Excellent chicken. On the other hand, for 3 weeks, their lecoqduroichambly website has no longer worked. When we got to the payment stage, we were asked to try again in 2 minutes and it never worked.

Really very disappointed asks for a vinaigrette and doesnt receive the right one and charges $2 more for asking for the salad to be separate I call and they tell me that they cant do anything and whats more, theres no manager or even boss on site and the operator hangs up the line on me and when I try to call back she hangs up without even speaking

We ordered by phone for delivery. We received the delivery but with an error. Were calling to let you know. We are told there is nothing they can do. Then we are offered credit. I explain that my children are hungry... and credit is useless in this case... I was told to order elsewhere. I then ask to speak to someone in charge. Im told he doesnt have anyone. The employee refuses to identify himself. I wanted his information so I could speak to his boss when he returned. Finally I managed to speak to another employee. After a bit of a salty discussion, she understands me and sends me a small pizza. This is much appreciated. The pizza arrives, really overcooked. I have nothing else to add.....

I placed an order by phone, more than an hour later it still hadnt arrived and the restaurant was closing soon, so I called back to make sure we hadnt been forgotten, after all a mistake it happens. The lady on the phone told me that there must indeed have been a mistake, but that my order must now be gone. I asked her to check to make sure she was really on her way. After checking, she comes back to me and tells me that yes, my order is on its way and should arrive very soon. Ultimately we never received our order and no one attempted to contact us. The next day I called back to share my frustration with the fact that I bothered to call and ask to be sure my order would arrive. Not only was there no manager or superior with whom I could speak, but I was only told that unfortunately they could not do anything and that the lady on the phone the day before had no way of knowing if the order had really been made the day before. Finally she told me that the only thing she could do was to send me back my order from the day before just now, but that since I had not received it the day before and therefore I did not have to pay I was going to have to pay for it. I really liked this restaurant for the food, but clearly its under-resourced when something goes wrong.

We didnt order this evening, me and my girlfriend, it takes a minimum of $50 to have what we did delivered to Marieville, 2 of our dishes ordered were incorrect, one which was a club plate instead of a burger meal and one that had regular Mayo instead of Chipotle. They didnt want to come back with the good dishes and say that they cant do anything about the wrap with the mayo and I hate mayo. Too bad we liked it but its over were going to encourage another restaurant. Customer service a big zero.

I was charged $6 more than my online order total and the delivery took quite a long time. The quality of the food leaves something to be desired, look elsewhere.

We wanted to encourage a local merchant and we ordered our dinners from Le Coq du Roi. Very satisfied, it was excellent and we feel like we are helping a fellow citizen by spending our money with them to enable them to survive in this time of Covid

Normally I give this place 5 stars because its better than Benny. Ive always liked Le Coq du Roi better for 20 years. I loved the crinkle fries but they changed to regular fries. For me its over. I wont go back there again FOLLOWING THIS NOTICE, I WAS TOLD THAT THE CURVED FRIES ARE BACK, THAT IT WAS ONLY FOR A WEEKEND. SO I WENT BACK AND IT WAS EXTREMELY GOOD.

Mediocre, delivery 1:15 a.m. food not fresh. Spending $60 to put it in the trash, didnt want to know anything about rectifying their mistake, got no refund, got yelled at and hung up on the line.
