I have a problem with companies that dont care about customer service. I find refusing to serve a customer a glass of water to be deeply disturbing. I will now go elsewhere when I want a coffee.

Ive been here twice now and when its time to pay when my meal is ready, the machine doesnt work. The owner should do something with his interac machine, its really annoying.

Very unpleasant owner! Not allowed to have a glass of water with our order. No smile. I do not recommend this cafe.

Worst customer service experienced, plus apparently it was the owner... The owner greeted us without speaking or smiling. After ordering a large matcha, a small coffee and a sandwich to eat there, she served us our drinks in take-out containers and not in cups. In addition, when I asked for a glass of water, the latter refused, mentioning that I had to buy a bottle of water. Finally, after seeing our review on Google, she asked us to leave the restaurant, without us having finished our purchased drinks.

I love this place! Delicious food And the coffee wow exceptional! Fast and very attentive service.

Hazelnut Glazed Americano mmm!! My favorite!

The coffee is good. We went there this very morning. We consumed continuously during our presence. We had a variety of food (pastries) and coffee. One person in the group took a reusable water bottle out of their bag and the manager came to warn us that water bottles are prohibited and that we must buy plastic water bottles (Eska or Fiji) at the counter. We therefore asked for glasses of water which we were refused since we did not order a complete meal. Buying pastries and coffee are not enough to get the right to a glass of water. Its absurd, especially since we were the only customers in the restaurant, no traffic, not a pleasant experience in the end. There is no justification for prohibiting the consumption of water in reusable containers, especially when customers consume restaurant products. UPDATE: following the publication of this notice while we were on site (with our drinks) the manager came to see us and demanded our immediate departure without finishing our coffees. I politely replied that we were going to finish our drinks and she threatened to call the police (which was absurd given the cordial tone of our response). So we waited for a member of the group who was in the bathroom before leaving (about 3 minutes maximum) and she started filming and taking photos of our table. I politely asked her to delete her photos, which she refused to do, continuing to threaten us with police intervention. ALL THAT...for water in a reusable bottle.

I have to say that the iced cappuccino is delicious! But the mozzarella and prosciutto sandwich is terrible. Too salty and the meat is not chewable. The lady next to me wanted to pay in cash, but the cashier (who looked stupid) told her that she didnt have enough change in her cash register... thats really weird. So she had to pay with her card. I rarely come here and it will stay that way!

Very stupid waitress but excellent food

The quality of the food and the atmosphere is good, but I was surprised to be told that I was not allowed to have my bottle of water. I made my baby dinner and gave him water, I dont understand this weird rule, Ive never seen this anywhere else.

The hours are not correct. We arrived at 7am but it was closed.

I have read several comments and they really have a problem with reusable water bottles I carry my bottle with me everywhere and this is the first time I have been refused to have my bottle . The use of reusable bottles is encouraged for the environment, but for them, Its as if I had just smoked a cigarette in the store!, Its a ridiculous policy, It doesnt prevent any sales to their business though ! I don t know what their problem is with tap water lol! It s a cafe it s not like you bring your own dessert to a restaurant . Where his bacon, in a lunch restaurant, or his popcorn at the cinema . in short we understand the principle...they should think about their policy which is the opposite of common sense...

I used to go there, but its over. Customer service is poor and the manager is incompetent. Even though I bought some stuff, I made the mistake of pulling out a reusable water bottle. I was asked to empty it and put it away . Wow . It s not like I brought my own coffee . It s tap water Then I made the mistake of sitting at a table where chess players regularly come to sit . There were NO reservations . They arrived and quickly made me understand that I was not in the right place. Is it too complicated to put up little signs informing customers that the table is reserved between 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m.?!?!?!? The managers response to this situation was: There were plenty of other places to sit... I know that Criss, but if I knew that at the beginning I wouldnt have sat there.... Unpleasant ..

I am very surprised to see that even when buying tea, coffee or any drink, I am refused a GLASS OF WATER by the manager. I come to this cafe regularly (and therefore I contribute directly or indirectly to its economy) and this time I was refused a glass of water because I was supposedly not buying food? The point being that they are a business, but I would like to know since when tap water has been privatized? In all the restaurants I have been to, I have never been refused this. You have to realize that the manager doesnt like my face! Very poor service on his part, I even wonder if I will set foot there again because I find it so absurd

Interesting cafe for work or with friends but the aggressive and too loud music prevents reading a good book.

Failed event

Came for an event for families announced at 11am. At 11:45 a.m., still no entertainment apart from the hubbub of impatient families. Very disappointing, wont be returning anytime soon.

Activity at 11 a.m. with paw patrol! From 11 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. nothing, no activity, no patrol, big stupidity, wasting the worlds time. Never again!!

Poor event organization.

We often go there for lunch and the products are good and varied. The service is pleasant and efficient. It seems to me that this has changed because it wasnt great before. We also go there on Sunday morning for the chess club and tried the Latin evening. Really great idea for organizing themed evenings. It s in a very friendly atmosphere as well.

There were no customers when we arrived and the service was very long. The food is very good.

Excellent portions, very good handmade cappuccino and the salads are excellent! I had the grilled vegetable and provolone sandwich, two salads and a cappuccino, all to go. Very accessible on foot or by car, it is an ideal place if you want a good coffee in a relaxed atmosphere. Its also a good place to come and study in peace :)

Very popular little childrens corner! Visited on a late Sunday afternoon, meals and snacks no longer seemed super fresh....

Very poor service. It took them 15 minutes to make two lattes. The lady replies that they are handmade and that it takes longer... We mentioned our dissatisfaction to her and the manager replied: ok. No possible solution has been provided. Living nearby, I went there regularly, but today was my last time.

I go there every week to work on my manuscript in a pleasant atmosphere. The employees are smiling and helpful. Its very clean (the bathroom included) and the prices are fair.

I ordered a latte, I think the barista included milk because it tasted like hot milk. Really disappointing to be served a disaster like that. I will definitely not come back! Tip: Consider showing your employees how to use an espresso machine before opening a cafe.
