The very bland and very expensive beef tartare. Worst ever tasted. The extremely salty croutons phews.. Definitely not worth the price. Everything was very expensive and restaurants were half empty for a Saturday evening. Ask yourself questions.

The service was slow, but the waitress was alone, for 5 tables. She was very nice. The choices on the menu are limited, and the prices are too high for the quality of the dishes. Fish & chips, The breading was not completely cooked inside, but the fish was good and a good size. The Tartare, 5 people tasted it, and 5 didnt like it. Chicken wings, ordered 8 wings for $16. We received 6 small wings and 2 small pieces of leftover wings. The taste was good for him. The Nachos are quite ordinary, and the taste is not there. The atmosphere and view is good, but probably much better on a summer evening.

Poor quality price. If you like pizza with cheese I dont suggest this place. Here is a photo of my $24 pizza. On the other hand, the server was very friendly and professional.

I visited their food truck and fell in love with their poutine with duck confit in beer sauce. So much so that I definitely went to visit the place in Chambly. Ill stick with the food truck...

Well located restaurant with a beautiful view of the lake. Good service. I ordered the fishn chips and the fish was generous and excellent but the fries looked a lot like frozen fries (they were still decent). My guest ordered the duck poutine and he enjoyed it. Even though we didnt drink, we had good service and no pressure to consume alcohol.

Although this place has a terrace on the waters edge, thats the only thing I liked. The toilet smelled so strongly of urine that I tried to hold my breath even with my mask on. Nice place, lots of choice and very good

Poor quality roast beef sandwich, meat full of tiraille with raw onions when they are supposed to be fried. My girlfriends beef tartare was also not good, tight in the meat. I definitely dont recommend. And its expensive for what they offer.

Honestly first and last time in 6 years and for the simple reason that I am insulted to be charged $11.50 for a bloody cesar VIRGIN I have worked in restaurants and bars for over 10 years to be told that this is the price for (the preparation of) a ring of celery and a piece of asparagus is insulting!!! If you go there the food is delicious the girls are super nice but its a big no for me. Damage ! The management team should review priorities on this subject

The pizza was average and really expensive for a pizza no bigger than a lunch plate $23. Duck pizza....2-3 pieces of dry duck which looked more like ham! A pizza, 2 beers (just large sizes) $57 ...for lunch near the bike path after returning from our hike. The only positive point was the friendly waitress. 1st and last time at this place!

Avoid, worst restaurant for us in at least 20 years. We are new to Chambly (from Brossard). So looking for good restaurants (3-4 times a week). Very noisy, lousy service. Starter: chicken wings burnt on the outside (oil too hot probably), one of the wings almost raw inside, and not a starter because it arrives with the meal. Sandwich...bofff.. My wifes hamburger is okay according to her, no more. I understand why the restaurant is empty on a Saturday evening, we dont go back a second time, as much for the service as the food.

On March 25, our friends and we (a group of 6) shared a meal which was marked by good humor and very good food. We had their hamburger and their fish & chips and everyone without exception was delighted with the quality on their plate. The service was fast and courteous and all our requests were met. Next time, we will surely have our meal on their spacious terrace which offers a breathtaking view of the Chambly basin. THANKS!

This afternoon I went to Mariuss, waiting at the door 5 minutes is good..... then thats where it got bad after 15 minutes we had to ask for water and after a another 5 minutes we asked to be served because no one spoke to us, the answer was it wont be long there were only 2 tables that were not served.... after another 5 minutes we were there left, and this like the table next to us.... lack of staff is not a reason, but you have to train those who are there because most of the employees on site did not know how to serve customers before serve the tables...even if no one was waiting at the door

By far the worst beef tartare I have eaten in my life! Not seasoned and cut excessively large. The bacon in the burger was uncooked and without any condiments. The plus point goes to the water view only!

Bad communication

Horrible ATTROCE service after 15 minutes of arriving we had no water after asking twice. We asked for a high chair from 2 different people without hearing back after 7-8 minutes I had to go get it myself. We were the only group of 10 in the restaurant with another table of 4 or 5 people there were 5-6 waiters/bossboys, no way to get service. There were at least 4 errors just in our drink orders, drinks forgotten, I asked for two different beers (because I suspected after a while that one of the two had been forgotten) I received a pitcher. The starters and meals for some arrived at the same time (quickly all the same) for others no, half of the table was already halfway through their meal and the other half had nothing. Two meals were completely forgotten. The drinks were BAD, clearly a completely missing recipe for at least 2 of them. After 6-7 minutes that we were served NO ONE at the table had a utensil or napkin I had to get up myself to put some on our table because all the other tables where there were no people They had utensils and napkin on the other hand... obviously several errors on the invoice, while everyone in the group was seated and in the same place from start to finish besides me who had to move a few times. Honestly the only positive point was the hostess at the entrance who was very friendly and much more than helpful than our own waitress.

Went today and really very disappointed. The general tao starter really wasnt good, I drank the bottle of water after two mouthfuls because it was so spicy and strong (orange sauce????) my mouth was on fire. So, not finished the plate. My partner fried squid, extremely salty and the Sangria tasted like water. We notified the waitress. Hoping that you will never serve as general tao to a child. Your entry prices are really not up to par.

Listen, Im not going to go through 4 paths rather disappointing service, I ordered a drink, a starter and a meal. Nothing difficult, the drink took at least 20 minutes to arrive which is rather long for a drink, but it wasnt that bad. After 45 minutes of waiting still not received my starter, after almost an hour I received my meal without having received my starter. The plate was also very disappointing! I asked for no peppers and onions and there were some. All this to say that it was not complicated to take a notebook and a pencil and then write down our order, the waitress did not write down anything about our order. But what we cant take away from Marius is its rather good atmosphere.

Worst experience of my life! I came away traumatized. Me and my boyfriend arrive, our table close to the window, beautiful view, only positive point and we wait. It took 40 minutes before an employee came to ask us what we wanted to drink. Not even water! We ordered 2 pina coladas, a virgin, both took 20 minutes to fill, 3 employees who were obviously on duty (although they seemed more busy talking to each other and laughing) and 3 TABLES TO OCCUPATE! In addition, the virgin tasted like water and the alcoholic one tasted like water and alcohol. Horrible! 8:00 p.m., an hour after ordering, so 1 hour 40 minutes after arriving, we receive my cheese burger and my friend his tomato pasta that we had repeated 5 times not to add onions. Not forgetting our panko shrimp starter which never arrived even after warning the waitress when we received our plate that our starter was missing. My cheese burger ball was sour, rubbery and my friends plate was FILLED with onions (knowing that the waitress made us repeat our order 3 times because she forgot!). On the menu, my boyfriends plate was supposed to be fresh pasta of the day with tomato sauce, shrimp and sausage. When it arrived, only 1 uncooked shrimp, the pasta was clearly not of the day and there was more more onions than pasta! $70 in the trash! Finally, what was supposed to be a little romantic dinner ends with us 2 sick people. We came out of there feeling sick and both were sick 30 minutes after eating! I am traumatized. My boyfriend and I are young, work hard for money and come out of there with $70 in the trash on top of being sick. I told my parents about it and they are even more horrified than me. So, if I were you, I would think twice before going.

False advertising on their site for the menu! They want to make money on peoples backs for a $24 burger Is arugula on the verge of extinction? Miserable service (apart from the knowledgeable waitress who served us), you had mayonnaise spilled on you when another waitress passed and this mayonnaise splashed all over our pants and the customers at the neighboring table. The waitress continues on her way because she doesnt notice it. The people at the next table and us couldnt believe it . Then another waitress 10 min later gives us a 3 dry napkin loll to wipe us up . I ask for a damp cloth with a little soap to remove the grease on my coat. I am told that they only have one linen. In the restaurant there is no other and it is not clean . Then the waitress comes back wildly with a pitcher of water and throws it on the ground without warning, thats it, the mayonnaise on the ground is spread all over our section and flows towards the next table. It s the ordeal that never ends . The next table had to tell the young lady to stop. The waitress after all her blunders didnt even say an apology. Frankly, we may no longer have any catering labor, but there are limits to being served like nothing. A frankly lousy experience. Oh yes, we also forgot to serve my starter. I still have a small thought for our waitress who seemed very uncomfortable with the two other waitresses who work with her (the one who leaked the mayo and the other rude waitress who gave us threw the water with his dry napkin) Good luck to the owner in finding a good waiter/waitress. To avoid! I ordered the beef tartare and shrimp tacos as a take out . The tartare was hot, because instead of croutons, I had the right to fries, which were also overcooked? This one reheated the meat of the tartare which was also VERY ordinary. The tacos were also dry, as there was no sauce inside. All for a total of $86 with the tips and my partners pasta. Disappointing!

Im confused as to the poor reviews, we loved our dinner at Marius! We were seated right away, and our waitress was lovely and attentive. My burger was absolutely delicious, one of the best Ive had, and well worth the price. My daughter is 2.5 and a picky eater and she devoured the kids pizza, I tried a slice myself and it was fantastic (My partner thought so as well). His fish and chips were good, but he agreed after trying a bite of my burger that it was the winner of the evening. The view of the water was perfection, a lovely place to eat and we enjoyed our stay all the way through.

No utensils on the table or napkins, we had to ask for them, no one came to ask us if everything was ok during our meal. So, for real, a $55 in the trash. The staff are having a lot of difficulty wearing their masks . In any case, think about it before going there.

I understand that we are in a period of covid, but there is no point in cutting back on everything! I wanted to encourage locals to go to pizza hut instead, but really disappointed. Me and my girlfriend always eat an average meal for two, but the average pizza almost looked like a bambino. No common sense!
