Very rude old lady, very very rude, never again even if free
Not fair to give 1 start .. should invent negative 5 for them, Super RUDE LADY from 1st second you enter ! , made my two 12 inches steak without cheese ! then toasted !! wrapped !when i reminded ; she put cold ! i asked from new one and reheated.. instead reheated again with sauce, tomato, ...etc everything was reheated ! tastes awful. AGAIN SUPER RUDE FROM 1ST MOMENT TILL LAST.. NEVER AGAIN THIS BRANCH OR ANY OTHER SUBWAY JUST FOR HER
Horrible service from that Jacqueline creature. I came in this past week and all I asked for was a little extra meat and she gave me the nastiest look and told me that’ll cost extra…oh wow Jacqueline I had no idea that adding a larger quantity of something would cost more, this whole time i thought all fast food was free 🙄 just make the sandwiches and keep the attitude Jesus…
I don’t speak French that well and the woman helping me “Jacqueline” was being so aggressive and rude to my friends and I. She was being nice to the other Québécois couple that was in front of us but when it came to us she had such a condescending attitude. She was pretending to not understand us even when motioning to the items we wanted. Unprofessional hag and I really hope she gets dealt with.
The manager had such a disgusting attitude the entire time I spoke to her about my sandwich being remade because it was wrapped so horribly, I didn’t even leave the establishment yet. Horrible woman and a horrible experience

The girl manager told us in a condescending way that the gluten free bread is not selling so they won't re-order it. This week one of the new male employee finally said they don't carry it anymore (but the sign is still up?!). Not going back, there are other subways.
But who is this Jacqueline???? Atrocious service from her... I greeted her and she didnt even respond? Unpleasant attitude and she totally lacks class! She called me fat when I asked for extra bacon. NO COMMON SENSE
The service was really good about a year ago. The employees dont seem happy. Barely speak without explaining yourself. Now prices have doubled! $30 for a gluten-free 12-inch! I should have gone to the nearby St-Hubert at that price... The only positive point is that its still good. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free bread better than elsewhere, but costs more than $2 extra per bread that they will charge you. You have to charge 6in even if you take 12in, so it quickly costs $25 if you take 2.

Old and dry tuna!!! No more lousy subways, really bad service, dont even fill the sandwiches halfway and then tell us that its because the boss refuses to allow them to put more than the minimum. He watches them with the cameras and shouts at them so that he fills the sandwiches as little as possible!!! Terrible boss! Poor employee!

I love going to Subway, being greeted with a Hello , as if I were disturbing end of the day for Megane I imagine No good morning but no good evening either Customer service is important... but the basics are feeling welcomed where Im going to spend my money. The only positive point was that I got my meal very quickly. In short, a girl bored with her job.

I had a steak and guacamole protein bowl and the girl flat out told me that I didnt have the right to choose my vegetables to go with it....were not at subway where we choose our ingredients..????...fack I paid $8 to eat a salad that wasnt to my taste but I was allowed to add extra bacon....it doesnt make any sense....entk service with a very ordinary attitude, Im definitely not going back the .

Three times one ingredient or another was missing. Twice he ran out of panini and today, to my great surprise, no more pepper and onions. I had a steak and cheese panini Original recipe so chili and onion Missing something 1 time ok 2 times lets see but 3 times I dont understand. Disappointing.

The service is relatively fast, but sometimes it is too fast and my order is missed. They seem to be used to certain requests. Which causes too much salt/pepper or sauce in the subway. I happened to say not to add more and he added more.

Always good Subway subs, but very small place and very few staff, so service can be slow sometimes.
Clean well operated franchise. Avoid peak times if youre in a rush as fairly popular.
