Quesada Burritos & Tacos in Carignan

“I usually enjoy Quesada, but every time I come here, the lady with glasses takes forever to prepare orders. It’s not just a one-time thing; it happens every single visit. She seems very slow, which holds up the line and makes the experience frustrating. I hope management can address this issue because it’s affecting the overall service quality.”

Très insatisfaite suite à une commande en ligne par livraison: il manquait le poulet dans mon bol burrito (j'ai payé lextra), j'ai commandé extra guacamole qui a été oublié, j'ai commandé 2 biscuits aux chocolat et j'ai reçu 2 biscuits à l'avoine et raisin très sec. J'ai appelé à 2 reprises et j'ai été mise en attente pendant plusieurs minutes sans réponse. Je ne recommande pas du tout. Ce que j'ai reçu n'était pas très bon.

J’ai fait une commande en ligne à emporter le 30 novembre à l’heure du souper. Lorsque mon conjoint est allé chercher la commande 20 minutes plus tard, rien n’avait été préparé. Il a attendu un autre 30 minutes au restaurant tandis que les employés se disputaient sur la commande à préparer, ce qui selon moi démontre un manque de professionnalisme. Au final je n’ai même pas reçu la bonne chose: le bol burrito n’avait pas la bonne sauce, mon burrito était mal roulé et froid… Très déçue.

Simply put. It's a circus in there. No supervision to immature under qualified staff. I went many times. Issues are always different but there is always something. Issues ranging from food prep like missing items and cold meats to staff just acting like total clowns fooling around. The employees are just kids acting like kids. I don't blame them honestly, I blame the management that has been allowing this to go on for as long as they have. They need someone in there to keep them professional.

Je suis un client fidèle de Quesada, et celui de Saint-Bruno est tout simplement excellent. Malheureusement, mon expérience au Quesada de Carignan a été déplorable. Avant de commander, j’ai vu que les critiques étaient mauvaises à cette succursale, et je me suis dis que ce n’était pas possible puisque celui de Saint-Bruno est excellent. J’ai commandé un Méchant Gros Burrito, mais j’ai recu un méchant gros désastre. Le burrito était mal roulé, se défaisant dès la prise en main et pour couronner le tout, il était froid. Au lieu du riz brun bien assaisonné auquel je suis habitué, j’ai reçu du riz blanc mal cuit, insipide et sec. Quant aux nachos, c’était encore pire. Pas de fromage, pas de légumes – juste des chips sèches sans aucune garniture. C’est inconcevable pour un plat aussi simple ! Le contraste avec le Quesada de Saint-Bruno est frappant. Là-bas, le service et la qualité sont toujours irréprochables. Je ne comprends pas comment une chaîne qui offre habituellement une telle qualité puisse permettre un service aussi médiocre dans une autre succursale. C’est décevant de voir une telle incohérence. Je ne recommande absolument pas Quesada Carignan, et j’espère sincèrement qu’ils amélioreront rapidement leur service, car cela porte gravement atteinte à l’image de l’enseigne que j’aimais tant.

Very confusing when you walk in because of the 2 restaurants in one, there are no signs of which side is which. The rice was undercooked and hard, tomatoes we're very mushy and not fresh, there was one spoon for all vegetable so there was a lot of mixing and my server (wearing gloves) used his hands to squeeze out excess juice while he was picking up the corn from the container. For the price it was not worth it and we will not be returning.

I usually never leave reviews, bad or good but I feel this one is important to improve the service in this address. I love quesada in general but I absolutely will not order from this specific place again. The food is good but the service is just horrible. Nothing is ready, things are all over the place, staff is just standing there and watching for most times and a lack of proactiveness. What usually takes me 5 min to order takes 30 min here. I understand that it’s a new address and most staff is young and new but shouldn’t there be at least a senior staff supervising?
