Its not like before, The waiter spends his time on his cell and we have to ask him to take the order. We eat there but we have to ask twice for utensils and plates. The pizza is burnt and seems to be made up of leftover pieces and it is cold in the center. Weve been going there for several years, but its over.

I change my rating to 3. I am really disappointed with the delivery. I ordered 2 -12 alldress and I received half alldress/peperoni-cheese and half hawaiian. I called back and they were supposed to send me 2 more Alldress pizzas and the delivery guy arrived with only 1 pizza. Moreover, the latter didnt understand ANYTHING I was telling him. Too bad because the pizza is really good. So no more delivery for me.

I had given a 5 star in the past for the pizza and the sub... But this evening I ordered the Chambly special.. and the cheese was a slice of Kraft Dinner style orange cheese ... In the menu we talk about cheddar.. Wowwww very good cheddar .. and not at all grilled as usual...

The pizza is good, but the service is poor. It must have been about ten times that me or my father ordered there, and there was a problem every time. Missing items, strange website, stupid or clumsy delivery people, hanging up on the phone... Gaffes too varied to blame a particular employee, but frequent enough to create a poor experience. The food is worth it, but always pay *after* you get it.

I ordered for the first time this evening. I had a combo which included 2 pizzas, a poutine and a 2L. The delivery man didnt give me my drink so I asked him. He told me I don t have it. He told me he would come back, he never came back. Quite a shame to have to pay online considering that the tip is already given, there would have been a lot less. The pizza is excellent. The poutine, the cheese is completely melted, the frozen potatoes are undercooked.

The portions are very generous for the price. The service is very pleasant with a beautiful smile. The only negative point is that the high tip is forced: 15, 20, 25 or 30%. I couldnt give 18%.

I have always been very satisfied with the meals and service I gave 5 stars. But yesterday, a big disappointment, not much cheese in my Poutine which was still very good. The submarine has little meat, really very little meat. To end on a positive note, ultra fast delivery. For this day 2 stars.

Order placed online around 7:15 p.m. 8:20 p.m. I call the restaurant to find out where my order is: its free for all, everyones throwing the ball. One told me to wait as she was going to see the cook, another picked up the phone and asked me what I wanted... I explained to her that I had just spoken to her colleague about my unreceived delivery. She tells me to hang up and call back so that her colleague answers the phone... I just ask her to tell me where my order is, she says yo wait ... Another one (or the first) tells me ask what I want... I explain the situation to her again, and she tells me that my order left 15 minutes ago . At 9:20 p.m. I canceled my order . Its valuable, I like the restaurant but its been twice in a short time that Ive experienced this kind of situation. I will change the rating if necessary since normally, I would have given it 5/5 without hesitation. In short, kitchen 5, service 0.

Excellent pizza, especially after about 90 minutes of waiting for delivery! After this trip: The pizza and its dough hold up well without being extraordinary and very typical of Quebec pizzerias. The tomato sauce was light and tasty, the bacon the way I like it, that is to say in real pieces and not in small dried cubes. My girlfriend and I came around the restaurant closing and the employees were kind to let us get a table even though the restaurant was closing in 30 minutes. The service is good and the restaurant decor is welcoming, especially when there are not many people. We ordered a special Chambly pizza with lasagna and fries on the side. The pizza was good but the smoked meat was dry and burnt. The lasagna seemed to be ok but unfortunately inside it wasnt totally ready and there wasnt enough sauce. The lasagna in the middle was a little cold which shows that they keep their ingredients in a freezer. The only positive side of the lasagna was the cheese which was well prepared and had a nice texture. Eventually, some fries were stuck together but overall they were tasty and crispy. In general this place can be a good place to stop if there is no other alternative.

The food is good and the prices are fair, but the room service really leaves something to be desired. Once, the employees were yelling at each other in the kitchen and the young waitress was visibly crying. We didnt go back for several months. Most recently, the waitress forgot things in our order, we had to ask her several times. We never got our drinks. There were no waitresses or other employees in sight most of the time, they were all in the back, oblivious to the few customers in the dining room. To manage to pay we waited a long time, and we had to knock on the kitchen door twice! The girl couldnt find our bill and we had to tell her again. In short, atmosphere and service really need to be improved if you want customers to eat there.

We had already ordered there a few times and we really like their food (very good quality, super hot food at reception, nice variety of products), so the situation disappointed us, but to err is human and the important thing is to knowing how to correct the situation, which was done brilliantly. We recommend the restaurant!

We have ordered from this place twice in a year. The first time, I had a shrimp pizza and I had indigestion. Yesterday I took the Fish and Ship and got sick a few hours later.

We ordered cheese sticks. They told us they would arrive in 35 minutes and it happened after 1h30. It arrives cold and not crispy. We ate them, but very disappointing. So I dont recommend this place at all

Okay so I ordered magic bread through uber eat, my food is a perfect 5/5. But the delivery was terrible, because they threw my order at the door (my window was open) literally threw it to the point that I heard it from upstairs. And call me to complain about the tip, because thats what pays for the delivery. First time and last time pizza tastes bland and greasy

I really liked my experience at this restaurant. We ordered two pizzas and a family fries. The pizza dough was well grilled and crispy, the tomato sauce was a little sweet, the toppings were in large quantity and of good quality. In short, we really liked our pizza. The fries were large and with breadcrumbs for an extra crunch, they were very good too. The service was fast and courteous.

We order quite often and its always a real pleasure! Its great to know in advance that it will be good and that delivery will be fast. The food arrives hot, the fries (which have become my taste again since the change of ownership) are very crispy and everything is tasty! But recently, as a bonus, the delivery man came back to my house a few minutes after he left to give me a $20 that I had given him in excess!!!! Well, I called the restaurant to speak to the boss to congratulate this super honest delivery guy. And I also say it to everyone here today: It really feels good to meet such honest and kind people. All this made me hungry... What if we ordered?

I order from here all the time, and I am never disappointed. Pepperoni Pizza is usually my go to. Their doughnuts are also quite good. Think of like Mr. Puffs but bigger.

$17 for 1 skewer (4 pieces) with rice, no vegetables + a salad. Half cooked chicken. No sauce for the subs. Restaurants far too expensive for what they offer.. quite disappointing

The pizza is tasty. The sauce is not sweet however I would prefer it to be a little spicy. The pepperoni is good quality. I always ask for well cooked otherwise the cheese is not melted and too white. The only sub I tried, the bread was too dry and the portion not generous enough. A little steak, lettuce and tomatoes for $18. Fast delivery for lunch and dinner.

Big disappointment!!!!! We ordered submarines With fries and the fries were missing. The Submarines, the bread was dry and the dressings were curry which really doesnt go with this dish. We will never order again.

The pizza is delicious! This will be our go-to pizza place in Chambly from now on and they deserve a better rating than 3.6 quite frankly!
