Worst mcdonalds I ve been to. You have to wait 30 minutes in the drive-thru to have your order taken!! Then you wait another 20 minutes to receive it. Worst mcdonald!

Dont go there on a Friday evening, Ive never seen a McDonalds so overwhelmed by the drive-thru and the customers inside.

Hire people, it doesnt make sense, the service is slow

Every time we order for delivery something is always missing. Very bad service. They dont know how to read their order well. And never answers the phone.

Worst Macdonald ever, my small order took 35 minutes to be ready, in addition the order was incomplete

...A little hungry in the middle of the night, I ask if they have a veggie option when ordering automatically, I am told yes its new we have a veggie big mac! Skeptical, I asked if it was indeed a meatless patty and I was told yes, big mac veggie patty!! Great I order being happy with the alternative offered. Arrived home to find that the pancake in question was only an additional slice of bread between the two others. Well done Mcdo! $10.99 for a veggie trio!! Never again! Too bad because it s the only 24-hour option in the area. I leave my place to carnivores to enrich you. Making such a misrepresentation of a suitable menu is grotesque.

Disaster all round... I ordered 2 cheeseburgers to take away at a terminal, I had to wait 20 minutes to collect the 2x Cheeseburgers...

I placed an order for Burgers with Uber at 10:00 p.m., I received apple turnovers instead. I call them they say they cant do anything!!!!!! I had to go out and get the order myself. What is the point of doing business with uber eat if you are not able to offer this service.

They do not look at what they give you. They lied that they put it in the bag when they didnt. They forgot the drinks. They didnt want to rectify, we needed to go inside and even then. Horrible staff and service.

Superb ability to adapt on the part of the manager and his employees. I arrived this morning around 8:30 with 4 children for lunch and to play in the amusement park. They were preparing the room for a birthday but we were still given the space and allowed to play. It was very appreciated. The manager also came to bring us our orders directly to the room. Really nice service.

each time, cbm invoice, 2 plus a mobile, one day its correct, the next day no has no right and waste 10 minutes going to ask the manager, then agreement of 15 minutes the order so that 3 are missing sandwich 1 rap...... worst Macdonald in lower Quebec

Drive-thru, croquette trio, hot and delicious but the potatoes were not salty, perhaps a small oversight.

We order 3 Chicken Mc Muffin trios with Habanero sauce. We are charged the sauce on the bill but no trace of the sauce in our sandwiches or without the bag. Very disappointing experience. We will encourage other restaurants in the area.

I was just burned with coffee from the drive-thru and the only compensation I received was napkins! Whether a new employee or not, first aid is a must in public places for customer service! Am surprised McDonalds didnt teach this in employee training! I had to leave the place with my burn because it wasnt important to know how I was! Not strong! I hope McDonalds Canada will see to it with the note sent to a customer service office!

I placed two orders. When I first ordered, my coffee was lukewarm. On the second order I waited 10 minutes for my order and when I asked where it was I was told they were going to refund me because the ice machine was broken. There was no one in the restaurant, what were they doing in those 10 minutes? At what point were they going to tell me the ice machine wasnt working and they were going to refund me? In 15, 20 or 30 minutes?

What can I say, coliss it was good THE best McDonalds ever everything was hot and the service super fast compare to St-Jean-sur-Richelieu which is like 45 minutes. The guy who served us was really nice and didnt seem like he was wearing a blazer, excellent service, we will come back!

I had to put ketchup from home in my poutine because I had no sauce and no cheese, and no fork to eat with. There are errors with each order, staff who serve you when they try. I like McDonalds but I will go elsewhere next time

No idea how this McDonalds is run, but unfortunately its the worst Ive been to. The service is just poor. The wait is endless, there are errors in the order, etc. One evening when I arrived at the drive-thru around 9-10 in the evening, there were more than 10 cars in the line. No one was served and I waited more than 45 minutes without even having the slightest sign of life from anyone. Simply unacceptable situation for fast food.

People at the checkout for very long minutes, several employees visible but we seemed invisible. The drink filling station was so dirty that I hesitated before serving myself.

McDonalds Candiac I waited over 25 minutes for my drive-thru order and I went inside to get more that after 25 minutes it was still not done and that for 6 items the worst McDonalds I have ever seen

Really disappointing! 3 undrinkable coffees in a row with the same order and very little compensation for the trouble, very dirty inside and the staff is not very enthusiastic about serving or getting out of the way. I rarely complain but it wont be my McDonalds anymore.

I just went to this place at 1:30 p.m. Its a place where I often go at dinner time and usually Im very satisfied but here Im very disappointed firstly a wait at the drive-thru more than 20 minutes and I was charged $2:30 to change my medium fry for a large fry and to finish the hamburger is without mustard without ketchup and without onions and cold and the large fry was 3/4 full I will not return never at this mc do at night

My friend just heard 1h40 at the drive-thru (so 30 minutes in front of the microphone), no one to take orders even though there was no other customer in front of him. Unpleasant service, no excuse for the excessive wait, the employees only talk among themselves without disdaining to do their job, in addition to their incompetence (make the frosted beverage or the cream even before the rest and let it melt on the side from the window and then give it to you) Seriously, avoid!

An item was missing from our order and we had to wait 10 minutes to get it. He always told us It wont be long but I had already finished the whole meal before then. Plus their employees seem irritated and stupid. No smile, no hello/have a good day, no respect at all. None of them are wearing nets on their heads, lucky I didnt have a hair in my meal.

I asked for my coffee without sugar, the employee just dumped half of my coffee and put in more coffee as if I wasnt going to know that it was still sweet. I still say that there is still sugar. MCDO WITH PARK The food is typical of a McDonalds. No more and no less. Nothing negative on the subject. ORDER arrive within a reasonable time. Cleanliness a little to be desired. No large free own table. Around noon on a Saturday!! The childrens park area is good. A little more suitable for ages 3 and up. Young people under 3 years old (or small) will not be able to climb to the top, but enough space to climb down and run. Poor vision to monitor children once at UPPER position. 12 seats for adults inside the park and several seats outside very visible to the park Parc du mcdo chateauguay a little more adapted for the youngest.
