Of all the Kutos, it is the quickest and delicious! Always tasty, never disappointed. I suggest the 2 salmon tartare with a bloody ceasar cocktail/mocktail (spicy).

I didnt receive my cheesecake in my order and I was refunded $5 for a cake that cost $9

The food is good, but for delivery or takeout orders, they forget the croutons half the time. When you pay extra extra because there arent many already, its doubly frustrating.

The Tokyo salmon tartare tasted like it was in the fridge. The taste was bland. It was more than ordinary for a restaurant whose main dishes are tartares. Although the staff is courteous, it is too big a disappointment. The soup was bland too. The Kuto de Chambly is the only one of the banner which, each time, when you show up there at lunchtime, does not offer the expected experience. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian tartars

I ordered a salmon duo tartare (which was still good) with an extra tuna tataki for $5 which on the website said (half portion) I got 2 tiny pieces (not at all a half portion ). Bland broccoli soup as can be!! I prefer the Kuto of St-Jean sur Richelieu by far...

I always get the bacon and maple salmon tartare at Küto de Saint-Jean and it is delicious. What a disappointment the one I ate this week at lunchtime. This maple-salmon tartare tasted like nothing, but nothing or water. As if the tartare had been frozen. My partner had the Mexican and same thing, bland, bland, bland. Very disappointing. We werent expecting the tomato soup served as a starter, its a very strange combination with the tartars. The waitress was very nice.

WoW this is a first experience for me at Kuto, I was next door at the old Burgundy and a few people had a meal so I decided to try that and ask the one who had come to carry the other peoples snacks (Élodie) to tell me have a maple bacon salmon tartare prepared and it arrives super quickly so exceptional service and phew my meal... tasty and really, really very good I will definitely be going back soon to have my partner and my friends taste it

Very bad experience for a 2nd time in a row. On Wednesday, I order online at 5:30 p.m. a Mexican shrimp and Mexican salmon poke for 7:30 p.m. 2 hours in advance. Im on my way to the restaurant at exactly 7:22 p.m. and the restaurant calls me to tell me that they dont have any thawed shrimp. 8 minutes before I pick up my order. Have you really just realized this? No excuses from the staff in place. Very ordinary!!! The other time before, I ordered online again and showed up on time. I was made to wait 30 minutes because they didnt have any rice!!!! In short for me, Kuto Chambly is synonymous with bad experiences!

Great service, smiling staff. Unfortunately the Menu has to be changed, it seems to save costs ;-( the Kuto beef is no longer, it is now the classic Beef without dill pickle or parmesan shavings... not as delicious.

The service was very good. I went there for my daughters. Basically, a tartare is not very complicated. Theirs are original but I think that $26 for a Poke Bowl wasnt worth the price, it was just ok.

First experience taking advantage of the Sunday tartare promo at 19 dollars. A delight! We had the nachos as a side dish, super good! Crispy chips, generous toppings. The portion of tartare is absolutely correct! We enjoyed ourselves

I have been there twice, first time 4 months ago, the first time on a Friday 6:00 p.m. in Chambly probably the biggest evening of all the restaurants in Chambly, take-out service with unreasonable delays order by telephone with precise times for the pick-up plus a good 20 minute wait at the scheduled time! Now this evening 4 months later on a Saturday evening 7:45 p.m. with an order made by web on a less busy evening than a Friday and once again 20 minutes of waiting longer than the scheduled time sorry I will never go back! Whats more, the manager didnt seem to care about losing another customer! Bravo Kuto Chambly, you care about your customers! Decent tartare but lousy service.

I really like the dishes at this restaurant, unfortunately, more often than not, items are missing from my order (at least 6 orders with memory error). I really want to like this Kuto branch, but when its not the missing extra croutons, the ponzu sauce, tonight, no rice for our 2 poke bowls...

Very nice little restaurant in old Chambly I was very well received and advised. The Tuesday tasting menu was fabulous. I had a poké bowl, a shrimp nacho and a beef tartar with maple syrup. Very nice portion and good price.

Quite good however the takeaway service is very ordinary, we are promised a 5 minute wait max... In fact 20 minutes of waiting in the street. I learned that our 3 tartares had been given to another customer... So we had to wait another 15-20 minutes... in the street. I joke that it deserves a more generous portion, I am told I dont see why, we dont have to apologize... Ok... fair enough...

A little bare decor, but excellent food

For me, today the Chambly branch has just hit its second and third takes and is no longer one of my choices. Kuto remains there, but elsewhere. Inventory management problems seem recurring and also order management. We always order online so we dont have to wait when picking up the order. A while ago we ordered salmon tartars. When we arrive to pick up our order, we are informed that they no longer have any thawed salmon and that our order will be delayed and they will deliver it to us. Received about 1 hour later! Today, ordered online and this time we were called back to inform us that they no longer had any sauce for the poke we ordered. Once again poor inventory management!! ... ok we choose Something else. When we arrive to pick up our prepaid order...surprise, we are asked if we can come back later because its not ready!! Really disappointed with this branch, fortunately there are others around us!

My wife loves tartars, she swears by the one from Oasis Surf! But now for tartare we go to Küto! The restaurant is beautiful, the service is great and the food excellent. There is even vegetarian tartare!! All simply perfect!

Good tartares, good service, good prices BUT I cant give 5 stars because the cake we ordered for dessert, the hug and kiss, was really disgusting, cheap grocery store cake, too sweet, which made us still cost $7!!
