Despite the fact that there were a lot of people, our waitress was very attentive to our requests . The atmosphere is always very noisy in this kind of place, everyone has to speak loudly. So, overall it was very good.

Good food? But the music is way too loud. why have to speak very loudly to be able to understand each other? When we arrive, music is playing in the background but as customers arrive the volume is raised WHY?? I wont go back

Les repas était délicieux, parfaitement exécutés et bien présentés. Le rib-eye et la bavette étaient cuits à souhait. La serveuse nous à conseillé sur les pièces de viande vieillis à sec afin d éclairer nos choix, et sur les vins d importation pour bien accompagner nos assiettes. Tout le staff était très gentil, merci pour l expérience!

La Réserve was a place with a lot of class, service and atmosphere worthy of the price paid. I have been attending since 2013. Unfortunately tonight, April 2023, the price is more expensive, but everything else is gone.

Friday evening dinner with friends. The meal was excellent, Claudias impeccable service, always with a smile, diligent, attentive to our requests and showed us that our customers were appreciated.

For my first experience at this restaurant I was impressed by the quality of the dishes. To enter the best octopus I have eaten. My first oyster was also very good. I loved their beef tartare with their fries and homemade mayonnaise, their flank steak with a smokey taste and Im not talking about the chocolate mousse cake dessert which ended the meal very well. My one and only criticism is that the water was lukewarm whereas with the heat I would have appreciated it being colder, but this in no way affected my experience nor my judgment on this restaurant which I recommend and which I plan to return there very soon!

Just WoW. I took the time to tell the owner that it was the best flank steak I have ever eaten in my life. We wont hide, its expensive; $170 for two plates, one entree and two drinks... thats it... would I go back... yes... but at this price not every month just flat as the prices of restaurants are so low!

INTERMINABLE service tonight (July 23)! Yet almost no one. About 1 hour/1 hour 15 minutes to receive my main course. The cook came to apologize for the del. The reason? Trainning yet the 2 cooks have been there for years. I no longer have the impression that we have been forgotten. Because even the couple who arrived a long time after us were served before us. We left directly after eating and the restaurant was empty.

The same way we give good feedback we shall give bad. I had a change to have q great time at la Reserva 2-3 times before. We even had a moment where one of the waiters remembered us. Which was epic. Now today we had a friend birthday at the place. La Reserva was not even half capacity and one of the dishes for the people on the table was forgotten. As a excuse a second waiter said she could give an extra appetizer, when the table had already eaten appetizers and ha ordered main dish. The worst is that you have to hear the best I can do. I am very sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, Im not to suggest anyone yo go to the place anymore. Btw the risotto was terribly cooked as they did too fast. Not only salty but far from creamy.

Great atmosphere and great food

Food took a very long time to arrive even though we were quick to order. Mussels are tiny and not worth the cost. Salmon sashimi was tasty, but portion was miniature and is therefore not good value for money. I recommend the risotto - tasty and good serving size.

The cuts of beef are always excellent and the service is second to none, even when the restaurant is crowded!

Exceptional service that made all the difference! The food, at least the filet mignon with truffle and parmesan fries was a real feast! Definitely, a restaurant to put on the agenda!

The menu did not correspond with the information on Google, we took the flank steak, what a disappointment, mine was not cooked, lots of stickiness in it, the waitress took it back, they brought me the same flank steak, hard as soles bunches, dry fries not edible. $27.00 more no sauce no vegetables, for the first time I went there, it will be the last too. Houston knows how to cook flank steak tender and the plates are full of vegetables with a choice of potatoes for $20.00. Review your cooks and your prices!!!

Superb evening with my friend and our daughters. Great place, the food is impeccable, starter of fried squid with coriander pesto, cheese ball on butter crouton with dried tomato sauce, filet mignon, flank steak, gnocchi, wine, bubbles, crème brûlées, brownies, coffees Bailey. Everything was excellent. Only problem!! I would even say big problem!! Which is super important to me and which makes all the difference in having a perfect evening. This is the service! What lousy service we had!! The waitress had no smile, no interpersonal skills, didnt seem interested in being there, borderline stupid! Being a waiter is not for everyone. Maybe we should improve that, my beautiful Sophia! It would have made all the difference in our evening.

Fantastic food and decently priced. Cant go wrong with either the shrimp rolls, veal meatballs or calamari as an appetizer. Although located in Candiac, its a 10 min drive from dix30 (If youre looking for a location with less traffic than dix30)

This little restaurant aims high, especially with its prices which in my opinion are exaggerated given the culinary experience. The chefs are trying their best, but there is still a way to go before they can justify the bill. A cold atmosphere due to the decor and industrial design despite the ambient light. You really have to love the style to want to go back.

Not going to lie, the food is pretty amazing. Nothing to say about that except that everything we ordered tasted really good. My issues are with the price of certain items on the menu. Basically, their stuff aint cheap. They do have a good deal on Sundays, everything is 25% off (wine and booze included). The service was decent, there was a slight issue with our sangria order (it was basically mostly ice) but they handled it and fixed the situation pretty well. Basically, I recommend the place but be aware that its going to cost you a bit!

very sad. I was unable to enter because I was passing by and wanted to stop for supper. because we stay about ten minutes away. At the door a guy turned around and told us that he had reserved the restaurant for the wedding. I would have been met with restaurant staff to politely inform us and secondly it would have been nice if there was on the sidewalk or any other way to inform us near the parking lot that the restaurant was closed for that evening. A big lack of professional management. Im sure were not the only ones who must have been turned around this way. Very poorly polite and no sense of customer service.

I made a reservation at the start of the week and two days later we were canceled to make room for a group of 50 who took up the entire restaurant. My girlfriend and I had planned a pleasant evening without the children in a restaurant that was highly recommended to me unfortunately they are more concerned with filling their room than their reputation, especially when we know that they would have filled their room anyway .

I love this restaurant, tartare to roll on the floor, stupid flank steak, oysters are delicious, and the service is impeccable! Little gem in Candiac!!!

We enjoyed our meal very much. There wasnt a LOT of selection but the food was tasty and service was good.

Unfortunately, an experience to forget. I took a flank steak, which one, was not at all properly cooked (blue instead of medium-rare) and two which was extremely salty. I informed the waiter who told me he had the same comment during the evening. (Confirmed a customer at the table behind us) I even asked the person who accompanied me to confirm that I was not mistaken. All this to end up realizing that 5 people found the flank steak extremely salty. I asked for an explanation and was told that unfortunately it was an isolated case and that the flank steak was simply not to my taste. So either I want to move, like the other 4 people, or its definitely good to get rid of me. Unfortunately another restaurant that wants the standard of fine cuisine and forgets that service is part of it. STOP THE TALK AND DO THE WALK

Nice restaurant with elevated pub-ish food, like risotto cheese burger made of veal or other things. There is about 10ish starters amd about 10 main courses, includin 4-5 tartares. Good selection of steaks and aged meats and what-not The service was quite slow BUT the waiter brought us complimentary drinks to make up for this. There is a terasse, which is nice but not heated, and the inside is smallish and a little loud, but perfect for a more dynamic ambiance. There is a full bar where you can order any drink you can think of (reasonably I guess) some beers a quite a few wines.. Okay overall, but nothing to write home about. One notch about nice pub.

We had reserved at 6:00 a.m. and it took a long time to get served and we were told at 8:00 a.m. that we had to leave because there was a 2nd service at 8:00 a.m. but they had forgotten to tell us this when booking and we hadnt even had our dessert and coffee yet. Its very disappointing.

Where basic service. You did not know who was working in the restaurant. It felt disorganized. Staff running around. Even bumping in to you as you were sitting down. No one greeted you at the door. Menu only in french language. No tasting from wine bottles before youve got served. Music too loud even at 18:30. Hard to have an conversation. Cod was very good. Tuna tartare tasty but to salty.

Everything was delicious.. also my gin drink from the cabin! I admit that I didnt appreciate it when the waiter announced that the coffee was on the house at the time of the bills. Its a nice gesture but I held back given the price of the bill to come... if we want to build customer loyalty the privilege must be for everyone, right (we were a group of 5)? Its a bit babyish but it left me with a strange taste when I left.. In short, I still keep my evening as a favorite but quite expensive and funny favors..
