Très belle expérience. Petit restaurant, donc ambiance chaleureuse et calme. Le menu découverte est super pour goûter à plusieurs de leurs créations.
Nourriture excellente et service impeccable! Par contre, nous nous attendions à avoir une belle vue sur le bassin de Chambly, ce qui n’est pas le cas du tout. La salle à manger a été aménagée dans l’entrée du bâtiment, laissant les beaux points de vue pour les bureaux du Strom. Un peu dommage pour les clients du resto…
C'était notre deuxième visite et je dois dire que la déception était présente cette fois-ci comparé à la découverte de ce magnifique restaurant il y a de deux mois de cela. L'attente pour le service fut long (1h) pour commencer. Nous étions les premiers clients. la plupart des plats étaient trop salés. Service plus que passable . Je reste persuadé que ce restaurant saura nous faire saliver à nouveau en automne prochain et que le service sera plus attentionné que lors de ce dimanche midi.
Food was excellent, very nice presentation, well thought out dishes, great flavor. One thing that can be improved is speed of service. It took too long between courses. I strongly recommend and I will go back.

Un 10/10 sur tout!!! D’abord la beauté de la salle et la localisation, ensuite la qualité et la gentillesse du service et enfin… la qualité des plats!! J’avais même peur que la quantité ne suffise pas, finalement c’était amplement suffisant! Allez-y sans hésiter.

A restaurant that stands out for the finesse of its flavors! Outstanding service. Decoration which has some shortcomings. Stencil painted wall and horrible straw mural which takes away from the chic and contemporary aspect of the place. It would be better to say goodbye to the 1980s. Besides, the menu has everything for the 2024s!
A little pearl on the south shore! Its a shame they didnt keep the back terrace of the Fourquet Fourquet but otherwise everything is excellent!

Too bad, the service and good management are not there. We made a reservation and called the restaurant several times during the day to add a person. We left a voice message before noon for the evening to say that someone would be extra and to call us back if there was a problem. Having no return call, we took the road (45 min drive). We arrive, the restaurant has been open since 1:30. We see the display on the telephone at the entrance, the messages are not taken, they have no idea and return to our house because there is no room. In restaurants, checking the messages when you start your number is the minimum, especially when you know that people are traveling.
The discovery menu was delicious and generous for the price! The menu varies frequently, a big plus! We will definitely return. Thanks for the improvised mocktail! Wow experience.
We had a great time, both me, a vegetarian, and my man who wanted to try everything, it was a beautiful, impeccable gastronomic experience! The chef took great pleasure in bringing out works of art for us! Everything was an unimaginable compilation of ingredients that were sometimes better known but unfortunately neglected and sometimes completely unexpected and so delicious. Small, intimate, cute place, full of character, in good company, that is to say the waitresses/manager, cook (Simon Lalancette) and sous chef. A heart of place to discover Vegetarian options: The ingredients, the sauces, the spices, we are bombarded with succulence!!!

Sublime culinary experience executed with unparalleled know-how. A WOW all round, we tried almost everything on the menu and NONE of the dishes disappointed us. The flavor and creativity were always there. The service was impeccable and attentive. Excellent new restaurant on the south shore where we will return often as the menu is changing!

Fresh produce, healthy food
One of the best restaurants we have been to in 2023. Fred our server was very competent in addition to knowing how to advise us and taking the time to answer our many questions! The only downside was that it was very cold, otherwise a perfect score for the rest of our evening!
