We waited almost 2 hours for our order, makes no sense! the food is good but the waiting time is a disaster
I NEVER write reviews, but I feel like I have to say something. I got a Sunrise Pokebol to go last Sunday (August 20th). The salmon was absolutely soaked in both hot sauce and the other (cream) sauce. If I lived closer by I would have gone back with it. Not even sure it was the smoked salmon. I also have to note that the person preparing it took an inordinately long time in preparing it. I don't know what happened, but it will be a long time before I return.

Asked ahead of time some food for St Valentine and had to wait 40 min with other 20 some people. I was lucky, some people were waiting for over 1h30 and stayed there when I left Very disorganized, they had 7 or 8 people and were running like chicken's without their heads not knowing what to do. When I left they only gave me Spicy Mayo sauce, no standard one and were saying that they were out of sticks so ahaha. Won't go back there for sure
Placed an order online at 10:30 am for pickup at 6:00 pm. Our order wasn't ready for another 50 minutes. Waited inside. This place is small and they are not even respecting the COVID social distancing rules. Won't be back and not recommending this place.
I placed an order at 4:00. They told me that it would be ready at 6:30. I showed up at 6:30. There was TONS of people waiting in line. At 7:30 it was finally my turn just to be told that they cancelled my order! No warning! No phone call! Worst place ever!! Worst customer service! They didn’t care that I waited 1 hour. Never again! Went to a new place instead. Kiki sushi in Chambly is amazing! Update: they tell me to email them and the email doesn’t work! How horrible!
I ordered at 7:30pm, I was told it would be ready around 8:00pm but I finally got my order at 8:45pm. I can understand a 15 minutes mistake but not 45 minutes, especially not after waiting half an hour. The restaurant was supposed to close at 8:00pm, not sure what happened. Also I was told there is no combo with around 30 pieces but looking online I just found one (combo L).
This was my first visit here, the sushi was really good but I'm not satisfied with the service that I got. When I placed my order they warned me it would be 50 minutes, which I appreciated knowing in advance. However, when I arrived my order was not even started, they started it after I paid. While waiting, another customer picked up his order and got offered so many options to go along with his order, he even got a sample of every sauce they have. He didn't even seem interested but said sure, why not, he ended up leaving with 6 sauces. He got an excellent service! Then, when time came to collect my sushis, I got nothing offered. I asked if I could try some of the sauces they have too and they said no. They said the man got them because he had a loooooot of sushis. I saw his order, my order was bigger. Then, the woman said that what she's trying to explain to me is that it's because his sushis go with those sauces. They gave me 2 soya sauces for 3 people and when I asked for more they said that I'm asking for too much sauce. Most of my sushis were fried, at other places I also get some sort of mayo sauce with those ones. They finally accepted to give me a sesame one but said next time it would cost me. Honestly, i'm done with this place, it would be nice to not have to share my soya sauce with my friend. After spending 50$ of sushis, waiting over an hour, having a hard time getting at least one sauce for each person and feeling like I wasn't getting the same service as another, no thanks. There are other sushi places. It's too bad because the sushis were very good.
1:05 hour wait for an order of two people!! Three people behind the counter! Dont go there! Doordash has top priority! Stay home and order! Even single people received their order before ours, there is no order of priority. Sticky tables full of soy sauce, I asked for a rag to do it, the waitress hands me napkins with a stupid look! Poor service
Among other things, we had a Calypso sushi and it stank of garbage. An order for $76.75 and we barely ate anything.
The food is good, but the girl at the cash register is stupid as can be. Its been 10 times Ive eaten there... I told myself it might be a bad day... But no, its still just as stupid... The last time I eat there, no fun being served by a stupid person...
I ordered Doorsash and the delivery man waited 25 minutes, its a total lack of respect, these people earn by ordering, they dont earn by time so we could be wasting their time!! Have some empathy and if you cant, turn off the app
Very good sushi! The original bubble tea milk tea is super good too. Relaxed atmosphere. They take the time to make fresh and beautiful sushi and it is worth the wait for better quality.
We took the order online around 1:00 p.m. The person who answered the phone confirms that it will be ready by 5:00 p.m. I arrive at the restaurant on time, I wait 1 hour there. I ask them if its ready, finally my order has been ready for 15 minutes and they havent informed me. Meanwhile, around thirty people are waiting in line and things are not moving forward. Many people leave the restaurant empty-handed. The management is terrible. You have lost a customer. On a positive note, the sushi was good.
Ordered online 2 days before for 6:45 p.m. and on the day to collect the order we had to queue with people who had not ordered and whats more, after 15 minutes of waiting the order was not ready and we had to wait another 20 minutes. We wont come back again.

The service and waiting time is unacceptable. You place an order 1h30 in advance. You call before going there and they tell you that your order will be ready 15 minutes later and finally you get there and you wait another 45 minutes longer than the new time given. Whats most annoying, when I got there, the restaurant was full of people in the same situation as me. There were 3 delivery people waiting for over 30 minutes. Im wondering why not reduce the number of orders available each hour to have a slightly more reliable service. 1 hour wait is insane. Parking: Some parking spaces available shared with other businesses.

Order 3 hours in advance to have your order 45 minutes late. Place orders at the counter before ordering online. WoW you respond to each of the negative comments to promise us refund stories. After 2 weeks still no return. Same as your deductible.

First time writing a negative review somewhere, but the service from the owner was absolutely lousy. I placed an order for $60 for 2 poke bowls and a sushi pizza and the pokes were not provided at all, almost no salmon and tuna and bad salad. I then called to share and ask for a solution, two stupid employees told me that they couldnt do anything and then the owner told me in a rather stupid and arrogant way that she couldnt do anything about it. to arrange, she didnt care about losing an honest and loyal customer who admitted to being surprised since I usually dont have a problem. Really disappointed with this service, not encouraging at all.
Fresh food, great service, exact order
The big downside is really the wait. I always order by phone to ensure as little waiting as possible on site. This evening, I am told to come quickly. Ive still been waiting there for 20 minutes!
Forget the on-site option
Im used to ordering sushi, I order it from several places. I loved sushi shop. unfortunately during my last order at the sushi shop in Chambly (a 50 Deluxe platter for $90) it was not edible. Unfortunately it looks like old sushi made yesterday and of unacceptable quality! since I was picked up at 7:45 p.m. and the restaurant closed at 8 p.m. I could only call the next day at 11:00 a.m. when it opened. a person named ADA (the manager) answered me. She doesnt know how to apologize and offered me a $20 credit on my next order. I kept the tray with me to show them that I only ate 10 sushi out of 50 because it wasnt good. I would have appreciated receiving a new tray and giving them the chance to correct the situation but no negotiation possible and ADA quickly had a 2nd line so the call was very brief. One of the worst places in my opinion to order from. I will never go back there and I hope for their sake that they will find a solution because looking at the other comments and their overall rating I am not the only one. very damaged.
I always order in advance and its never ready when I come to pick up my order.. I even come later than the time at which it says my order will be ready but its always the same thing. .order not ready.. moreover the employees are not smiling at all.. if you can go to the one in st-jean I recommend it, better service and always ready on time!

I have always had excellent service from the owner and employees I already had a mistake by Uber Eats and she accommodated me something she was not obligated to do!! I have always received super good quality sushi despite an error in like 4 years of ordering. Yes the wait is sometimes long but that goes with the number of orders it never bothered me and in fact these are just normal and thats something to take into account. All in all, I have always been super happy with my orders and the service!!!!!!

Worst place! I ordered several hours before showing up and when I arrived there was no service, a line of 15 people and no one to answer us. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting they told me that my order was not ready and that it would be ready in 30 minutes. Very very poor customer service. Extremely frustrating. I left without sushi in the end.

The 2 poké bowls ordered (umami and salmon/tuna) were delicious. The balance between the amount of sauce and the other foods was perfect. People who give a bad rating I dont understand. The wait is worth it because it s made instantly so it s always fresh and delicious.
I ordered 5 pieces of sushi with a small dish of chicken karaage around 5am. I went there around 6 a.m. and had to wait 1 hour inside the restaurant to eat my cold and dry chicken which had been forgotten on the counter for over 30 minutes. It was my first and last experience at the sushi shop.

This restaurant is not, lets say, the best managed sushi shop.... the employees are nevertheless very polite but should let us know if it will take 2 hours... I dont mind waiting but dont tell me 20-30 minutes.....Its laughing at people... Update ! Im going back after a really long time because I had forgotten their super good service... I take several sushis it costs me almost $50 and on top of that I give her a tip.... wow mistake.. she refuses to give me spicy mayo AND soy sauce! ..... seriously its the only sushi shop that is this stingy. Ive never seen that! I dont advise anyone to go to YUZU instead. This will be my new restaurant!

(Many comments are along the same lines as mine) I have been coming here regularly for over a year and its always the same thing: you wait 15 to 45 minutes despite the fact that you called a few hours before indicating the time you will come and/or your order includes errors. When you talk to the person at the checkout, they say That s how it is, what do you want? » The last time I insisted (I was told before that there was no one for complaints) to speak, I believe, with the owner, explaining to her all my previous disappointments and she apologized without more. She ended up telling me that it would never happen again. Well, tonight is proof that the situation has not been resolved. I called at 4:00 p.m. for my order which I wanted for 6:30 p.m. The lady confirmed to me that it would be ready at 6:30 p.m.: It s certain sir. I was there at 6:30 p.m. Its 7:00 p.m. and my order wont be ready for 15-20 minutes, so 45 to 50 minutes late. The explanation I was given: we don t understand why and they didn t apologize and even less try to offer me compensation. Two other people are waiting next to me: one has been waiting for 1 hour 05 minutes and the other for 50 minutes. I doubt the owners want us to stop going there, but they are organizing it this way. On a Friday evening, we took the trouble to call ahead and were told there was a two-hour wait. Ok, no problem, we can understand. We showed up at the mentioned time and were told that no order was made since we never called. We are almost insulted since we order a large order before closing. No sorry, no offer from them, nothing. Sushi bieeeeen better elsewhere. This is our 4th time and we will be returning again.

I took the trouble to do it and I never heard back. Generally speaking, we eat well, but lately, everything is bland . A flavorless Poke bowl that tastes like water. Nothing is more disappointing than wanting to treat yourself to a good meal, but never being sure of the quality and taste that awaits you.

I have ordered twice from this branch and both times the wait time was incredibly long. The first time, I ordered online and prepaid online at 1:00 p.m. so that my sushi would be ready that evening at 6:00 p.m. I show up at 6:00 p.m. and I am told that my order is not ready and that I have to wait (place where at least 4 other customers are also waiting). I finally got my order at 6:52 p.m. (52 minutes of waiting for an order pre-ordered and paid in advance... nice!). I returned about 2 months later with an order once again placed online and prepaid online (on a Monday evening this time compared to a Friday last time). Order placed at 3:00 p.m. to take possession at 7:40 p.m. (the restaurant closes at 8:00 p.m.) so I told myself that I would wait at most 20 minutes if they were late. Well no, I got my order at 8:21 p.m. once again with a 45 minute wait.... To add insult to injury, 25 minutes after I was placed in the order waiting area I was told that there is no lobster left for my lobster taco sushi and we are going to replace everything with crab, but for the same price... Being tired and knowing that my girlfriend has been waiting for me in the car for a long time I I said yes to finally go eat. Whats the point of pre-ordering and pre-paying if customers wait 45 minutes once they get there? Limit orders or have more staff to respect pick-up hours or send a text or automated message to warn that delays may be expected. I have read lots of other comments like this so change your way of doing things to offer better service. Also, if the delay is more than 30 minutes, notify your customers so that they can go do something else rather than having to wait like hell. The sushi is delicious which is why I give it 2 stars and not 1, but this was officially my last visit to this branch. too bad because the staff is super friendly and seems to work hard, but as the delay is ridiculous and I have other things to do than wait, I wont go back.
I order at 5:50 p.m., Im told to come 40 minutes later. At 6:30 p.m. I go by, they cant find my order... (Neither by name nor by phone number). I am asked to wait again.... I pay and leave with my Sushi. At 8:00 p.m. they call me, I kindly answer I finally got my order, you forgot me they hang up on me... I guess I deserve it, I dont understand but oh well. ..

The sushi is disgusting. I bought it just after I gave birth and I was looking forward to it and it was really hot. Even the bubble tea was hot. I ordered on the phone and when my boyfriend went to pick it up no one knew about my order. He had to wait more than 40 minutes there. The tartare sushi were soaked because the breadcrumbs were waterlogged. REALLY BAD!!!!!!!
Nachetez jamais de carte cadeau ! Ça fait 2 fois que je me fais avoir avec 2 cartes cadeaux différentes et ELLES NE FONCTIONNENT PAS ! Typical sushi shop!!! I paid for things that were never given to me. 0ordered a soup with an extra tempura shrimp that was not added. Ordered a roll that was missing 2 of its main ingredients, and regretting that i spent my money there!!! If you are in Chambly, try and go to Hiro Sushi instead

Jamais elles nous ont mentionné quil y avait de lattente, aucun dédommagement. Quand on tente dappeler davance pour commander cela prend 10 appels car la ligne est toujours occupée.

At 6:40 p.m., we were told in another 15-20 minutes. Obviously, they charged us when we arrived at 5:30 p.m. Reimbursement at 6:40 p.m. Result, Valentines Day without a meal and marked by the absence of the dad for more than an hour. Very poor management. We make you believe that we will have our meal and make us wait to keep their sale. I do not recommend this restaurant in any way if you want to celebrate a family event.

Très bon endroit pour prendre des sushi à Chambly. Le personnel est courtois et connais très bien son affaire. La bouffe est bonne, spécialement le Poke Bowl Volcano. Le délai de préparation est assez standard comparez avec dautres places similaires. Je donne 4 étoiles seulement parce que le sushi shop Atwater est encore meilleur au niveau qualité générale de la bouffe.

Ordered 2 sushi tacos at 3:30 p.m., I was the only one in the restaurant and received my order at 4:00 p.m.! When ordering I ask what Ponzu sauce is, she tells me she doesnt know. The tacos are ridiculously small for $10 for 2. Last time.
Extremely long waiting times! More than 1:20 wait! Even if you call first the waiting time is super long! Terrible service from those in charge, no compensation for waiting so long!!
Good amount of sushi option on a budget
Never seen a place take so long to prepare an order! It has now been more than twice that it takes more than 1 hour 15 minutes for an order for one person. What a lack of respect; never seen this! Even in the middle of dinner time, in a sushi restaurant where there are even more takeaways than in the restaurant, the wait is never that long and we are talking about a simple counter here!!!!!!! Dont go there, really. I wouldnt even give one star, but I have to in order to publish
