Got there at 5:50 pm for supper. Didn’t have any chicken ready. Told us it would be 20-25 minutes. One other family in the restaurant, so it’s not like they ran out due to too many customers. Monday special supposed to be $8.70. Big posters in window advertising specials. Ordered two. Charged us $30.45. When I questioned bill, they said it only applied to take out. I’m done with this place.
Great restaurant! I always go there or order out and the service is always exellent! Very clean and thw food is always hot and fresh!!
2nd time in a row we order the fried chicken. Says it will take about 45 minutes, then gets here 1h37 minutes later. On top of that the first time neither meal had their “special” sauce, which is basically the only reason to get the meal….and just now both our boxes looked like they had been to war, and both sauces were spilled everywhere on the bottom of the box. When we called the person offered 2.50$ credit, on the 25$ meal. Never ordering or going to this st Hubert again, rant done
I ordered and they said about 30 mins delay. They called me to say that they Ram out of chicken. Yes, chicken. It was going to be another 30 mins in the oven plus 15-20 mins to deliver. They forced me to either cancel the order or wait. The manager was nowhere to be found, didn't offer a credit or even an apology. The sad part is, this isn't the first time. Awful service.
At least during Corona-Times no place to recommend. Very few tables for eating are open to public use. No napkins, no cups, no cutlery available. Order desk is hard to hear/understand behind a plastic wall and with masks. Perhaps you better use the driver in and stay in your car.
They have a gluten free menu available in French and English. The famous St. Hubert brown sauce does have some flour in it.
Ordered online and the order was never received. Called in to check why it hadn't , re-ordered and still took another hour to arrive. Food was okay though.
I try to avoid this place at all costs! Every time I order at the drive-thru, it takes at least 20 minutes to wait in the parking lot to get something simple like a club sandwich, for example, which costs almost $20, even though there is no no one in the restaurant. No condiments like mayo that comes with a club for almost $20, and they even have the audacity to ask if you want to add a tip to your order. What a disappointment this restaurant is. Fortunately there are plenty of other options in Chambly for the same thing at a better price!
I wish they would have come and brought my order to the table, but in truth, they were very helpful. When I asked to reheat the cake, they happily did so. We had a lot of fun eating in the dining room.

On demande une variété de sauce et de retour à la maison, on voit quils ne nous ont donné que 4 sauces au total. Nous sommes 3 adultes à manger. Pour le prix, cest ridicule. En plus, ce nest que pour les plats, aucun brevage.

A far from satisfactory experience! Already the dishes displayed on the screens do not mention what they contain, so when you want a salad its complicated. So you have to ask lots of questions to the person at the checkout, which is a huge waste of time. Once our dishes were ready, we had to go all around the restaurant to find a clean table. In the end the restaurant no longer had any paper napkins, so the experience was really mediocre.
Chicken never cooked well, service 0, staff who talk more about who is working... I want to... but at some point!! Place not to be recommended... go to Bennys.

Bon on vas retourner chez Benny finalement, la commande était une animalerie avec des patates douces (nous n avons pas eux les patates douces). Avec un double cuisses piri piri (j ai eux un demi-poulet avec l autre sauce, des vieilles frites et deux pucks de hockey comme pain ). Si vous y allez prenez le temps de répéter aux staffs votre commande pour éviter des erreurs.

Simply despicable and humiliating service. My father ordered dinner via delivery. They had forgotten the fries. So far, things happen. He calls to let them know, and the person on the phone just didnt believe him. He asked to speak to the manager, who had the same attitude, and he could hear the receiver going away and the others laughing in the background. They ended up hanging up on him. Its downright insulting.
Due to lack of time I went to St-Hubert in Chambly this afternoon to order 2 clubs.....response WE NO LONGER HAVE CLUB ON THE MIDI MENU!!!!!!!!!! I WENT TO BENNY S TO LOOK FOR 2 CLUBS!!! UNACCEPTABLE MANAGEMENT ST-HUBERT YOUR BUSINESS MODEL IS GOING BANKRUPT! Very long drive-thru service 15 minutes wait and no one in front of me and very cheap portion mainly in terms of fries.... in the future I would go to Bennys who are generous in their portions.
I am a proud customer of this st)ubert express/Harvey s. I went the other time impeccable service., they recommended chickpea sauce to accompany their crispy wrap! Amazing. Everything is good there! Their staff is very efficient.

Really disappointed. Sunday evening, I ordered the holiday meal for 2 people. One meal with the chicken thigh and the other, the breast. The chicken was really overcooked and dry. It was difficult to peel the meat off the burnt skin. Not the usual juicy chicken from St-Hubert. In addition, for the mini pies, the dough was too thick and the quantity of meat was very minimal. I feel like I wasted $44
Dining room still closed under the pretext of staff shortage since Covid. However on a Thursday (payday) at 11:27 am we can see that two employees are vaping and chilling at the cash register in the back where there is the fence (a container?) The Covid has a wide back while the room has dining is closed. OPEN YOUR DINING ROOM, it s an express restaurant (without table service)

Disappointing for about a year and a half. Dry dry dry. Today, August 30, I ordered half a piri piri chicken and there was 0 sauce. Stop hiring children. October 15, 2023, incredible delivery in 25 minutes..why, because they took the chicken already cooked because it is DRY AS USUAL!!

To give my opinion I had to put one star if it would be me it wouldnt even have a star it took 1 hour of delivery when I ordered at 3:30 p.m. for it to be delivered at 5 p.m. and I know it will only arrive at 6 p.m. and the most disappointing is cooking raw chicken in my daughters meal in the childrens menu and in my soup and I remember he sends me another uncooked chicken Im pregnant and eating chicken soup with uncooked chicken and for a child of 2 I dont know whats acceptable, especially with chicken. I wouldnt cook it outside in your place this evening! Im sure Im not the only one to complain! could I ever order it Im really disappointed and in addition to that he doesnt want to reimburse my accredited do you think I want to return? I had very poor delivery service! They made a mistake when accompanying a meal, they did not put the dessert in the order, the chicken was not well cooked and very fatty, the potatoes were soft... fortunately the little creamy one was not never changes! Finally, we called the same evening to have a correction, to which we were told that it was too late for the delivery person to make the correction! Obviously, no way to speak with the manager Eric who is too busy (probably dealing with other complaints!) to speak to us and asks the receptionist to tell us that he will contact us the next day... something that he didnt! So great way to get rid of customers! I too am getting rid of this place, anyway, the kings rooster not far from there is much better, always hot on arrival and so delicious! You should do the same :)

Order at 5:30 p.m. no news at 6:20 p.m., upon calling back we are told that the order is not made and will not be made for another hour and that delivery will not be possible for a long time. Delivery supposed to be in 45 minutes...arrives after 1h30.Last time I didnt receive my salad but I had the sauce and the croutons...and today I received an old salad without croutons...And the chicken is too much cooked. It s really a shame that the St Hubert de Richelieu has closed!

TO AVOID!! After two and a half hours waiting for an order, 3 unanswered calls, no excuses, I never received my order. The employees did not try to find my order assuming it would arrive eventually. Terrible service!
I had my order prepared online. When I arrive there I come up against a barred door which prevents me from entering to retrieve it. So I park at the contactless pickup location and call the number on the poster. I made more than 30 calls from different phones spread over 10 minutes without ever getting an answer. Additionally, the voicemail was full. So I had to line up at the drive-thru to pick up my meal. Once I arrive at the microphone, I am told that my order will be brought to my car. I still had to wait in line for more than 30 minutes at the drive-thru only to, once I arrived at the window, be served a dish that had been left on the stove for more than 40 minutes and therefore with cold fries.
I dont understand, I place an order online, it tells me 15 mins I arrive after 20 mins and its not ready, everyone at the drive-thru On the other hand, they have their orders in 2 minutes. Assembling it doesnt take very long to put a piece of chicken and chips in a box??

Réellement déçue ,dimanche jai fait livrer une poitrine et ,2 salades, dessert, 2 breuvages et plus de 2 salade de choux extra ,il manquait un breuvage les 2 salades de choux et la poitrine était tellement sèche après avoir été réchauffé plus dune fois et une dizaine de frites .fini pour moi. En plus 22$ pour une poitrine et une sauce .cest rendu vraiment trop dispendieux maintenant.
Most disappointing service, on an order for 4 people, the coleslaws were not the right ones, no sauce with the chicken fillets despite having asked twice to be sure that they had put them in the order bag , we asked to replace the fries with poutines which was not done either. The lids were incorrectly placed on the soups so obviously they emptied during transport which caused damage to the vehicle. Even the dessert was disappointing it looked like it came from the freezer. In short, its an experience not to be repeated, especially with the price paid.
As of March 24, 2022, dining room still closed. The government has lifted most of the restrictions and what are they waiting for to reopen.

We have been regular customers at St-Hubert for a long time and have visited many branches always with the greatest satisfaction. Except at the St-Hubert Express in Chambly. For over a year, the number of times there has been an error with our orders has been impressive. Missing fries, missing sauce, no chicken combo!!!!, someone elses delivery... and so on. When we report the error, St-Hubert tries to correct or compensate but that only makes the situation worse. i.e. The delivery man comes back 45 minutes later with the missing items when everyone has finished their meal. We are offered a paltry credit of $6.50. Wow!
The worst St-Hubert in the network by far. I have ordered by delivery several times and each time the delivery is at least 30 to 50 minutes beyond the 30 minutes indicated on the St-Hubert app. Customer service does its best, but no improvement from this branch.

Every time I try to encourage local with St-Hubert de Chambly, it goes badly. - Double payment because it says the card did not pass, - Lunch served cold even when eating on site, - Delivery times always higher than what it says, - Dry chicken and few fries, But when I have a taste for ribs I order there because they are my favorite in the area, BUT YESTERDAY THEY WERE VERY DRY SO AGAIN VERY DISAPPOINTED...
Both portions of ribs were completely dry. The person who packaged the order didnt have much judgment. You have the customers phone number, why didnt you call me back to tell me that your odds could not be sold to me. These two portions deserve to be replaced at no cost. $60 for a dry supper Im waiting for your feedback on this. I will change the rating if a solution is found.
Last time I go there. They always order the wrong thing. In one week I ordered sweet potatoes twice instead of fries, they charge me extra and give me fries.

I have been waiting for 5 weeks to get a response to my dissatisfaction. Ribs cooked perfectly and still sent in my order. We are asked to write to customer service and do nothing except apologize for stealing from me. Because it was ultimately theft. I called customer service to file a complaint. The restaurant manager was supposed to call me within 48 hours (which is a very long time) after over 8 days of not receiving a call yet. There were items missing from my delivery like every time I order there.

This restaurant is EXPRESS in name only. More than 25 minutes of waiting for a trio (a plain hot dog, a fries and a drink). However, the dining room was closed and there were 3 cars at the drive-thru and not one more... When my turn arrived, there was no waitress for almost 10 minutes, I had to knock on the window 3 times for a young girl with an artificial smile to deign to come JUST CASH ME. She claimed that there was a shortage of staff while through the window, I saw more than 8 employees inside (8 employees who were stirring up wind). I asked when will I finally get my order after 20 minutes of waiting and his response was the famous: it wont be long, and again, more than 5 long minutes of waiting (UNBEARABLE )! Once the order was served, there werent even any napkins Notice to management: it is high time to shake up your young people, we are often bullied by the lack of labor but when they hire, they take on broken hands who only want tips that they do not deserve. Last time we ordered the famous fried chicken with piri sauce, we didnt get any sauce with our meal! We just took another chance to order the same thing, and in our two meals the sauces were completely spilled and therefore empty!! I immediately called to complain, and they offered to replace the orders, which I refused since we had already waited 30 minutes longer than the indicated delivery time... so they offered us a $10 credit on our next order. Looking at all the comments, I dont think were going to risk ordering from this restaurant again, there are only bad comments and there doesnt seem to be any support or improvement in the service.
***** Update: After two calls to the general SAC, a notice on Google Maps, and three emails to the general SAC, I finally received a call from a branch manager (general manager) and it was resolved. ruler. Im giving one star, however it took a week and too many discussions with the SAC. ***** The order took a little longer than expected to arrive, but nothing alarming. However, there was an error in my order (fries instead of rice, and it is not without reason that I wanted rice instead of fries), I called customer service to have it corrected. , I was told that the restaurant would be notified to send me the rice that I had not had. I never received it. I called customer service again the next day to inform them that contrary to what I was told, I had not received it. I was offered a credit on my next order, something that didnt interest me because Ive been offered this in the past and I never got it. I wanted either a partial refund on my credit card or have my rice. I was told that they would send the message to a manager who would call me, I still havent been called, and I very much doubt that I am a priority.

Second time I have ordered the holiday meal at the St-Hub in Chambly this winter. Honestly, Im very disappointed. Both times, the chicken was undercooked (pink). Also, this evening, I ordered online. At the agreed time, the meals werent even prepared yet and it wasnt because it was busy. The person brings meals, forgets the drinks (did not know there were any). Arrived at home, the salads are not what was requested, the brown sauce looks more like brown water than a sauce because it is so liquid and the chicken is not cooked enough! Last time I order from this Saint-Hubert.
First experience 1 and a half years ago = insect in my meal salad. I decided to give it a second chance this evening and there were things missing in my order but thats possible except that the long black hair mixed in the coleslaw, on the other hand, is a no. I called and was told its bad luck and they cant do anything about the hair in the beef because they (apparently) wear hairnets in the kitchen. Really sorry but there is clearly a problem with this branch. Clearly there will be no 3rd try!

Its been twice that Ive been sick following a meal, yesterday it was a chicken piri piri and a month ago a cold Harveys burger, UNCOOKED bacon! I am seriously considering filing a complaint with Mapaq.
On May 29, we went to the drive-thru at the St-Hubert rotisserie in Chambly to order 6 meals. The person who took our order around 5:20 p.m. had little enthusiasm in taking orders, charged us extra to get extra sauce, charged us for a meal salad without giving it to us with our order. Arriving home, we realize the mistake. We contacted the restaurant to request that the salad be delivered to us since it was their mistake. The restaurant manager tells us that he cannot not deliver the missing item from our order to Richelieu since this is not in its territory. He asks us to pick up our order at another branch in Richelieu. He adds that he cannot contact them to make an arrangement to have the missing salad delivered to St-Mathias-sur-le Richelieu. We would like to point out that at the start of the pandemic, the Chambly restaurant delivered meals to us in Richelieu while the Richelieu branch was closed. He says he cant reimburse us for this item on our credit card since someone else has to make the reimbursement for him at the beginning of the week. Then, he asks us to come back to his restaurant in Chambly starting Monday to get our refund. Lets mention that we are from the north shore of Montreal and that it will not be possible for us to come back at the beginning of the week to be reimbursed for a $20 salad. We had to return to get our meal at the Chambly branch while the other members of the family ate their meal, now cold after all these discussions and endless delays. Please note here that no compensation was offered, despite a written complaint to the rotisseries customer service. Completely unacceptable customer service! I believe now is the time for us to cheer for another banner!

It remains a St-Hubert express. But when we order in advance for pickup, they start preparing our meal when we arrive. So theres no point in ordering.
Harvey very good and clean
Very disappointed because its been twice that we have ordered meals with two creams of chicken and both times we received chicken and noodles. Plus we called to see if there was cream of chicken left and we were told yes. So its not the delivery persons fault but we will order more even if there is a $4.25 discount

An update: it seems that the service is getting slower and slower. I now prefer to order from home and wait rather than wait there. The kitchen seems disorganized. Too bad, because my kids love the food from this chain.
Where to start... At the counter and at the drive-thru, the service is courteous but excessively slow. Also, more than half of the orders we placed were inaccurate. An item, a sauce, etc. was always missing. The food would probably be delicious if we didnt have to wait for missing items to be delivered... Overall, very disappointing for a big chain like St-Hubert...
It would be preferable in the future to notify on the website if the restaurant is closed due to lack of employees. Because I placed an order of over $100 for a childrens party and arrived at the restaurant for pickup only to be greeted by a poster made on Word telling me that the restaurant is closed.
I had 4 chicken fingers with fries. My friend got half a chicken with fries to take away. First thing, the young man behind the counter was wearing his mask on his chin.... I saw him take a fry from my box, eat it licking his fingers and after closing my box... BRAVO COVID. .. Everything was cold. I didnt have any bread and neither had any BBQ sauce with our dish. If I could have put 0 I would have done so. It just doesnt look good. I didnt say anything at the counter to avoid spitting in my things, plus I must have already had some of the guys saliva in my dish...
My last 2 visits were negative, I must revise the 4 stars I gave in 2019. The penultimate of my orders, they forgot to give me a complete meal, a bankok salad. I tried to reach them by phone but both times they put me on hold and cut the line after a few minutes. A few months later I gave them another chance and they forgot one of the childrens meals in the order, but luckily I checked the parking lot before leaving and went back to get the missing meal.
Arrive at 5:30 p.m. to pick up an order that we had prepared in advance for 5:30 p.m. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come see me and finally tell me that my order was not ready. Waited over 30 minutes to get my food. Not my type of complainer but very ordinary service.
Order on a Friday evening.. Online announced at, 30 min delivery arrived after 1h20 of waiting... Error in order (no sweet potato fries when ordered) Burnt hamburger (photo supporting) That you are in the right direction, lets admit, but that the work is sloppy is intolerable and a great lack of respect for the paying customer... I myself work in the restaurant business, when I see what you are offering, I have bad for my job... Asking if you have professional cooks in the kitchen with an ounce of professionalism... Too bad but you lose a customer... at $50 a bill its lamentable... A questioning of your personal is coming... 1 star is very expensive to pay!!!
The staff is very friendly, but the place, despite being empty, due to the pandemic, was quite dirty, with leftover food not collected on the tables, the food is good and at a good price, the bathrooms were clean and it is necessary the vaxi code to be attended to.

Comment 1/2: Really bad delivery service. I placed my order online at 10:03 a.m. to ensure I received it at 11:45 a.m., to make it easier since my children are at home and I am teleworking. After two calls and more than 15 minutes of waiting on the phone, I was told that my order was on its way and that the only thing they could offer me was to wait. By ordering 1:30 in advance, it was certainly not my intention to wait more than 30 minutes after my order. 12:15 still nothing received. I will definitely order elsewhere next time. Comment 2/2: After all this waiting the order finally arrives. I dont have the soup or the extra salad I ordered. After another 10 minutes of waiting at customer service, unable to get a refund for items I simply did not receive! Really I wonder what consumer protection has to say on this. I will definitely find out.
On a notre commande rapidement et notre poulet est généralement bien cuit ( il est arriver, une seule fois en quelques années, que le poulet soit encore rosé). Je ne parle que du service au volant, pas a lintérieur. Si vous voulais des assiettes en carton ou des ustensiles, préciser le lors de votre commande, car ils ne lai donne pas toujours.
[2020-01-21 EDIT] Despite having communicated with the customer service cited below, no return was made I would like to share a very bad purchasing experience that I had at your Chambly branch. I placed an order online for half a chicken and a side of rice, as well as an extra door of rice. The delivery man delivered me a portion of fries, so without my 2 portions of rice that I paid for. When calling back, the staff had little empathy, I was told that they were sending me the 2 rush portions, I called again 80 minutes later since I still had not received anything, I was told that the delivery guy is on his way and will be there within 10-15 minutes. 70 minutes later, still nothing received, I have little hope of receiving my portions of rice this evening. Next time I will buy my chicken from Bennys.
Cold and super dirty dining room. Clean dishes and leftovers on the tables. The employees did not come to clean despite our request. Never again.

We ordered 2 things from the drive-thru, a poutine and a pet store. When we got home, we realized that we didnt have the sauces that we had asked for at the pet store, nor did they give us the drink that came with it. The only thing that came with the pet store was the compote in the little bag. In addition, when I opened the pet store, the bread was cold and there werent many fries in addition to only having 3 chicken nuggets. The poutine sauce tasted like onions, the poutine was cold and they had too much spicy sauce. Yet we started eating maybe 5 minutes after receiving our order. We waited 1 hour to be told that our delivery would not arrive for a few hours and when we called our order they told us that delivery would take 30 minutes. We therefore canceled our order and this is the last time we will do business with this restaurant.
Very bad service, we did not receive what we ordered at the drive-thru and we had to persist to get a refund, because clearly the staff did not know the consumer law and whats more, they laughed at us in the face. Thanks for scrapping our dinner!

Reading the reviews I said to myself it must not be that bad... Well unfortunately yes. It seems that management is not interested in correcting anything mentioned here. Waiting 15 minutes at the drive-thru when there were 3 cars in front of us, the person taking orders at the drive-thru wont let you finish your order and gives you a price, the sauces and salads are missing from the orders , no utensils and with the long wait you dont want to go back to explain yourself. I am a regular customer of St-Hubert in Longueuil and I agree with other people here, it is not the banner that is the problem but this branch in particular. I would recommend driving an extra ten minutes to the one off Highway 10 in Richelieu.

Received inaccurate order following an online order, no response from the restaurant and voicemail full, must call the center and they will send what is missing, it is unpleasant not to eat at the same time as your family and no compensation not even suggest a sugar tart!

St-Hubert merges with Harveys! Very nice restaurant, fast service and well-maintained place. Bravo for giving work to the young people who work at your home with everything closed, better than their work which does nothing (Covid) (after the comments on the young staff). I ordered at 6:56 p.m. and at 7:14 p.m. my order was delivered to my home!! Delivery time is excellent. My meal was still hot and covid measures are respected between the delivery person and the customer.
I had a bad experience at the drive-thru and with my order but the manager took my comments into consideration and made sure to follow up.
Worst service ever. Ordering 6 times with a total of 6 mistakes from the most banal like forgetting the cardboard car for my children to completely forgetting a complete meal more than once. No respect for Sthubert customers, its over for us forever. Youre doing really hard.
I have no negative comments on the accuracy of my orders or the food. On the other hand, the waiting time is extremely long at the drive-thru service (Im talking about +30 minutes here during peak hours), which is not a problem in other branches, notably in Longueuil.

I am a very good customer who gave the St-Hubert express in Chambly several chances but now it s over! With each of my orders, something was missing or it was not the meal ordered. I called every time, was given credits but what I want is my exact meal! There is something wrong with your personnel management but it seems that you dont understand... too bad
My chicken was raw in a crispy club burger! I simply cant believe it! And Im pregnant wow! Never could this St-Hubert! Check your food before you eat it.....they dont even want to refund me plus they offer me a credit for my next order!!!!! Wow really disappointed with the service!
