Caspienne in Candiac

I visited the Caspienne restaurant for the first time this evening (I had never tasted Iranian food). The experience was a success all round. The food was absolutely delicious. We asked the waitress to give us the Persian experience, so we left it up to her to choose the dishes. We got the whole thing. To allow us to taste more dishes, our hosts mixed meats so that we could taste as many recipes as possible. Everything was absolutely delicious. At the start, we are welcomed with a slightly spicy green pea puree, accompanied by a freshly baked roll. Kashke bademjoune is a delicious starter!!! We then tasted the chicken as well as the two variations of beef skewers. Everything was prepared and seasoned with care and taste. Those who (like me) sometimes fear that the perfumes of a region will not suit them can be reassured... The typical Quebecer will like it. Love it a lot!!! Even though the menu may sometimes seem far from grandmas pie, be curious and try it! I promise you will love it!!! The portions are generous, the flavors are exceptional and I assure you that you will recognize that there is a lot of love in this cuisine. It is a very small restaurant, operated by a local family who welcomes you with warmth and generosity. Oh yes, I forgot . For dessert, try the improbable mixture of avocado and chocolate. It seems like a strange combination but it s like everything else on the menu, it s worth discovering! A 10/10 evening with leftovers that will make a good dinner for tomorrow. We went to Caspienne twice their food were good but their prices compare to other good Persian restaurants are very expensive and they don t have variety of options for kebabs and other main plates their stuff both times were dirty like tablecloth and glasses and the worst thing their bathroom sink it was disgusting .

Tried it once for delivery and another time dined in. We tried Koobideh, Joojeh and pizza. The food is very average, the owner was very polite but the resto was at full capacity and they were lacking servers. The space simply is not enough for the full capacity and the noise level was high. Although its in southshore and more convenient to go but its not comparable to existing options in downtown. There is alot to improve.

The staff at this restaurant were incredibly hospitable and friendly, offering us a variety of extras with our order. I tried the koobideh, chenjeh, and pizza. As an Iranian, I found the food to be fairly normal. The koobideh had a generous amount of meat, but it could have been grilled more thoroughly on the BBQ; the inside was slightly undercooked. The chenjeh wasn t particularly memorable, but the pizza was quite good, resembling the style of Iranian pizzas, which I enjoyed. I would recommend focusing on improving the koobideh, as many customers visit Iranian restaurants specifically for this dish. With a bit more attention to grilling and seasoning, it could become a standout item on the menu.

An exceptional culinary experience! As soon as we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the owners, who were incredibly kind and attentive. They took the time to answer our questions about the menu and Persian cuisine which really added to the experience. I chose the chicken thigh, and it was simply delicious tender, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. A real treat in every bite! The atmosphere is friendly and authentic, perfect for discovering Persian cuisine. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return to try other dishes. We used the Caspin restaurant, the quality of the food was very good and delicious, especially the mashed and fried eggplant, which had a very good quality.

I had their kebab koubideh once, and it was absolutely amazing, exceptionally high quality with a great taste that brought back memories of the good old times. Tonight, I decided to try something different: a kebab koubideh pizza that wasn t even on the menu. I was intrigued and honestly couldn t imagine how it would taste. To my surprise, it was an incredible experience! The unique combination worked perfectly. Whatever they come up with next, I m all in! Such lovely people.

The restaurant didn t stand out, and the service lacked professionalism. We ordered Kashk-e Bademjan and a Caspian pizza. The Kashk-e Bademjan was delicious, nicely presented, and served on toast bread, which was an interesting twist, though not traditional for an authentic persian food. The flavor was great, so I have no complaints there. Unfortunately, the pizza was aweful it was undercooked, cold, spice-less and we could only manage one slice. While the staff was friendly, they didn t quite meet professional standards. The ambiance was decent, though the table setting felt cramped, as plates and spoons were placed before the food arrived, leaving little room for the dishes

Editing as change of menu! My grandfather has lived in candiac for 50 years and enjoys a good pizza. I have brought him pizza from every pizza place around and he has declared this one the winner. The crust, sauce, cheese ratio is perfect and yummy! The pizza is delicious, the pricing is right & the service is good. I also tried the spinach salad, chicken skewer & the hummus. All were delicious, once again good portions, kind service & good pricing.

We really enjoyed dinner this evening in such a relaxing environment with excellent service and quality, tasty and aromatic food. I wish you many blessings and success. We will come back.

Reaching an agreement with the kids on a restaurant choice is always a challenge, so what we really love about this restaurant is that it serves both Persian food and kid-friendly options like pizza and poutine. The quality of the pizza and poutine was exceptional, especially the French fries, and the kebabs were delicious. The rice was also much closer in quality to Iranian rice compared to other restaurants in Montreal. The staff is so friendly that I felt like I was visiting family back home in Iran.

This was very good pizza and fries. We were traveling and just looking for food. Staff was very friendly and made sure we were ready to get back on the road quickly and with everything we needed. Small sit down area. Very basic, but works for their store probably.

First of all, no one there speaks French, neither the person who took my order nor the delivery girl... I ordered two pizzas and a slice, only one of the two was correct (I received cheese instead of new York). My puck was good until I found a big black hair in one that I had half-bitten. I ate lunch at this restaurant. It was completely deserted and is better suited for takeout or delivery. The employees were very friendly and courteous. The pizza was pretty tasty. It had enough toppings and the crust was soft and fluffy. Unfortunately, due to a misprint on the menu I got the wrong toppings but the employees offered to make me a corrected pizza. The onion rings were crisp and tasty. The prices are very reasonable. I plan to order from this place again but for delivery only.

I ordered 3 pizzas last summer and they were all saggy and bunched in the end of the box. The delivery guy was angry and not polite.

Ordered a pizza for takeout on their website. It was supppsed to have groundbeef since I paid for it, but it was a vegetarian pizza with no beef at all. Sent email back with pictures of receipt and pizza but nobody followed up wich mad me leave this review.

We have just placed an order for delivery and 30 minutes later someone calls us back to say that ultimately they will not deliver to Saint-Constant, what a lousy service, first and last time for us.

Horrible service and poor quality food. Sucks because it s the closest to the house. But I rather walk 50km in a snowstorm below 40 degrees than to order from there again.
