I used to love Boustan since it was very tasty compared to other Lebanese styled restaurants. However, the quality has really gone down. It's still the best option compared to Amir but I would really hope that they go back to the traditional way that they used to prepare their meals with. I went to this specific Boustan a few times and their Potatoes were really not that great. The sandwich is good but the garlic sauce has no taste to it. Would only recommend if you have no other options.
After moving to the south shore from MTL, I’ve been craving and missing Boustan. This place has got a special spot in my heart. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. The portions are generous! We’re never disappointed and it is our go to spot since we’ve moved here.
Had a great beef shwarma here. Great staff. We came here with a group of 6, and while we were eating they brought out a tray of falafel to try. ( and they were amazing).
This was chaos… Idk who the new guy is but I ordered a poutine my boyfriend order a shawarma mix. Not only did we get to order 20 min late because he was talking to his friend, after that they all lost our food in the midst of preparing it and didnt even apologize, offer a compensation or what not. The service was really bad, also the women that screamed at the new guy couldve just said sorry on his behalf… not scream 123!!!! In our faces not even looking at us. Very bad experience for me and my boyfriend.
I am so deeply saddened by the quality of service and food of this place. Very stingey with portions. All I ever wanted was more meat in my pita, however when i ask for more i get bad attitude. There was more veggies than meat in the sandwich. You just lost a customer. I will only go to boustan brossard from now on AVOID AT ALL COST

Great! Thanks to Boustan Carignan Hey already 2 years old, congratulations! Im a regular and have never been disappointed! Sometimes there can be a wait at peak times, they are victims of their success. Vegetarian options: Very nice choice of salads And at least 1 hot meal (Falafel) Vegan Bruwnies Wheelchair accessibility: At ground level with a sloping place to climb onto the concrete sidewalk. Just move a chair to the table to use with the wheelchair.

Boustan is very good but this place has excellent service. Every time I have been to this Boustan, I have always been very well received with lots of smiles. Yesterday I went with my baby and the staff gave us a cupcake. Thank you to the 2 men for their generosity and their always great welcome.
Big crush on Boustan. Fresh and tasty food. I love a well-filled pita as much as I love bowls. Different discounts offered depending on the day of the week allow you to try various combos. They held an event to celebrate the 2nd anniversary and it was packed so good idea. The little problem: errors in ordering the pita 1 time out of 2. The cashier prepares the pita and garnishes it to my taste then puts it on parchment and writes letters which are linked to either chicken or mixed... Give everything to the cook and he doesnt always put in what I asked for! Its not dramatic but maybe rewatch this part. The potatoes are excellent. And the generous portions!

The owners and employees are the nicest people ever. We are always greeted with a big smile as if we were family. The shawarma are always good and fresh ingredients.

Ive been there several times. The service was fast and courteous, with a smile and the Pita Shawarma Creation is a very generously garnished delight. Its my favorite on the menu. Very small downside: it is a shame that the omelette was removed from the recipe. I really liked him!

Unfortunately we suffered from serious digestive discomfort after consuming a meal of chicken and beef shawarma. A problem in food preservation probably, because everything tasted normal. We were invited to try a dish again for free after this review and it was delicious.

Very very disappointed. Excessively stingy people. Very satisfying with the protein portions. I went there when it opened and the service was okay. I returned during a promotion for their shish taouk pita discounted at $5. A week later, the promotion is still in place, they charge me the original price. Of all the Boustans of greater Montreal, Chambly is the most disappointing of all.

So good, there is room to eat on site but we always have takeout. The service is impeccable and fast with a smile. There were 2 of us for dinner and in 19 minutes everything was ready to go. Vegetarian options: I had the falafel bowl and they even have a vegan garlic sauce! I hadnt seen it but on my next visit, I will definitely add more.
