the best location of this franchise! very friendly, fast and above all very good food!! and very fast and efficient delivery orders!

We are already used to their pizza and when we saw that they were opening a branch near us we said hooray. But now we order a 12-inch all-dressed thick crust. Wow what a disappointment. We want the crust (the edge) of the pizza. Instead, the whole pizza is thick and there is nothing on it. WoW on 1 point I dont even know if I had 3 pieces of peperonni and I didnt see any mushrooms. Very very disappointing. Here is a new comment 2 years after your opening. I gave you 2 stars but now Im giving you 1 star. Unbelievable that you told us that you had just opened to justify the lack of ingredients and 2 years later $25 for a 12-inch pizza with nothing still underneath. You continue to laugh at the world.

One of the best pizzeria chains on the South Shore in my opinion. The prices are reasonable with the combos and the service is fast. Their pizzas are delicious and they are generous with the forming. However, one small problem is that their pizzas are greasy. Parking: Free and abundant parking.

I asked them to come and deliver to me and I took a small pizza, potatoes and bottle of water. Im 14 minutes away. They didnt want to.

I have been buying my pizzas at this place since it opened and never had a problem except this time where the chef gave me a small fry instead of a medium one... I called and the person in charge persisted with me that his chef said that.... I know what your average fries look like, Ive been buying them for 4 years!!!!!! A REGULAR customer lost my friend... if you insist on a size of fries I cant imagine if I have a bigger problem! We placed an order before 6:00 p.m., we received a notice that it would take an hour to deliver... weve been waiting for two hours and still nothing. We tried to call the number and received an unconfigured voicemail box. It is therefore impossible for us to know if the pizza is on its way or if we could go and pick it up.

I was looking forward to going to this pizzeria since I know the chain well. Great disappointment, unable to reach them via telephone. I showed up at the branch to be greeted with a what by the clerk . He then explained to me that they are too busy to answer the phone. First time Ive seen a pizzeria too busy to answer the phone! The customers were all more desperate than the others about the waiting time. Really a shame, its literally my pizza of choice, but I wont travel every time for such a customer experience..

Looks like the restaurant is closed! 7:45 p.m. we place an order elsewhere, 25 minutes later we receive our order, we eat and quietly get ready for bed! 9:15 p.m. the doorbell rings ..it s Jacques-Cartier pizza!!!!!!!!! Well lets see! 4 hours later! Is this fast food? I understand all the setbacks that make it take a long time, but please, tell your customers and stop taking orders that you are not capable of supplying! For those who are interested, in 4 months there will be commercial space for rent in this location!

Never been able to command. We were put on hold for 5 minutes on the phone. We hung up to call back, saying they had forgotten us... No answer (voicemail). After reading the Google reviews, we (fortunately) decided to order from the one in Brossard.

Order this Friday January 7... Like the other comments, a disaster. Order placed at 6:20 p.m., received at 8:50 p.m.... I still give it three stars, because the pizza was good! Ok will probably wait a few weeks before recommending, for the restaurant to get going.

I ordered at 6 p.m. I received them in 45 minutes even though I live 5-6 minutes away! Honestly, the pizza is good. But from there to charging $70 for 2 large, we should think about reviewing these prices. Tre Colori also offers tomatoes from Italy and although they are already clearly known to be overpriced, the pizza has more toppings than this one. Conversely, Pépé offers 2 large ones at 55 for certainly lower quality, but not to the extent that the $15 difference is justified. $70 is simply too expensive for 2 large when there is so much competition around Chambly. That said, the service is good and the waiting time problem has been resolved. 2* 1/2 but not worthy of 3

I ordered two medium pizzas, they suggested I take their special which is two medium pizzas with two fries and a of them liters of coke zero for the sum of $39.95 before taxes with these its $45.95. I can tell you it was good and so were the fries. I can recommend it to you without any problem.

We had already ordered several times from another branch and were really looking forward to enjoying a Jacques Cartier pizza close to home. What a disappointment! First of all, impossible to order online, impossible to reach the restaurant by phone; not a connected line, an answering machine telling us that the voicemail is not configured. After a few tries, we managed to order a medium all-dressed pizza, replacing the pepperoni with bacon .we were charged extra .!!!! I asked for extra cheese; honestly there was the normal amount of cheese and the crust was more than ordinary .All this for the sum of $33 for a very average quality pizza. Very disappointed

I ordered a ground beef pizza and frankly I have never been so disappointed to eat a pizza. Not only was the price $16 for a 10-inch which is frankly expensive for what it is, and they were completely stingy with the pieces of ground beef, on top of that the pizza was cold and took a lot of time to prepare. I much prefer the pizza that was served in the cafeteria of my high school. In short, I do not recommend this place

I ordered a all dressed pizza and i can say that its the real deal, authentic Jaque-Cartier Pizza (old school) and i was very surprised with the poutine, lot of cheese and very nice with a lite brown/BBQ sauce not a heavy sauce that we see in a lot of places... so this restaurant is on top of our family fridge list :)

Very disappointed, I ordered two 10-inch soumarins, I received 8.5-inch ones with very little filling, they must shrink in the oven. No customer service, I ordered via Uber Eat and they gave the delivery person a door dash order from a customer who had the same first name as me. I called to tell them of their mistake and no cooperation from them. Even though they were the ones who gave the wrong order to the delivery guy, they asked me to take the steps with Uber Eats, and they wanted the delivery guy to come back and pick up my order which had been ready for a long time at their restaurant. So we would have eaten a very cold meal. On top of all that, the manager hung up the line on me. And since I received someone elses order clearly another family will not eat what they ordered tonight.. Avoid at all costs
