Mon conjoint est allé chercher le souper et dans la commande on avait demandé deux cheeseburger et on a eu 1 seul plus 1 hamburger. La liqueur était pas bonne, elle goûtait l eau. Dans une commande passé mes croquettes ont été oublié. J avais rien dit parce que c était un nouvel employé mais là ça fait beaucoup surtout au prix que ça coûte.

I thought that McDonalds had the same prices... A Buffalo chicken poutine + a Big Mac $18.14 ..versus the same thing on St-luc in Saint-Jean $14 and something... Next time Ill know where stop...

Clean place, expensive food but ready quickly. Courteous service, but only one person in front who doesnt stop, seems overwhelmed and you can feel it when you arrive.

Second opinion. This restaurant already leaves something to be desired because it is impossible to find a clean table and the same for the toilets. Before in McDonalds there was always someone cleaning. It seems that profit is more important than respect for the customers who keep the place alive. But the food is always better prepared than the other Mcdo in Chambly. I dont understand the bad comments. Ive been to this McDonalds four times now, once for self-order and three times inside. I have always been satisfied. Much better than the other McDonalds in Périgny.

This evening, Drive-thru service at 6:47 p.m., order served at 6:53 p.m. when there were quite a few people, but the service was incredibly smooth! Never seen before really Congratulations to the whole team!

Bring your fly swatters, cleats and disinfectant. The floors are slippery, the tables are dirty and there are lots of flies (see photo). The first months after opening everything was adequate, unfortunately there was a great deterioration in the hygiene of the place.

the restaurant is always very dirty, in the evening it is worse. Many employees behind the counter but not 1 bothers to pick up everything lying around and wash the tables and floors. They all prefer to talk to each other. The young teenagers come home with their bag of chips without ordering anything and go to sit in the back, it looks like a meeting place without consuming. No management after 4 hours all children viewing your cameras you will see for yourself.

A dead fly on the childrens yogurt. I went to point it out to them, so they would pay more attention. I stood for several minutes at the cash register, the manager who was unpleasant saw me but did not come to speak to me. It was the one who took care of our table who came to ask.

The employees are very stupid and they dont understand French, the orange-haired lady is pitiful basically she should retire and it takes an extremely long time just to receive a juice

Going there in the evening is complex, on a Thursday no one understands what I say even though I speak French. I dont receive the right order so I go inside, the manager sends me the employee but who only speaks English so I dont understand. So I had to leave with my 2 orders instead of getting one refunded or giving the right thing... 2 weeks later again the wrong order on a Friday

Nice place. Nice big cold fizzy coke. I couldnt have asked for a better post-brush meal in my entire life honestly. Excellent big mac sauce ration and not too much ketchup in the double macs, that s what we like. Another day spent being happy to be alive <3 thank you McDo Parking: Cristie nice parking lot, plenty of space and right next to the mailboxes if you ever received your mail! I would add trash cans on the other hand, I admit that its rough walking to the trash can after having stuffed myself with 2 bigmac trios and a bacon mcmuffin in the time to say it was lost in my tank. I recommend.

Helloooooo, its been 20 years that I have been able to fill my glass with glass at MCDONALD, here today in Chambly I am a tourist, I order receive my meal, until then everything is ok, I arrive to put some coke in my glass, well you know what!? The liquor crystal is no longer at will, I ask the gentleman, hold on can you refill my glass he says to me and I quote you have to pay again ha bin tabarnak!!

Much better than the one on Périgny! My only complaint is it takes awhile for the food to be ready.

Clearly this morning I didnt grab the good employee (the one with orange hair) as stupid as her feet. Who doesnt let you finish your sentence on the microphone.... the other has a French accent and is much more polite and courteous. Finally I did not receive the correct order I asked for a sausage trio with extra large coffee... received a bacon sandwich, no potatoes and a blt bagel.. VERY disappointing this morning and obviously no bill to try to follow up on what was punched on the cash register... other than the 447 sticker on the coffee

Order to the car. Perfect fries, big mac well done. Hot too, nothing to say excellent.

Cleaner and much better managed that the location on Périgny. Its also much more quiet and has slightly less seating. The atmosphere is bright and much more pleasant than many other locations.

No employee who speaks French after 8 p.m., disastrous!!!!!

Newly installed in the middle of a residential area; very disappointed with your choice of cedar hedge . Are you sure that there were no cedars even shorter than those of a few inches (and already half yellow) that were chosen? Maybe with a little luck, your neighbors in the neighborhood will be able to aspire to a little peace and privacy in 20-25 years? (If the cedars are not all dead after their first winter)

lots of employees, and lots of customers. 30 minutes to receive an order on site. the order taking was defective, it took us 2 interventions with the staff in order to receive our order in 30 minutes. No supervisor on site I wish the owner of this franchise to do well and finally invest in his business.

Very friendly and helpful employees. The service can sometimes be long, but our orders have at least always been error-free. Very nice restaurant, pleasant atmosphere.

The service in terms of waiting time to receive our meals is extremely poor. I had to wait literally 20 minutes inside the restaurant to get a simple McFlurry, which by the way was completely melted once received. I asked for it to be redone, but 10 minutes later the employee had completely forgotten to do it. I was angry, and I am a very patient person. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have had to wait between 15 and 20 minutes. I would like to advise the owner of this McDonalds that it would be better to better train her young employees so that they are more efficient in their work and make fewer errors when ordering.

This is the worst MacDonald Ive been to, three orders three mistakes and the coffee is not well filtered. I think its nonsense, employees should be well trained before serving. If this continues he will have to close his doors. They dont deserve any stars at all.

Open for barely 2 months, and we can already see that the maintenance leaves something to be desired. The counters were poorly cleaned and the same for the washroom. I wouldnt even give 1 star but I had to give at least 1 to leave a review. Well, first in all real McDonalds the drinks are served by us and not by them so we can decide to have half one kind of drink and half another for example I like to have half or 3/4 iced tea and the rest fruitopia with orange or strawberry... and in this mcdo since they are the ones who serve it with their automatic machine or whatever the machine they say that its like getting 2 drinks for the price of one... uh it takes the same quantity in the glass... tk in addition they dont do refills for drinks, they tell me that its not allowed but in other McDonalds its allowed even that we could stay the day to drink(a way of speaking in exaggeration) but hey this McDonalds steals customers without it not working like the others. We pay for a drink which usually has at least one refill and the drink of our taste but they do not allow it. In addition, I ordered a Buffalo quick wrap with grilled chicken, and despite the label (grilled) stuck on the packaging, I had crispy chicken, I know that errors are common in orders regardless of McDonalds and even we are not in the test of also having it in other fast restaurants, but my first experience allowed me to know that when I want to eat McDonalds, I will travel a little further to go to another McDonalds other than this one and give my money to the others because the experience is different and elsewhere I at least have the feeling of being less cheated by going or that I will be able to drink a beverage as I would I like and in addition to being able to take a second time to have a few more sips. I never thought I wouldnt be able to be served in French in Chambly.... the waitress only speaks English, got our order wrong and made us wait 20 minutes at the drive-thru for 2 wraps and 1 fries. Theres no point opening a new McDonalds if its going to be like that.

Unclean restaurant. Overflowing trash cans, tables with dirty trays, cold poutine sauce and very slow service!

Not efficient service! Placed my order at the in store kiosk! After 3 people who came in after me and 5 vehicles at the drive through were served after me, I asked what was happening with my order! I had to give them MY ticket so they could understand what I was talking about! They prepared my order (13 minutes later) and I left! Checked the order in the car and found that they hadn t given me what I had ordered! Went back in and had them prepare my entire order from scratch! Fast food!? 25 minutes from the time I ordered! And, no offer of any type of compensation! Never again at this McD s!

I am disappointed with all the young people who shout and who throw fries at each other, I think who probably has no manager or supervisor seeing as who lets the young teenagers make the tables was all dirty..Im not going back there anymore, Im going to continue going to the other one. chambly

By far one of the best McDonalds we have in Quebec

went twice for breakfast meals in the last 5 days. First time, my bagel had more cheese outside than inside, my tea had honey drips that made the outside of the cup sticky. 8 min wait time... second visit one kiosk had corrupt display, they had no more cream cheese for the bagels. I made a complaint on mcdonalds website and have not been reached yet and its been 5 days. This is not the usual Mcdonalds experience that Im used to at the other locations
