We ordered a all dressed pizza and poutine. Weve been looking for a good pizza like in the 90s for a long time. Its delicious, the crust is so good, super garnished and the price is great. Our new place for pizza

I went to the counter to get 2 fully dressed wedges. I was served 2 old tips all dry in addition to the mr. With the not very friendly white hair, I dont think he was interested in it this evening. So why are you advertising so that people will come see you when they are served like that? No taste for returning

Online order asks for more Sauce in my pizza it arrives with almost no Sauce I call back he sends me a pizza but not with the good toppings that I asked for they tell me you want what I do for you I just ask him I would like to have my order as ordered he answers me the chef is overflowing I will send you a pizza and next time call elsewhere and shut the phone in my face Wow what great customer service

Our family loves this restaurant. The owner really needs to invent the Spéciale Vero pizza, which is the perfect pizza for picky people Its a Mexican reinvented for those who cant digest spicy food!! Green peppers, black olives, onions, small Mexican pizza balls and regular tomato sauce. We could add green olives or even some well-cooked bacon :) I challenge you to ask the owner for the Véro Special.. he will laugh and know what it is Thank you for all his delicious pizzas. Very fast delivery for me. Theyre not cheap on the bacon and toppings the submarine is excellent too. Crispy fries. Smiling and very courteous delivery man. Well done.

Bad service and very arrogant owner. I called to ask if he had a 2 for 1 pizza menu he told me yes but when I got home it was $47.60. We are far from 2 for 1. I called back to inquire and he said yes its 2 for 1 and he became very arrogant and hung up. What can I say about the delivery man, no smile, no hello, no thank you. Too bad because the pizza is good but the service is absolutely lousy. Finished for me!!

I went for an order and the chef/owner was preparing a pizza while talking on the phone without wearing gloves or a mask. When I asked him what he was doing like that, he laughed and waved me out the door. Went in for an order and the owner/chef was making a pizza for a customer while talking on the phone without gloves and without a mask. When I asked why he was doing so, he laughed and shooed me away.

Good Pizza. Courteous service. Allow time for your pizza. I had to wait at least 10 minutes over the time he told me.

I have parked near their pizzeria twice now since I work in the building and one of their delivery people opens his door on my car! I can understand once an accident, but now Im overwhelmed. This also happened to 2 of my colleagues.

Oh!Boy! I was hesitant about what rating to give 3 or 4 stars!? For me its 3 but other people in my family give 4! Tastes cannot be discussed!The positive points : everything arrives hot even the fries on delivery its a big plus, the fries crispy coating taste good even if they are not homemade, the employees are correct ! The negative points : the taste of the pizza is not that impressive and they made a mistake in my order: I asked for a fully dressed one with extra bacon and I received a peperonni, tomato sauce with pizza, cheese, mushrooms and bacon! In reality, the result is very uncertain??

Contrary to the opinions I read below, I realize that some are either very difficult, complaining or have simply had a bad day...As read, I went last night to pick up my meal. I placed my order online and everything was quick. In 40 minutes I had a deliciously hot and very well topped pizza, not too greasy, just perfect. A very good spaghetti. My order was correct and the cashiers service was impeccable. I cant judge the delivery, but when you go to pick it up, if youre disappointed, its because youre really very picky! I will go back without hesitation!

Order at 5 a.m. to have your pizza for 6 a.m. and at 6:30 a.m. it hasnt arrived yet. Thansk cant even eat before going back to work

Worst customer service they make a mistake on my order and tell me its my fault. The delivery person adds $2 to the bill for his so-called gas and then asks for an additional tip.

On July 9, 2020, I ordered a B1 combo for delivery: a 12-inch pizza, 1 7-inch poutine. + 2 pepsi. The amount on the brochure received today represents $27.99 before taxes. As promised, I received a totally different order 45 minutes later. The amount charged was $48.30 taxes included plus a tip of $4.83 to the delivery person. I did not realize this big mistake at the time, I paid the delivery person $53.13 by Visa, including a 10% tip. I told the delivery man that there must be an error without further details. I had the help of my wife to take delivery. Instead, I received a Family Special which corresponds to Promo 1: 2 16-inch X-large pizzas, 1 family fries and 4 pepsi. We checked the delivery address and it matched mine. Obviously, it didnt match what I thought I ordered. All the same, my wife and I ate our fill and there were three slices of a 16-inch pizza left, a full 16-inch pizza and a barely eaten family fries and 2 pepsi. I calculated the difference between the two orders excluding the tip and that represents $14 more for the Pomo 1 before taxes. I called the merchant twice and ended up speaking to the person who took the order, he swears that I accepted the order for a total amount of $48.30 including taxes, having taken care of detailed what Promo 1 included. He says he is the owner of this business and is very busy. He maintains his position even though the tone had increased a notch between us. He doesnt want to negotiate anything. I think he just lost a potential future client who was willing to give him the chance to compromise. The restaurant, due to covid 19, cannot take orders if it has not been opened and I recognize that. However, its leaflet guarantees free and fast delivery. The delivery guy asked me how much I want to tip when paying. Judge for yourself.

Called speaking french, had difficulties, tried speaking in english. The woman handed the phone to someone else. A man spoke. His website showed prices, he failed to go by the price on his own website. Bad business. Not on top of his own website, he was more concerned with the ads he puts in the publisack. Never ordered, never will order.

Final... Indeed. I will never call there again, its FINAL! After 45 minutes of waiting, I call to inquire about the status of my order and am told that my pizzas have just come out of the oven and will be on their way soon. After 1 hour and 15 minutes of waiting, I called back to see if the delivery guy was lost and I was told (again) that my pizzas had just come out of the oven and they would soon be on their way. After 1h45 of waiting (childrens party by the way) I decided to cancel my order and I was told stupid things... They even hung up the line on me!! The manager even called me to tell me that the delivery guy was coming around the corner and would be there in 2 minutes. I told him that if the delivery guy didnt arrive in the next 5 minutes there wasnt going to be an answer because were all putting on our boots and coats to go eat at the restaurant. It must have taken at least ten minutes to get everyone dressed and the delivery guy never showed up. FINALLY, we never tasted their pizza. I should have called Como

Usually its great but now, the delivery man forgets the liquors and whats more, when he opens the pizza, all the ingredients are on the side as if the pizza had spent the time of delivery on the side... I I called the restaurant and tried to get compensation since Ive been waiting for an hour and Im going to have to wait again to be told. One hour wait for delivery; As a result, I couldnt bring pizza to work because I had to leave first. My partner communicates with me in the evening; she didnt get the poutine that came with it... I called the restaurant to get a replacement, the manager argued that I should have called at dinner time; that the poutine was indeed there when the delivery guy left with my order... HE CALLS ME A LIAR OR WHAT!?! As I have had no replacement and insignificant responses, I can assure you that this was my FINAL order from this establishment; I wish them to close the doors soon!!!
