On a Sunday evening no regular soup Not spring roll. When you can no longer make people ask for mercy

Ordered a pad see ew beef with baby but extra. My partner picks up the order (to go); The babies arrived home but were not included in the dish. They were billed though!

I arrive around 11:15 a.m., the restaurant is not open, even though it says it opens at 11 a.m. I call around 11:30 a.m., the gentleman answers me but tells me he doesnt understand and asks to speak English. By law, it is mandatory to be able to serve the customer in French. I do not recommend encouraging them!

disgusting I ordered on ubereat not thai vegetable the noodles in small pieces overcooked it was soft and inedible

Noodles not cooked! No tofu in my padthai and 4 shrimp. $32 in trash!

I asked for extra sauce and I have never had such a dry meal. There were only 4 pieces of chicken.

Terrible customer service. No hello, no smile, no thank you. We have the impression of disturbing them. If at least it was good. It was the last time.

Phew what a bad service! Well my chicken padthay and my wifes ginger beef, not exceptional but ok. But the service of an arrogance and coldness worthy of the name. The menu on the display was too small to read while keeping a distance from other customers, in response to our questions about the menu to the cashier, extremely cold and replied its written on the display, no patience and very hard. Really to the point of never going back there, once too many times already.

Very dirty entrance windows. Speaks 10% French... General Tao Chicken lasts very small pieces and the quantity is ridiculous for a $15.08 meal and lukewarm it looks like its just breading around a micro piece of chicken. No ice available and the liquor is served lukewarm, I asked for a bottle of Pepsi from the fridge for the same price, nothing to do. 50 cents more I have to pay... Not satisfied the gentleman!

I went to Thaï Express, I was happy. I came out angry. Its not normal for the cook to speak badly to the employee with him without embarrassment in front of the customer the employee who seemed to be doing the best they could. The employee cooking the food avoided me when I greeted her, responding with a smile at my smile. Dont encourage a place with such miserable customer service, it was the last time I went there. I hope the mystery shopper will come across this employee ;) Ps; There s nothing in the spring roll #deception The guy clearly seems to hate this job! In my opinion, he deserves to be fired, he scares away customers.

We often go to Thai express, but this one is really not clean, poorly washed cabaret, dirty floor, poorly washed table (sticky), my partner went to the toilet and when she entered she came out there was something that looks like dry vomit on the floor

I ordered a Thai + beef soup...here is what was delivered to me...I am still looking for the pieces of beef...nothing to do with the photo on the menu. Its just broth and noodles.

The general pad thai for my part is really not great the breading on the chicken is very soft its really ordinary. Plus I asked for not spicy because Im pregnant and it was spicy so I ended up not eating anything with an order of $45 for 2 general pad thai! :( But otherwise the usual regular pad thai is super good and I like padsew too!

Disappointing experience, this is the second time we have ordered from this place and for the 2nd time we are not satisfied... The quality of the dishes has really declined and a pad thai made with teriyaki sauce is a big no for me.

Very poor customer service!! Refuses to change my meal because its not what I wanted. He tells me that its already done, that its too late and that its not his problem. He even refuses to reimburse me and he dares to want to charge me for another meal if I want to change it. Besides the horrible taste! Last time I went there and I dont recommend it to anyone, $15 in the trash. From a pregnant woman who would have made you eat it in your mouth of phat thai.

Im never going back there again. My spring rolls were not cooked, they were just soft dough, not crispy at all. Refuses to change them for me even though Im polite, tells me its normal, persists and doesnt look at me while continuing to cook and laugh in his language with his colleague!!! Arrogant, racist staff and lousy customer service.

I really liked what they prepare, I ate different delicious dishes and very good portion of food. In terms of organization between the cooks, excellent coordination on their part is due to their personal discipline!!!! Well done to the whole team!!!

Nothing positive, pad thai without sauce and curry chicken (no chicken just peppers and onions with a ton of rice... real steal.

I order a TomYum soup! I expect this, and I get this! Almost no vegetables, bland taste with fried tofu with questionable texture... Very disappointed...

Pad thai with tofu not edible, the tofu is dripping with oil, no taste, and the pasta is overflowing with sauce, never mind!

Large portions but the soup is not very tasty. I recommend the noodles which are very good though!

Used to be a place with good service. Just called to have food delivered like many times before, we just got as an answer Use uber eats or door dash then then hung up. Im going to point out that they used their delivery guy usually, if you switched to door dash and uber eats its fine, but there is a way to talk to people, as I value respect, cant recommend this place anymore.

Atrocious.... Welcome without consideration or politeness... If at least it was good! Disgusting. I had a regular beef fried rice and a Pad Thai which is usually delicious, not edible... I threw it all away. Ashamed!

Ingredients quality is very bad. General thai chicken was about 4 days old and extremely dry, was unable to chew. Barely any sauce so that doesnt help. Staff doesnt look happy to receive you either.

I ordered a General Thai Chicken and received the dish already made from someone else and it was inedible. Cold, the chicken pieces were dry and tough. I asked for a trio and they didnt give me the roll. Very unpleasant experience.

Green curry tofu is always what I get everywhere I go, but this one was really bad, quality of the tofu and sauce needs to be reviewed. A general thai chicken with rice would probably have done the trick. phew the smell of chemical smoke when you come home...blocked drain? Finished for me.

I asked for the vegetarian sauce, advising them of my intolerance to gluten (as indicated on the Thai Express website), I was told you want the vegetarian or gluten-free sauce I replied that I did not know that there was a sauce without gluten... I receive my order 20 minutes later.... Its just the noodles and the meat, no sauce!!! Honestly, this Thai express disappoints me every time, DISGUSTING tofu, everyone looks super stupid every time!!

1h30 wait to receive my order by delivery (in the same city as the restaurant is located). Thai soup without vegetables, just a lot of rice vermicelli and a few pieces of meat.. The broth tastes like hot salted water I called to report it, and I got a stupid response from a gentleman who said but yes ma am, there are vegetables in your soup. I know that the photo is never what we receive but there are limits...

Bad service. The two behind the counter never support they are stupid and dont talk.... no napkin 5 min to have an iced tea from the fountain. Not strong.

Disservice. I asked for extra vegetables and got a meatless dish. When I mentioned that they had forgotten the meat I was stubbornly told that I just asked for vegetables with more vegetables. I had to pay extra to add meat. But I had already paid the base price of the dish (fish pad prik pao) plus extra vegetables. My dish was going to cost over $20! I refused and left with my bowl of vegetables (60% onions) for $16!!! No lime at the condiment counter.

Horrible experience, when I arrived there, one of the workers was cleaning the countertops using a wok to store the dirty water and rags, when I saw he was about to use the same wok to cook my food I asked him to use another one, he very rudely answered that he was the professional and carried on using the same work that had dirty water and rags in it, all he did was rinse it, it is extremely unsanitary, theres a reason buckets exists! You dont use the kitchenware you cook with to store dirty water!! Im disgusted

I went there around 1:30 p.m. and the food served (roll and chicken) were overcooked and dry. Too expensive for the small quantities especially when you have to throw away 3 pieces of tough and dried chicken... very disappointed...

The food is the same quality as others in the chain. But they are anal about their water policies . When we want a glass of water and take it with us, they force us to buy a bottle rather than serving it in a sealed glass. In terms of customer service, its average.
