I waited several times before posting the review. The sushi is good but the organization of delivery is rubbish. 2h20 to be delivered, ordered at 4:50pm and delivered at 7:15pm. Lamentable . Its not the first time that delivery has happened in less than 1h30 and each time its the same excuses. Enough is enough, I find myself another sushi place

We were there to eat at the restaurant. At first glance, it was more of a take out than a restaurant but we were pleasantly surprised. The dishes (plates and glasses) were of high quality, the presentation was very beautiful, the sushi excellent (our best was mango tango ), the miso soup perhaps lacked a little punch but was good, the imperial rolls were also excellent. And we had the restaurant to ourselves to take our time and talk without feeling invaded by customers or the noise of the telephone. We even had Ambient music and an ice bucket for wine. Excellent restaurant, I highly recommend

The sushi is excellent. The ladys service remains to be desired with each order I have errors and as if it was my fault. Short customer service training. The restaurant is clean.

Permanent closure

I really would have liked to try the food, but I called to place an order for pickup - nobody answered my phone call EDIT - after seeing response from the owner : Apparently the restaurant was closed for renovation. They should probably indicate that they are temporarily closed or update their hours on google maps to reflect that.

The sushi is good! The waiting time was normal, 15 minutes. But when we opened our order at home, we noticed that the avocados were already browned and the smoked salmon too.. its not a big deal but that means its been out of the fridge for a while, well before our order. But the taste was still very good!

I order vegetarian sushi and small ones with avocado. I wait 20 minutes. I only receive my friends order. We were hungry so we shared. I say thank you in Chinese and she looks at me strangely. I got sick afterwards. I do not recommend it!!!!

Yes, its expensive: if you find sushi cheap, then expect to be sick and disappointed! Hiro Sushi Chambly respects the usual prices for a good dish, fresh and at the right temperature. He also respects the portions and thickness of the fish slices on his dishes, maki and sushi. If youre not happy with the delivery time, maybe you should bring your CVs there? Unfortunately, the lack of staff is a plague that many companies suffer from, covid or not. This changes absolutely nothing to the politeness, respect and good humor of the staff, whether during delivery or pick-up. Its really the place par excellence for connoisseurs and even if the delivery is sometimes a little long, I save all the time to order from them on occasion. Sitting down to a Hiro Sushi dish is comforting. Dont be afraid to discover the menu, little by little! In addition, small personal remarks are always carefully respected. Hiro sushi Chambly is my safe bet!

You pay for sushi to have fresh material. You could clearly see that the rice was at least a day old. Also, the volume of salmon with respect to rice was very small.

We had the worst experience with hiro sushi chambly! We ordered 2 hours in advance and while we were waiting for our sushi for 30 minutes past the scheduled time, we called and the young man told us that he prioritized take-out orders and that our sushi would be ready with a delay of 1h30. The least we could do, especially when the order was placed so far in advance, would have been to warn us... we canceled the order and went to get something else to eat. Be careful if you want to order takeout, your dinner could be ruined like ours.

Poor service! I am told that delivery will take a maximum of 1 hour 20 minutes and finally I receive the order 3 hours later! If someone had warned me, I would have found something else to eat! I had an extra $100 bill!

Definitely some of the best sushi Ive eaten, ordering from Hiro Sushi almost every week has quickly become a tradition for me. Impeccable quality, impeccable service, I recommend 100%!!!

Good service, lots of variety of sushi and always fresh food (as far as I have seen over the years). Our orders are almost always ready on time and, on the rare occasions when they were overloaded, our trays were prepared very quickly

Following an order on their site and a scheduled pickup time, when we arrived there, the order was not ready and did not seem to have received it either... It was a second chance they were given and it was the last. Disappointed with our order.

When I get home I open my poke bowl, there is a half dead fly crawling on the food. I call the restaurant and the owner offers to either prepare me another bowl or reimburse me. The sushi is excellent but their delivery service is very, very bad. Its been 2 hours and 15 minutes since I requested a delivery and Im still waiting. No one mentioned that there would be a delay and I called twice to find out what was going on and they confirmed that the delivery person was on the way without apologizing or offering anything. This is definitely the slowest service I have ever received in my life!!! In my opinion the delivery man is coming on foot. Ill give him my running shoes for next time...

Very good sushi, but a little too expensive if you dont get a simple combo. If we take 3 choices of sushi, we pay around $40. The sushi was excellent and the delivery was very fast! I highly recommend!

Delivery took more than two hours (a Tuesday evening!)....even though it was indicated 45 min-1 hour when I ordered online, and I took the trouble to call beforehand to be sure that it was!! And unfortunately everything is super hot.....we had to put them in the fridge for 30 minutes for them to be edible....never again

Your order will always be late. You order for 6PM show up at 6 and they even havent start your order. I tried multiple times always so slow to get your order. Dont bother ordering online they do not look at your order until you arrive.

We have been loyal since the beginnings of Hiro Sushi in 2009. We always take takeout orders and the whole family loves it. Its excellent and fresh.

The sushi may be good (or not, I wonder if Ill find out one day) but definitely dont have it delivered... The only chance you have of having it in an hour is if you live next to the restaurant... Once there, say it, we will adapt instead of waiting 1:30-2:00. Transparency would be more appropriate than the PCU excuse afterwards...

Very good sushi. A friend ate some in my face, I had to go. A beautiful card. I chose Phila #35 which you can see in the photo. The mini crunchy aspect of the sushi with the tempura I think enhanced the sushi even more. The sushi dessert with banana, strawberry coconut and tempura was delicious, I even added chocolate chips at home! Good little sauce with a little strawberry taste if I tasted it correctly. My friend also really liked his salmon Poke bowl. Looking forward to going back!

The sushi is excellent, but the order management is catastrophic. If you order on a Friday evening, expect it to take 1 hour longer than you are told. They take orders without asking themselves if they can do them. Really frustrating.

Service really not good! You pay by credit card and the girl who makes the transaction over the phone because the delivery guy forgot the interactive machine charges you $7 more without asking you and without notifying you. Check your statement carefully after paying!!!!

Super good service and good value for money. The sushi was fresh and custom made (I asked for a few changes and everything was done as requested) I highly recommend this location for takeout sushi. However, the place is very small for dining there.

I came to get a combo and asked to put it in my reusable container. I was refused to do so. In fact, there was already an identical combo ready and obviously, they preferred to give it to me rather than prepare another one. I liked this place and used to go there for sushi regularly. Although I understand that it is not easy for a company that sells take-out sushi to eliminate disposable plastic, I still think that such a company should at least do what it can to accommodate customers who wish to reduce their use of disposable plastic.
