Unfortunately, the food is more than passable. Out of 4 dishes, the only one that was drinkable was the General Tao chicken. The texture of the other dishes, 2 chickens and a beef, was unfortunately spongy and of questionable quality. Its unfortunate, because we always want to encourage local restaurateurs, but they must use good products.

The food: The 3 ravioli in the soup were very good but the soup lacked a little salt so add soy sauce. The salt and pepper fried pork is crispy and tasty, I recommend. We are big fans of Chez Chili in Chinatown so we wanted to try the Chambly one this time and it was awesome!! We had delivery and tried many dishes, everything was perfect and authentic! The eggplants are so yummy, the fish broth as well! They even have braised pork belly which is near impossible to find on the South Shore! Overall it was delicious, thank you!!

Food quality: Very good Service: Execrable The starters were served after almost 45m. We had to remind the waitress that we were still waiting for one of the soups ordered twice and finally told them to forget it. Our meals were served individually with unacceptable delays... 30 minutes between the first and the last. We had to wait another 30 minutes for the bill which was wrong. One of the meals (caramelized rib of beef on the plate) was rather mediocre (meat full of tendons). Possibly a bad evening for the service, but it was definitely inadequate.

Food is good, good value, reasonable quantity. Endless waiting time for service, stupid waitresses, terrible and chaotic atmosphere. We are mixed up with the take outs, we cannot eat in peace, very noisy. My partners meal was served a long time after ours. The next table directly across from the door had to constantly get up to close the door every time someone walked out. I didnt like the moment. It is better to take the food in take-put if we really want to eat from this restaurant but the wait also seems long to receive our food.

I was really looking forward to trying this new restaurant. My comment is intended to be constructive, in order to improve the experience of future customers. In terms of service, there were 4 of us and we all did not receive our plates at the same time. One of us received his plate 15 minutes after us. For the starter, the imperial rolls were cold. For the meal, I had a plate of ginger chicken. No ginger taste. The chicken had a really questionable texture, a bit rubbery and I had bits of bone in it..I didnt eat anything. My partner had calamari. He barely ate anything because it had a metallic taste. You should honestly remember to close the door because the restaurant was full of flies. As a positive point, my friend took general tao and it was good.

Ordering takeout at 5:30 p.m. and at 7:30 p.m. we still had to wait. We paid extra to get the large rice, it was a portion for one person. General Tao Chicken smells and tastes excessively Vinegar. I ordered and paid for the ginger beef and we got cumin beef, disappointing, especially when you dont like cumin and waited almost 2 hours. the vegetable imperial rolls had an aftertaste of fish and a taste of old oil. It doesnt make you want to go back at all. The only positive point is that the meat portions are generous.

Ive had it in Chinatown before and it tasted great. Now that its opened in South Bank, its great, so I dont have to go to DT. This hotel is just a few steps away from the Chambly Locks and has a very comfortable environment. We sat by the second floor window and had a view of the lake. The food is delicious as always. Chicken Tao was delicious. Ginger beef on a hot plate was extremely tasty. Wonton soup was an unexpected surprise broth was amazing and the shrimp were delicious. I am not a fan of shrimp in my wonton. My husband was equally please with everything. Service was wonderful. Believe me everything I just wrote takes alot because I refuse to go out for dinner anymore.

The only thing I criticize about this restaurant is that it serves the meal almost all at the same time. No time to finish the soup as the rest of the meal arrives. We werent able to taste the main dishes because we left before having them. 1h30 to receive our soups. Wonton soup with bland broth and completely raw stuffing inside. Completely ignored by the waitress. The tables arriving after us were served in 20 minutes and it was as if they didnt exist.

I really dont understand the bad reviews about this restaurant. The first time I tried this restaurant, we were staying with a couple of friends and we had not participated in the order since we had already had dinner. The dishes smelled so good that we joined in the meal! The quantities are more than reasonable, the flavors are incredible and the people were extremely courteous to me and my young daughter when I went to pick up our take out. I highly recommend this restaurant!!! Very excited to receive our order this evening!

Execrable attitude of the restaurant. Large order placed around 6:15 p.m. on ubereats. At 7:08 p.m. they tell my driver that the order will be ready in 15-20 minutes. The whole thing is repeated every 15-20 minutes, while making fun of the latter until 8:10 p.m. I call and the person laughs twice on the phone as I hear a coworker yelling back. Completely unacceptable behavior.

What was my surprise when this same restaurant came to set up in Chambly, much closer to my home than the one in Montreal! A pure pleasure for my taste buds ! Great new restaurant in Chambly! Authentic Chinese food, with a beautiful terrace next to the water. The service is impeccable, all the servers are friendly and even the owner is very attentive to customer needs!

We fell in love with this charming restaurant on the edge of the Chambly basin! The flavors are delicious, the portions are generous and the service is impeccable. Salt and pepper shrimp, a must-try!

All the dishes were good and tasty. Excellent service, 100% recommended.

First try this evening and not at all disappointed! The restaurant is clean, beautiful light and a really nice terrace! The service is courteous, attentive and fast! The food is SUCCULENT! Salt and pepper shrimp are perfect! General Tao Chicken is crispy and flavorful! The wonton soup, egg rolls, fried rice, vegetables are all excellent! I strongly suggest this new restaurant but make reservations because it fills up quickly!! Pleasantly satisfied with our meal!!

The grilled vegetable dish was not at all like the illustration on the menu...disappointment...a ton of cabbage, a bolshoi and some mushrooms...plus the vegetables arrived much later after the main courses ...I should have refused it

I love this restaurant so much! A must and a must!

We recently decided to try this restaurant. We were disappointed with the quality of the food. The plate of Ginger Chicken had a thick dripping of fat on the bottom of the griddle and was lacking in flavor. The other plate of Noodles and Sautéed Vegetables with Seafood was also a disappointment. When you order a plate of seafood you expect to have at least three types of game . Here the classic shrimps were there with squid. They could have at least added mussels or even pollock. This dish also lacked a little flavor. On the other hand, the servers were nice and we could see that they were trying to please. I wish them good luck.

We were 3 people and we loved this place. The variety on the menu is great. The quality is extraordinary. These are dishes to share. The owner was charming and answered our questions. We had a very nice experience. I recommend this restaurant.

Finally a real Asian restaurant in Chambly! Impeccable service, my wife is Chinese and very critical of restaurant food, she highly recommends this new little restaurant. Authentic flavor, quantity and quality. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Typical restaurant! Portion for 2, order rice on the side... Delicious, watch out for spicy dishes, even if you ask for less spicy. The owner is very cheerful and friendly! He recommended us to mix the spicy chicken rice ! Great discovery, experience to repeat!

I am a customer Chez Chili in Montreal and was pleasantly surprised when they opened a branch in Chambly. The food is amazing, the service is fast and everyone is so friendly. Fair price and now with a beautiful view of Chambly basin.

What a nice surprise to find their extension in Chambly! A restaurant that never disappoints, no matter what I order. The Quebecois friends coming with me loved the delicious and carefully seasoned dishes. They had been in China for a few months and found the dishes there to be authentic. They especially gave high reviews to the roast lamb with onions and Disanxian (eggplant, green pepper and potato). In addition to the waterfront location, surely a new place for a treat with friends on the South Shore.

We ordered there as take out and the person who called in my household speak french, a little hard to communicate but the person who answered and took our order was AMAZING, got an error with the order since we asked for noodles and not veggies with beef, we called back and he gave us two free meals of our noodles, ran outside to give us our food, the food is amazing tasty so overall 10/10 Will definitely order back :-)
