super RUDE, Terrible experience! we’ll never go back, the employee was mean, arrogant, impolite with our kids for no reason except they paid him money !! , he seemed to be in a hurry and was very rude... we should have called the police , lucky i did not call the police this time, next time for sure if i ever been there
Just got my order from doordash and the 3 subway sandwiches ordered were completely wrong, like they never even read my order. This is the 4 mistakes like this at that location, I am completely disappointed and wish that the employees would take there job more seriously.... I will stop ordering at that location point blank..... Horrible experience

For this Subway it's a hit or miss. There were times we're everything was great from service to food and there were times that there were a few missing ingredients and the service fell short of what I would expect.

Worst subway I have ever visited. The guy serving was not friendly or polite. The owner should find someone else to take care of his franchise.
We arrive at the restaurant and the teenager on duty has a foot-long online order in his hands and doesnt know how to alternate between the items in this huge order and the customers on site. Customers on site are ignored until the order is completed. In computing, queuing theory applies here and the term to describe the situation is called starvation: one order receives everything and the others nothing, which is absolutely unfair. Please educate your teenager on how to provide adequate service, he is not mature enough to take an initiative on his own or even to simply observe the facts

The employee Sandrine, very attentive, smiling, welcoming, even spoke Spanish to help visitors place their order! Wow!
Unfortunately some desserts were not available or we received the invoices and were told that they would be brought to our table. At the end of the meal, nothing received, I went to the counter to be told that they were not available. 10 min wait no one is able to refund has to make calls to find out how to do it..

I have never seen such a dirty Subway restaurant. Our feet were literally glued to the ground. The toilets were also very dirty and the employees were sitting at a table chatting!

Correct place, very often something wrong with my order. I often order online and 3/4 of the employees dont understand a word of English. I didnt want to write comments at first but its been 8 times that my order is not correct For employees: Grilled = panini press Honey mustard = HONEY mustard Less sauce = LESS sauce (I would still like to have some) I would like to point out a young man of perhaps 19 years old with him, my order is always perfect.

Quasiment pas de thon, pas de fromage comme demandé, pareil pour le 2eme sandwich qui avait des extras. J ai littéralement payé 25$ pour manger un sandwich très plat, juste du pain à la sauce. Résultat, mal au ventre depuis l avoir mangé

One Saturday at 6:30 p.m. there was no more bread. Only the flatbread and half a half-dry white loaf which was pitiful at the bottom of the oven. It seems to me that this is quite the basis of their business. The staff was nice on the other hand. (To tell me that they couldnt serve me).

Lack of parking
A three out of five and even a little less . A rather disappointing Subway which is rare in our case. We had dinner there on October 27, 2018. The staff was not very cheerful and the toilets were dirty. We had a 12 inch steak and cheese which was too juicy and poorly prepared. We did not feel appreciated as customers and that is why we will not return there again. We have some photos to share with you.
