A great place for a drink with friends! The decoration is friendly, there are regular concerts, the service is impeccable and the beers and food are good. What more could you ask for?

Not much to look at from the outside, but inside the atmosphere is cozy. Our waitress was fantastic, great recommendations and considerate. Beer selection was also important, with great variety from some of QC top breweries!

A resident of Chambly for 7 years, I wanted to support a restaurant in my neighborhood, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the start. The waiter was rude from the first minute, and I never felt like we were welcome. After waiting 30 minutes to receive our drinks, I noticed a long hair in my glass of water. Instead of replacing the glass, the waiter just removed the hair in front of us... Then, after a long wait for our starters, my burger arrived, even though we had ordered starters first. 50 minutes later, my onion soup finally arrived. To my great surprise, the burger that was served to me afterwards was the same as the previous one, simply reheated, with a soft bun and a hard patty. In summary, we paid $85 for two drinks of alcohol, a tartare for my wife, and I didnt really have dinner. Fortunately, the manager was kind enough not to charge me for the burger. However, this remains one of my worst experiences in Chambly.

We were passing through Chambly and discovered this restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes, the freshness, the service and the atmosphere. It wasnt too noisy and even without a reservation, they allowed us to have time to eat dinner.

Very nice little restaurant especially for evenings alone, the menu is original although a little small but the quality of the food quickly makes us forget that. Is the owner is very friendly often on the floor ready to start a conversation and take care of his customers!

It says open until 1 a.m. there is no clarification that at 11:50 p.m. the kitchen closes. I couldnt spoil myself, I was hungry!! Im frozen daronne.

Perfect score! The lady at reception was super friendly. Our server was REALLY out of place. Friendly, and not fake. A service that I like. He gave me good advice on the products and took the time to help us. Great atmosphere, good music, just loud enough but not too much. Im going to go back to try other things. The menu looked all good. By the way, the prices are perfectly adapted to the type of place. Its not expensive, nor cheap, its perfect! Kid-friendliness: Childrens menu available and a coloring album that the lady at reception offered my daughter with lots of pencils!

Allow 30 minutes for your first drink, 1 hour to receive your starter and another hour and a half to receive your main course... and all very cold.... nothing more to say... Really disappointed with my experience! The only plate out of 10 that had the right temperature was the salmon tartare!!!

Let me tell you about this sad adventure! As soon as we arrived, things were not going well, the reservation was for 10 people at 7 p.m., they had prepared a table for 8, so a couple, us, were seated slightly behind So far so good! Lets look at the menu that made us drool, order our starters and beers, 1 hour later, the starters arrive, the wings are cold, my nachos are without olives or peppers, return my nachos to have the ones I ordered, they bring me back the same nachos but with a handful of olive and chili pepper on top, obviously they were very cold, so I sent my nachos back, in any case everyone had finished theirs 8:30 a.m. we decided to order our dinner, almost everyone everyone chose poutine, it took another 1 hour before being served of course once on the table they were all almost room temperature and had not put my extras in the right poutine, so they took my extra in the other poutine and simply placed it in mine and reheated at the same time So its 9:30 p.m., I can finally have dinner!!! The poutine was good, too expensive for the quality and quantity, but I was so hungry! The waiters had a lot of nerves, they were doing their best I guess... what really bothered me was seeing the owner sitting in his corner and doing nothing, eating his burger while leaning back in his customers Far too much space in this restaurant, compared to their capacity to serve so many customers! For 1 starter and a poutine, we arrived at 6:45 p.m. and left there at 10:30 p.m., way too long a wait... I was really very disappointed with my first and last experience... Parking: Limited number of places if surrounding businesses are open

When 3 times and had 3 different experiences. I went late like after dinner maybe 10ish so they no longer serve means but appetizers and drinks I dont drink but find it fun to dine on multiple appetizers First time was amazing the food was good and the waiter was awesome as well. Let us sample the sauces for the chicken wings to be sure we liked them and when all out. Second time I went earlier but this time was rushed by the waitress to order and to leave after eating. Once again food was awesome but the service was ish. Third time I went even earlier to make sure I wont be rushed. The waiter was new I think but was fine. The food on the other hand I ordered chicken wings there was none was disappointed but whatever. Later, I decided to order dessert was a little disappointed. I had cheese cake and brownie deluxe. The cheese cake was a mason jar version, it was good but I felt like it was false advertising they sure precise that it isnt a slice. The brownie is served with ice cream but it isnt a hot brownie with a scoop of ice cream. It was a kinda hard, cold piece of fudge with something on the side so yea it didnt seem that deluxe to me.

First visit, but far from the last. I have often walked past it, but never imagined that it was such a good place. Nice atmosphere. Nice menu. The service was good.

First and last visit to La Croisée des Chemins. The service is very slow. They seem to forget us and finally bring the soft drinks once the meal is finished. However, the restaurant was far from full capacity. All 4 meals, sandwiches/fries and poutine, were cold. The pandemic has a long back to excuse the lack of manpower or the lack of experience of employees, but a busy midday should look like a midday in 2019...

The food was excellent. However, the service at lunchtime was very difficult. We waited 20 minutes at the table before the initial order was taken. We had to find a free server ourselves and go ask for our bill.

Poor service. There is no one in the restaurant but no member of staff looks at us when we arrive.

I give 3 stars for 2 reasons. 1. The obligation to give a telephone number in order to be served 2. The obligation to pay with a debit or credit card. For the food I give 5 stars. I enjoyed the food, would I go again; Probably not because I dont agree to give my number. telephone use unnecessarily and the method of payment with card only for me is no. Its true that paying with money is archaic, but its my choice.

I ordered 12 chicken wings. I received 11 and they were small and dry... I mentioned this to the waiter who offered no compensation. The prices are expensive compared to what is offered. It was my first and last visit.

Very disappointing experience after our visit this Thursday from our waitress and her manager. There was music tonight and the waitress warned us that it would cost $15 per person. However, in the bill it cost us $25 each and the waitress denied having given us the false information. Unfortunately, her manager, instead of mitigating the situation by accepting her employees fault, insisted that she had informed us well (although four people of course got $15 and not $25). In addition, he tried to accuse us of not having left enough tip for the bill that had already been paid (he miscalculated and decided that we tipped 5% instead of 15%). And finally he tried to negotiate a small discount on the condition of providing generous tips. What a lack of respect for customers and clumsiness with managing conflict situations! We are (were) loyal customers of this brasserie, but this experience damaged us all evening.

Bar/brewery which is not ideal if you want to hear yourself speak during live band performances. Check before showing up. However, there is a well-appointed terrace which saved our girls night. The decor is tasteful and the cocktails are delicious.

Horrible service, obligation to pay the tip for non-existent service in the event of a bill error. Its normal to pay a tip for good service, but it was despicable in this case, especially since the waitress forced the customer to pay it.

Warm place, nice welcome, it was my first visit, we chose to go there after consulting a photo of the menu on the internet, surprise the poutine hell was no longer there, Xavier our server went to the kitchen to see if it was they had the ingredients to make it, I was able to taste this tasty poutine thanks to him, it still took me a napkin to wipe away a few little tears but wow. My partner asked for a tasty cream of mushroom soup and an Italian poutine, their sauce is excellent. Didnt forget to book, they found two places for us, the place filled up quickly.

I absolutely didnt like the fries that came with the wrap. This one with duck conflict was great. The fries were the color of those you forget in a fryer after cooking fresh ones three times in a row. In their defense it may be a local custom but for me it s Belgian cooking that I prefer. With just the wrap I was already full

We showed up at this nano without having made a reservation. We were very well received by super friendly people. The food is very much focused on all things duck and so that is their specialty. It s hard to miss out on the food options. We chose poutine with duck confit as well as two other starters. The atmosphere was super pleasant but it would have been even better with music with a slightly louder volume, we could barely hear the sound. The people chatting in the room buried the music. We had a lager and a very honest redhead. The brewers did a good job.

I am always satisfied when I go to the crossroads and the service is friendly. They told us that they would hook up the Keg with Messorem and when we arrived, there was none left. Im not saying its misrepresentation, but its still frustrating that he doesnt have more of the beer that everyone wants. Other than that, its a really nice place, nothing to complain about, the green onions on the poutine add color.

I waited 2 hours before getting my meal. the service was slow. my piña colada didnt even taste like coconut. I dont recommend this restaurant entirely. In addition, I specified that I had to leave at a specific time and that I had to have my meal taken out since it took too long. never again.

I would like to give half a star more for the cuisine. The bistro-style menu is interesting with a concentration of duck on the menu. My partner had the duck wings as a starter which he really liked and which fell apart like braised meat. For my part, I had the squid which was good, nothing more, but with slightly vinegary sauces. At the main meal Mac and cheese for my partner, good, scallop and salad for me, shell which was good with nice pieces of seafood but salad too vinegary and which only tasted like balsamic, which I did not eat because the vinaigrette took over all the flavors. 3rd presence on site, essentially, my culinary reworks are perhaps the lack of balance in terms of what is sour in the dishes. Varied and renewed beer menus, delicious cocktails and our super friendly, friendly waitress, on the lookout to anticipate needs, I observed her positioning herself to have an overview of her tables and initiate the intervention. Show this evening, very good, fair price, its an evening that would be worth repeating.
