Both museum and microbrewery, this place is full of fun discoveries. Although they don't really serve the king of craft beers a prefer (NEIPA), I enjoyed their pilsner. The terrace is great (note that if full, they will encourage you to share your 8 top with other customers). Our server was incredible and fun. If you feel adventurous, ask them about a mustard-vodka-pickle shot haha It was worth it!

Fantastic beers and good small snacks and sandwiches. The staff is superb and very friendly and knowledgeable. The in house beers are amazing and a nice variety. If you are interested in beer and brewery history, there is a fun collection of bottles, glasses and other items lining the walls and ceiling!
I have been to this microbrewery at least 6 times but this is my first review, after another visit today. First, the beer is of the highest calibre; by that I mean that it is made over time snd not rushed to market. It’s easy to see because you will always have a head of microscopic bubbles in your glass right to the last sip. The brewer carbonates his beer slowly. Every beer you drink is documented to ingredient level in the beer menu right down to hop varieties and the grain bill used in the recipe. There is no other place that I have ever visited that is so granular in its description. I had the 3% pint today that I would love to be able to make myself. I followed that with a mango and coconut pale ale that was fresh, natural, and perfect. I had the 7% stout for dessert. The food menu is small but carefully crafted. This is not s pub. The food is healthy and unique. I had a vegetarian sandwich with pear, walnuts, and Brie on a toasted ciabatta bun. My salad was so good that when the vinaigrette arrived late I had already finished it. The service is friendly and professional. We leaned our bikes against a rope where we were sitting and Justin asked me to put them in their own wooden bike rack but I told him we had no locks, so he instantly produced bike locks that we could use free of charge. They get a lot of bike traffic and this customer-friendly solution keeps the serving lanes free and customer bikes safe; really thoughtful and appreciated. This is your essential destination for beer in Chambly. By the way, inside is a beer museum of glassware, bottles, coasters, signs that is something you will never see anywhere else.

This place has a true beer vibe. It not just a brewery but a museum. The beers were fresh and in great variety. I feel the Brewers here are not afraid to try our different flavors and hop profiles. They even have a beer that's like liquid Bacon 🥓 haha. I definitely recommend this place if you want to explore breweries around Montreal.
Relaxed and fun atmosphere, so much to look at. When we went 2 sections were closed off for renovations. They had some great tasting beers though. I like that they tell you what is coming up and the detailed menu!

Several types of beers to taste on site. The Adirondack chairs out front on the patio are perfect for relaxing with your beer. To see, a mini-beer museum inside. Good, pleasant service from the waitress. I will happily come back if I go to Chambly next time. Small downside, the beer served could have been slightly colder! Namely, they dont take AMEX here. 4/5 visited in July 2024

Very nice place, the beers are excellent. Each beer has a full page to describe it and talk about its characteristics. The menu is really simple and consists of Panini and Sandwiches, a little expensive at $16 and $20 considering that the sides are surplus, but our two orders were worth the asking price. I often go to this place. Its unpretentious, retro decor. Beer made on site, we can see how they do it. The staff is really nice. There is also a vast selection of whiskey (200 different!).

Disrespectful owner
Its not what it once was, I would say. There were literally 10 or 12 customers in the place. So the atmosphere was... relaxed. Staff so (too) attentive that it becomes a little irritating. I see the glasses are starting to empty, have you thought about what you are going to have next? 10 minutes later, I see the glasses are almost empty, do you know what youre going to have next? 5 minutes later, the glasses are empty, what else should I bring you? And there were two of them coming in turn.... And it seems to me that there are a lot fewer choices of beers than there were a few years ago.
I recommend this very warm and friendly place
The service is excellent, there is a beautiful terrace and a good atmosphere inside. However, the beers are disappointing. Their amber lager tastes similar to that of mass distribution, and the other more original/artisanal ones frankly lack finesse and refinement.

Nice little place to have a drink inside and on the terrace. The interior could be refreshed (its the same furniture for several years, it seems!) and thus make the place more welcoming and friendly, especially for the winter. Great service and good food at a reasonable price.

The place has a charm with its beer museum aspect. The ambiance is quite charming, but despite the large quantity of beers, they are a little too one-dimensional and simplistic. They will satisfy the neophyte, but they do not revolutionize anything. On the other hand, for a visit, this is very satisfactory. Good service!

Yes the beer is good and there is a wide variety: 2 stars for that. However, the food is ordinary at best and above all WAY too expensive for what it is... I imagine these are the consequences of inflation. If we go back it will be to drink there only... if we go back there because there is no shortage of this kind of place in the area.

While traveling in Canada, we visited this micro brewery. A sommelier brewer explained to us their way of working. It was really very interesting. The owner has a very impressive bottle collection. The place is really nice and friendly.
