great defender of benny against benny and co. but this benny in carignan is so disappointing! The fries are dry, hard and completely empty inside. Each time I tell myself that it s just an isolated case but this time is the straw that breaks the camel s back. the meals are always cold, tasteless and tasteless, you put the REAL Benny chain to shame. poutine on grande allee, in longueuil and beloeil is very, very far ahead of you. This is my third time and the last. I always take a regular size white meat poutine. Lack of consistency in portions, the chicken is cut into small pieces in advance and it is cold. I feel like Im eating old chicken with a funny taste. Its not freshly cooked chicken daily, like before in other branches. Today, a mediocre portion and the diluted sauce which doesnt taste like real Bennys sauce. Very disappointing. I gave it three chances, its over for me.

After writing a bad review, I received an email from the restaurant manager apologizing and offering me two free poutines so I could start over and prove to us that they were going to improve! Nous avons pris 2 clubs en spécial pour 22$ en take out. Très bon et tellement de frites dans les 2 boîtes quil nétait pas possible de tout manger. Pour nous la sauce épicée nous naimons pas donc jeter. Question de goût. La prochaine fois on va indiquer de ne pas inclure au lieu de gaspiller. Frites chaudes. On va définitivement y retourner pour les spéciaux toutefois.

I took the trouble to call 30 minutes in advance to come and pick up on site because I was in a hurry so I got ahead, when I got there the girl told me that she hadnt returned my order because that she had too many customers (I think more of an oversight) there are only 3 customers in the restaurant, she tells me that she will now place my order, makes me pay. I wait another 20 minutes in the restaurant. Give the order from another customer who arrived about ten minutes after me. No excuses, nothing. Im going to continue going to Benny and Co a few minutes from there instead because clearly they didnt have satisfaction at heart.

Wow!! The chicken!!!, we live not far from the restaurant and we went to get the beast, tender and HOT, good too many fries, the sauce slightly spicy but not hot to repeat!!

Having a bias towards Benny Grande-Allee I was skeptical. On the other hand, everything was excellent, the taste, the portions everything!. I highly recommend this Benny

The person taking the order had no interest in what I told him. I ordered 1 white meat club sandwich, thats all. I paid $18.00 plus tip. I arrived home, opened the box, surprised a club all broken up in the box, with brown bread and 5 pounds of soft potatoes stuck in the box and not cooked enough. Plus the sauce which is not cooked enough and which is thick enough that I could have cut it with a knife. I threw away 3/4 of the club, I couldnt do it with soft brown bread. And I threw out the fries, and the gravy, and the coleslaw. So, for me Benny its over. I should have gone back but I pay for my gas. So when I want a club sandwich Ill go to St - Hubert, they know how to make good clubs.

I ordered delivery this evening at 6:18 p.m. Delivery was scheduled for 6:38 p.m. -7:18 p.m. Still nothing received at 7:38 p.m. . I call the branch and they tell me that the order is no longer on the stove so it is on its way. 8:10 p.m. still nothing received so I call back and I am told that the order has been lost And that they can reimburse my bill 2 hours of waiting to finally not receive the order from my two children and my mother-in-law!!! I miss good old Benny on Grande-Allée in St Hubert!!

I love real Benny restaurants! Always an abundance in their dishes and the taste is always there and the drive-thru service is convenient. However, during my last order (3 fillets meal) I was treated to the equivalent of 3 chicken nuggets..... Honestly for the price, very disappointed.

We order two poutines, a mega white chicken poutine and a regular popcorn chicken. Not only did we not have the popcorn chicken poutine, we had poutines not even made all still in the bags, which is ultimately not a problem, but the whole thing + the price , makes it a disturbing and disappointing experience. Hello, finally a real Benny in our corner! :) Good service, they are super friendly, the portions are large and the delivery people are very nice. The only small point is that sometimes the fries seem to be undercooked for my personal taste.

We had 2 chicken popcorn bowls The first one with homemade mayonnaise sauce was ok, the rice was not well cooked. 2nd, the sauce is WAY too strong!!! Spicy mayo. 4 balls of popcorn chicken, clearly not like the picture on the menu. The poutine lacked sauce, the bottom was dry!

I ordered poutines twice with starters and same result. Lack of sauce in poutines, dry chicken, undercooked fries. I was happy to see a Rôtisserie Benny open but I am disappointed with the quality of the meals, it lacks taste in general.

Not great, waiting 35 minutes at the drive-thru, 20 minutes without ordering the cars ahead. I order a white meat club sandwich, I receive a COLD club with dark meat The service leaves something to be desired unfortunately :(

Very disappointed. Paid over $50 to receive an order that left me wanting more. Tiny club sandwich, not garnished. Fries that were undercooked (white) and cold and really not much in quantity. My wife ordered a thigh, with rice (not much by the way). The rice was not even cooked (crispy and dry). My guy ordered the poutine with chicken fillet. I had 4 pieces of chicken in it.... its tough to say the least. Everyone told me positive things. But hey, apart from the sauce and the excellent service.... Im thinking of going back to Benny et co.

Very disappointed. I had a leg meal and replaced the fries with poutine. You laugh at us with your half-filled mini poutine and whats more, they tell me that its the only format that comes with it when elsewhere we have the right to a regular poutine.

The chicken is dry, and the fries are undercooked and very soft. Plus the cut of the fries sucks, theyre not real fries. Cheese sticks not cooked enough so all hard and not melted inside. I really dont understand why some people were impatient to see the brand open: its exactly the same thing as the other one of the same name but is not supposed to be the same... In short, no thanks.

It has become an essential destination in Carignan and a weekly meeting place for me and my family. Their roast chicken is a real treat, but what keeps me coming back again and again is their sauce, which is simply divine. Plus, the drive-thru service is really convenient and quick. I adore!

The food was good but the service was so-so. The time it took to get the order was long and it seemed a bit of a jumble in the kitchen. Considering that the restaurant has just opened, I think there is room for improvement.

On May 5, 2024 5:00 p.m., We were at the drive-up order at the Rôtisserie Benny in Carignan, we ordered a whole chicken, upon arrival at the house instead of a whole chicken with fries for 4 people, we received 2x half-chicken and undercooked fries for 2 people instead of 4, in addition we were not given an invoice, 2 packs of utensils instead of 4, the chicken, salad and sauce were excellent, but not for the fries

I was so happy, finally the REAL Benny in Carignan. Oufff after 2 visits we are far from that of Beloeil or St Hubert. Ridiculous and undercooked portion of fries. Sauce only filled 3/4 of the containers. Questionable chicken cooking (rosé)... We will wait until the restaurant is better established before returning.

Despite the large kitchen staff, the waiting time was considerably long compared to the number of customers present. As for service, the waitresses seemed disorganized and customer service did not seem to be their priority.
