Amir in Chambly

We ordered for a family of 4 on the UberEats app. The application allowed you to combine promotions. Unfortunately, out of the 4 dishes ordered only 3 reached us (after waiting 1 hour 15 minutes). When we called the restaurant thinking there was an oversight, they said that since there were 2 promotions on the bill, they could not honor the order. I suggested they call the customer to find a solution instead of just removing an item from the order, to which they responded that they didnt have time to call the customers and that I was the one. only customer to complain about this problem.

For the atmosphere, we will leave the comments but not my cup of tea. For the flavors, not bad but on occasion, there is an obvious lack, for the portions, not constant, too much rice and potatoes and little meat. The price is correct but less so when the portions change. We really have the impression of being served food of lower quality. Consistency is lacking.

The quantity of chicken meat is not there!!! but really little!!! its the first time in my life to see so little meat!!!!! I will never set foot in this Amir Chamby.

Before going there we saw negative reviews but ultimately when we got there, we ate well. I recommend

Order shawarma received shish taouk. Asking for rice with my shish taouk trio not received. Plus everything was cold. I called the restaurant to let them know of all the errors. The answer is come to the restaurant and they will change your meal when I asked for it for delivery. South the menu is written with potato rice or green salad. Didnt receive either one. All this for the modest sum of 46.23 plus $5.00 tip. Completely lousy customer service

This Amir is the worst Ive been around. Untasty food, not fresh, cold, dry and flavorless chicken, mushy and grainy potatoes. The quantity is not there. Luckily I wasnt too lucky. Too much paid.

I just went to get a plate of shish taouk chicken lacking in taste uncooked chicken dry potato homemade salad it looks like it was from yesterday very disappointed $19 in the trash Im not going back thats for sure and I see several bad comments for 3 weeks good luck

How to lose a good customer? Your customer is in line. Once its his turn, you start to serve him. You make his first dish completely. When you get to the 2nd floor, you stop and serve not the next person but the other person who arrived later. Uber delivery? DoorDash? I dont care... I was next in line. 75% of my order is done. You dont stop to make 3 or 4 sandwiches and make me wait when Ive already started to be served. In addition, my 2 plates with pita bread cost me almost $50. I am not a 2nd priority customer because I am on site. You want to prioritize Uber and deliveries, good for you. Count me out! 1st come, 1st served has always been the rule. If you want to take a delivery order between 2 customers, at least dont start packing your plates. For me its no and Im not a person who changes my mind. Completely unacceptable. - I just saw the restaurants response. I was in line before the driver, I saw him arrive after the lady who was behind me. The order may have arrived before but I was there and my order was being made. You just started making the sandwiches for the delivery guys order even though you were almost done with me. The chicken was cooked, all that remained was to cut the quantity for my 2nd plate. I dont have time to waste making fake reviews. I give great feedback when its deserved, which you dont. I dont care about your 20 online orders. Im there and if you start my order, you finish it without stopping when its almost finished to do an Uber or DoorDash and no, he wasnt there before me. Online ordering can be but not the delivery person and he doesnt have to pass people even if its Uber. These orders may bring you business, but the way you manage them will cause you to lose some too. It is your right to be unfair and treat your customers on site with a lack of respect and it is certainly my choice too to leave and never come back, I am a customer. Im wasting my time moving around and waiting and you do this...you can be sure Ill leave right away. I eat out frequently every week and I can count on my fingers the times I have found the restaurateur to be as brazen as you were. There were 4 of you on the floor. Distribute the work so that you do not stop serving a customer when their order is almost finished for online service. Restoration in 2024 is very difficult. It is not by treating your loyal customers that you will survive. You can argue all you want, you handled this situation very poorly and it cost you my business. Do this every day and your restaurant will be like the 5 others who were there before you.

I know this franchise well because I often go to the one in St-Jean but this was my first time at the one in Chambly. Firstly we are welcomed with a big smile. Secondly the place is spotless and beautiful decor. And thirdly it s delicious and the portions are generous. I recommend this place. Parking: Several parking lots available.
