gave this restaurant one last chance. Last time I had no sauce and no bacon for the two meats. Today there was sauce but no bacon. Dont waste your money, drive a bit to another Tims. I stopped going there because of waiting 30 minutes to receive the wrong orders every time, but I went back today after 2 months only to be served an extremely dry bagel (it was 9 a.m. morning, was it from the day before?), colder than room temperature and with a sample of cream cheese I wasnt even able to finish my first bite.
No dark roast, didnt put sugar in my coffee even though it says on the lid, gives $10.15 for $7.15 bill, tells me not to be able to calculate the exchange because it costs $10 on his box

When you ask for a roast beef and cheese sandwich if I remember correctly I was told after paying that there was no more bread left for this sandwich, so I had to ask for a refund because I couldnt accept that it was put in a bread twice smaller than that served and having only half the ingredients asked for in an ordinary sandwich lets say that the price is there. Have I ever suggested putting it on a bread that would have the same proportions as that which is usually provided. Parking: The parking lot is almost always empty, no one wonders why.

Unfortunately, the drive-thru service is extremely slow! 4 cars in front of me, outside rush hours, 30 minutes before I get my order. When employees answer the drive-thru, there is no hello, no thank you, no amount. I understand the lack of employees and the current difficult conditions, but customer retention by providing good customer service is a must to keep customers coming back. For me its a no, I wont go back, I prefer to go to Starbucks to have a better customer experience, sometimes even if the service is long because there are a lot of people, the employees are smiling and nice. They chat with customer in front, who twice after their first purchase decide for something else and the staff pass them ahead of me. Chat and take their time, no sense of speed in a fast food. Inside counter is closed half the time without any indication of when it s open and when it s closed. Slow service and regular mistakes. Go to the McDonald s across the street. Edit : they keep not giving me extras which I pay for. Not just once. Regularly. To the point where I don t want to ask for extras and pay. Or I don t want to go there anymore. Cream cheese is 1$. Bacon is 1$. These mistakes add up. In the end, it s robbery and they owe me a lot.

It s so frustrating to systematically arrive in Quebec at closed Tim Horton with only Drive In service with three kids (who really do what they can hey, they just have 16 most of the time) to manage the place! Come on Tim Horton stop taking systematically the COVID and the lack of staff as excuse ! The McDonal just in front was open ! Honestly, one of the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Where to start.. 1. The drive-through takes a while so if youre in a hurry, forget it. 2. Front door is almost always locked and they blame it on the lack of employees. The Mcdonalds right in front does not have that problem so... 3. Food quality is decent but there are always shortages and/or they take forever to get ready. Honestly, I go to a Tim Hortons on the other side of Costco every time because this one is just terrible.

It took me 20 minutes to get a tea and timatin. There was no one else inside and only one car in the drive-thru. It was 5:25 pm when I got there and leave at 5:46 pm. They only had two young people without any supervisor around.
We waited 25 minutes at the drive-thru to simply order, we are understanding because they received an order at the same time. But when we got to the window, we waited again, the employees were snacking as they passed in front of the window without being aware of our presence. When the employee noticed that we were at the window, she asked us if we had already paid... she should know, right? Being honest people we said no, then she forgot to give us 2 items from our order. This Tim Horton deserves 1 star and that s generous.

This evening I went to the drive-thru, I ordered two BLTs. When I got home, I noticed that the BLTs contained- 2 slices of bread toasted on one side only with 3 slices of limp bacon, 2 slices of half green tomatoes and lots of lettuce. They call it a BLT???? With 2 medium coffees, the whole thing cost me $15.81. I am truly dissatisfied and will never return Tim Hortons. THIS doesnt even deserve a star!!!!
