Yuzu sushi in Chambly

Seriously wow the sushi is incredibly fresh and the service is impeccable. I order sushi every week and this will be my new place every time!! Thank you so much !!

I ordered a platter of sushi for $113, the box where there was no mention of the number of pieces compared to the others on the menu. When you look at the detail, it gives the impression that there are more than 80 pieces, but afterward, you realize that there were duplicate descriptions, but in reality it was half as many , there are only around 40. No sense in a $140 bill with 40 sushis, there was nothing really exceptional, no hearty sushi, the Bao really left something to be desired, more bread than toppings. Truly a disappointment all round.

Sushi quality: The sushi at Yuzu Sushi is absolutely delicious. They are prepared on site and of impeccable freshness. Each bite is a real treat for the taste buds. Price: However, lets talk about the price... Sushi is expensive, really expensive. Its the kind of meal that makes your wallet hesitate to come out of your pocket. Experience: I have never been disappointed with the quality of food in this restaurant. Its always a pleasure to eat there, despite the high cost. Downside: The only real downside is the price of sushi. They could clearly be much less expensive. I would go more often, and I think many other potential customers would. Alternative: If youre looking for a more affordable option in Chambly, Poke Poki is a much better alternative. You can enjoy delicious dishes without your bank account worrying.

**GO ELSEWHERE!!!!** We usually go to Kiki sushi but this time we decided to try Yuzu since they offer a soon to be mom combo with pregnant sushi. What a mistake! More than mediocre service garnished with arrogance. Limited payment options so I had to waste my time in the middle of rush hour going back home to find a payment method that suited them. Owner on site doesnt want to hear anything. Sushi had been prepared in advance so all fried sushi was made soft. Order over $100 and they add an amount for a bag without notifying. Everything is priced 1.5x more expensive than elsewhere. Disappointment from A to Z. A first and a last for us. Do yourself a favor and order your sushi elsewhere.

Not so much a place to eat on site. The sushi is always fresh. They dont come from the fridge. The telephone service is really good and the order is always ready at the scheduled time. Parking: Several places available

I went to this restaurant once and it was probably the last time. The service is OK but the food was terrible, I was feeling sick all evening afterward. Probably spoiled fish. Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian sushi. Parking: Small parking lot but enough. Kid-friendliness: The food has options for little ones. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to access restaurant.

Exorbitant price for tiny pieces. It looks like samples. The taste is ok, nothing special that will make me come back compared to all the other sushi in the area which have much more generous and tasty portions for half the price. General Tao Chicken, tiny portion of 5 small pieces of chicken for $17. I gave it a chance despite the high price in my online order but I was very disappointed.

Its going to be a few times that I went there with my girlfriend... its going to be 4 times in the evening that we eat the 40 pieces of the chefs choice and the 4 times we have diarrhea... (we are not intolerant to anything except lactose) . Please bring people to look at the freshness, it s still raw fish!

Amazing local sushi!

This is the 2nd time Ive tried this restaurant. Not really happy the first time so I decided to give them a second chance. $68 worth of sushi, they forgot to add the soy sauce, ginger, wasabi, and chopsticks. So this restaurant wont get a 3rd chance.

I take the trouble to order at 10 a.m. in the morning to be sure not to wait too long because with Mothers Day it would clearly be busy... 1h20 late for my order... Management of non-existent orders

Many times I order and my poke is missing a vegetable. Already there are only cucumbers and avocados (apart from lettuce), if you remove the avocados it would be good to replace them or make a discount

We ordered a platter of 40 pieces of chefs choice sushi. This was really disappointing as we had access to plenty of variety including cucumbers. All the unpopular choices ended up on the board. Sushi not fresh. Really disappointing.

Very disappointed again Telephone order placed at 5:00 p.m. Preparation time is confirmed at 5:40 p.m. We are there at 6:00 p.m. The order is ready... I am asked my name 3 times... the staff is lost My daughter placed the order I dont know the details Im here to pay and pick up. I pay and leave with the order, arrived home, my daughter tells me that at least it is missing 3 items... we check the invoice I call... the store, voicemail 3 times then I speak to someone... who puts me on hold and asks me the same questions several times... with it wont be long... and yet it lasts! I explain that there is a lack of sushi and a poke bowl Suspicious (?) they ask me to come back with the order we took... I answer NO that we have already unpacked and its been more than 10 minutes on the phone that I havent made a mistake and its them... who made a mistake. finally after repeating the same thing 4 times my daughter had to go back and get what was missing (they didnt offer to deliver to apologize) and... The soy, the chopsticks and the wasabi are missing... (in fact there is but we have 40 sushi and a thimble of wasabi) Then the avocado sushi is replaced by cucumber... exactly what we asked for! Very disappointed to leave more than $110 for such a service, its not the first time weve gone there, no one is responsible, the employees dont know... So 1 hour later we ate feeling like we were liars. Finished we wont go anymore!!

The welcome was warm and they came to give us part of our order after only 5 minutes of waiting to make us wait. The rest of our order arrived after another 5 minutes. The sushi was delicious and the staff was attentive to our appreciation. We recommend this restaurant.

After asking me what time I needed my order, I told them I could come when they think they have enough time to prepare my order. (I called at 5:45 p.m.). I was told that my order would be ready by 7:30 p.m. No problem, I am aware that it can take a long time to prepare good sushi. Only, I showed up at 7:40 p.m. to give them a little more time to realize that they hadnt even started my order! I stood there standing there for almost 2 hours before receiving my order. If it wasnt for the fact that my partner was looking forward to sushi for her birthday, I would have just left. Needless to say, the evening was ruined and my partner and our guests were practically starving when I returned. The whole thing would probably have been forgotten a few days later if I had been served otherwise. But unfortunately, not even a word of apology, nothing at all! I wasnt even offered a discount coupon for my next purchase, or even a free roll or dessert for the wait time caused by their lack of planning. They lost a good customer. Satori in St-Jean is delighted, Im sure.

The sushi is excellent, nice variety and very kind staff, only one small negative point, when you order on yuzu live and it gives you a time that your order will be ready add an additional 10 to 15 minutes. I recommend it without hesitation.
