32 Queen St, Charlottetown, PE C1A 4A3, Canada
We went for breakfast. Order was cooked and brought out exactly according to specifications and in the correct order. The owner/cook is perfectly attentive to your needs. Just like mom (in the best possible way)
Just there because it was so close to the hotel. Should’ve paid more attention to the reviews. One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Slow service/almost none existent. Took forever to get a menu, not asked about drinks, got that order wrong, asked for water twice, still waiting, daughters and wife’s order was ok. My order came with bacon (ordered sausage) said it was ok and didn’t mind bacon instead. The gentleman (owner?) came back with a separate plate with 2x sausages and asked bacon or sausage and proceeded to bring his hand over top of my plate, as if to pick the bacon off. Trust the negative reviews, this place is terrible and grossly overpriced. One of the worst experiences on the Island. (August 10 visit)
Probably one of the worst experience I had in a breakfast restaurant. Portions are ridiculously small ( I had the small breakfast which consisted of ONE toast, ONE sausage and ONE scramble egg for 10$), no potatoes, no fruits and no coffee included in any meal. The bill was 70$ for our family of 4 and we ended up at the Black Kettle for our coffee and to finish our breakfast.
Food was good, prices were higher than what we would normally pay in Ontario, the service was prompt and friendly, very convenient location right across our hotel (Delta), Washroom was clean but the dining area needs a little tidying up but to be fair it was a busy morning ...
I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at Linda's in the heart of Charlottetown, and it was an experience filled with coziness, friendliness, and warmth. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a welcoming atmosphere that felt like a warm hug on a foggy morning. The location couldn't be more perfect, nestled right in the heart of Charlottetown. It's the kind of place where locals and visitors alike gather to start their day off right. What truly sets Linda's apart is the genuine friendliness of the staff. They make you feel like you're part of the family, and their warm smiles brighten your morning. It's the kind of place where you can strike up a conversation with a fellow diner at the next table without feeling intrusive, or simply enjoy the art that adorns the wall. And then there's the food. Linda's serves up breakfast that's like a comforting hug for your taste buds. Whether you're craving waffles, perfectly poached eggs, or a hearty omelette, you won't be disappointed. In the heart of Charlottetown, Linda's is more than just a restaurant; it's a cozy, friendly, and inviting haven where you can savor the warmth and comfort of a delicious breakfast. I left with a full belly and a happy heart, already planning my next visit. Linda's is a true gem that captures the essence of breakfast done right!
Service was a bit slow, sadly It took around 20 minutes just to get our order in and there was only one other person there. I think the woman working (owner?) was attempting to cook, serve & work cash all at the same time?! Definitely need to hire staff to make the experience better for the customers - especially for it being so pricy! A can of orange juice alone was 4$😳
It is definitely a nice cozy spot. But for the portions, and taste I found it over priced. I definitely won't return. We got the waffles, they looked amazing but were nothing exciting, I have had better, they were served with a crazy amount of chocolate and topped with some fresh fruit. My daughter had the egg, bacon and toast . Small breakfast off the kids menu... also found it a bit more expensive compared to other places... the service was just good. I really am disappointed I am not giving a steller review... this place just didn't meet my expectations. So unfortunately I won't be back. I paid $60 after tip, for 2 orders of waffles and a kids breakfast. Coffee and a juice. I really didn't expect a bill that expensive. And the portions seemed rather small for the price that was being charged.
Food is amazing, and staff are lovely! They offer table service and we sometimes stop by to get hot drinks to go. The owner waited our table - we said we would share a dish. We did not ask them to do this, but they split our order up for us in the kitchen and brought it out own two plates, which was so thoughtful! It was delicious. We ordered the chicken shawarma wrap with fries. We will definitely be back! We also love that they're supporting artists in the community by displaying their art that is for sale.
The man who made me my food held on to my campus card when I lost it. Thank you sir and your service was lovely.
Was not pleased with the service.
Have local art for sale in store.
It has an old-school diner/restaurant feel and menu to match. However, the Middle Eastern menu wins! The Chicken Shawarma and hummus were excellent.
Charged me $4.60 for what is essentially an instant coffee. Overpriced
$5.75 for coffee in a dirty automated machine that was broken, yikes.
Best eggs Benny
Charged my girlfriend $6.90 for a medium coffee. Shouldve gone anywhere else
Arrived before 6pm. There are about a dozen menu items posted outside the restaurant, but in reality you have to choose from about 6 different menu items (I wonder if the choices change at lunch time etc.). I asked the owner for something called ``Chicken Balls, but what came out was clearly not a chicken ball, but a hamburger-like dish. I didnt think I was making a mistake because I was pointing and repeating the menu while looking at the menu. A salad comes with the main course, but its just a pile of lettuce sprinkled with tomatoes and green peppers. As for the dressing, they bring you a bag, but unfortunately its not delicious. I had high expectations for the coffee based on the name of the store, but the coffee was definitely cheap. In fact, its no different from the ones you buy at the supermarket. Its not cheap either. The only good thing is that the owner is funny and friendly. In addition to restaurant management, he also seems to be an engineer and a masseuse. If possible, I would like you to give me a massage next time. I think the cooking is better.
Based on the reviews, we were expecting a good, hearty breakfast. BUT a lot of things are extra, plus we are not asked what kind of tea we want, the advertised bacon is not served on the plate and the bill is handmade, unclear and full of fat, not d explanation of what is being charged or how much the tax is. We are promised a reasonable price but for the quantities served the price is still high. Positive point, the café is quiet and close to the seafront!
Very good for the price!
We have really great time and very delicious food
I was hoping for a quick breakfast and I found a wonderful place at Lindas coffee shop & Restaurant. I had the breakfast combo, which was the best simple breakfast I wanted with everything cooked perfectly, good coffee, and served quickly. This has become my go to place. I will update when I try other dishes! 10 out 10!
Its not a food review. but I was so eager to try this place, we waited for about 10 minutes on an unclean table with no one to talk to, not sure why there was no one, so we had to leave .
I had the two egg and cheese breakfast with bacon. Everything was cooked perfectly and the option to not have homefries is great!
Very disappointing. We had a lobster poutine. A wait of over 45 minutes and it wasnt fries but roasted breakfast potatoes with a sachet of Hollandaise sauce and still frozen fake lobster. No cheese and no fries its a crime to call it poutine All for more than $25 per person is a steal. Look elsewhere for another restaurant
Way over priced. Breakfast for two with tip $62.00. Eggsalad sandwich and western sandwich, home fries, two juice and one coffee
Amazing breakfast and super friendly service and good atmosphere.
Where else in P.E.I would you have to pay extra for potatoes with your breakfast? Quite a shame.
Perfect place for a quiet breakfast in the morning. The staff were amazing and my food was perfect.
Quick basic breakfast. Pleasant service.
It s hard to get just one coffee stove. Omelette with toast without potatoes for $18 and coffee $3.
Great food, welcoming stuff
I ordered a cheese omelette, waitres brought ham omelette. When I pointed out that as I dont eat pork, I wouldnt have ordered the ham, waitress got offended and made a scene to the cook, continuing to say that SHE was correct. Quite embarrassing!! Food was delicious though!!
Outstanding food, service and cozy atmosphere! Lovely owners!
Very quiet place to eat at 8:30am on a Saturday. We had the whole place to ourselves. Food is okay. They could add small touches to make it better.
Great location but sadly food was cold and service littered with errors. Hopefully it was just a bad day.
If quiet, homelike, accessible & efficiency is part of your ideal breakfast, then Lindas is the place for you. The customer service is exceptional, the hygiene of the place is impeccable, and is situated in the heart of the downtown. Parking: For parking options, the street besides the library is free parking for 1 hrs, or you can pay parking right outside of the restaurant Wheelchair accessibility: There are no tables adapted for wheelchair, but the place is spacious.
Very friendly & attentive staff! Ive been going here weekly for months, and the staff makes me feel right at home :) they already know my order, and it is consistently delicious! During the summer they can be very busy (the wait isnt long), but outside of tourist season the atmosphere is quiet and incredibly welcoming! Wheelchair accessibility: Building is on the first floor. The front door is heavy, but the doorway itself appears to be wide enough for wheelchairs/walkers. Bathroom is not wheelchair accessible (historical building, narrow doorway).
I had the one egg, bacon, and toast breakfast for $10 plus there was a 20% discount. The meal was exactly as ordered, and our server had a beautiful smile.
Renu is a very beautiful and polite person. I hope to come back.
Friendly, quick service and excellent breakfast. Scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly. My guest and I particularly enjoyed the pancakes!
Excellent breakfast and wonderful service. Great coffee.
Overpriced for a basic meal. I had the Spanish omelette, store bought salsa and shredded chicken wrapped in egg. Toast was cold and butter never did melt. No refills on coffee. Way better breakfast options in the city.
They serve an amazing breakfast. The owner is a really nice man.
Amazing breakfast joint. The restaurant needs a makeover, but if you are ok with a mediocre ambience you will have an amazing time enjoying the breakfast.
Nice little spot and very clean atmosphere with friendly staff. The food may come off to be pricey at first glace but the quality was in opinion chefs kiss. The time of day was noon time on a Saturday and very quick service but the place wasnt busy so that helps. Ordered, breakfast combo and the sampler. A lot of food and so tasty! Enjoy !
Stupidly worst BF ever!! Just giving 5 stars to appear on top. Both the cashiers are incompetent to deal with customers. No greetings, customer service or hospitality. When we ordered first the cashier didn t even respond, poor acknowledgement. Secondly, when we ordered again, they just stood there and they just left ignored like they Didn t say anything whether they were going to get the order or no! Weird experience! They dont give out bills to save on taxes!
If you are a visitor dont get fooled by its cute location and appearance the food is terrible and way overpriced very disappointed.
Wonderful little place. Good food, friendly service. Pleasant experience.
We stopped in for a hearty breakfast and we were not disappointed. Good home style food.
The place is expensive and food is over cooked not worth going to
I had the breakfast with two sausages, toast and eggs and orange juice. The bill was almost $20 before the tip. The food was okay, the juice came in a can, but I sat there for a long time after receiving my food without service. The resuraunt itself was pretty cute and I do remember the AC was working.
Food was ok but served on place mat with coffee stains from previous customer.
Greatest place! The employees are lovely and very friendly! Amazing prices and even better food! Don t miss this Charlottetown treasure!
Had a lovely breakfast here. Met the owner who was helpful and friendly. Reasonable prices and good breakfast made to order. I asked for crispy bacon and they got it just right (not burnt and not flappy).
Overpriced. $29 (before tip) for coffee and breakfast combo. It actually costs $11 for a *side* of pancakes! Noticed the orange juice came in pop cans (thank goodness I didn t order it). There was a man on staff who just gave me dirty looks and seemed useless while the two ladies worked their butts off. The service was at first attentive but when it got busy, our table was ignored for almost half an hour despite several attempts to get their attention. I thought this was going to be a nice litter cozy diner but I was disappointed. I m only in PEI for two days but I wouldn t come back.
Really good food and kindness Happy breakfast!!! Food
The food was adequate in quality and the place was clean. I got a simple 2 egg breakfast with hashbrowns and bacon and the meal with no coffee was 19.20 this was way over priced. I was also not offered coffee or drinks of any kind and had to make a point of asking for water when my meal came.
Expensive for small serving. Glad they had gluten-free option.
Walking around Charlottetown when some rain started. Ducked in to Linda s to avoid the rain and have some breakfast. Very fast service and great staff. The food hit the spot. Prices were so-so. Overall pretty good.
A great simple breakfast
Update: Back again visiting family in 2023, and we all went out for brunch. Food was a hit, especially the waffle and fruit that the 4 year old had I used to visit this place all the time back during my university days. On a visit back to PEI, I was very happy to see that it had not closed down during COVID. The all day breakfast was just as tasty as I had remembered and, although Linda may not be around any more, the current staff were just as friendly. Great spot for an easy breakfast or lunch. I would highly recommend you stop by if you are in the city. Kid-friendliness: They have a childrens menu
Great service and nice breakfast.
Cute spot in town to have a breakfast. Everything was perfect, service was fast and the staff is LOVELY. I strongly recommend this place of you are looking for a cozy breakfast restaurant in a cute spot of the city
The hostess/cook who served us was a sweetheart, the club sandwich, fresh, hot and ive not had better, tea was hot, coffee fresh. Go there if youre in the neighborhood.
Their service was absolutely terrible. Please do not go there. The cashier didnt know his job and kept giving terrible attitude. The waitress didnt know how to take an order. Overall terrible experience.
Excellent lunch restaurant! One of the few on the island offered a menu without fried food. Good portion, delicious in taste, friendly service.
Great place for breakfast! When travelling to a new city, I always try to find a local place for breakfast, and this place is it! Cosy atmosphere inside, friendly staff, and delicious food. I had the eggs Benedict, and would highly recommend them. Will be coming back here for sure before I leave the island!
Right downtown, easy access, quick service. Lovely owners!
Real food. Real people. Small town establishment in a corporate world. A must find and go to. Worth the effort. Support them! They were wonderful! I tipped 30%.
Great place for breakfast or brunch. The staff is very friendly. The food is very fresh. I recommend it.
I ordered a hot dog which was overcooked like shoe leather Wheelchair accessibility: No steps to get in however no accessible washrooms Food : 2/5 |
There was a passive aggressive attitude from the waitress. We had to ask multiple times to get coffee and water. An hour after the meal my partner and i both experienced very upset stomachs. While we can t definitely attribute that to the meal, draw your own conclusions.
Great food. Great service.
For many years I ve come here for breakfast usually however for lunch occasionally and although I do not expect for anyone to greet or even recognize me they usually do. Their warm greeting and treatment is so welcoming - I can say that is not the same for other restaurants. The warmth and the delicious food will always bring me back. Highly recommend.
I love this restaurant. Food is delicious and waitress is friendly. I really recommend you this restaurant.
Great!
I order waffles with tea that is good but chocolate milkshake is not good at all.I am giving 4 stars because other all foods are tasty
Beautiful cafe with good breakfast/ brunch options. The couple that run the place are very friendly and polite.
Expensive for what you get and not the staff are not very friendly. Convenient location though.
Just ok. Good reliable spot for breakfast but is pricey
Delicious brunch - had the western omelette, the sausages, and the waffle with fruit. Service was great and the atmosphere was warm!
The waitress was very friendly, I ordered cheddar omelette and it was tasty. Good location and nice ambience.
Good breakfast restaurant.
Nice cozy spot, gluten free and vegetarian options.
Good coffee, very friendly owners, and good meals.
Came in for breakfast before going around the island. The food was decent, standard breakfast menu. The service was on the slower side. When we got there, there was only one lady running the whole show. It took about 10 min for us to get the menu itself. Luckily after about 20min of being there they got a couple reinforcement and that improved the service.
Service was very disorganized. Went to the counter to order takeout. The woman took my order, then proceeded to ignore me. She didnt give me a bill, didnt tell me how long the food would take. I stood there looking like a fool, until I asked her if I paid now or later, and how long would I have to wait. She went to ask the cook and came back to tell me it would be about 20 minutes. I went out for a walk, then returned only to be told the food order was never put in because the woman thought I didnt want it. Huh? If it was a case of language/communication issue, the woman doesnt belong behind a counter dealing with customers. If it was a racial issue, well, thats a whole different problem. I left without any food, but the cook came out and offered to make our order poste haste. I went back inside to deal with her (much more pleasant and understanding) and she took my order and money. A few minutes later she came out and apologized profusely. Nice of her, but the food was terrible, after all that.
Always great place to buy art for some reason. Affordable hand painted pieces. Foods fine, place is very clean and right downtown.
Fantastic little diner. Excellent greasy spoon breakfast and same goes for lunch. No frills no fuss just great food.
very disappointed of this restaurant. we did finally leave after a 30min wait. we did get our coffees after asking one of the other waiters. Before leaving we should ve told maybe the owner or manager 1 thing : - The dynamic of the restaurant was awful since we could ALL notice the way the owner was mistreating the others employees. (Not being a good leader) The owner was just standing even if he had tables in his section. We, as customers, event noticed when he asked a 2 person table that were installed in the section of the other waitress ( who btw seemed to work very well) to get up and go sit in his section. It seems that this person was only focusing on getting id tables full and NO SERVICE. We can even notice that he was the only one who was working the cashier. Very suspicious for the others employees. ( veryyy sad) Everyone in the restaurant was looking around confused and bewildered by what was going on. It was clear that the other customers were just as shocked as we were by the questionable service. + fix your air conditioning on top of the MAIN door that is dripping in everyone s head as they walk in!
Went there for breakfast. Had watered down coffee, sausages were burnt. Then when i was half done the owner just sat someone at my table without asking me if it was ok. Will never return again due to the fact he argued with me about it when i was paying my bill.
Very expensive for just eggs/toast/bacon ($12.50) Then to add home fries is $3. Coffee is $3. And they brought us and several neighboring tables the incorrect meal over and over again, after a lengthy wait. Will not return.
Great place for a quick delicious no-fuss breakfast! We were looking for a breakfast spot for 4 (2 kids and 2 adults). And everywhere was 20-40 minute wait. This place had lots of seating and quick turnover. Food was fast, hot, delicious and portions were large. Would recommend and would go again for breakfast! Kid-friendliness: High-chair available
Easily the worst breakfast Ive ever had. The bacon was microwaved, the tasteless coffee was an extra $3 and a tiny portion of home fries was also an extra $3. Not to mention the service was extremely slow. I will not be returning.
Very disappointing experience. Im assuming its under new ownership. Portion sizes are tiny and so very expensive! My friends and I were the only table sitting/being served (there were 5 of us), and they still managed to get an order wrong. For the prices, youd at least expect fresh ingredients like a house-made salad dressing or something but the quality is worth far less than the price of meals. I cannot recommend avoiding this place enough.
Very good breakfast, good prices and short wait time. Would recommend to anybody who likes a very good good-priced breakfast
I absolutely fell in love with their food and coffee!! During my visit to PEI from BC, I wanted to have breakfast at Lindas everyday!! Food is delicious and staff is very friendly
Restaurant was quite full, and very busy. Still had food very quickly! All staff seemed very nice and helpful.
Pretty underwhelming, the lobster roll was super small and the chicken strip meal only came with 3 tiny pieces of chicken that were rock hard and burnt.
Kid-friendliness: Brought my 8 Grandchildren and nobody got thrown out
Great breakfast and lunch place. Causal and cute. Local art for sale on the walls. Friendly staff and owner.
Decent food, nothing too crazy nice waitstaff hearty.
Pretty bad breakfast. Paper thin bacon (think Red Roof Inn free breakfast), orange juice from a can, freeze burned hash browns (in PEI ), and a hot dog that looked to be freezer burnt and microwaved. I d avoid this place. Staff was friendly but the food was very poor quality
I didn t eat here, but we didn t have any change for parking and I went in to ask to buy something and withdraw extra to pay the meter and the guy at the cash handed me a loonie (40 mins of parking) and it was SO kind. Thanks!
We found a maggot in our pancakes. We showed the owners and they got incredibly defensive. Very dissatisfied, they didnt even offer to remove the worm pancakes from the bill. I wouldnt recommend this restaurant to anyone with an appetite.
This place is too expensive for what you get! The quality was good but, for what we paid for Breakfast was too much for 2 people. I ll go elsewhere next time!
Overpriced and just average
This breakfast was very disappointing!!!
Not far from the hotels, this place serves excellent lunches at reasonable prices. Very good service
Super friendly owner, delicious lunch although a little slow service...
Great food, excellent and efficient service. Top marks all around!
Great food and amazing service !!!
I ve never met Linda but I m sure she would be so proud of the coffee that was served today. However, when I tried to pay today with a cc I tried to hit the Skip tip button, but after the third try the waitress told me the skip button doesn t work. She got a great tip after all.
Lindas is an institution. Legendary breakfast or brunch. I visit for the tasty hot chocolate.
Food average, interestingly though we came and sat down close to the counter , our table was avoided and omitted, the courtesy that were extended to other patrons, I just hope its a figment of my imagination that the color of the skin decided the attention or the service extended to others
This is one of the first spot me and my wife tried for breakfast in Charlottetown. It s small but cozy spot on the corner of water street and queen street. Breakfast is pretty good and coffee as well. Prices are on high side but the ambiance is good. So no complaints.
They give you the bare minimum for airport prices.
A solid mom and pop coffee all day breakfast joint
Spent $45 on three coffees and three breakfast sandwiches which is ridiculous. It was a long wait and the food was nothing special. Would not return
Will never eat here again as it cost me 26$ for an eggs Benny and a coffee
The breakfast is second to none. Pancakes are light and fluffy, eggs cooked to perfection, toast is golden brown, breakfast meats prepared just right. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Kid-friendliness: The gentleman who served us was remarkably good with kids. The childrens menu has all the staples you would expect at a breakfast dinner.
Lovely place with absolutely amazing food! Definitely was a great breakfast and I would highly recommend.
This place is pretty unassuming and the menu is relatively simple, but our family was impressed with the friendly service, and the quantity of the food. We all enjoyed our breakfast which covered a bit of everything on their menu (we were 9 people total). Thanks for the experience Linda!
Pretty plain. A place to eat. Nothing to get excited about.
Amazing service and food. This family run place has super friendly service. Ill be back, and often.
Just average, home fries are just out of a bag.
Great service and the Breakfast is the Best!!
Great food, great service, just an overall great experience!!
Very friendly staff and great food and great prices ! Will be going there again for sure!
this place is simply fantastic, very friendly and great food. my favorite breakfast spot.
Great omlettes. Bad coffee, and it costs extra.
Great little place, good food, great service, Ill go back
good breakfast
My family and I go here everything we re downtown for the weekend. We love it so much. They have awesome staff and their food is ready fast, and always tastes great!
Delicious food and lovely service
Delicious quality food, great service!
Way too expensive. Got a French toast meal, pancake meal and a toasted blt sandwich, an iced tea, black coffee and milk and it was around $65! The eggs made both my boyfriend and I felt sick after eating them. 100% unimpressed. Service was ok.... had to ask a couple times for a glass of water for my daughter. They brought all the food out more complicated than it needed to be and brought the pancake meal out before the sausages you get with the meal were done (she brought those afterwards). I will NOT be eating there again nor would I recommend to a friend
Great food and mostly great service. Thanks for the great meal!
Friendly staff. Food was made quickly. Very light on the butter for toast.
Wasnt top of my breakfast list, but no complaints. Coffee could be more fresh.
Classic downtown greasy spoon.
Had a breakfast. It is a clean restaurant and the staff are nice.
Hot, quick and friendly. I had the pancake combo and the hashbrowns were so hot and the pancakes were light and fluffy.
What a great little place to grab breakfast in Charlottetown!
August 3rd, 2021, went to Lindas Coffee Shop. Asked for omelet, which is ingredients in the center and egg folded over said ingredients, also side of bacon. Instead I got Western style with all ingredients, including bacon mixed in the egg, not inside . I went to this restaurant based on my memory of the quality . I was very disappointed and will never return.
Good place to eat out in family with your dog if you have one
Nice place, clean. The food is very good. The staff are polite and kind. The owner is nice guy. Highly recommended
the service was good, BUT the breakfast was ordinary. COFFEE was not included ans was 5$. bathroom were not clean!
Nice, quite, great food. Can be busy as its a popular spot. Would recommend the lobster rolls. Great for breakfast. Eggs Benedict was okay. Staff was super friendly. Great service and fast. Parking is limited. Would recommend walking and arriving early. Enjoy & Bon Appétit
Food was great, a bit over priced and the waitress was awesome!
Food was great. Their waffle with fruit special was very filling and their french toast was spectacular. Staff are friendly and attentive. Will definitely stop by again for breakfast.
We had breakfast here today. It was great. Wonderful people.
Great local diner, friendly staff and good prices
Friendly staff, great prices, good diner style breakfast.
Really sweet spot, the owners are lovely and the food is really good.
The service was very slow, and the coffee was burnt. When our food did come, it was one plate at a time with 5 to 10 minutes between, and some items ordered did not come; stale cereal somehow took longer than under cooked pancakes. The home fries were amazing, but not enough to save the experience.
Great breakfast, service, and ambience. I will definitely come back here.
It was just by coincidence we were there would highly recommend good breakfast great hospitality
Amazing greasy spoon diner, with incredible falafels.
Appears to be a family run business - I love the mom and pop shop that know how to do it right. The owner and son (I assume) helped our group of four. They were very efficient - we had our drinks within two minutes of us sitting down and our breakfast order was in front of us within 10 minutes of us ordering. The place was rammed and we anticipated a longer wait. The food was great as well! Ill go back again when in PEI.
Amazing service. The one lady there is an amazing worker.
Really disappointed about this place knowing ratings are good. Paid $14 for a meatless looking sausage, single toast and sad scramble eggs. Coffee was ok. The place is definitely under-staffed, took 25 min to get served. The entertainment was great though: the women washroom can only be open from the outside and few people were blocked banging on the door: I haven t laughed that much in a while
Both the breakfast and service were great
great breakfast foods, real nice staff
Loved that I can get breakfast for lunch.
Best breakfast place in town. Great food and friendly staff.
One of the best places to get breakfast in PEI. Great food and great pricing. Very friendly staff as well!! 10/10 !
Amazing friendly staff and quick serving time, but food is tasteless and bland, and coffee is served black with creamers you have to add in yourself. A few things that could improve this restaurant is a more varied menu, I would have loved seeing sweet breakfasts like pancakes, crepes, croissants or muffins instead of just different types of egg and toast. Milk and sugar could be served with the hot beverage in a dish so that its more convenient for customers to adjust it to their taste. Overall good restaurant if you need a quick simple breakfast or just chill with a hot beverage. Not very fancy but still fair for the price.
Great food, friendly staff, a must-try. The home fries have great seasoning, too.
Cozy atmosphere with friendly service. We had the French toast and Spanish omelette, excellent food with generous portions. Well be back!
Food safety is not a priority
This restaurant is one of the Best Cozy, Great breakfast ,affordable, pleasant, perfect service clean, Lovely people..
Very friendly staff and the falafel wrap with fries is incredible! Will be back.
Excellent family restaurant with great basic eggs and pancakes, some extra middle eastern breakfast items which were amazing, just watch their hours. We made it with an hour before closing and people kept on coming having to get turned away. Family
Host was friendly and helpful, food was amazing, and the price could not have been beat!
Good prices.. great portions ... very friendly staff
Delicious breakfast, very friendly staff, excellent place!
Had the waffles here and they were dry, hard & cold. Coffee was burnt!! I wasnt shown my bill but was told how much I was to pay! There was no checking on us to make sure the meal was ok. Was disappointed with the place.
Food only fair...
The best breakfast spot in PEI
it was great breakfast very nice and friendly people
I love having my breakfast here the owners are always nice
Great classic diner!!
Great breakfast for a perfect price point.
Friendly and prompt service. Decent food.
Small and cozy atmosphere. Enjoyable food and friendly staff.
Great food, great people.
Affordable meals in downtown Charlottotetown. Good variety of food with breakfast served all day. Quick, prompt, friendly service.
Great breakfast! Cozy little place. Friendly staff and fair prices. I will go back next year
