Good morning, Im not the type to make complaints but seriously, its a joke to your customers to serve them what I ordered at the restaurant in Chambly. It looks like they threw the club in the box, everything was completely cold and the bread soggy, chicken way overcooked and dry. It was not edible!! We also ordered poutine chicken fingers and the same thing completely cold. I was a regular customer and since the last 3 orders, the quality has deteriorated. You lost me as a customer!

I am used to ordering Benny on Grande Allée in Saint Hubert, we are far from this quality. However, the meal was hot. Wow very much I just tried again and I cant say anything!

I placed an order this evening specifying an allergy to mayonnaise. To my great surprise, when I opened my burger, there was still mayonnaise. I then called the restaurant to report the error, and in less than 15 minutes, a new burger was delivered to my door! I would like to thank the team for their efficiency in this situation. However, I received a small compensation for the mistake: a large creamy coleslaw haha, the intention was there!

Last night my boyfriend and I started a Caesar salad and ribs. Have received with the invoice crossed out by hand. 12 chicken wings that we have never ordered, no refund for the ribs in addition to having a Caesar salad that was not at all fresh. I realized this morning that the cheese was out of date, and I wondered why I was throwing up fluorescent green??? Food poisoning Wtf never again!

I dont find it normal to have to put my fries in the air fryer before eating my dinner. We ordered 4 meals and same problem with all four. Its disappointing and its happened a few times. It wasnt like this before

Friday September 13, 7:15 p.m., in the kitchen there was a scream louder than the music like at a party. You might think youre in the jungle. We were served hot chicken without peas or sauce on the Sandwich. And, by the time I put the sauce and peas in, the fries were cold. I asked for hot fries, all we got was hot gravy. All the while we could hear the cooks laughing like children who seemed to be making fun of us. No seriousness, its not the first time. Its a shame because the food is good.

The new mayonnaise is not good. Tasted just the fat. Please change companies.

Je suis allé vendredi soir le 19 avril à 21.50hrs alors que vous annoncer que vous fermé à 22hrs je me suis rendu au service à lauto mais cétait fermé je me suis donc rendu à la porte dentrée mais elle était verrouillé jai donc cogner et ma ouvert. Really the last time I go to this restaurant (Chambly) I called for an order and out of 4 boxes there were 2 errors One box had no Caesar salad and the other had no fries I took the trouble to come pick up my order since I stay 20 minutes away (Marieville) and when I got home I had a bad surprise Thank you for our Valentines Day dinner

I went to eat one evening around 9:30 p.m. it closes at 10 p.m. my meal cold fries and dry fried chicken tortillas with frozen motton sauce I understand that it was late and I couldnt eat in a safe place but it wasnt Thats no reason to serve inedible food! In addition, 4 employees were chatting in the area without any problem for me, Benny de Chambly is over! Not forgetting the time when there was no chicken left at dinner time!!!

Ordered a duo online. The thigh is tiny with a mini fries. I asked for very well cooked fries like the options offered when ordering online, regular fries. Really disappointing. Im still hungry. Benny just Benny and not Benny and co that never happens. Triple the fries and more!!!

Very long service, we waited at the cash register to order and all the employees were in the kitchen and didnt take care of us. We made an error in the order and charged more than the prices indicated. I dont recommend it at all.

Pretty decent price The waffle fries are not good. We cant wait for this trend to end and for real straight fries to be found in restaurants. The guys in the kitchen yell, make fun of the customers and turn on their Bluetooth Rap speakers to make it heard in the dining room. No wonder the service takes a long time for already cooked chicken. Noisy and disturbing, families do not linger.

I responded by saying that its a shame because the customer pays the price because his order risks getting cold while it takes time to find a new delivery person and by the time he arrives. A few months ago I was told sorry were out of chicken.. A few weeks ago sorry were out of chicken sauce and today October 29th there is no coleslaw . But what happens is that something is still missing. And Im not talking to you about the ordering errors and the quality of the food ordered because this evening the bread for the club sandwich didnt seem to be toasted but was very, very dry like potato chips. The owner should have more quality control because this branch has no common sense and its just going downhill.

Saturday November 25, 2023 at 7 p.m. When I arrived at the counter, 2 employees saw me and disappeared back into the kitchen and a 3rd continued to eat in their corner. I waited 5 minutes before we took our order. Once I receive my order, I drive 700 meters before eating and when I open the box, everything is cold. I have enough experience to say that chicken strips stay at least, minimum 1 hour in a stove, before being put in my box. Ive been a fast-food cook for 20 years and its not bad, among the worst experiences Ive had. Sorry to say this, but your employees need a manager to supervise them.

Benny & Co should be avoided in general. This banner does not have the panache of its rival Benny. Insufficient quantity of fries and poorly cooked. Bread not toasted. The sauce...an inch from the rim. I had to go get some extra fries at La Belle Province to complete our meal. Ridiculous! Another 2-3 years max and this banner will disappear at this rate. And yet, we eat chicken! As an owner, I would feel immense shame operating a restaurant like this with poor service. What do you want, some people aim higher in life.

The chicken was juicy, well cooked and very hot. The little oops...my fries were cold so I didnt eat them all. The place was very clean.

The sauce had a chemical taste, What completely ruined the dinner was the size of the chicken which was very attractive at $20.00 for a double thigh. Its up to you to judge.

Error in order. Asked for 2 breasts when ordering at the drive-thru and at the drive-thru they gave me only one box. I asked to redo the order in 2 separate boxes and when we opened the boxes he had put 1 breast in a box with no fries, sauce, bread and room of cabbages. You dont have to be very smart not to understand that 2 breast meals come with the rest. Not the first time there has been an error in an order. Talk to your employees.

Very bad experience I ordered a 2-leg meal and a chefs choice meal from the drive-thru. When I got home (8 km) I opened the boxes and discovered 2 poutines!! So I called and they offered to change them upon delivery (waiting more than 30 minutes) or to come and exchange them, which I did. By the way I was not offered either soft drinks or desserts in exchange for all this trouble. So I went to exchange them. When I got home I opened the boxes and what a surprise: I now had two chefs choices! So I called again and was told that I had ordered two chefs choices which is not true. If I had ordered two chefs choices it would have cost me 22.99 with taxes and not 29.26. Waste of time with this restaurant. Go elsewhere, there are many more serious ones!!

Customer of Benny&Co, it is by far the worst branch. Unlike your other branches, its rarely fresh in Chambly, lots of errors and not very courteous staff.

Order a Benny white meat poutine online. It arrives and the chicken wing is missing that is supposed to come with it like the photo. This is not the first time this has happened. I called to notify them and I was told that depending on the manager, sometimes he adds the wing and sometimes not. So it depends on the mood of the person making your poutine. I often eat at restaurants on St-Jean sur Séminaire and almost never have a problem but in Chambly, not easy. Almost every time something goes wrong. We have 15-20 minutes round trip to get there... Order spicy filet wrap with 2 extra spicy mayos on the side... at home, open the box, regular mayo filet wrap which overflows AND spicy mayo, clearly, the no one who made them made a mistake but decided to keep the wraps by doubling the Mayo instead of making more no extra spicy Mayo in the order That clearly took away the desire for me to eat that again... I find it lacking in class to open the boxes at the restaurant to see if everything is correct but Im starting to understand people!!

We ordered 4 meals for delivery; chicken poutine, regular poutine, crispy chicken wrap and La croquée. During delivery, the deliveryman did not deliver the drink with La croquée (childrens menu). The presentation of the meal boxes left something to be desired: uneven quantity of fries, the accompaniments were not uniform from one meal to another and what about the poor quantity of fries. For several months, each time I opt for this restaurant, I am disappointed or even frustrated by the lack of rigor and professionalism. Well, this time its over for good. Never again will I order Benny et Co in Chambly.

Every time we order Benny Chambly for delivery, he always ends up missing a meal. When we call to tell them, they want to reimburse us for the meal and if we tell them that we will wait for the meal in question, it takes more than an hour to receive.
