Passing through Chambly in the afternoon for a bite to eat... on a public holiday its not always a given that its open... The service was clearly slow, we had to wait a long time before ordering and receiving the 3 dishes each in turn, we almost left before the last one :( The choice of location was made because it appeared on the suggestions on the Hello card of the region. And the cheese lover in me had quite a wait for the cheese tasting platter... but what a disappointment at the reception, what a sad, half-empty plate with no real flavors. Fortunately, to complete it we ordered the onion rings and the sweet potato fries (and no they dont come with the aioli as written on the menu), they are small portions. In the end when he left my boyfriend was still hungry... Not sure well come back unless we come for the beers and the terrace which are the real attractions of the place when the place is empty.

Lots of beer choices. Nice terrace, but a little noisy. Food ok and a little expensive. Its still a good place to have a beer on a summer afternoon.

Very disappointed with our last visit...I had a dirty glass of beer and asked the waitress to change it. She didnt apologize, and brought back another dirty glass... Could we have just changed the glass and decanted the beer with its dirt? Or is it another dirty glass? In the end I didnt drink the beer... Same problem when we ask him twice for a jug of water. Dirty glasses... Questioned on the subject, the waitress explains that it is the dishwashers fault! The bad guy... But not his. Decent choice of beer, the waiters are friendly but not very professional... Nice terrace although noisy. Frankly not sure that we will come back given the lack of consideration... Its a shame...

I chose a 20 Oz Cammia for my solo stop. The view of the pond is obstructed by magnificent trees. Rue Bourgogne remains busy, but that doesnt bother me. A great place for a first date or with friends, with access to table games. Served by Rosali3, very smiling and pleasant as a waitress. It keeps a meeting lively Dare, try and discover! Parking: Youre going to have to do a little research for nearby parking. Perhaps plan to do a few minutes of walking and enjoy the panorama of the basin at the same time

A very pleasant little corner in the tourist region along the river, this place is a nice stop to unwind. Lots of interesting activities organized by the establishment as well as a warm service team. The food, although simplistic, is very generous and will satisfy you. Fine connoisseurs of microbrewery beers may not necessarily find what theyre looking for, but that doesnt take away from the effectiveness of the beers presented. They are pleasant and accessible, which is crucial in such a tourist context. The flavors are not aggressive and will satisfy ordinary people.

I had a great time there with my girlfriend, she won tickets for a François Maranda show! The beer is good, small room intimate enough for shows and nice atmosphere :)

We waited over an hour after ordering. After an hour we finally left without ever having received our order and without the waiter coming to inform us. He barely apologized to us, claiming that there werent enough of them in the kitchen. Not very good service. It took 15 minutes before we came to take our order. 15 minutes to get our bill. The boss girls go back inside without having any stock in their hands.

So much potential wasted by the service, 15 minutes on a terrace of 35 people, zero waiters .. order at the bar inside for 2 beers, waitress tells us that she hasnt seen us, thats for sure, never went outside for at least 20mins, the only person is the girl who brings the water. 20 minutes without seeing anyone on the terrace, people arrived before us, without service, we are talking about a terrace of 30 people!!! Ayoye a little cleaning on the server side would be worth it so as not to lose the great potential! It s the fourth day of a festival, we were told, sorry 30 people! Luckily the bartender caught up with the service .. will we come back?

Firstly, you have to like trying out new beers. If not, dont worry. For my part, I took a cheese plan with 5 beer tastings. Very much love my experience. The cheeses were very good. However, they do not necessarily pair with beers. So you have to see. The best beer in the tasting was the Gaelic. Last on the right of the photo. All the others were of an ordinary brew contrary to the description sheet.

Nice atmosphere and good service but surprised that a grilled cheese with chips + a non-alcoholic beer costs $30 before tips=> around $34 minimum. You can find better elsewhere both for taste and cost, however the choice of restaurants open late in Chambly is limited, it remains a correct choice from this perspective.

Nice place, great staff, good beers. Constructively. Artichoke dip starter too mild, lacked supports. There were three of us tasting three different grilled cheeses, all accompanied by plain chips and a salad. The presentation is good, the ingredients inspiring, the breads just cooked and crispy enough; It s the taste we ve all been looking for. Salad too soft which is erased by the chips, grilled cheese also too soft, smoked meat not tasting like smoked meat enough, we all wanted more punch and more cheese taste in the mouth. No one has been able to identify the cheese on each plate. And always positively, when the price of a grilled cheese is $18-20, the bar is suddenly higher and, in my humble opinion, the place is almost there. A bit more daring in flavor -- and for the grilled cheese and for the salad as an accompaniment -- a big boost for a deep fryer and to replace the deplorable ruffled chips which I dont think are up to par with the rest and it transforms upwards. I would happily return knowing that adjustments have been made to the menu, otherwise there are many other options in this price category; of course the physical location is superb and the house beers are excellent :)

The place brings good humor... The range of beers is very diverse and they are really good. A wide range of entertainment, quizzes, comedy evenings, shows... In summer, the terrace offers a superb view of the Chambly basin! Its worth discovering if you dont know!

Very nice place, everything was excellent beers, food and atmosphere. The service is also very courteous and friendly. Large selection of beers on tap with 20 different equally tasty possibilities that will delight fans. A must to discover. Parking: Right opposite with about 12 places.

I went there during a show evening. The waiter was very nice but lacked experience. He was clearly a young person just starting out in the profession. Lets give the runner a chance. :-) We really enjoyed the bistro style food: the charcuterie plate, artichoke dip, bacon grill cheese, sweet potato fries, chicken wings, etc. Several interesting choices of house beers. The view is exceptional and I will certainly return during the beautiful summer evenings. A great atmosphere in the performance hall. The bartender was really friendly. I loved it! Evening to repeat.

Unexpectedly stopped into Désires et Délices while driving through Chambly. A musician was performing live outside and totally drew us in for a quick pint & lunch . Ordered the beer flight, charcuterie board & cheese platter for under $60. Nice venue in a beautiful location, talented performers, decent pub grub, friendly service. A must visit in Chambly.

We ate a grill cheese on the terrace and around 2 p.m. Annie was singing with a guitarist.

I took a tasting palette to share and honestly no beer was to my taste or to the taste of the person who accompanied me. I also visited my family over the weekend who told me they were also disappointed with each of the beers. They mostly tasted like water. In addition, we waited a good 25 minutes to get the bill when there was no one in the restaurant. Unfortunately, I wouldnt recommend the place.

First time I went to this place with a friend. Lovely, friendly and smiling welcome. It s a micro brewery so no choice for wine. Nice terrace, a little noisy but we eventually got used to it. I took the plate of nachos believing, like the rest of the dishes on the menu, that it was a starter plate. When the plate arrived gigantic! I would have appreciated if the waiter had informed me of the size. I would never have had this dish. I barely ate the first row. Suggestion to make half a portion Too much waste

The waitress was nice but she didnt know her beers. In a microbrewery you at least expect the servers to be able to describe their beers. I would have liked a little more character in the beer, especially for the We took two different grilled cheeses (3P and Guillaume Tell) and the verdict is the same for both of us: At $16 for a grilled cheese we at least expected to have cheese from a local producer and homemade chips. We were generally disappointed.

Wow! Welcome and excellent service by Fiona! We had a prestige Délice and Apéro box. We had 2 boards to share (croutons, cheeses, cold meats, nuts, dried fruit, olives...) and 5 beers each. We were very well advised from a selection of 20 beers on the slate. Everything was fresh and delicious! What a great discovery, this place where the terrace is warm, with a view of the water.

Food is ok, but the service is very poor. Took 45min for them to realize they didnt punch in our order. No check in because staff just waits at the bar. No apologies whatsoever, despite the fact we had a hungry 3 year old. After an hour and 10min, I had to cancel part of my order because it was getting ridiculously long.

Warm welcome and the young waitress knows the beers offered according to our tastes. Fast and courteous service with a smile. We really liked this pub and will return there when visiting Chambly. In addition, it welcomes dogs on the terrace with a bowl of water. We had our dog with us who was very well received. Good to know, it is located right next to the cycle path.
