The service is dreadful, the staff ignoring us and talking instead of even acknowledging our presence or serving us. It took over 10 minutes for someone to come take our order and didn’t bother asking where we were eating. The line cook has zero communication with the front and has this terrible attitude towards her work and food when the kitchen is visibly open to the public to see. The fountain machine barely works and they didn’t warn us either… in all honesty this place needs a management meeting. The food is very good but the lack of service ruins the experience and atmosphere.
Great dive bar decor with touch of skate park. Concept of buying burger and sides separately. The Jaws, spicy fish burger, delivered on all fronts. The Goofy, cheeseburger with bigmac like sauce, was on par for a snack shack. The onions rings and fries were good. Generous portions.
Overpriced for the portions they offer. The Maui poutine (duck confit and roasted onions) was disappointing. The meat was very bland, tasted like it was boiled with 0 seasoning, not even a little bit of salt, and definitely not ‘confit’. This is the only poutine I’ve tried so maybe the other choices are better. Also the service at the counter is not attentive. They don’t announce your order or check on you once the order is finished. They just put it on the counter and leave you to figure out which one is yours. This was frustrating because there were many people waiting.

Went here for brunch with a friend, I was really excited to try the burger as it seemed like it would be an amazing place and when my food came it looked amazing. The burger turned out okay not as amazing as I hoped but nothing that I wouldn’t eat. I found the patty relatively dry and the burger itself did not have enough sauce. Additionally I feel like the burger was overpriced. My fries on the other hand tasted wonderful, very soft, yes crispy.
We ordered their onion rings, and a large Maui poutine (which comes with confit duck and roasted onions). This was a to-go order, but they didn’t leave any vent open on the onion rings box. So, by the time we got home, about 10 min after leaving the restaurant, the onion rings were already soggy and not crispy at all. That was disappointing. However, I have to admit that the soggy rings still weren’t bad from a taste perspective, so I believe they are probably very good if you can get them while they are still crispy and fresh. This is one item I would order again, especially if I was eating it there. The poutine on the other hand was just fine. A pretty standard type of fast food poutine you’ll get in Quebec, though it could have used a bit more cheese, and a *lot* more meat. It cost $20, so one would expect a decent amount of protein be included, but what you see sprinkled on the top in the picture is all the meat you get for that price. Kind of a big ripoff, in my opinion, but you can judge for yourself. If you are thinking of getting a poutine, my recommendation would be to order the plain one instead of spending more for one with toppings, since you don’t get much for the extra money. We didn’t try any of their burgers, or anything else on the menu, but we did notice some poor reviews talking about the quantity of meat that you get, which seems to echo our poutine situation, so that’s something to consider before ordering one of those as well.
We visited from out of province and the service was outstanding. Being celiac I'm very apprehensive about eating at restaurants like this but the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly with lots of recommendations. My poutine was phenomenal and had no issues after.
While I appreciate the fact that the restaurant offers keto icecream / burgers and poutine options there some flaws specifically with the burgers. I expected to receive a nice juicy hamburger patty in my lettuce wrap but the patty size is no bigger than a single patty cheeseburger from Mcdonalds with way too much lettuce for the wrap itself. The Keto burger while a nice option is way too small for 14$ and you are better off getting bunless mcdoubles and just buy like 5 of them for that price. The poutine on the other hand was excellent and so was the ice cream. The decor is nice and so was the staff my problem is really just with the burger size / price ratio. The overall price is a little much but I understand we are trying to eat a non traditional way with Keto. For 2 basic burgers and a large poutine our bill was 65$ which really felt like a lot but I wanted to see the burger size first to see if it merited the cost.
They are the best, everything is excellent, the food, attention and place are 100% recommended and the takeaway orders through the app are the best

We went there for dinner last Saturday evening. We didnt know this place. The fountain drink was room temperature and ice was not available, the table was sticky and one of the restrooms was out of paper. Furthermore, $41 for 2 decent but ordinary burgers, 2 small portions of fries and 2 hot fountain drinks seems overpriced to me. The decor is interesting overall and the welcome from the employee at the counter was good. In closing, it would be nice to pay attention to spelling and agreement errors in your menu and in the restaurant. It would be a nice touch for your customers.
Food quality is no longer what it used to be. Something is always missing from my order. Undercooked fries. Really disappointed. Too much money for undercooked food

Restaurants where we order and the employees bring the meal to the table. Several items on the menu. We went on a Saturday around 6:30 p.m. and very quiet place. Fast and courteous service. A small constructive comment would be to put the menu outside to allow us to take the time to make our choice. Being a burger lover, I will definitely go back there.

We came to eat for dinner with the children. The friendly welcome was great. I ordered the shack burger for myself with poutine. I asked for a childrens menu burger for my daughter with only cheese at her request. The burger arrived fully garnished, without paper napkins to wipe with and without a fork for my poutine, the reason for my 3 stars because overall the food was good.
Food was ok nothing great. Our Naanwich had so much sauce that it was really messy. It took a while before we got our food.

Very disappointing experience. Ive been there 3 times now and each time Im always disappointed with the service. 1. Makes a mistake in the order (a fairly simple order) 2. Major lack of hygiene (does not wash his hands after taking a break or does not wear a hairnet) 3. Cashiers are always on their cell phones and ignore customers. 4. You order online 1 hour in advance and you arrive and nothing is ready. In short, lack of rigor in customer service.

The service during the week is *terrible Everything is bad at this restaurant. Staff is kept to a minimum. The young person who receives scratches under his sweater, the back of his neck and then takes our food, WITHOUT washing his hands. Error on several points with several customers waiting. Mr. Owner: clean up, because it s MAPAQ that will come see you. Its not normal for the young person to try to find out whose burger it is by opening and taking the burgers out of the bags, even undoing the paper, to find out whose burger it is, because they dont remember. It makes you nauseous! The meatball was undercooked and hard. The canteens are going to open, avoid this restaurant! I threw it in the trash...unable to eat it!!

I had given a bad opinion on their celery root fries which were really too thin see at the end of this text, but now that is corrected and they have a sized fries and they are very good. Thanks to Shack Attakk for making the fixes for their customers. Former Notice: Im a loyal customer of their celeriac fries, but what a disappointment to see their change. That the prices increase is expected these days but whats more, they decrease the quantities and the fries were cut so thin. Thinner than julienne strips as if they had passed the celery root through a cheese grater. It was very disappointing.

The food is good!! For example, it was really dead in the restaurant and the three floor attendants were talking so loudly behind their counter that I could hear their entire lives!! A bit disappointing to feel more like I was part of their conversation than enjoying our food

Their poutine sauce is really good. The burger meat is ok (Harveys style) and the fries are ok.
I give it a 4* because I think the burgers look like those at Harveys... Unfortunately for a more upscale restaurant, that doesnt seem right to me!! On the other hand, we really liked the idea of iceberg salad or bread The Poutine was very good The milkshakes are also very good.
Disappointed. We ordered 3 burgers and not one matched the description! Two burgers had no bacon and the third, although noted without pickles on the bill, still had pickles! And the duck one, you had to look for the duck! It was a delivery so we called the restaurant directly to complain and they told us that it was a big evening and that there was no more bacon...!!! Could someone have called us to let us know perhaps? If you cant fulfill your orders, maybe stop taking them??? Give us a discount equivalent to the amount of extra bacon...??? .... In short, we paid for a product that we didnt get! And on the phone after insisting on compensation, I was told that next time we would be given extra bacon free of charge, provided we came to the place next time...??? Without taking my name? I dont believe it! The 2 stars is for the quality of the food.

Hello, I came Saturday evening to pick up food for Fathers Day. I had 3 hamburgers, some smoothies, some milkshakes. In short, disappointed a little with the customer service, the waitress, no smiles, it looked like she was tired, tired. In short, catering is difficult, but you have to give your 100%, especially when there are customers.

This a nice place to look at, the decor is awesome. I am disappointed with the burger, the last time I ate here is was delicious and juicy fresh. This time it was obvious it was a frozen burger, dry and compacted. Tijuana burger has nothing to do with Mexico, it is mostly chilly sauce.
They hamburger overall was good the vegetales looked fresh the patty was dry and did not taste amazing but was not bad, the restaurant is very nice facilities attractive for your eyes , fries nice my wife got a poutine that was really good overall hamburger 3 stars and poutine 4.5 stars.

Unfortunately the fries in my poutine were clearly frozen fries that reminded me of those from the high school cafeteria. My boyfriend likes his hamburger though!! Last night there were four customers in the restaurant and there was waste almost on all the tables as well as under the tables and the trash cans were overflowing. As I usually go to Saint-Hilaire I was disappointed with the restaurant in Chambly!
Perfect for a stop after a nice bike ride. Outside, everything is super accessible, and the food is surprising. All this while we keep an eye on our bikes.
I loved the burger and the sweet potato fries, but I can admit that the prices are a little high. I give a 5 star for the food, because it arrived in a reasonable time and the taste was very good. Then I recommend the spicy mayonnaise for the fries, it was delicious. However, Im only giving the service one star because the cashier didnt leave us with the best impression at all. From the stupid look to the way he spoke, I no longer wanted to stay there to eat. The employees all seemed unhappy to see customers, as if their conversations were being disturbed. So, I think 3 stars would be appropriate for the experience, and I would hope that the service would be better for other customers.

Delicious burgers. Clean, well organized. Friendly staff. The Hors-piste burger was the best. My dad loved it. I tasted a bit of the duck, so good. Shackburger was really good. Absolutely worth the drive to chambly.

Burger restaurant with a truly unique atmosphere. Unfortunately the prices are too high for the portions in my opinion. Too bad there are no trios per se (fries and drinks are on the menu).
The food is good, but you have to make sure you get the right dish. More than once I ordered a chicken burger and when it came home it was beef. The people in the kitchen dont wear hair nets or beard nets. The cashiers are certain that this is not an obligation, the MAPAQ (Ministry of Food) seems to say the opposite... The owners should check that the employees are well trained because the food is really good. The price for what you get is very good. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. Edit: I went back today. I placed my order online, and it was canceled because they had too many orders to handle on site. No problem, Ill come by later. Im given a credit, anyway Ill come by soon for my order. I go there and people still dont have a net! Unacceptable. I place my order, I am told that credit cannot be taken to pay the invoice, it is only online! I already sent an email to customer service with my latest review, at their request and they never responded. Terrible customer service and unnecessary follow-up. I made a second complaint to MAPAQ, accompanied by photos and videos. I hope this place changes management, or at least management because the current situation is incredibly annoying. I have never been so poorly served repeatedly in my entire life.

Superb experience when ordering takeout! My wife went to get Shack Attack for the first time yesterday. It was delicious! We each had a Shack Burger and a milkshake, strawberry-chocolate for her, strawberry-vanilla for me. Really good, especially the spicy maple bacon! Indeed, if you want a burger for $5, you can cross the street and go to McDonalds to order bland food. But at Shack Attakk, we seriously get what we pay for. Special mention to the clothes that will definitely be part of my wardrobe this summer!!!
Very disappointed, my first burger in a long time and it doesnt serve fresh meatballs, but frozen ones (like the ones you find at the grocery store), the poutine is good, but it lacks cheese. Last time for me.

Really very good. Small signature touch hot engraved in the bread presenting a quality product. Ordered Friday lunchtime for a good meal with colleagues, without any regrets, a very good experience which will certainly be repeated. The steak was excellent, but definitely a frozen product. Quite a bit of water was coming out. Excellent ring onions.

This restaurant is a little gem! Being visiting with my husband who is celiac I came across this place by chance. Imagine they have a Celiac button on their checkout! The kitchen is equipped to serve celiacs: the fries are made in a separate fryer, they offer gluten-free breads and they have a gluten-free poutine sauce!!! The food is also good quality for a fast food restaurant. My husband enjoyed it! I recommend this place to everyone, but especially to those who have a problem with gluten ingestion. We will definitely go back! If I may make a suggestion, it would be nice to have menus available in English too :)
I recommend! Good restaurant, good portion with a young theme. Hamburger fans will be served. Plan on average $20 per person, because drinks and fries are not included (a la carte purchase). But one of the best burgers in town. Additionally, terrace for outside dining. Good BAG!

Superb place. We left Sherbrooke to go try this place. We really liked it. For those who complain that its a bit expensive, there is a McDonalds on the other side of the street and for those who want to have a great experience to spoil themselves. THANKS.

I love it and so do my loved ones going over and enjoying either a NAMBURGER or a dipped ice cream cone. It really is the place par excellence in Chambly. I come from Saint-Jean-sur-le-Richelieu and I can tell you that you have upgraded many places. In terms of quantity, proportions and retro music..... we felt like we were in the 80s!!!! Bravo for the originality of the exterior and interior design. And a big thank you for the work of your team. Do not let go !!!!!

The food is okay but omfg the wait is crazy horrible. I ordered at 5:50 pm on a Sunday night for pickup with uber. They said the ETA is 6:13pm so I got there on time....and waited until 6:45pm !!! For 1 burger!!! In the picture is food sitting there not because theres no one to pack them, but its coming out at such a slow pace that the orders are incomplete. The cashier had to go in the kitchen to help them lol.

I have modified this review. I removed the 5 stars and put two. Prices have increased by more than 10% and quality has fallen. A basic poutine at $15 you expect to have more than a thin layer of cheese and almost no sauce. A friend who owns the oldest Italian restaurant in Chambly told me one day, you can raise the prices, but you cant lower the quality, youve done both. Also the last time I had ice cream, the dip was much thinner, like diluted. Too bad, it was a good address, I wont go back there again. I wonder what will open as the next restaurant in this place.

A restaurant to absolutely discover! The theme is really successful and a perfect atmosphere in the restaurant. As for food, the burgers are delicious! Soft bread, original recipes and superior quality to other places. For dessert, I recommend the slushie made with fruit puree (the best Ive had in my life! Mango + raspberry) and the Paletas (mango coated in matcha chocolate. Really delicious!)
I knew the Shack Attakk in Mont-Saint-Hilaire and I was really happy to learn of their opening in Chambly! It s really a must, for meals or for their creamery. People who say it s too expensive can go eat at McDonald s across the street! You eat good food at Shack Attakk; their burgers are good and their ice cream dips are plentiful!!

I just discovered the Shack Attack in Chambly. I was already a fan of the original in St-Hilaire. Now closer to home, this new spot is as good as the original and even more spacious. Sweet.

Visited for lunch on September 26th. Food was good, but waitress was rude. We were a fairly large group and made a big order. Once the food came, it was rudely dropped onto the table, no effort was made to clarify which burgers they were despite us clearly having trouble to differentiate. We were hoping for the same great experience we had in St. Hilaire.

Everything is a delight: from the burger, to the poutine of the month (with bacon, cheddar, preserved onion and... apples!), without forgetting the soft drinks! And what about the decor?
