The food quality was very disappointing. The vegetables were not fresh, and the portions were extremely small. Despite the restaurant being almost empty, the staff still made mistakes with our order multiple times. We paid for the meal but couldn’t eat it and ended up throwing it away.
I visited your restaurant today, and unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. The food served was not only of poor quality, but it also seemed stale, as if it had been prepared a long time ago. The taste was quite off, giving the impression that the food was not fresh. I had expected to receive fresh and high-quality meals at your restaurant, but sadly, this was a disappointing experience. I hope this issue will be addressed, so we can see an improvement in the food quality in the future.
Very often service is disappointed. Ordered beef - rôti and cheddar sandwich and they didn’t put souce and cheddar.
Asked for butter and cream cheese in bagel. WAY too much butter. What was worst is it was not melted on the bagel. Service long
This store is in a very convenient location. Food and drinks are good. Staff are approachable and very helpful to foreigners like us when we visited the store. Carrot muffin the best! 💜

Ordered and paid through mobile, but most of the items were not available. They even did not replace the unavailable items with similar ones properly (or process proper refunds). Paid for five donuts but later realized I got three. The staffs should be more informed about how to handle these kinds of situations. Worst experience ever.
So far, I've enjoyed each time I came by and the coffee I've ordered. I noted that they are always confused each time I order ahead of time. Every time. To put into an example. Every day, I do a long walk in the area and stop by this Tim Hortons to get a coffee before resuming my walk. During some week day I know that they are very busy so I've tried to do an order 5 minutes ahead so that I would get it as I passed by, only to be met with a confused staff whom was seeking for another person with my coffee. I came to then asked about my coffee and showed them my order on the phone. They didn't really look at it and offered me an order bag that wasn't mine. As the person was handing it to me, I told them right away that wasn't mine. I only ordered a coffee, I told them. They went and opened the bag and took the said coffee off and gave it to me. Putting the bag on the side to be taken care of later, I presume.. in the end, I still am using their Tim Hortons app, just on the spot, while doing the order directly to them. Seem faster and less messy.
At 9am there is no beagel, no chipotle sauce, no French vanilla and it looked empty even though it is rush hour.
Great experience! The employees are friendly, dedicated and eager to do their jobs well. The one who served me was dynamic and, since she was unsure of how to prepare my drink, she had the good instinct to consult her colleague and I was served without any delay!
Super easy to get to, service is extremely fast inside and at the drive-thru. No communication problems, speaks French, English and even Spanish without problem. Probably the best Tim in Saint Jean or even the region.

Its a Tim Hortons where every time I go there they have treated me cordially. clean, neat and with staff who do their job responsibly.
Cooks dont have a net on their heads. One of the cooks made my sandwich and ate it at the same time!!!! I had to go and warn him because other peoples saliva makes me upset...and my husband is a witness! They will shut down if they continue in this direction. In reality, the manager doesnt hire the right people or if not, they leave to work elsewhere. Its quite disgusting to be served dried potatoes because they didnt think to make any more first! The teeth almost broke in my mouth!

Very slow service
35 minute wait for a sausage workers morning wrap. Disfunctional kitchen, no communication between employees. The guy with the sandwich did all the work while the others dragged their feet making coffee quietly. The sandwich was good at least. It was so dysfunctional that it was funny, hence the fact that I gave it 2 stars and not one.

I am truly disappointed! Bad service, the girl doesnt understand what Im asking if we have to take 4 times! I also ask for a cold brew coffee and I am given an iced coffee. If I would have wanted an ice cream coffee I would have ordered one! Then they prepared the wrong food order for me, luckily I looked at it and realized it and I only had enough to dip 5 potatoes in my chipotle sauce. It s great, I love it!
Incompetent employees: They did my ice cap poorly, I had to ask for it again. I asked for a buffalo wrap and they gave me a crispy chicken wrap twice. When I asked for an ice cap, I received an ice tim. To clarify, I already worked in a Tim Hortons and during my dissatisfaction the employees did not seem to want to help me and resolve my problem. To conclude, during my service in your restaurants, I have never seen an order with so many errors.

You dont have to be in a hurry to be served at this Tim!!! I waited more than 30 minutes to get a morning Tim!! I dont blame the poor employees who were only 2 to do the cash/drink and the sandwiches!!!! Seriously, hire people! My daughter has sent her CV twice and no return!!!!!

A Catastrophic Tim Horton...never dark roast coffee or mix with other things! Hello, its 7:00 a.m. the workers are coming to pick up and go to work! What do you do at night? Where is the boss? You should train your staff and tell them to be polite with customers because it is thanks to good customers that you can make money!!! Very unpleasant this Tim Horton. Not recommended. I canceled everything and bought elsewhere!!

Tim on rue Lariviere in Chambly. Im going for donuts, Timbits and coffee. Staff not even able to answer my Hello. Plaster face...At 2 p.m., only 2 kinds of donuts available, not to mention Timbits, only 1 kind available. Very disappointed children.

it never closes at the same time on Friday it was closed at 8:30 p.m., Tuesday at 8:20 p.m. and Monday the 24th it was closed at 7:11 p.m.
My daughter is a student at Chambly high school and when she buys dinner at this Tim Horton, she is not allowed to sit down because the young people can cause trouble!! Your dining room is functional and lots of people are seated, and based on age you are excluding people??? This is really unfair!! Do you also exclude other categories of people? It would be good to indicate it so that we can know before going!!!!

I apologize to the young girl who endures a young man (2 coffees in front of me who told you to do that in an aggressive tone and with reproaches I really didnt like it!!! If he is the one Horton has no place in catering anyway whatever you have to say in order to reduce losses and or improve service we never make this type of comment in front of customers and there was a young black guy who was very upset about it. its stressful I will go back there out of obligation when I come back from the zoo the animals are not all in cages really a kind of control freak who is failing the very young girl who is super nice and smiling I almost told him TOO INTENSE RELAX A LITTLE FRANKLY! Just horrible
Im an early riser, its open at 05:00, the girl behind the counter always smiling even at that hour. I like to have my coffee and a bacon sausage wrap before starting work and she does it with a smile, quickly and courteously. I adore.

I seriously dont know why I keep going back .... Each time I go there are no more than 4 donuts left as well as muffins. I went tonight 3 hrs before closing and was told thats all they have left on the shelf. Thats exactly why there is zero cars in the parking lot. I will not be going back for the 4th time !! I will go to the other Timmys in chambly ...better customer service and always donuts available and a much cleaner establishment. Very disappointing again...

I went for chicken, bacon and cheese wraps with ranch dressing, but when we ate our wraps, they were mixed with other sauces. I had a ranch and honey sauce, another wrap with ranch and barbecue sauce, etc, etc... When you ask for something, you expect to get what you asked for, and I didnt get what I asked for...
On Friday October 27 at 7:45 p.m. no one at the counter to welcome us, we had to say Good evening, there is someone for 2 girls to finally arrive. There was nothing left on the counter, 3 blueberry muffins, 2 bagels and 1 type of timbit. As soon as they served us, they turned around, several customers arrived after us, all turning around due to the lack of choice. Very disappointing especially since it closes at 10 p.m.

Never seen such worse service, it makes no sense. I ordered the simplest one on the menu and they got it wrong twice. I return to the restaurant (I make a detour to return there) and the lady asks me for the ingredients. It s a morning sausage wrap, I don t understand why I have to tell him the ingredients for his job. I say they also forgot my potato, it s stubborn! She wasnt even the one who packed my bag, the young man had given me the wrap in his hands. They made me a hardy bacon wrap. She said to me in any case it doesn t matter as if she was doing me a favor. Yet they made every possible mistake. The worst part is that after my 2nd visit, I have my potato, but it is not cooked enough. Honestly, it s ridiculous, don t go there.
Very very dirty toilet
After several bad experiences in a row, today was...something. My mother placed a $40 order on doordash to only receive one Sandwhich. We requested a new delivery and the order was still not complete!! They sent 4 donuts stuck together in a box of timbits, and they are all stuck together because of the icing. Instead of receiving a meal, 1 box of donuts (+1 extra) and cookies at work, they received a sandwhich and 4 sticky donuts. We ended up requesting a refund on doordash. She showed up on site and the employees were obstinate about finding out who did it and complaining that doordash pisses them off haha In person, I havent been luckier. The last time I went there, I went back inside because I had the wrong drink and when I got home I realized they also gave me the wrong meal.

Had a crispy chicken bacon wrap with soup. The crispy chicken was cooked so hard that I had trouble chewing it and the soup was solid not liquid phew.
The employees are very polite. The service is very efficient and there are very few errors in orders. I congratulate them because they are only young people and they are often left to their own devices. I rarely saw an adult. Keep up the good work

Very disappointed, I give 0 stars (even if I cant) There are several times I went there and the employees were not very welcoming. But, tonight is the reason why I am posting this review. I ordered a strawberry and melon refreshment, then it tasted sour, not like usual where it tastes like strawberries. Then I order a blueberry muffin, but they are out of them, so I get a fruit one and it seemed dated and was inedible! Besides, it s not a first, and far from it at this point. I dont recommend it at all.

Incompetent and incapable! They should be taught to correctly calculate the number of sugar/cream requested in a cafe, and to CALL THE CUSTOMER when an item is missing from the order, rather than giving anything! And to make matters worse, it sends cold food, sometimes expired, in boxes and wide open bags.
Since the new management/owners took over this Tim Horton in December 2021, the service is lousy. FILTHY RESTAURANT!!!! Naturally, the quality of service has greatly declined as this was not the case with the previous owners. The team working at this location is VERY badly organized. I gave up on this place and I now visit the Mcdonalds next door.

25 minutes to get a coffee because they serve takeout orders before us. Employees do not have hairnets in their hair. Seriously lacking a supervisor and courteous service.
Bring your coat! Because since there was the first heat (end of May 2002), they have literally crushed the air conditioning!!! No prank! its always colder inside than outside, even if the outside temp is only 15-19C!!! Otherwise generally good, fast and courteous service.

Service ok, the young people are polite, but the restaurant is DIRTY +++++and it is very cold.
I have tried twice to get the St. Jean fruit bats so advertised in the media but each time I am told that there are none. I dont understand why advertise a product if you dont have it. Didnt Tim Horton try to improve its image by partnering with Justin Bieber, but if you dont offer the products on promotion, whats the point? PS the employee at the counter kindly offered me another product.

Ive rarely seen Tim so dirty! Very very very dirty, dusty, the tables greasy as well as the entire preparation counter. The front doors and windows could do with a good cleaning. Complaint was made to the manager, her response: were coming out of a Rush! ...... Im sorry but a Rush does not leave a thick accumulation of dust everywhere as well as very dirty display cases and the windows of the preparation counter. Really disgusting!

The employees are completely confused. They dont know the recipes (chicken coriander wrap) and dont give what they need (straw). And several items are missing (rice, iced tea, grilled chicken). The lemonade is hot... In fact, they gave me a regular wrap for the price of a delight wrap The radio must be #EnFrancaisSVP. The employees are nonchalant and casual.

Worst Tim hortons, I ve been here several times, the bathroom is unsanitary and the employees do not know any of the recipes. The employee asked us how to make a Tim matin blt on a crossant and he also asked us the ingredients, when we got our food we couldn t eat it. Employees need more training and manager needs to get more involved. Very disappointed, highly do not recommend this Tims.

Took longer than usual. But the person who served me was super sweet and helpful. She made sure she answered my question. And when her answer didnt correspond to what I thought, she made sure I still wanted my order. Why I put 4 stars was because the iced capp I got tasted strongly like coffee, different than every single other time I order an iced cappuccino. I asked for a farmers wrap and it was delicious, the one who made it was amazing.
