Rush hour is really busy/long wait but it's just a Tim Hortons and what you'd expect
I use the drive thru every time I come here and it always take like 10-15 minutes for the cashier to answer at the drive. It’s a pain. And they often mess up the wraps and sandwiches. The quality downgraded badly in the last years!
If you are willing to wait 30 min for a coffee, by all mean, go for it...

We ordered for Chicken Barbecue Bowl with crispy chicken. We have had this one before at another Tim Hortons outlet. We think they put an entire jar of salt in it. It was so atrocious. We honestly didn’t have time to go and change the order as we were running late. We kept all of the chicken aside and ate only the rice and veggies.
Although I’m not a Tims fan (specially because of the usual poor service) I often go followed by my kids requests.Surprisingly this is the first time ever that I saw a clean and organized Tim Hortons restaurant. Products were well displayed, food seemed fresh and were pretty organized on the shelves. Congratulations to the owner and her team on this Chambly’s branch. It seemed to be a good work environment, where staffs were all connected. That also was reflected in my order, delivered correctly as it should be (unfortunately that is not often on other branches). I was pleased to meet this store, specially because it is close to my house, pretty convenient but I was avoiding due to the bad experience I had on other stores. From now on, I will definitely consider to go there more often.
Waited 25 minutes in line to order a TimMatin with no meat, expecting cheese and egg.. Got it with only meat

Dont be in a hurry if you go through the drive-thru... no jokes there, 20 minutes for 2 flatbread pizzas + 1 iced cappuccino. I almost asked for a refill because I had almost finished it once my order was received.

Le tim horton nest plus comme cétait avant! Un employé sest trompé dans ma commande et il ma fait de lattitude quand je lui ai dit que jaimerais quil refasse ma pizza...puis quand la gérante/superviseur ma donné la pizza, elle ne ma pas regarder, ni même parler pour me dire bonne journée, comme cest sensé être au service à la clientèle.

Worst timing ever! I took the trouble to ask for an almond milk iced tim WITHOUT sugar and Cristi found a way to make me a standard iced tim! And on top of all that! I waited more than 5 minutes for 3 drinks! A team that hits the nail on the head! August 9, 2024 I tried this tim again at the drive-thru and the lady who takes the orders no interpersonal skills, I ordered 2 sausage worker wraps 1 bacon wrap 1 morning tim 2 meat on plain croissant with 2 coffee and 1 whey chocolate! I asked to identify the wraps... I asked again at the window and it wasnt done! The wraps were all crooked and 1 more was missing my morning tim everything was poorly done. I find this pathetic! Im going to go and encourage McDonalds diagonally.. at least they force themselves to give good service and when you receive your orders its not a garocher! Vegetarian options: None

30 min wait ridiculous! Place the necessary employees and train them to work at a speed appropriate for FAST FOOD.
Troubleshooting. It is expected to increase product quality for the entire chain. Let the pizza be made better product in your niche.

At 8:00 p.m. the doors are closed, no service possible. It seems that in the area around Chamnly and Carignan there is no way to have donuts or services on Saturday evenings. Very disappointing

DISAPPOINTED! My Tims club had no bacon, almost just salad inside and my iced Tim was strong like a black coffee. I am a regular Tim Hortons customer and I was really disappointed. Plus its not the first time On the other hand, good service.

Fairly ordinary service, fairly courteous employees, decent service. On the other hand, I find that waiting 30-50 minutes to order is excessive, especially when you order two drinks, there are often small errors in the orders but nothing too serious. Then, we cant go into the restaurant so theres no way to reduce the wait. Apart from that its a normal tim :)

The drive-thru service is less cheerful than the one in Chambly at the roundabout. My bagel this morning was hard as a rock but half the other was soft... I wished them a good day but I got no response.

Messy, chaotic, sometimes its looong. The trash cans are next to the control panel and are full of wasps. Unless Ive ever had any command errors.

For years this Tim Hortons has been struggling. They cant seem to retain their employees, Dine in is VERY OFTEN unavailable but the drive through is open. If you dont mind waiting 15 minutes to get to the ordering terminal, go ahead...
I have been a loyal customer for 10 years, I have seen a range of very professional, friendly and courteous employees. They all left and most all gave me the same reason, poor management and bad work climate. Ive been boycotting it ever since.

The service was rather slow and the place very dirty, too bad its a place that I enjoyed, in Perigny but the other one is super fast and very clean and the service is fantastic, thanks to the young people

After 20 minutes of waiting at the drive-thru, only 2 cars had passed, so I left the line because it was so long. Labor shortage I imagine. Still, every time I pass by the drive-thru is full. Soon there will be a McDonalds across the street: it will be easier to grab a coffee for the road in the morning.

The service has deteriorated recently due to high staff turnover (slow service, errors in orders). Efficient employees dont stay on the job for very long...unfortunately for the customers.
